Had a delivery tonight , order a deal , I ordered Hawaiian pizza , 2 garlic breads and cokes, c add me on time but the pizza was a margarita, I tan the store to be told because I ordered from the app it was my fault , and was hung up on , ask to speak to manager no help what’s so , will never order from dominos again

Maybe they were really busy, because it was a really hot day today and people probably didn't want to heat up their house by cooking. The so called real-time tracking lies, after about 25 minutes it stopped, indicating the pizzas were delivered ... but they weren't. After a quick call to the store I was told that either they had gone 2 minutes ago, or would be going in 2 minutes, a bit hard to understand the guy, but actually they arrived 61 minutes after the order was confirmed (again, so much for the real-time order tracking from order to delivery). Even then when delivered, not everything ordered was delivered. Oh, and to top it all, the pizzas were barely warm. As per the title, a thoroughly disappointing delivery experience.

I ordered food at the end of Jan from this Dominos. The delivery driver came with my pizza and not my potato wedges. The pizza was cold and then when he returned with the potato wedges 30mins later that was also cold. When i called the staff to ask for a refund they were rude and have said on two seperate occasions that my refund has been processed. However, a month late my account has not seen any credit come in. The service throughout has been poor and a simple refund which they agreed to has taken a month already with what seems no progress. I now understand why this Dominoes in particular has such poor reviews and would recommend to not order from here.

Ordered online 3 large pizzas and 2 sides, the tracker said delivered after 45mins but nothing had arrived so phoned the store and was told the tracker wasn’t working properly and that they were very busy and delivery’s were taking up to an hour, food finally arrived over an hour and a half after placing the order it was stone cold inedible phoned to tell them about it and was offered credit for the full amount for the next time I place an order, which will be never after tonight this is not the first time I’ve had problems with this branch but will definitely not be ordering from them again will use one of the many other pizza delivery places that we have in St Albans instead, just wish you could post reviews on here without have to click on a dot as Dominos St Albans don’t deserve it

Just avoid, 2h wait for delivery . Then stone cold and looked like it was cooked 2h’s before it was delivered. St Albans branch just can’t get it right!

Never order from these guys and specifically this branch. Twice in a row my food was so late after an hour and a half I rang up to ask where it was and why it was down as delivered on the pizza tracker. Both times the same response the pizza tracker is broken and the food is coming. First time came cold and missing items. No refund. Second time I had to ring about 8 times before I got an answer. Literally ringing for 15 mins on a Tuesday night. They said it was busy. Another lie . I demanded a refund as it had been almost two hours since my order. The guy on the phone basically told me I had to have the food. I threatened to make a complaint if he didn’t refund my food. Eventually he did Never order here

This was our first time ever ordering Dominos! I ordered online -I was worried having seen previous reviews that it might not arrive on time but we booked it for 5:30 pm on a Saturday and at 5.27pm the pizzas arrived they were nice and hot and just right - they were tasty so we were really pleased and I imagine we’ll order again another day.

Outraged, offend, furious and starving hungry! This is the second bad experience we have had with Dominos Pizza, on London Road. Ordered a delivery online and waited over an hour and a half. Called nine times in the space of thirty mins and got hang up on three times. Went to the dominos shop on london road St. Albans in which we placed our orded with, and there was nine staff, two of which was making the pizzas and the other seven were standing around doing nothing. I listened to the phone ring for ten rings before going to the next call, still unanswered. Finally, spoke to the Manager who was rude and flustered, raising his voice as he tried to inform us how busy they were. When clearly could be seen only two staff working. The Manager also lied to our face as we were inquiring on where our food was, we were informed that the driver had already left to go to our address however there was a driver in the doorway of the shop. Who conveniently, when we returned home not met with pizza then waited another fifteen minutes turned up at the door. The same driver that stood in the shop listening to our conversation, then demanded money off us on our door step. Never will be returning to this franchise, after being lied to, humiliated and had to deal with incompetent staff. This has truly truly ruined what was meant to be a wonderful evening.

I made an internet order for a party delivery to my house. I chose to order via the internet at about 4:15 to avoid any misunderstandings, and to make sure that the order was made with plenty of time to be delivered on time at 6:30 for my daughter's party as they were all planning a night out to follow. At 6:55 I called the outlet to ask where the order was, because the kids were supposed to eat and then go on elsewhere and their plans were being mucked up. The door bell rang when I was on the phone with the delivery. I questioned the delivery driver why he was so late, but got no reply, as he handed me the boxes, he then made to leave but stopped when I asked him where the final pizza was (£19.99 RRP of the order) he told me I had the complete order, then phoned the store, who confirmed that the last pizza was still there, and would I like it? The kids were ravenous as teenagers are permanently, and had already started to eat the food, as it was cold a large amount disappeared very quickly. I called the store myself and spoke to the manager, he offered a full refund on return for the whole order being returned (too late for that), or he would credit me with the full amount of money for the next time I uses them. I refused that offer as the quality of food was poor, service poor, and delivery tardy. When challenged about why the order was so late he told me that they were very busy, by this time I was loosing the will to continue with the conversation, but tried to begin to explain that they should be able to plan for a 2 hour delivery slot. Eventually he agreed to give me a 50% refund, which is still in process! I will NOT be back, there are plenty of other pizza outlets in St Albans to use (incidentally we had a supplementary order from TGF who offer much better value for money, delivered 5 minutes early and all was pipping hot and fresh 100% improvement on Dominoes) AVOID

I called the St Albans store to ask for help with ordering. I have the student free personal pizza deal on my app and when I’m trying to order it says coupon is no longer valid. It says it’s valid until the 31st October. I called up the store to ask for help and the man kept on interrupting me. He said he can’t do anything to help and it’s all online and to contact the customer service. I said the customer service line is closed and he told me to try again tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that he was the manager. I tried to explain the issue again and ask for help and the man continued to cut me off, I asked him to let me continue speaking multiple times and he refused, then hung up the phone call on me. I am horrified at the ‘customer service’ from this man who is supposed to be a manager.

Today i just had the worst pizza of my life. Pizza was not cooked properly and it had very less amount of toppings.Totally Disappointed
