Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes: An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again. A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food. So me and my friend ordered a take away after I'd had surgery on my leg and got it delivered to the house. We're both vegetarian, and my friend isn't able to have pork products at all for personal reasons. On opening out delivered pizza's (which where both veggie supreme) there was weirdly a piece of pork on one of the pizza's. My friend rang up to speak to someone to try and resolve this. I will highlight that this was the second time we'd had a problem with this restraunt, as had already had free cookies added to our account from a previous mishap. The person taking the call seemed very uninterested, and FORGOT my friend was on the phone to him?! So when she turned up to the shop to discuss and bring back the pizzas. He seemed completely oblivious, and repeated what he'd said on the phone "do you want to speak to a manager". There didn't seem to be any leader on shift that night with the person dealing with the issue saying she'd only been there for 3 days. As an apology, they offered my friend chicken strips 🙈 which isn't much of a resolution when you're veggie. I don't think this restraunt clearly understands dietary requirements, so if you have any DO NOT go here. Hope this helps!

The food was terribly overpriced but that’s not the point. Delivery driver had a Jurgen Klopp mask on and a tag around his ankle. Shouted “I’m so glad!” In me face when he dropped my pizza off and proceeded to push my wall down with his car before driving off! Awful experience

Absolutely appalled with this domino's branch! On the app it was showing that my pizza had arrived after 30 minutes ordering it. (Did not receive) I rang the branch and they said they are sending a new one out? Orders a pizza and wedges, with being 2 hours after placing the order I finally receive it. But... gets the wrong pizza, rings to say i have received the wrong pizza then to be told I'll have a free pizza next time, what do they expect a couple to split a handful of wedges for dinner! I asked can i have the correct pizza today, they replied yes! Be within next 30 minutes then to not receive it after 4+ hours after the original order! With ordering it at just before 8pm and still not receiving it at 0030 its Absolutely disgusting! 23:20 the store told me its finally on its way the correct pizza to find by 00:35 that its not on its way! Waiting up for 1 pizza all this time is disgusting! After calling them 6 times and no one to answer is BAD MANAGMENT! When it is open until 5am! DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

I have ordered a pizza and ice cream 2 hours ago, I have rang quite a few times and the same girl picks up the phone and says “we’re really busy right now I can’t deal with it” I have been waiting for my food and it’s still not here don’t ever bother with this store.

Not sure why this Domino's has such poor ratings. Had to review because had such a positive experience. Pizza was delicious and arrived swiftly. Delivery driver Olivia was absolutely lovely, will definitely be ordering again. Thankyou Hunts Cross.

Ordered 3 pizzas and only the cheese arrived as it should. Ham and Pineapple missing Pineapple!!! Cheeseburger missing the sauce despite the label saying put on sauce before cutting . When i called up everyone was screaming in the background. I was given two options wait and they'll send the replacements when they can, or call up on another day and have 2 large pizzas sent out. So as it sounded like world war 3 was taking place in the store, i thought calling up another day would be easier for everyone. Apart from my kids who complained the whole time while eating it. Today the kids are having a film night so i call up to claim the pizzas, but am told they have no record of the free pizzas and that i just have £5 off my next order. If that was the offer on the phone i would have had them sent out on the day. Then when i asked to speak to the manager the girl on the phone refused multiple times and eventually slammed the phone down on me! Sh**ty service all arpund they either lie to you to get you off the phone or slam it down on you. What has happened to this franchise? I had a pizza wrong a few years ago and the owner sent out a new one the next day where he had written sorry on the lid of the pizza box.

Order arrived missing the ice cream! Rang store was simply offered refund or send ice cream when they could! Which would of been no good as we wanted it with the warm cookie doe no apology or anything! Manager Redita very abrupt an rude on phone, do drive to store returned the cookies for refund and she smugly replied you will have a refund within 45 days- And complain on line if you line as I am the manager I this store so so nothing else can be done very disappointed! In The level of customer service!

Please don’t ever order pizzas from here. Due to a cock up on satnav my pizzas were over an hour in a box. I refused to accept them. Replacement pizzas took an age to arrive and were lukewarm when they did. Some kid on the end of the ‘phone said they weren’t allowed to issue refunds!!! Well, we’ll test that one in court, Domino’s.

The place can be full of staff and most stand around, you wait to be spoken to, your order comes out in dribs and drabs even tho it was all ordered at the same time (GOD "HELP THEM"). The delivery people mess around with your order even tho your there to collect it, they cannot resist moving boxes. I have waited twice now with one pizza while the other cooks, the first one ends up cold. Seriously it's a must visit if you want to see how not to run a business. The staff are fairly rude/ ignorant. Don't understand all they seem to do is move boxes from shelf to shelf. Deliver guys when not moving boxes, count their change (no idea why). The order screen doesn't actually reflect what's happening. Common sense does not exist in this Dominos. Avoid and drive on to anywhere other than (Hunts Cross) KFC. We have actually complained to management twice. Once for being rude and the other for supplying pizza that was cold and tasted awful.
