Tried this place whilst I was here for work. Shop was clean and spacious with the option of eating in. Staff were brilliant, talkative, and very welcoming. Got to try battered chips (amazing) before we ordered. Fish was well cooked and chunky. Portion sizes are good, and prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit again ☺️

Unacceptably small amount of chicken on the x2 portions. Mostly chunks of bone & batter. Tasteless watery curry sauce.

The best fish and chips I have been to. Only negative point was the staff who did not acknowledge my thanks for the food. It came across they ignored or were too busy

Found my food outside cold as no1 rang bell or knocked door and food was left outside for too long with no notice!!

Nice. Back a few weeks later for fish, chips and curry sauce. The portion size is enough for a growing lad like me. Back for date night, fish, chips, sasuage and curry sauce, meal deal.. Real winner. The only chipshop I use, love it.

Veg burger was sublime!!! Cooked to perfection! The bun was fresh and bakers soft , the salad was so crisp, fresh and bursting in flavour!! I’ll be driving back up from Nottingham tomorrow for another as they are closed so I can’t get a second. Lovely that was. Lovely!

Can’t thank Sixty Fish enough for the wonderful service, and food that you supplied and delivered for my Husbands Big Birthday Bash at Coleshill Town Hall. A very large pre-order and everything was perfect, food was piping hot. Would certainly recommend.

Really really impressed. Best fish chips in over 12 months. I tend to have once a week. Chips was a great portion size. Was fresh with a perfect fresh crunch. Proper chip shop chips. The fish was chunky cod lion and battered from someone who clearly noes how to batter the fish. Great portion size. Highly recommend. Best chippy in the area. Competition is not in the same league . I recommend this chip shop entering the nationwide chip shop awards. I rate this highy.

After finding their web site down where I usually order for collection later,I gave them a call and they did not know it was down. They called me back and said it was a fault at their end. They took my order over the phone and we collected it at 5pm it was ready for us. They were the best Fish and Chips you could ask for. Great service and friendly staff.

Firstly, the staff are all lovely, friendly and polite. 5 stars. But I am very sad to say, in the 3 years I have been coming here, the food has changed a lot. It used to be fantastic, but it's not as nice now. (Sorry). The chips used to be fluffy, dry and yellow. Now they are greasy, soggy and brown. The batter on the fish is double cooked & hard. Please, please go back to how you used to cook. 🙏

I am a ceoliac and they have now started to do gluten free fish and chips on a Monday night. I checked with them about cross contamination and I felt confident they knew the seriousness of this Happily ordered my weekly treat a few times now and have never had a reaction. I’ve heard about sixty fish and wanted to try it for myself. I went on a Wednesday evening I waited nearly and hour for 4 items. Which I didn’t mind as there were apparently being cooked fresh. My bill came to nearly £45, when I got home the chips looked as if they were from the day before and the fish was like rubber!! I dnt normally complain but felt I had to!! The new owner seamed nice when he spoke to us but when I heard him talk to his staff it made me wonder?! What sort of person is this. When I rang the shop once I got home he was very rude over the fone stating it was all fresh! Will not be going back!! Save your money people

I'm really not sure what's happened but everything tastes different and it's so expensive for portion size. Also battered sasuage was shocking. Used to be the best chippy .

Looked forward to visiting after driving past day before. Place is lovely inside but then it went downhill. Service was poor stood waiting to be served and nobody acknowledged me. When i was finally noticed i was told only food available was what was in heater. I explained i travelled specially for portion of fish, told sorry cannot as ran out. Lazy service as there is always time to cook fresh food. Left and took my business else where, one lost customer who will not be returning

Bought Fish and Chips for the 1st time in ages, just fancied it! It was terrible chips tasteless, and Fish old rubbery and chewy, £11.00 just to be the middle man to rubbish. So disappointed.

Judging by the queue going out the door I’d say that this is a popular chippy, the smell was amazing inside the shop! The shop is clean and well presented with loads of food ready to go. I had chips, saveloy sausage and curry sauce. All was very tasty, but I do like my chips crispier, which probably means hotter oil. But they did taste great so I’m just being fussy. The guy serving was very pleasant and made sure I had all that I needed.

Used this place for years...previous guy that ran it was great...friendly and always served up great food but since the new owners have took over the chips are awful...hard...waxy...tasteless...shame because this place is on my doorstep but will have to travel for better food in future

Used to love this chippy but the past couple of months it's really gone down the pan. Dried up chips that taste as though they have been reheated sausage wasn't very nice either. Would rather drive elsewhere.

We eat from here regularly, food is very very good. And with their haddock and chip specials you get a free jumbo sausage!

Fish was terrible, large basically a small, management was rude to staff and customers, avoid.

Chips were cold and the pie was soggy. Terribly service, really rude management who clearly doesn’t take hygiene standards very seriously as his hands were filthy.

I just eaten here! It’s craaaaazy! Portions are unbelievably large in size and food… how can I say “more than fresh”? Well, fresh and tasty. And fast serving! Want to come again!

You will need to take out a mortgage to visit this place. How can they justify £18.20 for mini fish, chips and curry sauce and chicken kebab meat and chips.

Nice Chippy in Coleshil. Friendly staff, sadly I didn't try any of the grub. They just went out of their way to find a local taxi number for me. For that I thank them 🙂

Awful. £6 for cod which is basically a mini fish. Chips barely warm & utterly tasteless. Mostly ended up in the bin. Total waste of money. I look to support local business & don't mind paying a little more for enjoyable food (home made noodles in Fargo Village Coventry is a case in point. Absolutely out of this world food. Shame they're not nearer).

Just ordered 2 donner wraps batted sausages and phoato scallops amazing food every time staff are friendly and make you feel welcome we are now full up and will be coming for more amazing 👏

Unfortunately had the pleasure to have a takeaway from this place got home with my fish and chips the batter was soggy the and the chips where cold only a quick walk away from the shop too very disappointed and from what I can see the owner don't take well to complaints about the sub standard food he serves up will have to use elsewhere for now on as its been twice in as many weeks I've had a bad meal from here

Food has gone to the dogs since the new owner has taken over will never use this place again dried up reheated donner meat portions have gone smaller which is a joke for the price the charge anyway also don't be fooled by recent good reviews the owner has got family members to write good reviews!!

I have been to sixty fish a few times now and each time I have been left with a great impression. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is great, a lovely family run business who really care about delivering exceptional service, keep it up guys 👍🏻

I’ve been using this chip shop for over two years and enjoyed all the food I’ve purchased until today… the new owner is very rude and spoke to his staff in a very unprofessional manner in-front of the customers😳 food wasn’t great this evening and I won’t be going back…

We came here with some friends in late June 2023. We were at Packington for the annual Land Rover Series One Club rally. We found the most perfect fish and chips. Great service, food and prices. The shop was spotless. Well worth a visit and thank you.

Passed through coleshill and popped in to this place for fish and chips, ordered two cod and chips,the portions were massive,fish was fresh, chips were perfect!on top of this the the staff were very friendly, I'll be visiting coleshill again just for fish and chips.... can't fault the place.

Always get great fish and chips here. Clean, spacious, friendly staff. We have on a number of occasions been here to collect a big order and last week I had the pleasure of doubling the order for 25 portions. Ordering with Luke beforehand so he could prepare. Well at the agreed time for collection, we arrived and the shop was full. Our order was just being finished off. Within minutes, yes we didn't have to wait long at all, two large trays of Indian wrapped portions of fish & chips, peas and curry sauce was brought out. Back at the Town Hall we all enjoyed a fresh and hot fish & chip supper. Well done and thank you Luke and your team. Will definitely do it again and so should you if your reading this and want a fish supper with a large group of friends

Fave chippy ever, so always pop in for tea when in Coleshill. Very clean, really friendly staff and just a lovely area - walking distance to the B&B too. Oh and the fish, chips & curry is gorgeous.

Literally me and my work pal just made it here before closing at 1.55. Good prices. Massive portions. Great tasting food! Clean and tidy. Very modern . Great vibe ... But what makes it better? The 2 lads who were working in there. So polite. Happy. Respectful and honest working lads! Will be back Update Returned again today and met with the same respect. Happiness and a wonderful all round service.. the food once again top quality.

Driving down from Scotland was getring hank. Saw this place on Google Maps. Only a few minutes off my route. So arrived shortly after opening. Appears very clean and well organised on entering. I opted for the mini fish+sausage withchips & gravy. Batter on the fish is lovely light, golden and crispy. Fish is perfectly cooked, fresh and tasty. Nice portion of chips. Gravy was a little lumpy but as someone who prefers their gravy to be sludge it's no issue. My ot half enjoyed battered Sausage regular chips and curry sauce. I'd hate to see a large portion of chips... This is good value for money so next time we head down this way if we're hank we'll be stopping again

First time in Coleshill for a while. I popped into Sixty Fish and ordered chicken kebab meat and chips and curry sauce. Good size portion, tasty and great service from the guys in the shop. 👍🏻👍🏻

After a visit to the restaurant about an hour ago, and waited nearly half hour in the queue to be served we were finally served by a young kid, got home to find the donner kebab was smothered in mayonnaise and fell apart when tried to prise it from the chip paper, hardly any meat all salad. totally waste of money and time tonight

A cracking fish and chip shop and very helpful, friendly staff

Love this chip shop, very clean, staff always polite and ok parking outside. You can even pull up a stool inside if you really in a hurry to eat lol. Only gripe and it’s a small one. Prices are a little high, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

£6.00 for a kebab, no choice of salad or chips like you get at most chippys, it was salad or nothing and I didn't want salad on it. So to have a few chips with it I had to buy a portion of chips at an extra £1.90. Pitta bread with a few, (about 4), strips of kebab meat. Only went here as was working near Coleshill and my regular chippy near home was closed. £7.90 for what I received was very expensive and definitely not worth the money. Felt like a rip off. This would have cost me £5.50 total at my regular. Will not use again and would not recommend.

Ordered three meals on line on a Friday evening. They arrived around 40 minutes later . All were hot, tasty and we'll worth the money. Great portion sizes. Great quality. Was recommended this place my daughter and they certainly didn't disappoint.

Visited Sixty Fish. With my son and grandson. The quality and portion size was very good. To be able to eat them inside. Without having to pay restaurant prices. Is a plus.

I have edited my previous score from a 1 star to a 4 to a 5. After continuously getting quality scran from here I’ve decided to alter my rating once again. The food I received when I gave a 1 star review must have been an anomaly. After reluctantly trying the establishment again after the 1 star review everything has been great so I feel they deserve 5*
