Great place to eat. Great staff. Big shout out to Nadia for being so pleasant and polite.

My first visit and loved it, food was amazing, we will definitely be back. Nadia was an excellent waitress, very friendly and helpful.

Came here for some drinks and was served by Rhys. His service was exceptional and so were the cocktails, really good atmosphere as well.

I absolutely love this place. If you want life, this is the place to be. Situated in the heart of Altrincham and buzzing. Altrincham is very busy for people that come from out of town, this is one of the places to be seen. They have a great variety of food choices. I give this place too marks.

Cool vibe and attentive staff. Not a cheap do, but made up in its unique-y-ness. Food was good too.

I visited on Friday afternoon 12th July it was my first visit, I wasn’t disappointed:) The sharing food platter was delicious, along with the other starter dishes, olives, pork pieces, fries etc….. The taste & presentation was 5 stars! The service was 5 stars! Will definitely be eating here again…. Only one negative, when I went to pay the bill, It was all ready for me to tap my card etc…. I said: I’d like to add on a tip and was wondering where I should add it? It was already added when the bill was presented? I personally would have liked to be informed first as I’d not seen anything on the menu that 10% would automatically be added: I didn’t mind paying as the food/service were worth it, however, I would have preferred be told that they had already added the tip!

Dined here with the family for a special occasion the food was delicious ,the service was spot on thanks to Kieran and the team . I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for that special event ,or just a good night out

mostly the food was good but I ordered the lamb chops which were so tough they were inedible, I would rather have one tender chop than five tough ones, sorry but true.

My daughter took me for late lunch on Saturday. It was my first visit. Front of House friendly & welcoming as well as the waiter. We were early but seated after 5 minutes. We had Tempura Prawns & Galic Prawns served with beautiful bread. Good size portions. Food had flavour and sauces. I had Prawns Lobster with Salad & Fries. My God, how big a portion. This was to die for. Scrumptious also the sauce. My daughter had a steak sandwich. She didn't really enjoy this much commenting it was much nicer last time she ate there. However, we had a great time. We were drinking wine & cocktails. We went up to the Rooftop. Could have done with heaters on, but I suppose we should have asked! We will be back most definitely.❤️

All good, just watch out for that 12% service charge automatically added. It's at bottom of the menu.

Had lovely lunch with family yesterday. Food was excellent quality with good selection & generous portions. As it was sunny day a lot of people were sitting outside which worked in my favour as it was not too noisy but not so quiet as to lack atmosphere. I've enjoyed all of my visits here. Special thanks to Kieren, who looked after us really well.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff who know thier stuff. Food is also top notch and never had a bad meal, best server is kieren he will make sure you are well looked after.

We have dined on several occasions and the food is always fantastic with something for even the picky eaters in our group. This last time was no exception. The staff are always very kind to the kids which I appreciate.

The food is good, not out of this world but you know you will always get a good meal. We come for the great atmosphere and the incredible staff. We have been multiple times now since living in Altrincham and have never had bad service or a sour welcome there.

My go to place when visiting Altrincham. Food is great with some interesting fusion options. I also enjoyed the Sunday roast last time I visited. All the staff are great and the prices are pretty reasonable. Highly recommend.

- The staff really looked after us, kept checking in and making sure we had everything we needed - plus so chilled and happy to help with accommodating our large group. - Food was lovely, we all ordered the veggie roasts which were great sizes and then shared an incredible dessert! - Very good Coffee as well!!

We celebrated my wife's 40th here in February 2024 with about 30 friends. The prior organisation with manager Pete and his team was spot on, quick replies to emails and very helpful to make sure any dietary requests were met. The food was out on time and to the usual high standard you'd expect at The Con Club. The service was excellent, so much so, many of our group passed comment. The atmosphere was also great with the DJ playing some top tunes. Hats off to Pete and his team for delivering a great night for my wife and all our friends 🥳🥳🥳

Came here for an early birthday for my mum and had the best meal!! Thought it was going to be a bit loud due to the bar area right next door but it was absolutely fine. Food was incredible quality and plated beautifully. Service was great, absolutely no complaints. Couldn’t fault it on anything, would highly recommend.

Lovely place to eat however we ate here on Valentine’s Day and ended up both throwing up that night from mild food poisoning from the sushi board

We tend to come here in the early afternoon for brunch/lunch. Food is always excellent and they are very accommodating of our children (now 4 and one brand new baby). Always an easy recommendation for anyone visiting Altrincham. *Old Review* Food was excellent and nice ambience on Monday evening. Fairly expensive but get what you pay for. Good selection and unusual to see a section for sushi (didn't try any). Reasonable selection of beers, but not always something I enjoy. Very busy and popular at weekends. I prefer it quieter.

Truth is in the name. It’s a con. Foods too overpriced for what it is it’s basically some Aldi microwave meals for 10 times the price as I’ve had it before and recognise the dish absolutely a rip of and service and atmosphere was terrible would not recommend and will never go again

Absolutely terrible spoke to some of the staff and they told me how horrible it was to work there and even that some amerture staff don’t even get paid for there work.

Delicious sushi, great atmosphere. Nice in summer at the terrace.

A great lively place on a Saturday night. The bar area was very busy and the restaurant full. The guy who I assumed to be the Manager got us a table earlier than he initially thought one would be free, so that was great. Menu is really nice and food was delicious. Our waiter (had 1993 tattooed at his neckline) was fabulous. Really efficient, friendly and helpful. All in all, would recommend and would definitely go back if ever in Altrincham again.

Decent lunch in a busy atmosphere, music a bit too loud but they did turn it down when requested. Service was very good, food was all enjoyable and the menu choice is very varied, light bites, sandwiches, brunch dishes, fish n chips, sushi etc. Prices a tad on the high side and 12.5% service charge added to bill. However we had a good lunch so would probably return.

We were visiting our son in Altrincham, stopped at the Con Club for lunch and a couple of drinks . Very impressed with the food and lots of choice . We opted for the Con Club Club sandwich, very filling and delicious. Had a couple of cocktails too which were also fabulous. Highly recommend trying this spot out , I know we'll definitely go back next time we're in the area .

The food was lovely, but I thought it was a little overpriced

I do not recommend here for breakfast. Overpriced and poor quality food. The service was slow. It’s really noisy. Really disappointing as we chose to eat here on my recommendation when our usual breakfast bistro was full, as I’d read good reviews. Personally I do not think they reflect on the breakfast. Also we were there maybe 40 mins only three of us just for breakfast and they charged us a large service fee and a carbon free dining charge on top of our bill. Safe to say we will not return

Absolutely love the Con Club. We visit it every weekend. Food is top quality. It’s the staff that make it amazing , Peter, Conor, and Tracey just to mention a few. Service second to none. Music excellent too. All friends and family love the the atmosphere.

Popped in here for lunch with a work colleague. Good choice selection of choice on the menu including both light lunch selections, mains and sushi. Between us we ordered gyros chicken, fish cakes with a couple of sides and soft drinks. All very good and filling. Also had food envy with some of the other stuff coming out of the kitchen 😊. I didn’t think the prices were too out of the way to be honest but like I said it was just lunch. All staff efficient and super friendly. Would definitely return.

For all you men, wishing to enjoy the warm evenings this summer. A rule we were informed of by the Doorman on Saturday evening 09/09/23 that only applies to Men! You will not be allowed inside the building if you are wearing SANDALS! You cannot go to the Bar or order food inside the building! You are however allowed to sit at the tables outside the front and allow you friends to go inside and buy Food and Drinks for you, which is fine but unfortunately, your friends cant go to the toilet for you! How strange!!!!! and the excuse was it's due to Health and Safety of the possibility of broken glass! But women wearing flip flops are immune!

Nice place for a drink in Altrincham. We go here fairly regularly. They had a guy on singing who was ear blisteringly loud. We had to go outside it was that loud.

We went to Con Club last week. We brought our 10 month old which can always be a bit stressful when eating out. The staff were amazing! They interacted with him, entertained him and went all out to make us feel welcome. I would happily go back due to the amazing service here.

Went there for lunch, the food is not good and overpriced, we want to order the salad as starters but the waiter order as main without ask, awful experience, won’t come back again.

Extremely accommodating to a large group of me and my friends, there were 16 of us, all the food was spot on and came out together, the drinks were constantly topped up and everyone loved it Thank you so much for the added touch of sparkler and pudding as a surprise, such a nice touch Nothing was too much, we weren’t rushed off and such a good atmosphere

Never fails to impress. Sunday lunch is fabulous here. Beef is so tender and everything cooked very well. Great service too. 1 slight gripe is the playlist. Bit too clubby. The playlist used to varied with a mix of everything, whereas yesterday was a bit too much.

I’ve dined at this restaurant on numerous occasions and always been happy with the food and service, however, I have usually dined here during the week. I am aware that the restaurant does warn you that it can be noisy during the weekend nights but please be aware that the noise of the disco/nightclub music is unbelievably loud and as a result you can’t have a conversation with people sitting at your table without shouting.

The food here is always consistent but can be a little pricey for a casual lunch venue. We sat inside to eat but then went outside for drinks for the resto the afternoon and early evening, in the sunshine. The outside seating is a great people watching area and a great place for bumping into old friends. The staff are always bright and cheerful.

Exceptional Sunday lunch as always!!! Absolutely love the Con Club!!! The Sunday lunch is fantastic! Usual Al La Carte and then delicious Sunday roasts with all the trimmings as well! The staff and service is perfect!!! Cannot recommend more highly!!!

Sicuramente il posto migliore ad Altrincham dove cenare, location carina e buona scelta tra carne e pesce (sushi ottimo). Da rivedere carta e soprattutto prezzi dei vini con scelta limitata e ricarico folle.

Whilst out shopping in ALTRINGHAM we stopped of for a sandwich it was around lunch time , we had a beer and sandwich, which was ok , Paid for it whilst hubby went to loo and left later when we got home I checked the receipt and I was mortified that we had been charged 12% service Charge Also carbon free dining , we were not asked to pay this it was just on the receipt, of all the eating places in the area we choose the one to rip you off , all I can say is we will never go back there, and will warn friends and family of the charges which I might say there was a had written Thank you over the charges so you don’t notice Shame On You Things a re already overpriced without these charges

Good, lively place to go for an evening, but they really take the p*** with their prices! I paid £60 for 2 starters and a couple of drinks! Won't eat there again.

I visited The Con Club with my husband and my 4 year old son. All the staff were very helpful and super friendly. They interacted with my son and the whole experience was enjoyable. The food was great and came out really fast too. Lovely vibe inside and relaxing. Thank you to management who trained their staff so well, you're doing a great job ☺️

Have been here a few times over the years and ‘hit and miss’ is a generous description. The food is often nice but tempered by poor service. We visited this afternoon for Father’s Day, having booked a table for four. We arrived to be told that it wasn’t ready and were asked to have a drink at the bar. Eventually we were shown to a table for 6. After about 10 minutes (no one had appeared to take an order or introduce themselves) we were asked to move as another group had arrived ‘with a few extra people’. We agreed and were inexplicably moved to another table for 6. In the commotion over moving tables one of our drinks was spilled. The restaurant didn’t replace it and we waited 20 minutes for the ordered replacement that we had to pay for (£3.80 for a fizzy soft drink). The table we vacated was eventually filled with a group of 6 that could have sit at the (inferior) table we were moved to. They clearly knew a few of the waiting staff. Poor service aside, the food was mediocre today. They then had the nerve to add a 12% service charge to the bill plus another £1 carbon charge. That’s us finished with the con club, they’ve had enough chances.
