Domino's Pizza Bagshot in Surrey Heath

The employees do not wear gloves or long sleeved tops. The pizza dough is touching hairs on their arms, which is unhygienic in my opinion. Should a hair from their arm attach to the dough, I would never know and that makes me feel sick. What is the correct process of handling food, no one is wearing gloves or log sleeved tops, the dough is coming in contact with human body hair.

Had take away. 12 Pizzas. Great job, Pizzas were fab. Everyone was happy!

I order from Domino's usually once a week so either Friday or Saturday. My usual order is the Pepperoni Passion (Small = 9.5 size (I think) with extra Mushrooms and Sweetcorn and also Potato Wedges. I have had a takeaway tonight from Domino's which is why I am writing this review currently because I would like to and it occurred to me. I have given this review 4/5, reason being is when I order my food on the Domino's App, it's all ok but it comes up with like 'Extra Sauce like Garlic & Herb and they charge you about an extra £1.50 - £1.70 which is a bit much, so I wish they could charge it for free instead of charging you extra for a extremely tasty sauce which runs out quite quick and the food is quite expensive enough but the 50% deal is good so I am thinking "Why would you charge people extra money for a sauce, maybe a negotiation deal for 3 sauces for £1 or £2 instead. No insults or me trying to intrude because the food itself is good, it is just that minor thing in my opinion. Well done Domino's for making the food good though. That is the only reason I am not giving it 5 star but 4 star is still good or why would I buy from a place and complain when I am happy with the services and everything so that is all that matters?

Spent ages in “quality control” then arrived lukewarm and with the wrong toppings. Much less cheese now than there used to be. Shan’t bother any more.

I would give extra stars but this place is so tight with the cheese. I thought it was one of the main ingredients. Anyway after paying for extra cheese via the app and over the phone I still received minimal. Even after saying please make sure there is lots of cheese.

Have lived in Bagshot about 18 months now and have had a fair few pizzas from Dominos 😆 Pizza is always hot and delicious and normally delivered within 20 minutes! Great service!

ordered from here, usually do as a family, there’s never any problems and staff are usually find our house. i ordered two pizzas, and one came burnt. The delivery driver was very rude to my sister and she very affected by that as it was not our fault he did not find our house. i hope your staff learn some manners as we are outraged by his manners. please sort it out dominos, also please slice your pizza better.

Terrible AVOID Ordered pizza for 815pm which arrived 2 hrs early. Had to argue that it was their mistake and email them my confirmation email for them to send a replacement. When that arrived they insisted on taking the original pizza away. Terrible

The pizza was never delivered. The delivery driver got out of his car and as I went to open the door he got back in and drove off

Once again Domino's Bagshot NEVER let us down! Time and again Hot Tasty Pizza delivered within 30 minutes. Last nights Pizza was just fab! Sorry I couldn't leave a tip!

Undercooked dough, pizza was inedible. Very rude manager (Midilan) kept putting the phone down on me, told me don't call again and to ring head office.

Had a lovely pizza here, unlike compared to the one I have usually at home this dominos overall has quick service and good food, I was served by a lovely lad who I got into a conversation with named Tom whilst I waited to collect my pizza. Very good for a dominos will definitely come again

Human hair on my pizza... there's not much I can say.. no taste beats food hygiene standards. Final classification: DISGUSTING!

Pictures speak for themselves. Simply disgusting. Although taste was good, but after seeing not one but two hairs on my pizza slice. I felt disgusted. By the way.. I am bald lol

Pizza really badly made. Burned, flat and not enough quantify of toppings. Really badly executed, no quality control. Nachos were burned and chicken strips were greasy. Delivery man was very polite and friendly though.

Service is always good. The pizzas are absolutely delicious and hot out the oven. Always a happy customer when visiting a dominos pizza!

I have been using this branch of Dominos for 5 years, so should have clocked up some sort of loyalty, oh no! Placed my order for delivery at 7.05pm, still no sign at 7.50pm, they usually deliver within 15-20 mins. I was told that they had not even started to make the order because they were busy, so I asked why no one had called, no response to that! I was then told due to the collision on the A30 which is nowhere near where I live, it was going to be another hour and a half! Which is rubbish because the A30 is now clear of traffic! I obviously asked for my money to be refunded, to be told it would be back in my account within 5-10 days. You can imagine my irritation, so I have made a formal complaint to head office. I will never order from Dominos again if this is how they treat a loyal and long standing customer, I wasn’t even offered anything as an apology, disgusting!

They don't put enough sauce or cheese on the pizza and ask you to pay extra if you want more cheese looks nothing like as advertised.

Over cooked base. It was like eating hardboard without flavour. Wouldn’t give it to my dog. Went straight in the bin. A cheap pizza from Tesco would have done justice for £1.50.

Edit: after messing up my order and offering £5 off my next they didn’t even bother adding the credit to my account. Rubbish portion sizes on the sides, about 15 wedges in a massive box, laughed out loud when I opened it, could save a lot of money and stick them in a smaller box if you’re gonna be that cheap. Wanted a half and half pizza which turned out to be more of a 70/30 pizza which was burnt and cut all over the place. Spent £40, when I rang up to complain I was offered £5 off my next order. Save your money and go somewhere else, much better food for much cheaper in the area, this is my first time trying dominoes in bagshot, can honestly say you couldn’t pay me to go back. On the plus side, delivery was relatively quick?

Do not use this place. Pizza ordered 17.04 didn’t arrive until 18.58. Offered a £5 voucher but this is not enough and also no recompense for a disappointed and hungry 14year old hungry child.

Ordered at 18:35 tonight, its now 20:40 and no sign of our order, rung the store over 50 minutes ago and was told, just waiting for a driver to come back............we can only assume none of the drivers have bothered to return to work.

When you order take away pizza you know what you are getting. The delivery is always very quick and very hot. My only complaint is they could cook their pizzas for a few minutes longer, so that the cheese melts a bit more and there isn't anywhere on the website to ask for this when you order.

Ordered a take away when we returned home the order was wrong (their mistake) but despite being ‘out of their area’ (5 mins away) they wouldn’t deliver to us - Zero commitment to customer service so I won’t be a returning customer again

Rang this Domino's twice this evening but got no answer so went down there. Queued behind a guy whose order was showing as ready on the progress screen but he was told it would be another ten minutes. He went outside to wait and we waited while the staff did other things like discussing what time they could get cleared by to go home- closing time was 2 hours away. After ten minutes of being ignored we walked away and as we drove past the guy who was told to wait ten minutes came out of the shop empty handed and got in his car to drive away. If anyone from Domino's reads this I'd love to hear their thoughts!

Was a regular here for many years but no more. Ordered a Pizza last month and when I went to pick it up there was red oil leaking out of the box. Got home and realized there was far too much cheese and tomato on it so the whole thing was just mush and could not be picked up. Alarm bells should have been ringing. 3 members of my family ate half this pizza between them. The rest was thrown in the bin because no one was enjoying it. That night everyone who ate it was ill, very. My wife was ill for 6 days. My daughter was ill the whole weekend and had 4 days off school and my mother was ill for 6 days. I went and saw the Manager and told him what had happened and he admitted that this had happened before. Not only was the oil a problem but he also said that the dough at the centre likely did not cook through. I was very diplomatic about it and told him that he needed to speak to his staff about this and then at the very least refund me. However to be honest I would have expected more. I told him Dominoes vouchers were not an option. I asked him to get back to me after the weekend. That gave him 4 days. We are now 18 days later and he has not contacted me. I have now had to take this to their head office however I am equally not impressed with how they are dealing with it.

Awful pizza takes more than 1 hour to arrive and pizza toppings was just everywhere and cheese was sliding off never ordering from here again would much rather go to Papa John as they're service is very good and quick

Well where do I start went for collection ordered and got to the till till to have some one who didn’t even seem to know their own menu couldn’t get it right whilst I got told the deal was a medium pizza drink and garlic bread for 8.99 they then came out small said sorry and would make me another pizza to compensate whilst they was doing that a member of staff got on the phone to the manager and then started having a debate in the kitchen and with us and staff saying we couldn’t do this. Told me I would do it this once we throught it was sorted then. Half way through we get told they have messed the pizza up and we are making it now. You would have throught nothing else would go wrong well I’m afraid you would be wrong they ran out of ham for one of the pizzas so we would have to wait another ten minutes. Just as we throught we would be out of their we notice they haven’t done one of our garlic breads so we pointed it out to them they then made it and waited longer for them to correct this. We then noticed they where still small pizzas we asked as they said they where doing medium and they said sorry we can’t do it even though they said they would. In total we waiting around an hour and a half for 4 small pizzas and 4 garlic breads for them to get it wrong 3 times wrong sizes and a long wait. All I can say is avoide if you want a quick service and as they saying goes all the gear and no idea

Fantastic quality and service, stopped using the Sunningdale branch which is closer due to the much better quality at this branch

I use Domino's bagshot branch regularly. Sharu and Suman both has excellent customer service. Always extremely helpful and polite. This evening Joe was incharge and had an bad experience with him. Very impolite and poor customer service. Very disappointed with the service in general tonight.

My husband and I have a Dominos treat once a month (or every other month). We have tried Pizza Hut before (more than once) but we don't believe the pizzas are as tasty. The downside to Dominos in our local area is that there are never any good deals (especially for repeat customers). Such a shame as the price of the pizzas has put me off ordering before and I have cooked instead. I don't make a habit of ordering takeaways as I always prefer to cook fresh but pizzas are hard to get right in a conventional oven.

It was a really busy night and I could hear the other phones ringing constantly, but that didn't stop the great service I received from Katie. She was friendly on the phone and made a suggestion when I couldn't decide what to order, rather than being cross about my indecisiveness. When I went to collect the pizza, she was smiley and took the time to say 'I hope you enjoy the pizza'. I did, thank you Katie. As someone who doesn't order pizza very often, I was surprised at receiving such great service. Well done Katie - keep up the good work!

Twice I've used dominoes Bagshot and both twice my order was wrong and freezing! No apologises and when I asked to speak to the manager he was he worse, so rude! Never use this dominoes if you want hot correct food!

I must say there is one employee who really is one of the best cooks I asked for a thicker base and not too much sauce and for the cookies to be well risen and everytime I order from him he gives me exactly what I ask for and also the staff are friendly and it's just a lovely place to get your Friday night pizza!! I recommend made exactly to how I ask everytime!

Sólo tenemos el ocasional pizza como un regalo especial de San Valentín y quizás la noche posiblemente no era el mejor momento para tener uno. Pedimos en la barra y repetir dos veces la cajera dieron mal la primera vez. Luego nos fuimos a dar un paseo y volvimos mientras aún había 6 minutos a la izquierda antes de nuestra orden fue completado. El lugar estaba un poco desorganizado y eventualmente la cajera dijo a todo el mundo para no poner más pizzas en el horno porque no había espacio a la izquierda. Por este tiempo nuestro pedido había sido fuera del horno por unos 2 minutos. En el momento en que llegamos a la casa (a 5 minutos) el cuadro de alas de pollo estaba absorbiendo con grasa que goteaba sobre capa de tenía mi esposa y la comida era ahora sólo tibia! Esta no es la típica calidad y recibimos a Domino's

Very good pizza and gluten free pizza tasted excellent. We have ordered a few times but at times the delivery drivers do not speak at all which is a bit off putting but generally can't complain.

The quality fluctuates ... Sometimes it is really good and then it is down right horrible

Got charged twice for a pizza. Complained to the store but just got fobbed off. Shame. I used to order 15+ times a year. I will never use them again. All for less than £22. You can really see they care about their loyal customers. I would even have taken two pizzas in lieu of a refund but they obviously could not be bothered.

My boyfriend called to check where our pizza was to which he was told the pizza was about to go in the oven, 45 minutes and it's not even in the oven, ten more minutes passed still says baking, so we call again, to which we are told that the delivery driver is leaving soon, in total we waited 1hour ten minutes, we were also not apologised to once on the phone or upon receiving the delivery. Unfortunately it gets worse, the pizza toppings were all over the top of the box where the pizza had clearly been upside down, it was a half and half pizza but all out toppings were mixed, I'm actually a vegetarian so I was most displeased with the chicken from my boyfriends half now all over mine, the pizza was inedible, it was a mess and freezing cold which after waiting over an hour is just a joke, the cheese balls we ordered were just cold dough, hardly any cheese and no garlic like they are meant to be, honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a dominoes, will not be returning!

Let's just say I had a complicated order which was perfectly taken by 'Olivia' this girl needs a raise! She helped me really well when I didn't understand the toppings and which toppings you could have.

We ordered dominos from here. They forgot our drinks and promised us £10 off our next dilivery and when we ordered again they said there was no recorded of this. We still had to pay full price again even though we didn't get drinks the last time. Will not be ordering from this dominos again

The last 3 times we've ordered from Domino's bagshot it's taken over an hour to arrive. When you call to check up you get the distinct impression that they have forgotten and have only just started making it. Pity because the pizza is always good. Pappa John's from now on.

I've used this place quite a bit over the years.once or twice or twice a month .normally home delivery .but have done order of the counter.pretty much every time I order the person on the phone tells me what would be the cheaper or better option So I would recommend this place to any one who likes a dominos pizza

I orders some food at 9.03 pm and the lady taking the order said it would take 40-50 minutes. An hour past still no food so I contacted dominoes and was told they had been trying to get hold of me as they didn't know where to deliver the order. I had no missed calls and no messages were left. When the guy did finally turn up I asked if I still had to pay for the order as it was now an hour and a half late, the driver replied yes the best he was prepared to do was give it to me for a tenner. I said I was not happy and refused the food. I am not a happy customer and will not be ordering from there again!!!

Had a gathering with friends & ordered some pizza just before midnight.Pizza arrived within 25 minutes. hot & very tasty at great price.Just loved it
