Over 40 mins late. Not good when you have kids waiting on there tea. Won't be ordering again from pizza house. Used them for a while now but ever time I order delivery time gets worse.

Don’t go here people the waiting time was ridiculous over two hours and when the pizzas came they were so greasy the toppings just fell off not to mention the cheese tasted like chewing gum waste of money

Ordered on their own website, I was told 55 minutes…. After it over 20 minutes late I went to pick it up myself and was then sat for another 15 minutes. Complained as requested via food hub and there attitude was “it was his decision to pick it up” brilliant It would’ve been breakfast if I left it for them!

Order took 2 1/2 hours (1hr 40 late). Quality was below par. Chips were soggy. Lamb was tough. Really disappointed.

Usually love this place but tonight the chips were undercooked and like eating hard potato….forgot cheese on chips with cheeseburger meals…..hopefully just a one off as like I said usually spot on

Been a customer for around 15 years, since it opened. In the last 6 months the quality has fallen off a cliff. Although the taste remains very good, the product has not only reduced in size and increased in price, but the pizzas have gained a bone-dry crust followed by a bone-dry outer area of pizza. A 12" pizza amounts to around 8"/9" of edible pizza. There is also almost no tomato base any more, it's basically cheese on average pizza, plus previous issues. Very very far from the product it used to be. A lot of work and effort to get their former reputation back. *Personal speculation is there are different owners to the ones who where always excellent years on end.

Been coming here years for takeaways and never had a bad one yet. It's always busy for a good reason. Amazing food at a great price. I prefer their pizzas to domino's.

food was not nice I can only taste the chilli sauce to much sauce in the food not ordering again and also delivery was 30 minutes late !

shocking service. Over an hour late and didn't bother to let you know. Driver handed the food over walked off no apologies. requested money back but no response. AVOID!! If you want to eat on time order from else where

:( won't order off just eat again. Never have any issues when using our local Chorley eats. Will stick to those next time. Only used through just eat this time as they offered me 15% off as my last order was over 30mins late! Don't take it on if you can't deliver it on time!

It's a shame this take away doesn't have enough drivers to meet delivery needs, as the food is always good. We ordered at 8.10, expected 8.50-9.10, asked for an update at 9.15, changed to 9.40, called at 9.45 and order still hadn't left the take away! Order arrived at 10.05! Driver was rude when delivering order, and there was an item missing from it.

Food is always top quality. This isn't the first time though I've had to wait an hour or more for my order. Food is banging though.

Twice in past 12 months they have cancelled our order on just eat, we enjoy the food when we get it from here, but due to letting us down we won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Got two of the orders wrong when I drove all the way they was not interested or sorry when I complained they said don’t come again then will sick to the Nile and it’s cheaper .

Food was OK. Delivery was shocking! Ordered 8.30, ETA 9.20-9.40, still not here at 9.55. Rang, said it was on way, didn't arrive until 10.15. Driver BANGED (no exaggeration) on the door, and rang bell several times, disturbing my 2yr old in bed and unsettling my dog. I brought this up at the door and asked was it necessary, and no apology for that, or for being so late. Such a shame, as the food isn't that bad from here.

We have been using Pizza house for over 10years now. Whether it is pizza, kebab or burgers, they are always fantastic. My daugther thinks their mixed kabab is the best food in the world and asked what she wanted for her birthday, all she replied with was "Mixed kabab". Now we have to order our kebebs after she has gone to bed!

Paid 17pound for a kebab and burger and recieved a burger and chips and when rung to see where kebab was I was told not to order from them again and phone put down absolutely disgusting as I always use this takeaway

Garlic bread n cheese donner meat n chips , chili sauce to die for yummy- don't change anything!

Always order from here and each time its always been great. Ordered last week 5pm food was so good and fresh decided to order again this evening yet... chips tasted really weird and crunchy, and garlic bread was so dry. Both were just warm aswell. Theyre not even 5 minutes from us eirher. Real shame especially as repeat customers.

Get takeaway from here on a semi regular basis and it's always amazing. Go in and the staff remember my order, always speedy service and they throw in a free drink. Highly recommend for pizzas, kebabs, chips etc

Best kebabs ever in the history of the human race

Been ordering from pizza house for 2 years never had an issiue with food and I can't remember it ever being late.

I phoned after waiting for 30 mins mote than expected time phoned ship and all they said was sorry driver on way sorry then hung up. Not happy.

Delicious as always. The only takeaway we order from. The chilli cheese nuggets are my favourite. The delivery person is always friendly and polite too.

Food was ok, however all lukewarm. Was also over an hour late. Rang to get an update and staff were very unbothered about the fact it was late and hadn’t even left well after the expected delivery time, no apologise just told me they were busy. Wouldn’t order again.

I ordered mixed kebab on a garlic naan. It doesn’t tell you on the menu list what a mixed kebab consists of. I presumed wrongly that it was donner meat and chicken. It turned out to be over cooked beef or lamb I couldn’t tell and over cooked chicken, with a bit of sliced onion and tomato on a dry naan that didn’t have a hint of garlic on it. This ended up in the bin and the last time I order from pizza house again.

I would like to say that we ordered a chicken kebab, chips, pizza and cheese garlic bread and it was all really good. Will definitely order again 👍👍
