Ordered from here while staying in the area. Delivery was quick. Delivery driver friendly. Food was good.

I never leave a review but I had to with this one, I placed an order last night, the delivery came, everything was great as usual, just as I tucked into my meal I realised that I hadn’t given the cash to the delivery driver as I am so used to paying with card, I called the shop to let them know, the driver came back for the cash straight away and even gifted us a small pizza. Fantastic service and food as always 👍

Absolutely rude and they don’t take card cash only. If you don’t have cash there’s a cash machine that charges you outside.

Honestly the rudest people I have ever come across. Every single time I try to place an order over the phone I get spoken to like rubbish. Honestly avoid and not even just for the customer service the food is awful. And wait time is disgraceful

I have had the nile a good 10 times, never failed me, brilliant garlic bread always get a massive one and heat it up the day after if i have leftovers. I love the crispy thin red salted chips and i love their pizzas, they have a crispy base and i love it. Overall brilliant service and great food!!

Kabab was both cold and it came not the way I ordered it.

The Nile special pizza was nothing special and bland, the food was greasy and cooked to long. The chips was hard and overcooked. 2 out of 10. Very disappointing.

i didn't get what i ordered.the food was right but i didn't get the right drinks i ordered, and this is the second time this has happened in two weeks.

Delivered wrong pizza, re delivered correct pizza but had a strange taste, defo not up to the high standard we usually receive.

the delivery driver was abusive because I had to take my time going downstairs. I told him I just got out of hospital. He then insulted me... I'm muay thai fighter. although I'm injured when i walked out he jumped in his car shouting insults. i was doing like always i said sorry I'm injured and its never been a problem. this guy wanted me to be at the door in 1 second. it was driving away safe in his car shouting threats that realy got me

I didn’t enjoy the flavours of the kebab or the salad unfortunately. It tasted very stale, also my can of coke was missing from the order.

Always a solid takeaway in Chorley. Never had an issues and not terribly priced.

The Nile have been fantastic and very understanding having delivered to the address on Justeat which isn’t mine! I can’t change the address on Justeat to the correct one which is very frustrating ! It’s not the Niles fault it’s Justeat !!!!!!!

The worst takeaway we’ve had! Everything was soggy and undercooked! After waiting more than an hour Items were missing, tried to get a partial refund for missing items and got nowhere.

It’s not bout the delivery time or quality, it’s about getting the right order! We ordered Donner kebab, not chicken so it’s gone in the bin at our expense

Just been to the Nile for a collection my daughter was stood waiting for 25 mins before a customer ask if she was ok and she said I am collecting a order the person for behind counter said speak up just phone and ask to speak to the manager his reply was what do you want me to do really back service not nice people

The chicken burger was burnt and the garlic mayo tasted awful I chucked it away after two bites it was awful and the samosas was too spicy I refused to eat them

On time and the food was piping hot. The Nile never disappoints-always consistent.

Always my go to kebab house. At first the delivery driver brought us the wrong order, but we called the restaurant and they were very understanding and accommodating, and our correct order was with us within 10 minutes. I always request extra red salt on my fries, and they come through and fulfil my request every time, thanks guys 😁

First time we have eaten from the Nile and I want to say excellent food nice and hot and lovely delivery driver deffo use again and would recommend without a problem thankyou to the nile

Food is consistently good and arrives piping hot every single time. Been ordering off them since the late 90s and never had a problem with food or wrong orders or delivery times. The best in the UK!

Ordered for the family, up all night with stomach cramps, I had the mixed chicken and donner, my son had the same and was also up all night in pain, thank god my grandson only had chips!

every bit of my order was wrong. I ordered a 9 inch garlic bread with cheese, a burger and chips. I got a 9 inch pizza with tomato, onion and mushroom with hot wings and cheesey chips. It tasted awful.

food is always beautifully cooked/hot and delicious we have been ordering from here for years to many to remember and only a couple of times have I not been impressed 😅 staff are always lovely and attentive and drivers always friendly and helpful.we are very fussy when it comes to takeaway and this is the only place we have it from. I personally don't eat much due to health reasons and mostly have a liquid diet but when I do Nile is the place for me food I know I Will enjoy for sure no gagging

I waited for it to arrive has taken the payment and we haven't received any of the food and driver hasn't dropped off the food but has said on justeat that it's been delivered I'm a regular customer this hasn't happened before I'm discussed.

Just off holiday couldn't wait for my large donner with chilli ...unfortunately I got donner with garlic mayo kinda ruined the moment

Order some plain mayonnaise in tubs for my fries and onion rings all four tub lids had come off all over the bag they came in they went in the bin the fries were awful looked and tasted like they were from day before and they were barely warm they went in the bin the only thing that was warm were the onion rings normally good from here but they let them selfs down by sending un eatable food

I ordered a Donnor kebab (LARGE) which is correct but I also got another one with was chicken and donnor kabab which instead I got chicken and chips

arrived early and hot . Great place food was perfect

Food is okay but taking almost 2 hours to deliver a kebab that takes 5 minutes to make is not horrible. When I order food at 7.30 I don't expect it to arrive at 9:20. For that reason I will be very unlikely to order again, it's not what you want when ordering 'fast' food.

We’ve ordered from The Nile for years and the food is always of excellent quality and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Had issues with Uber driver delays but not associated with the restaurant, so could have been the case for any delivery.
