Ordered for collection at lunchtime, calzone came out of the oven undercooked. It was raw inside. Herbies used to be good, now it’s just nasty. Won’t bother again..

2 hours to deliver a stone cold bang average pizza loooool. Driver was definitely one to watch, knocked on every door of our road and could see me but decided to go up the other end of the street because the Sat Nav told him to. Absolute comedy gold, no need for Mock the week…

First and last time I order food at this place, disappointing. I am new to the area and I felt scammed having lost my money here at home. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for £13.99 and they brought me a small personal pizza with 6 or 8 small pieces, I don't remember but what I do remember is that it's not worth what you pay for. I have previously ordered pizza from two different places right here and for 9.99 they give you a large family pizza with 10 pieces better than this pizzeria, I think it is shameless and robbery that they charge you almost 14 pounds for a personal pizza. We ordered some chips and they brought us some kind of fries with chicken nugets (artificial from a supermarket), it wasn't bad, it wasn't good either, the expectation is not what it corresponds to this place. The delivery time was good in general and the taste of the pizza in general was not bad, what bothered me was the poor quality of the food, I really do not recommend that you spend your money here.

Ordered 20mins before closing and 1hour later, nothing had arrived. By then, no one was answering the phone. They've taken £30 and we've received nothing. Thiefs

Ordered online for a set time, order was over an hour late after numerous phone calls. Order was wrong had stuff missing, was promised some money back which didn't happen. Very disappointing experience would not recommend and will never use again.

Waited 1.5 hours for cold pizza...even hung up on when chased the order. Really poor service and bad pizza. Such a shame as have had good experiences before, but will never order from here again.

We ordered 3 pizza and some chicken wings was told 25-40mins delivery time ok but approx 1hr 10mins later was delivered .driver said he got lost.for a 5 mins journey to take that long we were apalled. Then our families pizza wasn't really as hot or as fresh as we'd liked .cheese was cold and stoggy not nice for our family .But whose to blame Herbies or Just Eat .either way the service wasn't very good at all for a Monday evening when they were not as busy as Friday or weekend evenings .buck up your ideas or your gunna loose custom .

We ordered an American hot pizza boasting double lots of pepperoni and jalapeños imagine our surprise when we opened the box to find ten pepperoni pieces on the who pizza and just eight jalapeños one per slice the rest was boring cheese.I then went back on to their website to see what it should look like surprise surprise it looked like it’s very poor distant cousin , the only saving grace was the hot wings which were superb

Really good pizzas and good range of sides, beautifully cooked to order they put the larger national chains to shame, if you like pizza this is the place to go.

I've ordered from Herbies a couple of times and never been disappointed, the food is always tasty and the service is always given with a smile! Very friendly and helpful!

Pizzas are made up to your own choice and are pretty good for a takeaway we usually collect but they do deliver , they also have offers

We ordered from here this evening as one of the other well known pizza delivery franchises lost our custom due to the rudeness of their staff taking orders on the phone. The phone operator was clear and polite and the food arrived fairly quickly and price wise was a much better deal than we were used to. The pizzas were delicious and hot and the jalepono cheese poppers were lovely. Will def be getting our custom from now on. Even our 2 year old ate it.

As far as pizza establishments go this is one of the best I have ordered from. The pizzas are tasty and well made with a full load of ingredients, no scrimping done here.

Delivery time was very quick, only 25/30 mins after I placed my order. However, some off the food I ordered was unfortunately quite soggy.

Pizza base was burnt, and I ended up with bbq sauce on my pizza instead of tomato!! And I ordered a cheese and tomato😂😂

We requested the food to be delivered at17:25 as we were out. It arrived at 16:45, meaning the food was cold by the time we arrived home.

The order arrived 40 minutes after the expected time. (Cold) Had to phone shop twice, eventually asked for a refund. Drivers sat nav could not find me. Very disappointed .

The food was not hot like it been before the chicken wings was cold and the wedges was not cooked all the way through still hard in the middle not happy with it to night

After 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, I finally received a pizza, only to find it was the wrong one! I called the shop, and at first didn't seem to be getting nowhere. However, after speaking to a manager, the problem was resolved! But 1 hour 45 minutes for a pizza and garlic bread is a bit excessive!

Good pizzas, not too greasy. Full of flavour, and also good value for money. Sides very good too, garlic bread in particular was fantastic, defiantly my favourite pizza restaurant!

In terms of pizza, I much prefer Herbies to Dominos. Having said that- I prefer Pizza Go-Go pizzas over Herbies.The only reason I occasionally use Herbies; as I did recently; is alluded to in the title of this review.Cheesey Calzone Garlic Bread- Om-nom-nom-nom-nom!! For those who don't speak street; that roughly translates to: The Herbies Calzone Garlic Bread is really quite spiffing.

Funny enough had one for tea, naughty but nice ! You cannot beat the tastiness, flavours of the pizzas and reasonable value too x don't fir get to have cheesy garlic bread if you have had this you haven't lived !

My son often walks to this takeaway and brings pizzas in for him and his mates their is never any leftovers and they say that the choice is always good
