Still waiting for pizza 1.5 hours after ordering, phone constantly engaged so no way to check on order/complain. Shocking service! I would give zero out of 5 but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.

Warning.....Firezza Ealing - DO NOT, repeat DO NOT waste your money ordering a Pizza online from these bandits, take your money, and dont deliver... NO way to contact them, no live chat, phone number doesn't work

Me and my housemates decided to had a pizza party , and we were so happy to order this squared pizza. Unfortunately the order never arrived even if they accepted our order, they took our money, and they made us wait for 40 minutes to then cancel. I think it is not fair and no respectful for the customer. They should notify us in maximum 5 minutes just in order to organise ourself. We really disappointed because we used to love Firezza but not anymore .

Placed an order, waited an hour for delivery, when I called them they said they would make my order now. I told them not to bother as I had already waited an hour. I was told I would be refunded. It was last week. I called them again to ask for my refund, was told i would be Refunded in 24hrs. It’s been 3 days...I’m still waiting. Very poor customer service

Ordered now pizza and its not fresh at all. Couldnt eat! Very poor quality of ingridients! Never gona order again, just waisted money!!!

Ordered 3 pizzas online at 5.15pm for a 6pm delivery. Called at 6.15 to check where the pizza was. They said they were still waiting for the delivery guy. Called again at 6.30pm - still no pizza and we were due to go out at 6.45pm. Pizza turned up at 6.35pm and was cold. Asked for a discount because of delay and cold pizza - was told the manager was out. There was no quality control for the pizzas - mine was missing a topping and one of the other two barely had any cheese!!! Won't be ordering from here ever again. Very expensive low quality pizza - avoid!

I used to be a big fan of Firezza, a gem amongst so many putrid greasy late night pizza joints. However the last few times I’ve ordered, it’s been weirdly awful. This evening, I ordered a 1/2 metre Patate and a vegan chorizo plus a Gorgonzola wedges side and tiramisu. Let’s start with the pizza; the patate was utterly seasonless and tasteless. The vegan chorizo, despite being my first time daring to try a vegan pizza, was just bizarre; sticky cheese that tasted of nothing and caused my mouth to stick together. The wedges clearly came in a pre-packaged foil tin, shoved into an oven so the wedges were nicely soggy with an apologetic amount of Gorgonzola wittering amongst the sodden potatoes. The tiramisu; a favourite of my boyf and something we’ve ordered from Firezza before as part of their deal is now a cake. A bog standard cake, the tiramisu being the cream between the sponge. THIS ISNT TIRAMISU. Woeful. What has happened to Firezza?

I only order from firezza Ealing, food is great and fast home delivery. But today I ordered potato wedges which suppost to come with a dip and 1 extra dip for which I paid and received only 1 instead of 2. And it’s happened second time. Little bit disappointing.

I've only had takeaway so can't comment on the decor etc but the food was pretty good, especially considering it had to be delivered to my lazy ***. The chicken wings were very tasty and the pizza pretty good too so I would be up for trying the restaurant one time if I can be bothered to go out though hehe...

I popped in to the restaurant yesterday, tried to order the vegan pizza and the server said we do a Marghrita, to which i replied no, a vegan pizza as per the menu please. I then asked the server what kind of vegan cheese was served on the pizza? He didn't know, so i replied OK, il have it without the cheese. He started to punch some instruction into the till regarding my request and repeated my order back to me, he asked if i would like Parmesan instead, i replied no thanks its cheese. The server then stopped in his tracks and said, wow are you sure, ive never heard of a pizza that dont have any cheese on it, are you sure? its going to be a pretty weird pizza. I canceled the order and sharply left the place.

As a lactose intolerant vegan I was horrified to order two quarter metre pizzas with friends to find both halves connected, meaning the vegan side was cross-contaminated so i could not eat it. The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and didn't seem to understand the issue at all. Very sad as I usually love ordering the Vegan q metre pizza from the restaurant and this has really let me down. If you do vegan cheese then you should understand the necessity and severity of cross contamination as a food business. I won't be ordering or eating at Firezza again.

Ordered online because we were told over the phone that was the only way to benefit from a 'deal'. From order to delivery took 70 minutes. There was a 'road incident', whatever that means. Parts of the pizza were firmly stuck to the top of the delivery box. The salad looked like a smoothie inside its clear plastic pot.

Pizzaioli italiani servono una pizza nel complesso buona ad un prezzo molto competitivo: pizza margherita e birra piccola con meno di 9£, alla faccia di chi dice che mangiare fuori a Londra costa tanto... il ristorante si avvale dell'utilizzo di prodotti di origine italiana, come ad esempio della mozzarella di bufala che, come si evince da quanto scritto sulle pareti, arriva direttamente da Napoli due volte a settimana.
