Ordered a kebab meal only sent kebab no chips or drink chicken was dry and hard to long under hot lamp only good thing was fudge cake

Great tasting food and quick delivery, the only thing i was disappointed with was that the chicken tikka wrap which i paid £6 for was just 6 small pieces of chicken in a tortilla with some garlic mayo, no salad or anything. I expected more than something i could of made myself quite easily

pizza and garlic bread very good, but the onion rings were absolutely terrible, soggy and was like cheap quality like from aldi, i expected freshly made onion rings and for 3.60!! do not buy!!

Calzone was dripping in grease next to no garlic chicken inside, garlic mushrooms was cold so cheese was solid , Donna and chips was dry the only good things were the kids chicken nuggets and chips and the Venice special kabab

We've tried lots of options from Venice Papas and it's always great, from pizzas to burgers to chips! Great quality and always quick and friendly delivery too.

They put the pop corn chicken in with two cold cans of pop!! And got the cold drinks wrong! School boy error! Hot and cold doesn’t work!! It’s all about attention to detail! Will go back to Mario’s in future, lesson learned.

I've lived in the are for a while now and this has become my go to. The garlic bread with cheese is a staple. Pizzas are class as well regularly they come that bit early too which always nice.

second time ordering and again they were brilliant! the garlic bread had lots of flavour and a really good base, the jumbo special kebab will feed us tomorrow too (really good portion), lots of cheese on the chips and the cheesy garlic mushrooms are to die for!!! really good value for money. also the delivery driver was so friendly and happy, so thank you to the whole team 😊

Upon arrival at the shop, I was greeted by a man who told me I should not use Just Eat, now I know why! The chicken kebab is diabolical! I ordered a chicken kebab with bbq sauce, if I had known they had the skills to turn a pitta into a bbq sauce pool for the chicken, I wouldn’t have bothered. The garlic bread looked like it should it was yesterday and they had just put it through the oven again. The pizza was average. Clearly the reason you shouldn’t use JE is so you can’t leave a review!

Order initially arrived wrong. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient at correcting the mistake and sending the correct order. Order arrived nice and warm. Kebab was nice. Salad was not fresh.

Venice Papas is hands down probably the best takeaway in Chorley!! Been living here 2 years now and always struggled to find somewhere that had good food and delivered on time and now have finally found it. Love the Cheesy Chip wrap and cannot complain about delivery only being 30 mins!! Even throw in a free garlic bread, Top tier takeaway 🥳🎉

Took a while but finally found a decent takeaway in Chorley that delivers in 30 minutes. Food quality is top notch and always throw in a garlic bread for free. The bloke who delivers is always pleasant and can have a quick chat before he's darting off. Side note my partner loves the cheesey chips wrap!

Ordered donner kebab with pitta, but order was with naan

I have had their pizza many times now. Wow. Never has been a disappointment. Tonight the delivery turned up early. I told them to leaves it by the door. I phoned them to acknowledge that I have got it and to say thank you. It was still a greet tasting pizza.

My experience was Tremendously excellent.Everything was fantabulous..it has great taste.

The Shish (lamb) on the kebab was very mushy and didn't taste like meat/lamb. I ordered garlic sauce and salad on my kebab but it came plain with no salad. The garlic bread with cheese and mushroom was perfect though. also, the delivery guy was so lovely and friendly.

I ordered a doner kebab in the meal deal, when I opened it, it literally fell to bits, so had to eat with cutlery, plus it was really greasy thank you

food arrived around 15/20 mins early. usually happens and the food is usually great, however this order was a tad off. donner meat as usual but the naan was thin and over cooked. chicken was far to over seasoned and the sauce was thin and far too much was on the kebabs

We would visit once every two months for food here. Seems like they have changed hands. Prices have been tapped over the menu screens and the atmosphere is very different. Food has gone downhill too. Order a mix grill and the meat tastes very pasty and the salad is poor. Chips don't taste the same and feel stale. Maybe cheaper quality of food. Will not have to worry about my wife mithering me anymore to drive to this place from Manchester. Every silver lining and all...

Gone down hill recently, food arrives just warm and multiple orders over the last few weeks have come wrong. Pizzas overcooked and sometimes not even bothered to cut into slices. Tomato puree on pizzas has changed and tastes cheaper. Generally the quality of the food has really declined. Decided to give it one last try to see if the previous issues/changes were anomilies but really disappointed with the quality of the food again. Weve decided not to bother ordering from here anymore.

Just got a delivery and was really disappointed with the chicken kebabs. My son left is has he said his chicken was cold and my daughter only ate about half of it. Me and my husband had ours but only because we were hungry. The chicken was only just warm and far too much garlic mayo on. We came here a few months ago and really enjoyed it but definitely won’t be ordering again. Feel like I’ve chucked £24 down the drain!!

Best garlic bread and cheese in Chorley

I used to love Venice Papas, we ordered every week on takeaway night, but it went a bit hit n miss for a while, it wasn't always nice like it had been. Tonight however, we decided to give it another go and it was absolutely incredible, every piece of chicken tikka was cooked perfectly, and we could tell it was decent quality meat. We will definitely be ordering again.

I got a takeaway last night an d today I can’t get off the bog so it’s obviously to do with that monstrosity of a takeaway

Avoid at all costs. Long story short our food took almost 2 hours to be delivered. We called repeatedly and were told it had been sat there waiting for a driver. After 50 mins we called to cancel due to lemgth of time the food had been sat there and they said we could cancel but had already paid i.e. we would not get a refund. This is not only terrible service but also poor food hygiene practice. They delivered the food which was completely cold (incl chicken). I will report as necessary on food hygiene grounds.

Not been for a couple of years as I moved out of the area, but was a little disappointed from a recent visit, the Pizzas weren't as moist as they used to be. Still good flavour, just too dry...

Been a customer for years, myself and my partner order frequently and have never had any issues or complaints until this evening. One of our favourite things to order is the Venice Kebab, extra nan bread and a portion of chips to share, the Kebab comes with the option of salad and sauce both included in the price. Now, we have ordered this via various apps countless times over the years and have always asked in the comments box for the sauce to be put in a pot as we share the meal and like to add the sauce separately. This has never once before been an issue and we have always received the sauce of choice in a pot with no qualms until tonight! The order arrived and the driver proceeded to tell me that they've put he sauce in a pot tonight but in future I'd have to pay extra for it. I was a little confused and so asked again what he meant, he repeated the same. I explained that the kebab comes with sauce as an option, which I selected but just requested it to be sent separately, surely that shouldn't cost extra?? I was left a little dumbfounded so just took the order. The meal as usual was great and thoroughly enjoyed but I didn't appreciate being lectured on my doorstep for asking for one alteration on the order, especially it being an order I've made so many times before with the exact request. If there have been changes to the menu or policies, then make it apparent on the app and not lecture people on their doorstep.

My partner went to the door to be propositioned by the takeaway driver and constantly ringing and texting her! Making her feel really uncomfortable in her own home and worried in case he came back in the night. People beware! Lucky we didn't ring the police! Disgusting behaviour.

Disgraceful customer service! I have ordered from here frequently. The one thing that has always fascinated me is how rushed I am on the phone. I'm not a slow person by any means lol, but it feels like a phone call is an inconvenience. Anyway, ordered at lightning speed!!! Was told it will be 45 minutes. One hour passed so decided to brave the phone again as my husband had leave for work soon. Another frantic conversation and I cancelled after I was told it would be another fifteen minutes. I must have been too slow for him again as he put the phone down on me. I was polite and we just didn't have time to wait any longer. So, I braved the phone again as I had no idea if the order was cancelled. Thankfully it was. Of course he told me super fast. If the orders could come out as quick as the phone call there would never be a problem.
