Pizza Go Go in St Albans

Last night, I hosted a party at my place and ordered a significant amount of pizza from Go Go Pizza in St Albans. I mentioned the party while placing the order, and they assured me they'd deliver on time and exceed expectations – and they absolutely did! The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The pizzas themselves were phenomenal – fresh, delicious, and a hit with all my guests. Highly recommend them for any occasion! Keep it up 👍🏻

That might be the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. Not undercooked like most places, hot, curly fries were crispy, chicken was perfectly cooked. Absolutely 10/10. Delivery driver was a nice guy too.

really good. most pizza places undercook their pizza so they can get them out of the door faster but this was perfect.

This place shouldn't be aloud to be open. The floor was so dirty. There were people standing in the kitchen and just sitting on a chair. There were also men just standing around in there coats. They only have a level 2 food certificate. And the box's they were using for the food they were wiping down (probably had dirt inside) To start off with we ordered our food and waited half an hour and there was 1 other person in there. They forgot about our order and when it did come the chicken was burnt to crisp and the curly fries were forgotten about. Send health inspectors there it's actually vile !!

Last night I ordered on the pizza go go website. The buy one get one free deal was amazing for two medium sized pizzas. We ordered the flaming torch pizza and vegetarian hot. Both flavours were very tasty and cooked to perfection. My order arrived in 30 minutes. I was happy with their service.

Everything good. I wish pizza GoGo would sell salad or coleslaw like most other pizza restaurants.

Today i just had the worst pizza of my life. Pizza was not cooked properly and it had very less amount of toppings.Totally Disappointed

Rude staff, bad pizza and overpriced. The pizza gogo in Hemel is half the price and twice as good without rude staff.

Pizza made all our mouths go raw at the top, looks alright but whats going on with that??

I paid £20 note and didn’t get my £2 change. The driver said he had no change. I was expecting he’d say I’d come back

Ordered food online via their website, called after 35 mins and guy said it’s on its way, called another 15 mins later to be told there was a mix up as there was an order on the same street as mine. He said he will get in delivered now as it was made and leaving now for delivery. Called another 10 mins later as I live round the corner from them to be told they are making it now. Considering I already paid for delivery online and it was now 12:45 in the night I demanded a refund only to be told they wount give a refund and I have to contact ahead office. I will never order from here again, i understand there was a mix up but don’t appreciate the lie from the staff about my order. The pizza wasn’t great either as it was rushed. Now I know why it’s got such a bad rating on the reviews.

Best late night pizza I've had in a while. Perfect antidote to a few beers.

Great food and excellent service

Usually good quality from Pizza Go Go however tonight’s were particularly bad. I’d ordered a cheese and tomato with ham and sweet corn but the pizza was mostly inedible. There were lumps of something which I assumed to be pineapple but not sure. Becoming very pricey as well, well over £30 for 2 x small pizzas (bad ones at that) so probably won’t be ordering from them again

Food was left at my door with no way of me knowing it was there no knocking or doorbell etc 2 hrs in and I check outside to find it laying there cold as ice and rubbery as ever

Pizza was cold I could only eat a few slices I only ordered as oven not working otherwise I would've heated it up everything else was fine I'm sorry for causing any inconvenience but if you can't even heat a pizza properly then don't or make them smaller.

I ordered in the early hours of the morning and the food did not turn up so I ordered from a different restaurant and then the food turned up about 10 hours later

Been using for over 10 years but the last several times have been really dreadful. Last nights was the worst. Not only was it late and cold, half the topping ingredients were missing. I don’t know if you are under new management or what has happened but I shall be spending my money elsewhere.

Absolutely love Pizza GoGo in St. Albans! The quality of their pizzas is consistently fantastic. The crust is always perfectly crispy, and the toppings are generous and flavorful. The driver wouldn’t bring it to the door, he pretended to not understand us.

Pizza was cold I called 15 times no answer no point ordering from here unless you like being treated like an unimportant customer their service to me today has been subpar which in all my time spent ordering here has only happened one other time. Look guys please next time don't make me wait like a dog and if you do at least answer the phone what kind of business you running speaking of runs don't eat the meatballs you'll be signing ring of fire by Johnny cash

Ordered two pizza and garlic bread. Both pizzas had burnt ham and cheese was cold on both. No real taste to either and doughy and completely tasteless. Garlic bread was cold and soggy. Complete waste of £30 and won’t order from here ever again. So dissatisfied

The worst place to order from. Food is always luke-warm and after waiting 2 hours for the food another time the driver just never came. Would never come here again !!!

Absolutely delicious I highly recommend this restaurant as the pizza is better then any I’ve ever had.

Ordered wtwo chicken and mushroom pastas. It Was absolutely disgusting and bland. Tasted like hospital food. It didn’t even have any salt. Called up the guy was extremely rude didn’t listen and cut the call off. Called at 21:42pm. He said just because other customers haven’t complained so me being the first he won’t do anything about it. Also admitted this pasta comes frozen and all they do it warm it with cheese on top. Will never order from them again. Food was just as vile customer service

I always order the same things and I can honestly say that it gets better and better absolutely amazing fresh quality. The sauce to meat ratio is perfect the chicken strips were moist it was lovely. Thanks guys well done. Xx

Pizza was really great! chicken bites weren’t the best.

Unfortunately, it was not clear before I placed the order that it was going to take an hour to deliver the food. On top of that it took nearly two hours for the food to be delivered at which point it was cold. When i called the restaurant to check on delivery after the first hour, they said they were short staffed, but were not limiting the orders they were taking. Food quality was ok, not great.

BBQ WINGS. IT'S SMELLS. MAYBE OIL IT'S OLD. OR ...THE WUNGS ARE THE MOST LOWER QUALITY AS WE CAN THOUGHT. .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dont even waste your time! Or money! 2 hours waiting for 1 pizza! Which never ended up turning up because the delivery guy was going to the wrong address even after phoning twice and saying we werent answering the door!

Impossible to get ahold of on call, can't follow simple instructions. "Please call when outside as people are in the house sleeping and it will set the dogs off" the guy says " yeah yeah yeah I'll let the driver know" ... no call. Paid £2 for 4 dips, that never turned up. Ordered 2 portions of curly fries. Only got one. And is "non refundable" disgraceful service
