NOT GOOD NOT GOOD!!! I love a kebab on a Saturday night and used many places, thought I’d try this place again as it’s cheap and local and reviews were good? WRONG cold food small portions very dry lamb shish and dry kofte and rubbery doner meat very little salad more of a garnish? Chilli sauce tastes of chopped tomatoes with a little kick! Used this place back when it was Afs and was quality, I now know after experiencing the food once again why it’s cheaper than other kebab houses! I never give bad reviews as it’s peoples jobs etc BUT this was terrible! No point calling as replacement food will only be as poor!! Can’t understand how it’s had great reviews??

Still waiting for pizza 1.5 hours after ordering, phone constantly engaged so no way to check on order/complain. Shocking service! I would give zero out of 5 but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.

good food and even better service, staff were super friendly and nice. The pizza was great and staff delt with a stock issue on drinks super quick and easily switched it with a good alternative.

Don't bother on a Thursday night. "Quality Check" per the app took about 30/40mins for one pizza and some chicken dips. Delivery driver fine, suspect shop couldn't get it together on basic logistics. Pizza arrived congealed, cold (at best lukewarm) and every bit like it had endured at 30min+ "quality check". Yeurrgh repulsive, frankly.

Very rude staff, sent out wrong order. And on contacting them to say they sent me wrong items they don’t believe me, after good minutes of explaining them it is not what I ordered and need them to send me the correct order, they tell me they run out of flour, then they are saying they have no drivers and will take 1h, despite the pizzeria being on same street as I live. After 1h and 20 mins after discussing with them my correct order still has not arrived, I pop in the store to find the same rude person I spoke with on the phone, he was sat with the phone in his hands and was blocking my calls. Not one single “ sorry” waited tor pizza 2 hours and 20 mins since placing the order… to be told to wait in my car and they will do it now… Disgrace! After seeing physically the place that I ordered online from, the state of the shop, the dirty nails of the person talking to me, how he was putting his fingers in his ear while talking to me, I can’t unseen these things and asked for refund. So bad that they are allowed to ruin a good name.

I ordered a pizza from this place at 5.12, and was told to expect it between 5.55 and 6.05. Come 6.05, the pizza had not arrived, so I phoned the restaurant to ask where it was. The guy on the phone reassured me "the driver will be here any minute now", so by the time that I was meant to have received my food, it still was not yet even out for delivery. It did not arrive, until 6.30, and was not even hot! Suffice to say I have ordered my last ever pizza from this shower of spit. One of the other reviewers mentioned Roman. Roman delivered my pizza on a couple of previous occasions, and was awesome, He deserves to be working at a better place. Hopefully he has found one.

I would give Zero Stars if I could. - Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas online last night at 8:15 but by 9:15 they had not arrived and I called and was told they were on the way. I waited another 30min, called again and was told that they would make my pizzas again and resend them right away. 45min later and still no pizza and no calls, so I call back. By this time, the people I spoke to were gone and only one woman was left at the shop who had no idea about my pizzas and everyone was gone. Never got a call from anyone, though they took my money. Today I still heard nothing, no one called or emailed me, I called once and got no feedback just was told to call back and to email the manager. Absolutely unreal, I just want my transaction cancelled and I have to beg to the manager whos away on holiday and no one even bothers to contact me 24 hours later even though the have my number and email. I get that orders get lost and mistakes happen, but to still be begging for my money back and have not been once contacted by the store or its manager in 24hours is absolutely shocking. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE FIREZZA

Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes: An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again. A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food. TL;DR: Do not order over the phone for the love of god, just order through the internet instead. Good luck ordering over the phone here LOL, i cant understand half of what the guy is saying. I phoned them and told them that i wanted to make an order over the phone but the guy kept telling me over and over again that "theres better deals on the app" despite the fact that i kept telling him over and over again that i want to order over the phone... why do you keep telling me that theres better deals on the app when i keep telling you that i want to order over the phone?... and so i then started asking if i am able to order over the phone because it seemed like he was telling me to use the app instead, but instead of answering me; he instead just kept repeating himself again saying that "theres better deals on the app"... its a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer... am i able to order over the phone? just simply say 'yes' or 'no'... jesus christ... he was doing this a lot avoiding answering my questions and instead answering my questions with things that i didnt ask, stop telling me over and over again that theres better deals on the app... i dont care about the bloody app, i just want to make an order over the phone like ive just told you 10 bloody times jesus... and then after repeating himself for the 10th time saying "theres better deals on the app"; he then hung up on me (wow) im guessing because he wanted me to order through app instead of phone. I then immediately called him back and told him again that i wanted to order through phone, and this time instead of repeating himself telling me "theres better deals on the app" again for the 11th time; he instead said "ok". Ok... so i can now finally start telling you what i want then... i told him what pizza i wanted and that i wanted a coke, he then told me that there was 2 different coke options (i have no idea what both of the coke options were that he said though because i cant understand a word that hes saying), so i just told him that i want a normal coke, but he then told me that its going to cost more because ive got a (something) coke (i couldnt understand what coke he said), and so i then told him that "no, i just want a normal coke", but then he still proceeded to charge me extra anyway for the coke which i said i didnt want, at which point i just sighed and just decided to let him charge me extra money for the coke that i dont want because i cant be bothered with the hassle. I then asked him if i could pay by cash or card when the delivery arrives to me but he said that i instead had to pay right now by telling him my debit card information over the phone, so he then started asking me for lots of debit card information (asked for 16 digit card number, asked for 3 digit security number, asked for expiry date, and asked for the adress of my bank) which i found a bit suspicious and so i kept asking him if he was going to ask for my pin number, but instead of answering me; he instead kept telling me that hes asking for my security number, stop bloody telling me that you're asking for my security number and instead actually answer my bloody question... its a simple 'yes' or 'no' answer... are you going to ask for my pin number? just simply say 'yes' or 'no' jesus christ... like i said earlier; he was doing this a lot avoiding answering my simple yes or no questions and instead answering me with things that i didnt ask. In the end; he said that my "home adress doesnt match up with your debit card" (whatever that means) and so after all that; i wasnt able to pay by card and so i therefore wasnt able to order over the phone because they wouldnt let me pay by cash or card when the delivery driver arrives to me. What a waste of time... and so i then ordered over the internet instead and omg... i should've just ordered over the Internet to begin with in the first place instead of trying to order through phone to save me wasting my time because ordering over the internet was so much quicker and easier than ordering over the phone having to deal with that annoying staff member.

Ordered 2 XXL pizzas from the Loughborough branch which came raw. We called the branch and spoke to the manager (wouldn’t give his name) who was very rude and accused us of lying! He was very rude on the call and would not take any liability. Offered to show images and they could come and pick the pizzas up! Would never order from this branch again

Surprised to be honest at the negative reviews listed, we have never had any problems with Pizza Hut Sutton, It is very local to us however. Staff have been polite and helpful whenever we have visited or phoned. Great Pizza, sometimes it is a little on the oily side but nothing wrong with the quality or taste.

Every time I've been to this Pizza Hut it's been absolutely terrible! Whether you order the T/A online or in-store, there's always a wait! The most recent visit it took 1hr 30 minutes from the time we arrived until we finally got our order. They really need more staff to to help cope with the influx of orders. I do love their pizzas, but the service is a joke! :(

Eating in has recent re-opened so a friend and I decided to eat in. Staff were friendly and the price was quite cheap as they had a deal on. The pizzas were made quickly and were as always, delicious. I find collecting is easier and quicker so service was quick as usual!

Had a delivery tonight , order a deal , I ordered Hawaiian pizza , 2 garlic breads and cokes, c add me on time but the pizza was a margarita, I tan the store to be told because I ordered from the app it was my fault , and was hung up on , ask to speak to manager no help what’s so , will never order from dominos again

Was disappointed to find cheese on the cheeseless pizza i ordered and when i rung up the guy was very mean and rude, said i should have put no cheese, when the type of pizza didn't have cheese. After 3 minutes of back and forth and me explaining how silly the concept of saying no cheese on something that doesn't have cheese on was, i asked human to human if he actually understood the problem and where i was coming from? he said yes, i get why you're upset. so i said oh great thanks, what can be done about it? he said nothing sorry and hung up no refund nothing.
