good food and even better service, staff were super friendly and nice. The pizza was great and staff delt with a stock issue on drinks super quick and easily switched it with a good alternative.

Delivery driver quite literally hacked up phlegm and spat it on the pavement outside my home as he walked up..pizza was squashed and ruined. Lovely.

Awful. Used it for work and driver got lost and food was an hour late for a meeting. Tried at home. Pizza was dry and awful. They clearly don’t care. Don’t waste your money. Use Stapenhill papa johns instead.

Can’t believe the attitude of a guy this evening !! Asked for good deal, he said 50 percent off spend over £30, so we said two largest pizzas plus small pizza. We kept asking what the price was on now and if it was half price as he was confusing us because the deal was knly on pizza, we thought it was for anything in the store. He started to become very nasty on the phone, shouting saying we are a franchise yoj go get pizza from somewhere else we are not a takeaway and called me a bastard ! Continually shouting and put the phone down. We rang back and he continued the abuse and wouldn’t let us talk ! Absolutley disgusting service I will never use these ever ! They have lost my custom and everyone else who j know !

Check their policy VS Consumer Rights Act 2015. Large order for delivery. Food was shocking, flavourless, chewy rubbish. Bases incorrect from what was ordered, toppings lacking, sides as bad. Called and spoke to a "manager" who called himself Mr Singh, and immediately tried to BS us. Awful communication skills, wouldn't listen, made so many assumptions as to completely misunderstand the complaint and then offered us two free pizza's after having denied he even needed to address the issues at all. Eventually told to contact Papa John's head office to resolve the issue before he hung up! Papa John's head office contacted, four emails later to be offered the same two free pizza's. Please read Papa John's full policy, you will never be offered anything more than two free pizza's no matter how much you ordered, and only then if you do so within 30 minutes, and only then if you or any member of your party have not eaten more than two slices of pizza. They also do not offer any form of compensation, goodwill, refund etc for anything to do with sides, drinks or desserts. Truly disgusting service company wide. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Didn’t even get my pizza! I will never be ordering from here again ! My last pizza wasn’t even good !

Food sent to wrong address.....refund promised but never provided....staff just laugh down the phone. Definitely one to avoid.

We have ordered pizza and some sides tonight. Not only it took them over an hour to deliver when they finally arrived the food was soggy and cold. Every now and then we think we will give them a try but every time there is something wrong with the order. The pizzas tasted like they were left overs from the day before. Will never order from them again. The shop is clearly not being managed well.

The pizza was delicious the staff where amazing over the phone and when it arrived the contactless delivery was perfect. Everything about papa johns swadlincote is great and I will continue to buy my pizza here as I always have done.

Food was barely warm and box’s were all crushed, dips were missing, called to find out why to be greeted by a manager calling me a liar and put the phone down on me, will never order from them again

Wish I'd read previous comments before ordering. 1hr 40 minutes after expected delivery, and several calls later food finally arrived....cold! Order was wrong, sauces missing and had someone elses address and order number on it?! Great gdpr! Waste of time and money. Shouldn't be trading

DO NOT ORDER, have dominos instead never any issues. Placed online order tonight at 6:50pm , online tracker did not work so no idea when pizza was coming if at all. Left for 40 minutes and tried to ring the store, rang constant for 15 mins approx 40 outgoing calls.none answered just rings and rings and rings. Husband drove down to store to enquire, young girl walked to the back and came back to say your order isn’t here it’s out for delivery already. Husband drives home and still no food. Wait another 15 minutes and still no food ! It’s only a 2 minute drive so we assume not coming. I drive to McDonald’s, get home eat , and another 45 mins later someone knocks door with our pizza ! Already eaten thanks and sent pizza back. Worst service ever. Don’t lie and say order out for delivery and it’s not as took over an hour to arrive after being told this. Avoid !

Appalling service. I walked into store and ordered a singular cheese and tomato pizza. Other walk in customers ordered after me, waited and left with their Pizza’s before me. I asked on two occasions where my pizza was as i could see many cheese and tomato pizzas being made and sent out. A total of 30 minutes i stood in the store waiting for my food, No reflection on the lady who served me though, she couldnt apologise more and seemed to be one of the only ones who knew what she was doing.

Just Rubbish. Cold food mixed up order won’t use again on a plus note the driver was a very nice guy,
