The order was never delivered and the person told me to collect this order since no one is available. I didn’t even wanted to give one star but there is no option of that or else would have given them negative. I hope this restaurant closes soon atleast people won’t get fooled by these burgulars

Always really well looked after, staff really friendly. Special mention to Katie who goes to another level of service. Great Pizza dough always fresh and nothing too much trouble.

Pizza was ready for collection 20 mins from order, which was exactly as per the estimate. No issues at all. It’s a Main Street, but there are a few places to park.

Food was never delivered to me! Shocking service

Delivery took well over an hour on a Monday, the pizza was stone cold and the “cheesy bites” we had paid £4 to add onto the pizza contained practically no cheese and there was very few of them, they were completely unseasoned and inedible! When we’ve ordered from reading before you get 2-3 bites per slice (and in the eat in in Bracknell) they are normally round dough with herbs, these were like empty oblong bread buns. Really horrible food, when you’re a franchise you have to keep up standards with over branches and this was laughable, wish I’d looked at the other reviews on here before ordering, never again

The food has been good on every occasion we have bought from here but I only do collection. The only issue I have is with a few of the staff, they are untrained on the offers. Especially the young guy on the counter told me an offer was not available when I have purchased it before in this same branch two times before. The Manager had to intervene and said I was correct.

No potato wedges, and no sauces, and the garlic bread wasn’t cheesy. And I gave the delivery driver a tip as well

ordered extra dip which I had to pay for never came phoned them up they had i have to go through deliveroo Ordered cookies no ice cream came and rock solid my mum chipped a tooth then I phoned then up again and she laughed at me

My son somehow prefers Pizza Hut? Why I don’t know? Ordered & Delivered in good time but my Pizza was cold & I had to warm it in my oven. The sides were barely warm also plus the garlic bread had been hardly baked at all. My first experience (and the last) on the recommendation of my son, was a very disappointing one.

I will start with I do not like pizza...but my kids do and if I have to order it, it's always been pizza hut! My 15 year old loves it my 19 year old loves it even more (bit of an English version of friends joey) with that in mind I have just spent £68 on pizza (I did order myself a margarita mac and cheese, because I don't like pizza) (and a dessert 🤦‍♀️...because I don't like pizza 😄) now on to the good stuff, your margarita mac and cheese was NOT worth £8...i am old and will pretty much eat anything..this had no taste at All! Your delivery driver was rude, extremely rude infact and very unprofessional! Your chicken strips looked like if I put my lips on it they would start bloody breathing again! Not something I want or can deal with on a Thursday night! The pizzas looked like they had been thrown in the box, kicked around the room and then delivered to me on a moped (that they were but I at least for the price expect the pizza to be in a circle) (I'm old but pictures to follow if I can work it out 😩) the 19 year old Joey Tribiani is out getting drunk as he should be but pretty sure even he is going to turn his nose up at the pizza when he gets in. Poor show pizza hut Camberley, bloody poor show! 😔

Will send you stone cold food then fob you off that it was just eats fault even though the order was placed directly with Pizza Hut. Stone cold pizza and sides, boxes all bent up and pizzas crushed. They couldn’t care less. Avoid at all costs. Look at the state of it.

Sent stone cold, actually more like fridge cold food! Called and they couldn’t care less. Offered me a £5 voucher for £40 worth of inedible food. How is that place still trading. Absolute disgrace.

How this place is still open is beyond me. Ordered 3 pizzas at 7 PM for a family of 4. Wrong order showed up (1 small calzone) at 8 PM, so we refused it. We've been waiting for the restaurant to call back. They still haven't, no refund in sight either and it's been TWO HOURS. Just avoid, honestly they will take your money, not deliver and not refund you either.

Food was ok delivery was quick, the problem was I paid quite a lot for the food and I also paid £6 for the Cadbury cookie dough and ice cream and never received just received an extra pizza that tasted horrible so I didn’t even eat it. Would of expected a phone call to let me know if they never had any left and could’ve changed it for something else that I would’ve wanted was quite annoying as that was the thing I was most looking forward to eating as well.

Came super fast, really polite delivery guy but the gluten free pizza was waaaay overcooked and so dry neither me nor my daughter could eat it. It tasted like it was cooked an hour ago and left under a heat lamp. My husband's regular pizza was undercooked. Disappointed because usually the pizza hut gluten free is really good.

Ordered from this place. Specifically noted NO MUSHROOMS. They made the mistake of putting mushrooms on the pizza, I specifically told them not to put it as my mother has an allergy. The manager just apologised and offered to deliver another one 40 mins later. Firstly, the delivery was already late by 20 mins and the ordered received was wrong. They promised a refund, but didn’t receive it. Called up again next day and the guy on the phone accused me of lying. Terrible customer service and aittude towards the customer. Manager not helpful at all, does not know what she is doing. Will never order from here again! I would give them 0 stars if I could

I ordered pizza several times thinking this time it will be fine, but no!!! Hair every time in the pizza yuk! Also the taste was not good, toppings were stale. I called the store on one occasion, a long story got replacement but couldn’t eat it without checking each bite. Other times rude responses, not wasting my money at this branch any more.

Ridiculous price for pizza. Will be contacting the restaurant as well to look into that. Will not be ordering again. Also. I asked for it to be delivered at a certain time. Why would it come 30 minutes early?? Thankfully they returned later with the pizzas. But I don’t know it it was the same pizzas reheated.

Ordered A £40 takeway them and they didn’t add one of the items I ordered. I rang them up and the manager was EXTREMELY Rude and refused to redeliver the items they forgot as I was out of the area. But they managed to deliver my order in the first place. Absolutely disgusting. The manager was sooo rude. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

Throw your money in the bin... Ordered a £20 pizza and i am still not sure if they used cardboard or dough.... dont answer the phone - terrible

We ordered the fajita stuffed crust pizza which was delicious. It's the tastiest pizza we have had for a long time. We hope it will join the menu permanently.

The quality here has seriously plummeted. My last collection visit was not good, but I put it down to them having a 'bad day at the office'. Gave them another chance and this time ordered through Uber Eats. What a joke, the estimated time just kept getting later and later and later. When the 'food' eventually arrived, it was stone cold and tasted like it was about 3 days old. The sides were awful. Nachos that were bonded together by cheese that was more like rubber and a soggy excuse for a salsa. The Garlic bread with cheese was terrible. Again, the cheese was like rubber. And the pizzas were completely disgusting. Ate 2 slices and threw the rest away. Complaint submitted to Uber Eats and they gave me a £3.29 credit against the next order. Nowhere near what was paid. Never again!

Placed my order online but didnt get a confirmation email. Called the branch and was told they hadnt recieved my order but i had been charged but there is nothing they can do about it so i need to contact customer services! There is no phone number,only an email. I asked if i could still get my order,to which they said no. I also said that i had tried to use my NHS discount code but it didnt work, to which i was told they no longer accept the NHS discount codes. Extreamly bad customer service all round,ive been charged and recieved nothing.

After ordering my food, The delivery time was set for 21.05 so I had time to do a bit of shopping, at this point I didn't take my phone in the shop as I didn't have a pocket to put it in. when I arrived back to my car I checked my phone, as I did I received a call from Pizza Hut ask me to confirm the delivery address, when my pizza arrived at my delivery address I was asked by the driver why I didn't answer my phone and that he had already been to the address. when he left I received an email from just eat telling me that my food would be arriving soon! I checked my phone at this point and realised that the delivery driver had called my phone at 20.44, well before I was expecting food. I know the timings given is an estimated time but never the less it was still 20 minutes before I expected it and the drive wasn't happy. Just Eating and Pizza Hut need to have better communication with each other to get the delivery time right

30mins late and sadly tasted like it had been a while in transit, very soft and soggy.

Terrible tasting pizza, lukewarm on delivery, ordered a half and half pizza (half veg supreme and half chicken) may as well have been 3/4 and 1/4!! I’m veg so I was so upset biting into a piece of chicken on my supposed veg portion (veg was supposed to have sweetcorn so there would’ve been a difference) but whoever made it was so careless because the meat was haphazardly scattered. Couldn’t eat the veg portion, they sent out another pizza. The Cookie dough was very hard and crusty, seemed like it had been overcooked. Two dips ordered, bbq and garlic, both were sour tasting, may have been stored incorrectly. Over all extremely disappointed, will not be ordering from them again!

There's not a lot of cheese in the crust eventhough its supposed to be a cheese STUFFED crust pizza.

I ordered one of their deals on pizza, it took 45 minutes to arrive and they had got one of the pizzas wrong so I rang up and complained and they said they would send another one, another 40 minutes went by and no pizza, so I rang again and they said they had delievered it to the wrong house. If I hadn’t rung up about it I wouldn’t have know it got sent elsewhere instead of my address. Wouldn’t recommend, bad customer service and attitude when speaking to customers. Personally don’t think it deserves a star but wouldn’t let me post without one.

29th May - Tuesday offer : Buy One Get One Free I ordered one medium sized pizza and got the other one free with this offer, but got charged £16.99, and when I got the pizzas they were very thin and small. On the normal menu, the medium pizza is around £5, and if I took that, I could have gotten 3 pizzas for the price of £16.99 (the so called offer price). I called the shop after I got my order and after explaining the situation the manager just kept on saying "What's the matter?", which was really irritating and didn't even try to sort the situation out. The shop manager portrayed very poor customer service and will not be using Pizza Hut any time soon.

Booked pizzas for delivery at 5pm (ordered at 2.30pm). Didn't arrive until 5.30pm. Phoned to chase & the restaurant response was apathetic, e.g. nothing we can do. Pizzas luke warm . Avoid.

Ordered a take away to local hotel after a long tiring journey was surprisingly still very warm and tasted very goodthanks for the fix!

I was very happy when the new user friendly Pizza Hut app was launched. Unfortunately the pizzas were such a let down - very greasy and my husband was quite ill after his Hawaiian choice. Such a shame - I think they should review their recipe or diversify and offer take away pastas cooked in the pizza oven too. We will be ordering Dominos from now on (unless I get brought a pizza oven)!

I've had a few deliveries from here as it's very close to where I live and they usually have offers going. However I recently switched back to Pappa Johns and cannot believe I didn't ditch Pizza Hut sooner. Always sparse on the toppings and quite often luke warm and soggy Pizza. Won't be ordering from here again.

Having used Pizza Hut a few times I decided after arriving back from a recent trip abroad to chill and have a pizza. Having ordered online and customising my pizza it arrived after 40minutes. Not too bad but as it had sauce when no sauce was entered in the order and being I'm allergic to the sauce I wasn't happy. After calling them to express my concerns and told it was my fault for not taking off the sauce even though no sauce option was listed I had to drive down to speak to the manager. Oh yes he was not available and still arguing I was wrong he supplied me a replacement, but not extra onions and wrong base as I had ordered. I have to say I'm not impressed at all due to the staffs rudeness and the fact of a potential allergic reaction. Worst service ever avoid

Food was ok but they forgot to deliver the ice cream we ordered with our cookie dough desserts. Had to ring up twice before they eventually answered. Said they'd deliver the ice cream. An hour later no ice cream. Rang up twice, no answer this time. Disappointed! Don't think I'll use then again.

What a disappointing call I just had, Not only was I greeted by a new member of staff who said he could not help me and put the phone down on me!! Then after calling back and speaking to the manager he proceeded to tell me that I lived further away than I did for delivery he could not help Total lack of customer service, will not be using again!!!

Staff are Very bad manners! Dirty floors and no respect at all the way they take orders!!! They should train their staff with a respect with the costumers.

Had family and friends over. Constantly called them for 30 mins to place an order. Didn't pick up for 15 mins. When they did answer they just put the receiver down on the side and I could hear them talking. Hung up after 30 seconds and same thing happend after trying again for 5 mins. All in all this happened 4 times. Gave up and called Domino's. Got them on speed dial now.

Sadly lost my job this week, so a large pizza for £7.99 was just what I needed! Headed down there to pick it up.. after 5 minutes of standing there I hadn't even received a "hello" or "we'll be with you in two".. it was only until another customer came in and called out to the guys out back that a staff member came out.. only then was I acknowledged. Considering I had already paid online, and was merely collecting a pizza and there was no queue, it took me approximately 7 minutes just to get my pizza. A pizza I noticed straight away was cold from just touching the box. There was no way I was waiting for another pizza to be cooked if it took me that long to just get an acknowledgment. So I had my cold pizza, not even warmed by a great service. Ironic I'm the one out of a job.

I was with my daughter and asking to change a few items as she has autism and Aspergers, we were told nothing could be changed. As I walked out and said because of that you have just lost a £40 order and raised my arms in the air, the lad that was serving us then called me a c##t, I am now I the process of emailing the main company as this is just a franchise

After going out to celebrate the night before I woke up with a typical "hangover" so the first thing I want is carbs ... Me and my partner decided to try a different pizza place to our local one .... Unfortunately the worst idea ever!! I got home with two large pizzas ... One with a supposed stuffed cheesy bites crust cheesy garlic bread and meaty style pizzas the pizzas were so greasy the bottom of the box was literally almost wet through the supposed "dough" was more like a soggy pastry and my cheesy bites were ... Well just chewy bites without the cheese my partners pizza tasted awful and way to much of the garlic powder all over it to sum it up it tasted disgusting it was wayyyy to greasy and my so called crust upgrade was a good way of conning me out of more money £23 of my money that would of been better spent anywhere else but here ... The only nice thing was the bottle of Pepsi max I got with the meal all gone straight in the bin 😷

Bad service asked for a chicken supreme med i got given a bbq mf and we were minus our two tubs of ice creams also, the lady on the till wasn't too good at her job maybe some more training would be better, called up and complained spoke to a manager who said we had to go and collect a pizza. Not happening from now on i will not use pizza hut frimley. dominos will have my service everytime. Ordering a pizza should not be difficult.

Starting from the telephone call things were awful. Staff didn't listen, had to repeat everything at least twice often more! Lady on the phone didn't seem interested and our call was not important to her. Food arrived timely but was disgusting, soggy garlic bread, stodgy (thin crust) pizza and dry chicken. First time I e ordered from them, it'll also be the last.

First impression was good. Food was hot & fresh, ingredients not so bad. Pizza was just lovely and will be visiting again soon.

Having complained, I was told that if I wanted a replacement I would have to wait and I would be required to return other pizza. Terrible customer service by Adnal Khan. Won't be calling again.

Delivery took about 50 minutes. Pizza was lovely. As were garlic bread and potato wedges. I find pizza hut better than other pizza companies.

Tasty pizzas & nice to see they have a 5 out of 5 hygiene rating (many others in the area have poor ratings ewww) Keep an eye out for the BOGOF vouchers good value.
