The atmosphere outside is nice. The selection of beers is terrible and extremely expensive for what they are. The ambience is horrendous inside. Such a shame!!! this venue could be spectacular

Wouldn't recommend for a bottomless brunch. The first thing we was asked was if we wanted salad or fries with pre ordered food. That took 15 minutes then we had to ask for drinks. The waitress seemed inconvenienced by this. We finally got our drinks after being in there 35 minutes however food arrived first when we asked about drinks we was told we only ordered them 6 minutes ago! As the drinks were served one was spilt all over one of the party's leg and didn't even get an apology just a glare. Then as the food arrived the same happened with the fries (although the waitress was more apologetic) Towards the end we was asked for last drink orders we we never recieved so again had to ask and was told we had had our 2 hours. The bill was ridiculous so everyone paid for their own food then at the end was left with money owing. What we wasn't informed was we had £78 service charge added on and also the fact they had charged us for 1 extra persons meal. And and extra £3.95 for a coke as 1 of our party was under 18 and didn't want mocktails. What was meant to be a special day turned into over an hour of it messing about with a waitress who after asking her several times to speak to a manager still refused and said she will "sort" it. Never again and will definitely not recommend.

Ordered takeaway delivery, said it would take an hour, after 1h 30mins called and they said our order is next, called 30 mins after that and they still hadn’t started cooking our food, terrible service and now absolutely starving

We always end our day out in Altrincham in the Con Club with either a pint of Asahi or a bottle of Erdinger.

Great location overlooking the Mersey on the front. Friendly, attentive waiter.Great food all round, pizza, pasta and steak. Quite reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend coming here!

We stopped here for a spot of lunch during the weekend away and it was lovely position, right on the seafront. We had the mixed platter for one the portions were very large. It was very filling and very tasty.

Great food with large quantity dishes. Service was very kind. The place is small and cozy, we also received a complimentary bowl of fries which were awesome. Great restaurant.

Had amazing gluten free fish and chips here in October and they even had GF vinegar.

I placed an order at 11.40, was advised expected delivery around 12.30, this time kept getting extended until around 14.00. I rang and cancelled with apologies to seven seas who were very understanding. The order is now showing as delivered ?

I use this fish and chip shop for take aways most Fridays. I am always stunned as to how the medium chips I have with two large haddock varies in wise from week to week. Some weeks the medium chips is really not enough to share between two of us whilst other weeks it’s ample. The only business where there is not a weight portion. I am also concerned some weeks where the girl serving has hair down to her knees without it being in a hair net. Not what I would expect from a high level chip shop. She is also always miserable and unwelcoming.

We went to Looe on a photoshoot , my wife is an artist , we were passing by Catch fish and chips 🍟 and decided to share a portion . Oh my days it was lush , the fish was huge and the chips were perfect . 10/10

The staff seem very unbothered about their customers, slouching on top of food areas, having a not so welcoming facial expression! 20p for a bag which i had to pack myself! The food was okay but quite cold, chips were nice. But please crack a smile and wear hairnets!! 😀
