Food was delivered fifty minutes late don’t think it was the drivers fault

The order was over an hour late I ordered at 11:30 and received the order at 1:23 and it was cold!

Great breakfast sandwiches freshly made with a choice of feeling not too sure about the coffee seems a bit stronger than I love

Freezing cold like it’s just come out of the fridge I asked for it toasted and it’s not and the steak is like rubber

Please note that this Subway store does not accept subway official app orders and does not issue refunds. However, the subway official app allows to select this shop and complete the order, which suggests that the shop should be able to complete the order! Upon reading previous reviews, it appears that this explanation about the system having problems and not accepting app orders is a recurring issue and possibly a scam. and they don't accept any vouchers either. Additionally, the contact number for this store listed on the Subway app is invalid, concerns about the legitimacy of this shop.

Everything was perfect! All the staff were cordial, professional, polite, and kept the shop clean!

You never sent any cutlery or napkins and the meat wasn’t cut. It was also delivered standing up on its side so the salad was all crushed to one side

I wish I could give zero stars to this particular Subway. The staff member who served me was very rude, he also tried to scam me for more money. I order a Vegan TLS foot long. The first thing that was wrong was that the sub didn’t have enough of the TLS or the veggies I asked for, and I’m saying that as a regular customer at Subway. When it came to the sauces the server was being very stingy. He only allowed me to get one sauce (garlic and herbs) at first and when I asked for the second one (teriyaki sauce), he said I will have to pay extra money for it. When I tried to fight back and he said I could have BBQ sauce instead, even though it’s not vegan?? The only reason he didn’t want me to have the sauce is because it wasn’t in his close vicinity. I gave up because I was very hungry. When I ate the Sub, it tasted horrible, the bread was as very dry and I couldn’t taste the TLS, veggies, or the sauces. I will never visit this Subway ever again.

Iwalked in and asked for Nachos. The person behind the counter who didn't really speak English said they didn't ha e any. They normally use doritos. Didn't want to serve me clearly. Idiots . Illnever go to another subway again.

Terrible customer service. Would only give me 2 lines of mayo in my sandwich which cost £8 and wouldn't double wrap the ladies in front of me sandwich as she had a walk home and didn't want it to get cold. Won't return.

To be fair they were open in the early hours serving the late night trade but with a long queue they did not warn that they were not heating any food and would only sell footlongs. You only found this out after a long wait and after having chosen something you really wanted toasting! Clearly they could have sold six inchers but were trying to maximise income. If their oven etc were broken they could have put up a sign to advise of this. Otherwise tasted pretty good and reasonable value

Ordered 2 meal deals and only received one full meal deal and just the sandwich for the other one…not happy at all

The food was not fresh my sister roll had barely any tuna it was all lettuce. I can send a picture. My bread was dry and didn’t even have the oats on it like it’s supposed to.

It was a terrible experience! The guy who served us was on his personal phone speaking another language. Did not even put our order correctly as left my husband sandwich with different salad then requested. Very disappointed- will never visit again

This “outlet” is going against what I know is basic subway policy. Refusing extras such as salad and sauce because the sandwich “will not close” received one of the thinnest sandwiches of my life. In retrospect should have refused the sandwich.

Two hours late, absolutely disgraceful, driver assigned, no updates, still said driver assigned after two hours .. then finally arrived around 12.20.. !!!

Sandwich is Subway standard, no higher than 3 for any Subway, in my opinion. Service, though, can elevate food but here it does not. The staff here are miserable and are downright rude sometimes. Last time I was in here, one staff member proper shouted at a customer, demanding to know what sandwich he wanted and just being unpleasantly loud with him. I have been told that “we don’t do the Big Beef here” despite it being advertised on the side of the shop. Asked if they did nachos once and got told they did, then ordered them the next time and got told they didn’t? They are also constantly on the phone, which should NOT be allowed in an environment with food preparation. I cannot recommend this Subway, sorry.

Claimed they only do foot long when i tried to order a 6 inch. They then made a 6 inch for a customer who ordered online after I had already brought the footlong. Terrible behaviour trying to get me to spend more when i didnt want to. Do not trust this place.

This was appaling!! Waited for 45mins for a driver to be assigned and then another half an hour for the food to say it was delivered when it wasn't...and subway then did not answer the phone when we tried to call to see where it was.

Don’t have any other variety of bread, only had white bread but pretty sure it’s not the subway white bread. Can’t get it toasted either. Makes me question if this is a legit Subway or they just don’t care

Asked for simple subway melt- advised didn’t do it, had to pay for all extra meat. Asked for sauce, put about half a CM on the foot long. Asked for more sauce, said no. Very much get what you’re given and move on. Not consistent with other subway franchises I’ve been too. Poor quality

Very pleased delivered early and left us a little more explaining they had run out of the bread we had ordered they tried to ring but I missed the call would definitely order from there again

It's another Subway with all the good sandwiches everyone knows about. 3-star only because I have a voucher for an offer (and their store was listed in the website as one of the participants) but the manager refused to accept it when I order and only took it (saying it was an exception) when I was about to leave the store! He said it would contact the website admin to take his shop out of the list but that isn't my business so if listed, they should accept vouchers! Apart from that, good service and options for food and drinks!

Food was cold and horrible when i got it, Waited over an hour for my food and the delivery driver was rude.

They didn’t have the whole order. Missing cookie and I didn’t have double meat and very little salad. It’s a real shame as they always mess it up on just eat but it’s fine when I go in.

Sandwiches are great, staff also! However today as visited it was at least 40c degrees in the shop, no fan, no aircon, I don’t know how people able to work in those conditions. At least buy them some ice cream or some cold drinks! And a fan doesn’t cost much either!

Toasted ham, turkey and cheese came untoasted and without turkey. Extremely disappointed for the price to receive two small triangles of small cheese and two pieces of ham. Not acceptable.

I ordered two subs through the app when they were doing a special offer. I showed up when they were supposed to be ready. There were 3 staff members, none of them acknowledged me when I was waiting by the till (as per instructions from the app) and there were only two other customers in at the time. When I asked if I can pick up my order, one of them said they have a technical issue and don't do app orders. I said I was charged and asked if they can make the subs now but they said no and that I would get a refund by the end of the day. They didn't offer any proof of that and I got an email a few hours later saying that my order was cancelled by the store. Refund is still pending. I get that technical issues happen (if that's really what it was) but they should've offered to make the subs for me at the price advertised on the app.

I love the meatball sandwich but the meatballs are always cold so this time I asked please make sure they are warm, he said yes! Of course. They were cold again! I asked for warm ones and he put it in the microwave and I had to tell him when to give them back his the bread is disgusting and nuked and crispy and meatballs inedible! Shocking

The veggie delite sub only had jalapeños in it - the app didn’t give the option to request salad additions - only 1 was allowed!

Absolutely shocking they would even send my footlong in the state it came. Asked for extra cheese and for some reason had no cheese at all along with other parts of the items missing that I asked for. Terrible! It arrived on time but then again the way it was thrown together I’m not surprised

I ordered Hearty Italian Bread (Plant-Based) and I received Italian Cheese & Herbs however I don't eat cheese/dairy. How can I know whether the cheese inside is the plant based alternative or actual dairy cheese?

The driver arrived late then left the food on the floor and got back in his car, he was driving off as I opened the door, my hot food now only warm. The cookies I ordered were not what I ordered, I wanted white Macadamia nut and got smarties ones. Seems small but I don’t like smarties hence ordering the white macadamia nut ones.

I’m deleting my account as I’m disappointed with the lack of customer care. I wrote a review last week as I had a particularly bad experience with just eat and have not heard anything back.

Been waiting over an hour. Order says it was delivered... Nothing delivered. Been trying to get through to the store on the phone for 20 minutes. Even if it does turn up it will be cold. I expect a full refund.

Okay food a man fell over in front of me though , very awkward indeed.
