Always consistent. Always a good experience. Never greedy with ingredients. Highly recommended. Staff always polite and respectful.

Worst vegan pizza I have ever tasted (was not even able to eat it)...

Just now we bought 2 pizzas A medium and large one and they gave us a small and medium. We went back to the place and they said those were the right pizzas but they're clearly not. This is such a deception because my friends and I liked this place but we ain't coming back there.

Overly greasy pepperoni pizza and not much pepperoni

Omg, Best pizza I have tasted!!it was so good that forgot to take a pic for a review 🤣🤤 It was very well cooked , didn't expect to come with cheese, like from ads on TV. The pizza guy was very friendly. This is more take away rather than eat it. Pizza was cooked in 10minutes, so really quick , large size £9.99 with 2 dips. It just became my favourite pizza in St. Albans! My friends came to visit, they were also saying that is a very good pizza! Overall very tasty! Couldn't have chosen better! 🙃

Really tasty, always fresh for us, and in the rare instances there are issues with our order they're always really friendly and quick to fix them. We couldn't be happier.

The pizza was not at all tasty and had too much oil. It was a sheer disappointment. I felt very uneasy after eating as it had food hygeine issues.

I left information about the door code for the delivery driver get in the apartment, the moment the delivery driver called me and I go downstairs see were he was, the moment I so him , he started yelling at me because I was on the phone all the time and I didn't answer any time but i was listen to him on the phone and locks like he wasn't listen to me, I never expected been treated like this, I even lost my appetite, and this year was my first time I did buy something from you guys ,hope you do something about it, if not you guys gonna lose a costumer. Base soggy and really undercooked. Way way too much cheese which is most likely to hide the fact that they don't put much toppings on. Unfortunately a waste of £25 as I only had 2 piece the fries and garlic bread was ok tho.

Awful experience, he went to a different hotel then he came threw my order somewhere on a table without informing me or the receptionist who the order is for … called the restaurant the manager is super rude didn’t even apologise..

We love Topps Pizza. The food is always fresh and piping hot. It is our favourite pizza place in St Albans. Lots of toppings and generous with the cheese too. Often delivered quicker than expected.

Been there twice maybe even 3 times. Every time I've been I have been sick the day after. When eating the Pizza genuinely feels like the cheese on it has been sitting in the sun for a year. It's just slop, doesn't look clean inside, Avoid it, Dominos is across the road, for the extra money you can get a nice meal.

The restaurant did there job but the app didn’t tell me that the food had arrived so by the time I went to check the food was cold and I didn’t enjoy it

Poor taste and un reasonable prices

The pizza was delayed by a city wide power cut, but not long after the power came back on the pizza arrived piping hot and delicious.

I ordered a special with additional Meatballs & Jalapeño peppers both of which were missing. It kind of ruined the meal as it wasn’t as expected. 6/10 on this occasion

I find the pizza have too much cheese on them, and too much cheddar. This results in the food being too greasy.

This is a cheap and cheerful pizza place. We have had lots of takeaways from here over the years. Recently they delivered excellent pizzas for a birthday party - bang on time.

These people think food preferences are a joke. Just found chicken in my veggie pizza. I took a picture of it and will try to find a way to make you pay for your ignorance. Ate 2 slices before i found it and the rest went into the bin. 20£ wasted because the chef thinks he s funny. Shame on you! I want my noney back and i will never ever buy from this place.

Best pizza, not stingy on toppings

PURPOSELY OVERCHARGES CUSTOMERS who have been drinking and our guard is down in making payment. I caught him overcharging me and a friend on two separate transactions, when I left a message for the manager to call back to complain, within 24 hours the "pending transaction" has been cancelled and correct amount debited.

It was a good pizza. Good amount of topping etc. I'd prefer the garlic sauce to be buttery but it was still very nice.

Said to ring when at the door because people are asleep...they knocked very loud.

I couldn't drink the wine and I love red. I gagged when I tasted it. Was terrible and off and the pizza was stone cold. Paying for 24 pound for poor quality not happy.

So I’ve been here 3 times and the pizza was great however, here I am at 5 in the morning at 15 awake because my stomach feels like it’s gonna come out of my mouth. I feel very sick. Now I don’t sit too well with lots a dairy products and there’s a lot of cheese but, it’s ususally a rare experience for me to feel sick from it e.g. if i drank a pint of milk before bed then I would feel sick in the morning.

I wouldn’t advise you to buy from here as there were several hairs in the pizza and when we tried to tell the manager he accused it of us . However he did replace the pizzas after 3 phone calls, and the pizza was actually quite nice.

Their deep-pan pizzas are DEEP. You get excellent value for your money... So long as you do not buy a single pizza. Always go for one of their deals! Also, they seem to be generous with the sauces. You seem to always get a garlic sauce with the pizza, and two with every side.

The delivery time was very impressive. The food didn’t seem cooked properly, all 3 pizzas were soggy based almost as if the base wasn’t cooked properly. For an order over £50 too was quite disappointing.Out of the 3 XL pizzas ordered 5 slices were eaten. Sad to say really tops was always very good.

All of the toppings fell off the pizza was very undercooked and sloppy. Each slice was a challenge to eat as the dough kept breaking apart

Just to let everybody know please don’t make the same mistake that I did ordering a delivery pizza onion rings garlic bread which to be honest is absolutely dreadful the onion rings are cold and soggy the pizza was really doorway and cold where I rang up to ask if somebody could come and collect I rang up to ask if somebody could come and collect To replace my order they actually put black olives on my pizza that I did not order it’s my second time ever ordering from this restaurant and I would advise anybody not to because I was spoken to so rudely and arrogant I have never experienced anything like this

I had to throwaway the whole order because of Soggy Base Under baked pizza Extremely excessive cheese Melted dips because of the heat and I'm not even going to mention about the delivery charges... They don't listen to your feedback. Waste of time explaining the issues.

Food.was terrible. Pizza was ridiculously soggy, and the topic was sickly thick that it basically engulfed and dough that might have been there. After a slice i felt nauseous because of.the make.up of the food. Tried a 2nd slice and that was all i could stomach. Feel awful now, and the rest of the food is wasted. Avoid at all costs.

Garlic bread was dry and hard as a rock cost me 4 pound had to put it in the bin and was hardly any garlic on it.

Rude driver , horrid potato skins. Revolting.

Items were missing from my order and when I had a phone conversation with them about it they were incredibly rude on the phone to me.

The pizza was quite disappointing. For 17 odd pounds with delivery, the size didn’t quite seem like a large. Topping was luke warm and overall not that tasty. Compared to the Tops Pizza in Hemel, I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be ordering again. Will go for Farmhouse instead. Grazie, but no grazie.

I have ordered a large Mediterranean pizza but I was delivered a chicken pizza . My daughter don’t eat chicken that was the reason I ordered Mediterranean. When I called I was told I will be given another one . It’s been 45 minutes around 10pm in night but nothing delivered yet . She have to sleep and wake up early and go to school . Very very bad .

Rubish ... got a pizza burnt, i called and they did not listen or understand that it tasted bad. They just wanted to explain that it comes burnt looking...aviod mostly due the the managment failings for not listening to customers.....

It is not that often I get a pizza these days but I always go to tops pizza on London road. The pizzas are fantastic and very well priced I will always get my pizza from Tops.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered from here because usually at other branches the pizzas are good. The pizza was ridiculously overloaded with cheese that it was inedible. The bread was extremely soggy, I wouldn’t order from here again.

Tops pizza has quickly become my favourite pizza takeaway. The staff are always lovely, the service is efficient and fast, and most of all the prices and deals are amazing. The pizza seems much more real than that of Domino's and Papa Johns, it is far tastier and i can never manage to eat a whole one and always end up eating it as breakfast the next morning which is a bonus! Hands down the best pizza takeaway in st albans, Cannot recommend highly enough.

I phone to place an order two large pizzas half and half to be told they don't do half and half no more check the website they do do half and half phone them back and he said they only do it through the website not by the phone when he first quoted me for two large pizzas it was 19.99 when they came to my door through the website it had gone up to £31.98 terrible ! I will not be using them again !
