Papa John's in Surrey Heath

Poor service. 2 weeks in a row they have put meat on vegetarian pizzas and I have had to wait during a short lunch break for them to remake the correct pizza. Absolutely shocking that this can happen so often.

Food arrived after 1 1/2 hours, called and kept being told it was 5 minutes away. Finally arrived food was all completely stone cold. Driver said he was stuck behind a learner the whole way here? I am only a 10 minute drive from the shop. Money wasted. Very disappointed

Pizzas were amazing and the service was excellent. The prices were very reasonable too.

First pizza was undercooked, second pizza was burnt. We rang to speak to the manager but just got shouted at down the phone and told to ring head office. They then hung up on us. We tried calling again but they kept refusing the call or hanging up. I won't bother using them again and I will be making a formal compliant to Head Office. Oh they also admitted that there was an issue with the oven which they now deny. We've all woken up this morning feeling very poorly as well.

Collected pizza ready when we got there and made a quick change to the online order over the phone. All fine with order. Parking just outside for pick up. Delicious 😋

We have got pizzas from here several times a month for many years. It’s consistently good unlike Dominoes where you never know what quality you will be getting. Guys running it are also very friendly. 🍕

Fresh and Good Quality food with delicious test with good atmosphere. I wish I can come everyday, I’m giving 5 star on costumer service. Best pizza shop in whole town

Great pizzas and it's collection only now

Pizza disappointing. App marked as delivered but was dropped at our back gate. Apparently tried ringing us multiple times but we never had anything. We double checked our account and our number was correct. Not sure why they couldn’t just walk round and knock on the door 🤷🏻‍♀️very dismissive on the phone and not great customer service

Food was well cooked and was hot on delivery.

Nice pizza just don't bother getting it delivered it takes so long your pizza will be stone cold and the pizza shop is 2 miles away.

Took an hour to deliver a cold meal for the family. What a waste of money, will not be using Papa John's again. As I said the food was stone cold and 9mins drive away. Very poor service

Poor service, I was waiting for over 2 hours and still didn't receive my order! Unable to contact them on Just Eat or via phone. Genuinely would say stick to Dominos, at least they're reliable!

Bagshot has lost its Herbies and Dominoes serves up good old food poisoning so I tried Papa Johns, Lightwater. Let me first say that I had no issues with the order or delivery time. All spot on. The issue is the food. It is just bloody awful. We had 2 large Pizzas and 2 of us ate less than half our Pizzas because they are just not Pizzas and are not decent food in any way. I can eat anything but my digestion stopped with this poor excuse for a Pizza. The dough was thick and undercooked, the Pizza itself just had no flavour no taste even thou there was cheese and various meats. Maybe there would have been some flavour but that was drowned out by the sweet tomatoes. I am in no doubt that the tomatoes have sugar added. Why?. Also why was there not a hint of herbs in that tomato?. Heard of oregano which you should always smell and taste in the background of a Pizza. Waste of money and I will never use them again.

We order regularly, friendly and reliable!

Pizzas are good which is why have kept ordering from this place but it is annoying that for the second time in a short period of time they simply forget our drink.. so then we are expected to eat our pizza and 30min later drink? Or should we leave our pizza getting cold waiting for the drink? It's absurd! And last week this happened again and also when we opened the pizza box the garlic sauce was opened literally in the pizza upside down.. I complained which they sent a new pizza half-hour later.. and that was it! No compensation whatsoever.. this is bad customer service! You wait long for a delivery.. a bad one! And then wait longer for a replacement along with the missing drink and that's it! Well done! The slogan should be Better ingredients! Better pizza! BAD SERVICE!

Over one hour since I placed my order 10 minutes ago I received somebody else’s meat pizzas being delivered to my address my order was vegetarian .... Semi warm delivery just received... still minus water.... cant keep ringing to complain.....again tonight!!!! Hipe comments will include refund.... feel for whoever Dawn gu24 is as pizza will be cold..... no contactless delivery...... really poor. 1hour and 10 minutes later my order is delivered. Luke warm... shop is less than a mile away.... review your drivers!!!! No SD... no drink with order..... cant be bothered to ring a fourth time to “ takeaway”.

pizza arrived cold. I called the shop and they made no attempt to resolve the issue and denied the problem. Not ordering from here again.

Great pizzas in the past, arrived cold the last 3 times. Promised a free large pizza as compensation for my last one. Called to order some more food and redeem this and turns out he was making false promises. Done with this place.

Called, asked if they were delivering and accepting cash. Guy said yes, proceeded to place order that was a deal online. Guy then said the deal is only only online and there is a cash option. No cash option. No wonder Papa John's is going out of business, chow 🙋

Once had a great pizza was so nice and amazing so decided to go back and it was awful, about 5 pieces of pepperoni on a large and when we rang to complain u fortunately I could not understand a word the man was speaking

Arrived quickly and driver was friendly, I got an XXL pizza for 10 quid so can't complain about price. The pizza itself was very dry and tasteless. The ingredients tasted below standard for most pizzas, the dough itself was bland and I did not eat the edge of the pizza at all. Quite disappointed, and will gladly pay more for Dominos or my local pizza place.

If it comes on time, often missing items. Pizza actually fair quality. Chicken and extras often feel like they need a little extra cooking.

Great company and wonderful staff will always drive out of my way to go to these guys.

Ordered 4/3 at 22:15 for a delivery. Never showed. Called at 11pm and no answered. Took my money and never bothered to contact me to say it wouldn't be delivered. Left frustrated, hungry and out of pocket. Double checked the order and even left my mobile number in the delivery instructions!

Very bad. Food took forever to arrive when it did it was cold and not what I ordered.

Always good pizza but could be cheaper.

I live in Woking but was passing by and Ordered a XL garden party and sides of the chicken poppers. Both things tasted great. Will be back again

Fast delivery and good customer service. The building is very small with nowhere to sit but the area around has benches to eat at so it's not too much of an issue.

Order came in good time and food looked good. Tasted no better than a supermarket oven pizza. Here's the bit why I gave it 1 star, I would give 0 if I could, both myself and my partner had severe upset stomach the next day! Never ever again. I'll stick to Dominos

the pizzas 🍕 are not good all frozen and out of date mouldy to but garlic bread and chicken poppers jalapeño bites where very nice

Avoid. Bland pizza. Vile garlic sauce. Ordered online and following the transaction I was offered £10 off next pizza, started completing the form until it asked for my bank details, and thought better of it..... BUT It was too late, I had inadvertently signed up to a scam/scheme called Complete Savings, and they took £15 from my credit card 30 days later! As far as I knew, I hadn't even left Papa John's website, apparently they are favoured 'partners with Complete Savings.' So, all in all, 3 bland pizzas that ending up costing me more than £40! Will never use papa johns again. Don't be disappointed - go elsewhere.

Best pizza you can get in Lightwater

Avoid Papa John’s in Lightwater, Surrey. Horrendous pizza and customer service. Pizza was collected and lacked taste and quality of ingredients not to usual standard. When I called to complain, I was told by the manager (Abdul) that there was nothing wrong with their product and that I was mistaken. He then offered to send another pizza but I would have to pay 50% of the price - the sam I had already paid for the original pizza!!! He then quoted their terms and conditions and then said he would make another pizza but I would have to pay £5, totally contradicting their own Quality Guarantee. Residents of Lightwater, give this establishment a wide berth and perhaps try Dominoes in Bagshot instead.

I was disgusted with the level of customer service I received here today. I ordered a pizza with low-fat cheese which tasted absolutely vile and I couldn’t eat it. I asked for a replacement under the sale of goods act as I was not satisfied and yet they still did not replace it and were extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Used to be a great pizza place, delivering hot and fresh pizzas... Seems to of gone downhill slightly with recent orders!

Utterly garbage again. Got 1 of 3 orders wrong so phoned and told we would have it within 25 mins max. Eventually got it 70 mins later and not only was it cold but they got it wrong again! Each time I called it was apparently on its way; we live 5 mins away! We won't ever use Papa Johns again. Total rubbish!

They took well over 2 hours for our pizza to reply and then the staff continued to be rude and also refuse a discount or refund. We are obviously not happy with this service , next time I'll be going to dominoes

Friend ordered a pizza Wrong pizza 2nd time in a row!

Very rude phone manner , can barely understand English , delivery 30 min late , shocking telephone manner, food terrible.

The guy on the phone was impatient and a little rude, was told it would be half an hour but waited over an hour. They sent one completely wrong pizza and both were dripping in oil which meant neither me nor my partner finished our portion and was not enjoyable so didn't even want to keep for leftovers! Also ordered garlic knots, which were overcooked and quite dry and the dip supplied with them was quite unpleasant. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Me and my partner ordered from here recently, I rung up and the man I was speaking to was unbelievably rude too me, I ordered my food as asked him to hang on a sec as I asked my partner what he wanted to drink, whilst I was asking him the man I was speaking to wouldn't stop questioning me and threatening to hang up the phone ( i dread to think what they actually done to my pizza before they sent it out) anyway, when my pizza arrived it looks really really nice , until I took the first bite and it was vile it was one of the worst pizza I have ever tasted! The chicken actually tasted like rubber, they sent a hideous dip I asked for garlic and herb and they sent plain garlic the smell of it was unbearable and the tast was so hard to get rid of!! For two days after eating this pizza words can't explain how ill I was !! I think il stick to dominos much more cleaner and professional- take my advice and done order from this place!!!!

Absolutely joke of a company, never been spoken to so rudely in my life. Telling me my wife called up to change the order after I got back and found out it was a completely different pizza. Then raising your voice and accusing me of lieing.

Standard Papa Johns. Best big chain take away pizza in my opinion.
