Love the pizza here, lovely staff, good service and tasty pizza 🍕 😋 gotta love it! Would recommend (Low key better than dominos)

If you phone you get a very abrupt surly service - just off rude. We used to go back because the pizzas are good. But tonight’s one was barely warm.

Nice pizza for nominal prices. Most times my wait was only 10 min. So good for a drop in and pick up.

Missing side that was paid for. Desert was also frozen.

Ordered for collection at lunchtime, calzone came out of the oven undercooked. It was raw inside. Herbies used to be good, now it’s just nasty. Won’t bother again..

Pizza was lovely couldn’t manage it all ! Never had a calzone garlic bread I enjoyed it next time a cheesy one ! Fudge cake yummy and cheese cake was recommended was super tasty ! Not so keen on garlic & herb sauce but will definitely order again !

Chicken wings absolutely disgusting, buffalo sauce tasted more of vinegar and not cooked long enough, went straight in the bin. Jalapeño poppers were OK, again not great but good I guess from pizza shop. Chicken stripper were bland bland bland. Pizza was deep pan, will never order that again more like a bread pizza that deep pan. Overall order was hugely disappointing so much so I will add this place to the do ot order from category.

Don't be fooled by the large and medium pizza both is the same size called them they said it's two different size but got the same size on both pizzas

2 hours to deliver a stone cold bang average pizza loooool. Driver was definitely one to watch, knocked on every door of our road and could see me but decided to go up the other end of the street because the Sat Nav told him to. Absolute comedy gold, no need for Mock the week…

First and last time I order food at this place, disappointing. I am new to the area and I felt scammed having lost my money here at home. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for £13.99 and they brought me a small personal pizza with 6 or 8 small pieces, I don't remember but what I do remember is that it's not worth what you pay for. I have previously ordered pizza from two different places right here and for 9.99 they give you a large family pizza with 10 pieces better than this pizzeria, I think it is shameless and robbery that they charge you almost 14 pounds for a personal pizza. We ordered some chips and they brought us some kind of fries with chicken nugets (artificial from a supermarket), it wasn't bad, it wasn't good either, the expectation is not what it corresponds to this place. The delivery time was good in general and the taste of the pizza in general was not bad, what bothered me was the poor quality of the food, I really do not recommend that you spend your money here.

Delicious as always. I’ve switched from Domino’s for good now. Herbies is just better. Underrated!

Over cooked pizzas that were dry and horrible or were using old dough maybe. Complained to Just Eat and given the brush off. So much for customer satisfaction.

Very good food, I made a mistake with the address but they managed to sort the mistake quickly before it got delivered to the wrong address. Food 10/10, definitely recommend

Took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. When it did, I had asked them to call when outside due to having a dog, baby and partner sleeping (house has covid) instead he tooted 4 times one after the other for me to go out! I did, he laughed. I said thanks, can you now head my baby and dog he said “not my problem”. I took the food, was cold. Asked the restaurant to send the driver back and he said it was not his problem and hung up the phone. Awful.

Pizza garlic bread chicken strips all left on door step all cold when found NO KNOCK ON DOOR even rang Herbie's twice also around 45 mins late which indicates dropped on doorstep after 1st call QUITELY 😡

I ordered this in the morning, to be sure that I will receive it on the scheduled delivery time, which is 1800H. I called the restaurant and they only said they are busy and cannot do anything about it. The order arrived at 1840H. Very unacceptable!

Their pizza are not stone bake like the pictures suggest. Very disappointed as the pizza were doughy like you would get at a kebab place and not thin crust as requested! Such a shame!

Ordered a bbq burger - sauce and onions. Came with cheese on even though it’s not stated that it has cheese otherwise it would be a bbq CHEESEburger. Not very good first impressions I have to say. Turned up 30 minutes late and cold. Not happy.

My first time ordering pizza from herbies and i have to be honest it wasn't hot hot but warm it was delayed so I'm thinking it was kept warm somewhere but i didn't take a star away as the pizza was one of the best I've had from any pizza takeaway with a good topping, I'll definitely be ordering again from here very soon and hopefully it will arrive piping hot, the delivery driver was so nice and a happy guy, looking forward to the next one, thanks guys.

Ordered online for a set time, order was over an hour late after numerous phone calls. Order was wrong had stuff missing, was promised some money back which didn't happen. Very disappointing experience would not recommend and will never use again.

Worst experience yet!!! Ordered at 1pm It’s now 2.45pm no pizza! It’s been delayed twice, as far as just eats concerned it’s been delivered! Yet still waiting, will not be ordering from them again!

We were informed, that our order was running late. Which was fine to wait an extra 20 minutes max ontop of the latest arrival time. It went from 14:50/15:10 to 15:10/15:30. But, our order did not come until 16:00, even though when I called the restaurant at 15:40, theycsaid the driver was 5 minutes away. But he took another 20 minutes, the food was cold unfortunately.

Normally really like the food from here and never previously had a bed experience. On this occasion the update stated that the food was on its way but after 20 minutes and at the latest delivery expectation time I called the restaurant just to see if an eta was available. The people at the restaurant informed me that the food should be with me very soon. After another 25 minutes I received a call from the driver who said that he was at the main entrance and asked that I come down to collect the food, this was despite there being no access issues and signs clearing indicating where my property is located. I ended up having to meet the driver half way. Despite eating immediately as we were all really hungry the food was barely warm.

Order marked as delivered very quickly, never got the order despite trying to phone the restaurant & live chat. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. Really disappointed as I always use Herbies.

Best tasting pizza, arrived hot and on time.

Herbies are great for pizzas I normally have vegetarian but wanted something different I looked at the menu on just eat and saw that the herbies special did not have pepperoni so I ordered that but when I got it it came with pepperoni the paper that came stated that the pizza came with pepperoni maybe the just eat menu should state it too luckily I am not allergic to pepperoni

Food was not as hot as I’d have liked - not sure if delivery was just late or driver couldn’t find my address - food not as nice as expected

Ordered the “Managers Special” which was 2 x pizzas. Only 1 pizza was delivered. When I called the restaurant they said it only includes 1 where it clearly shows 2 on the website. After 10 mins of arguing, they agreed to send me the second pizza. Guy on the phone was really rude. Food was excellent but customer service was dreadful

Had to ring twice (10 minutes later and again at 30 minutes late) only to be told the driver had left and would be there shortly. Food was not at its best
