Eating in has recent re-opened so a friend and I decided to eat in. Staff were friendly and the price was quite cheap as they had a deal on. The pizzas were made quickly and were as always, delicious. I find collecting is easier and quicker so service was quick as usual!

Consistently awful, food is either, late, cold or has little to no toppings on, we buy it on a Friday after long week and only really because Mun daughter loves the garlic bread, every single time I wish I hadn’t ordered here again. Frimley green is a lot better but don’t deliver to our address.

Terrible service. I order 7:50pm but at 9pm still not delivered. Contacted them and asked me to wait extra 45mins. I ask them to refund my money back and I had to wait 2-3 working days. It hasn’t been the first time apparently they do this. Bagshot was always delivering on time. If you don’t have enough drivers, do us a favour and close your delivery service or close your business, allowing other companies that really want to sell and give proper customer service,

I wish I had checked trip advisor before ordering from the Camberley dominoes!! After an half and a hour waiting for my pizza I tried to call 7 times to talk to someone to ask where my pizza was, most the calls no one answered, the ones they did pick up I was either hung up on before anyone even said hello or they picked up the call but continued having a conversation with someone else without saying a word! Terrible customer service! When I finally got through to someone they told me my pizza hadn’t even gone in the oven yet! A very insincere half hearted apology! “They were busy” 2 hours it took from ordering for my pizza to arrive COLD! No warning when I placed my order that there would be such a ridiculous wait! Never order from the Camberley Dominoes! The customer service is non existent!

I ordered some pizzas for myself and friends using the online app. I used the app to track my pizzas which were (according to the app) 20 mins away. After 35 mins I called the store whom told me they were on their way. They were not. I called the store a couple of times after this before they eventually arrived almost an hour (54 mins) after I ordered. I called the store to complain and was told to complain using the complaints line. Which I did. The response I got from my complaint was that after checking their computer system I received my pizzas within 40 mins of ordering (which is a lie) so they would not provide me with compensation. I responded to this but have never received another reply. A shoddy service and a shoddy way to deal with customers. The Frimley store is much better.

As per usual this Dominos is absolutely useless!!!! Seriously bad!!! Even when you put the exact address, postcode, mobile number, your own DNA they still can’t find you!🤷🏻‍♂️ Don’t bother to call and complain because the staff don’t give a damn! I work in Camberley and this branch sucks! Ineptitude bordering on ignorance!

We live in Frimley and use to order from Frimley Green where we regularly got lovely hot pizza delivered on time, since Camberley opened we have been redirected to them and the service and pizza are rubbish, always late, warm pizzas with drivers who really don’t care, constantly ring up to complain and wish I didn’t have kids who loved dominoes. As a brand they have nailed it but as a franchise this one is shocking

Cooked well, service is very nice and people are more than amazing. I believe that their Cool Atmosphere promotes families to come patches and join their delicious Pizza together :)

I ordered a pizza for collection. Watching the app it was taking longer than usual. When it said it was ready I went into the store. They said it was still baking. I waited probably 10 minutes and no one had spoken to me. I checked again and instead of responding to me they just talked about it between themselves and left me waiting. After a while later I got my pizza with an apology finally (and some free cookies, their go to apology). From overhearing then I think they delivered mine to someone else and had to remake mine, though they never told me that. They treated me like I wasn’t there, terrible customer service. Got home...and it didn’t have a stuffed crust. Called up for a partial refund. This is not the first problem I’ve had here, they are not professional, someone needs to take a close look at this store.

Now I need to give you some background. My husband will not eat cheese so i don’t get to get takeaway pizza very often so I always have my fingers crossed he will enjoy it as when inevitably he doesn’t I have to wait ages before I can convince him to have it again! My husband ordered our takeaway and then our little ones started playing up in the car so I dropped the rest of the family home and popped back to collect it. He was told 10 mins till it was ready and I walked in 9 mins later. It said ‘order ready’ on the screen. I asked for my order and was told it was just coming out. It took 8 more minutes of waiting until my order was actually ready. In this time the young man who was ‘preparing’ our order stood and had a chat with a couple of delivery drivers who were coming in and another guy stood sweeping the floor and fiddling with some boxes. Once my order was ready the young guy suddenly realised there was no icing dip to go with my husbands donut/ churro things. He then spent a further few minutes looking for more dip, all the while my order is just sat there. They then realised they didn’t have the dip so I assumed i would get a refund as they couldn’t fulfill the order. When I requested this Jo (a young woman) gave me 40p! 🙈😂 I asked why she hadn’t refunded the whole amount but she said it was the amount they refunded for missing dip. I then had to ask for the donut/ churros as they hadn’t given them to me 🙈 it just wasn’t great customer service or particularly efficient either. To make matters worse my husband (who doesn’t like cheese!) had ordered a meatalicious pizza, (minus the cheese) with extra meat. Have a look at the picture! Honestly, it’s hardly meataliscious let alone extra! He said it was like eating very tomato-y bread 🙈😂 overall a very poor experience.

The order was never delivered and the person told me to collect this order since no one is available. I didn’t even wanted to give one star but there is no option of that or else would have given them negative. I hope this restaurant closes soon atleast people won’t get fooled by these burgulars

Terrible value for money. I paid £2.00 for Mushrooms as an extra topping. What i got was One Half of one single Closed Cup Mushroom. Sainsbury will sell you an entire pack of Closed Cup Mushrooms for 89p. Medium Pizza and a Garlic Bread for over £20? What a rip-off! Do yourselves a favour and pick up a Pizza from your local Supermarket. Or make your own for a few pounds.

Had a delivery tonight. Really poor. Spicy chicken wings, advertised as 6 pieces but only 4 in the box, which had been pre-opened. The pizza itself was simply bland. Both items were stone-cold.
