Mario's Food House in Chorley

I have had the worst food poisoning I've ever had all night and day thanks to the donner meat in this place. It's been that bad I've contacted the food team at Chorley council to investigate. I highly recommend staying away from this place!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! They are also refusing to give me a refund so I've had to pay for the privilege of being extremely ill all night and day. I couldn't even eat the food and have it still so I can get it tested.

Ate here while in town visiting friends. Excellent service and friendly staff and our donor kebabs were fabulous!

Look at the prices!! Margherita - £4.50 Extra topping £1.00 So I ordered a margharita with pepperoni. So they charged me £6.00!! Look for yourself

I have never had a bad meal from this place. They always go above and beyond specially if you have any requests. Always on time never left waiting. Best kebabs & even better Authentic tasty pizzas. The shish is top quality and cooked to perfection. Thanks guys!!

It’s okay food being early but unfortunately poor food quality is a little bad the beef on the burger was awful I had to remove it and chips and onion rings had completely no taste to them very oily and soggy not good definitely won’t be back again

We ordered delivery, make sure you pay online, my son just handed over cash for ours and he wasn't offered our change at all. I will say the food is nice just make sure you pay by card.

I think the add ons are a bit much ok delivery £2.99 but 20p for a bag & 50p service charge ☹️

Food was ok but was cold due to being delivered an hour early while we was out and left on the doorstep.. was dealt with terrible and shouted at by the staff at Mario’s will definitely not order again

The bread was rock hard and inedible. I asked for chilli sauce and got garlic mayonnaise .

This is the first time I have ordered a meal, Delivery for about 10 years and the food was Excellent and cheaper than McDonalds. The food was Nice, Hot, The Driver was polite, Thank you Mario's your Garlic bread with cheese, boneless chicken Kebab between 2 was very nice.

Curly fries were missing from the order and I have never received a refund for them despite me reporting it at the time

Best kebabs in town. Top 3 takeaway in Chorley easily. Naan bread and meat quality are top notch. Salad comes separately as to not get all squashed in the kebab. Lovely

1st time ordering from here..absolutely gorgeous pizza and kebab. kebabs are a really gold size and pizzas are really too. delivery was estimated to be around 45 mins and arrived after just 25 mins. fantastic service will definitely be ordering again from here.

Mario's has been out goto kebab house for over 7 years. Nowhere comes close with the quality of product they deliver. Great front of house team too

Fantastic service and delicious food.

Order never turned up at all. Called the takeaway after 1 hour because the just eat app said to enjoy your food. The takeaway said the driver is 1 minute away, just round the corner. A further 45 minutes later I call again to see what’s going and they said they have cancelled the order and to sort it with just eat which is impossible. When you click on there is a problem on the app there is no option to click on food hasn’t turned up at all. Poor all round!

2 kebabs 1 donner and 1 chicken with salad the cucumber you could have used as a door stop , they wer just about warm and they wernt large more like in between small and regular and the 2 burgers witch didnt come with chips wer just thrown together!!! the whole order was just a rush job really poor and way over priced

Awful customer service after we payed £50 for a takeaway they didn't confirm our order but as we didn't know we waited for this takeaway which we PAYED FOR!! Would not recommend if you want food and your money not to be scammed off you so would not recommend and me and my family will never go back to this appalling establishment which doesn't deliver/confirm your food but still takes your money. As someone who owns there own business I would never do this to a customer as it is disgusting and disappointing customer skills.

Holy heck! That was the biggest and best kebab I’ve ever had!

Food was delivered quickly and food was hot when it arrived. We did ask for the sauces to be on the side for the kebabs, which didn't happen. Food was OK, but we have had better kebabs from other places.

I ordered last night the kebabs are getting smaller.they keep forgetting things which is a pain . I been a loyal customer for years messaged last night saying you forgot my wedges on last order plz add on never came never mind got too someone else now food is really nice but the issues are so annoying

Just tried this place for the 1st time after my mate howerd tried to put me off it, I don't know why, cos it was well ace, nice chunky pieces of meat, the lamb was amazing I recommend the combination kebab. EXCELLENT. I will be back.

I went to Mario's cos my mate Phil couldn't get served at Nile anymore. They hate him. Anyway I really like Mario's. It shows I'm right and Phil's wrong. He'll leave a review anytime soon and if he doesn't say anything then I'm deffo right. Anyway Dom goes to a dog food place and Rob watches West end musicals so he doesn't count

Great food, friendly service, always fast. It's my default pizza and Donner shop in Chorley. Great portion size too. Definitely my favourite restaurant right now.

Ordered food last night and the order was incorrect, I rang Marios and complained, I was told "it is what it is you are just gonna have to deal with it". I went to the shop to speak to the rude person on the phone qnd get the food order I had originally paid for and was aggressively told to basically f*** off, then after some colourful words were exchanged I left the shop only to be followed out of the shop by the rude employee armed with a large wooden brush/mop handle and processed to assault me by snapping it over my hand, then I was piled on by 5 other members of the takeaway and beaten up. I have never experienced a service like this and will recommend to anyone to avoid this place.

Food was hot on arrival. Both kebabs lovely and fresh- chicken and donner. Salad was fresh and plenty of sauce. The only slight complaint I would have is that we opted for mild chilli and the chilli on it blew my head off, and I do usually enjoy and tolerate spice well. All in all, good food, quick delivery and will defo order again!

Delivered in 10 minutes. Awful food though and crazy prices. Won't be coming back.

Ordered here last week for first time and food was good. Ordered tonight at 6pm to book an advance delivery for 8pm after the kids had gone to bed. Order accepted and estimated delivery time confirmed as 8pm. Food turned up at 6.40pm when we were not ready for it. To make thing’s worse the chips were sweaty, soggy and cold. Pizza was also cold as was the donner kebab. The food wasn’t lukewarm warm but literally almost cold so no idea how long it had taken to deliver to us. Wasted £23 and ended up

Best kebab I’ve had in a long time, came 45 minutes before the delivery time that was stated, was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again 🌟
