Ordered mighty meat pizza it came with some sort of minced beef base instead of tomato which tasted awful, chips were cold and plasticky, usually no issues but this time very disappointed

I have had the worst food poisoning I've ever had all night and day thanks to the donner meat in this place. It's been that bad I've contacted the food team at Chorley council to investigate. I highly recommend staying away from this place!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! They are also refusing to give me a refund so I've had to pay for the privilege of being extremely ill all night and day. I couldn't even eat the food and have it still so I can get it tested.

Been using Mario’s for nearly 30 years. Had most things on the menu and never had a less than brilliant meal. Combination Kebab is definitely my favourite. High quality meat cooked superbly.

I have never had a bad meal from this place. They always go above and beyond specially if you have any requests. Always on time never left waiting. Best kebabs & even better Authentic tasty pizzas. The shish is top quality and cooked to perfection. Thanks guys!!

It’s okay food being early but unfortunately poor food quality is a little bad the beef on the burger was awful I had to remove it and chips and onion rings had completely no taste to them very oily and soggy not good definitely won’t be back again

We ordered delivery, make sure you pay online, my son just handed over cash for ours and he wasn't offered our change at all. I will say the food is nice just make sure you pay by card.

I think the add ons are a bit much ok delivery £2.99 but 20p for a bag & 50p service charge ☹️

This is the first time I have ordered a meal, Delivery for about 10 years and the food was Excellent and cheaper than McDonalds. The food was Nice, Hot, The Driver was polite, Thank you Mario's your Garlic bread with cheese, boneless chicken Kebab between 2 was very nice.

Curly fries were missing from the order and I have never received a refund for them despite me reporting it at the time

Best kebabs in town. Top 3 takeaway in Chorley easily. Naan bread and meat quality are top notch. Salad comes separately as to not get all squashed in the kebab. Lovely

1st time ordering from here..absolutely gorgeous pizza and kebab. kebabs are a really gold size and pizzas are really too. delivery was estimated to be around 45 mins and arrived after just 25 mins. fantastic service will definitely be ordering again from here.

Order never turned up at all. Called the takeaway after 1 hour because the just eat app said to enjoy your food. The takeaway said the driver is 1 minute away, just round the corner. A further 45 minutes later I call again to see what’s going and they said they have cancelled the order and to sort it with just eat which is impossible. When you click on there is a problem on the app there is no option to click on food hasn’t turned up at all. Poor all round!

2 kebabs 1 donner and 1 chicken with salad the cucumber you could have used as a door stop , they wer just about warm and they wernt large more like in between small and regular and the 2 burgers witch didnt come with chips wer just thrown together!!! the whole order was just a rush job really poor and way over priced

Awful customer service after we payed £50 for a takeaway they didn't confirm our order but as we didn't know we waited for this takeaway which we PAYED FOR!! Would not recommend if you want food and your money not to be scammed off you so would not recommend and me and my family will never go back to this appalling establishment which doesn't deliver/confirm your food but still takes your money. As someone who owns there own business I would never do this to a customer as it is disgusting and disappointing customer skills.

Holy heck! That was the biggest and best kebab I’ve ever had!

Food was delivered quickly and food was hot when it arrived. We did ask for the sauces to be on the side for the kebabs, which didn't happen. Food was OK, but we have had better kebabs from other places.

I ordered last night the kebabs are getting smaller.they keep forgetting things which is a pain . I been a loyal customer for years messaged last night saying you forgot my wedges on last order plz add on never came never mind got too someone else now food is really nice but the issues are so annoying
