Ordered for delivery, driver refused to drive down the track leading to our property which vehicles use all day long. Meaning that we never received our order and were simply told we'll be issued a refund.

Absolutely shocking place!! Order placed online was burnt, called store and was told a discount would be applied to my next order. Tried to order and was told no such discount was available on my account. An absolute scam. Please avoid.

This place used to be good, not now. 1/2 the order did not turn up, the wedges were off, the toppings on the pizza were the meanest ever. I think these guys are scamming it. & it was very late

Warm & friendly, fresh pizza and salad, lovely vibes. The manager specifically was very helpful and extremely accommodating.

Ordered online, as we are Registered Disabled and cannot get out sometimes. The pizza was delivered quickly but no tomato base. Rang the store and the Manager had no customer skills at all, I was told to re order, wouldn't even deliver a pot of tomatoe base sauce, will never give domino's my money again

Up until today I’ve never had a bad dominos but that changed so dramatically today when in Marlow. After waiting 35 minutes for our food (store was not busy a the time) One pizza had so much sauce and no cheese at all, then a spass amount of toppings. Our other pizza was burnt and as for the cookies I’m thinking of using them on the fire to heat the house, the chicken strips were still cold like they hadn’t even been cooked. Honestly couldn’t believe how bad this was. You couldn’t pay me to ever go back there. Ended up at McDonald’s

You couldn't pay me to eat one. Can proudly say I've never had one in my life. Rating on the company and the vile staff. Noisy, inconsiderate staff. Waking us up at 3-4 am every morning. Some crazy woman screaming and laughing stupidly loud, and some Dominos pizza bloke who shouts his head off constantly. Filthy back entrance, dangerous driving and poor management! Puzza staff urinating against wall (near trays, yuk). Delivery of supplies by a huge Dominos lorry at 3am! Environmental health will be receiving my logs and videos as I go - I have quite a collection.

La Dolce Vita!Examinamos el menú con temor y finalmente nos decidimos por la opción vegetariana con una guarnición de picaduras de pollo orgánico fresco. En este punto, nuestro encantador camarero nos informó que recibiríamos una pizza gratis ya que era lo que él llamaba una oferta "241", bueno, la Sra. R casi se muerde la mano con esta oferta y eligió una pizza de pollo BBQ extra.Aproximadamente sólo 20 minutos después, nuestro pedido "241" estaba listo, recogí las cajas que contenían la pizza caliente y me fui con un alegre "ta ta".Estas personas saben lo que están haciendo con la pizza, estábamos a medio camino de nuestro alojamiento cuando la Sra. R exclamó que su pizza era tan buena, si no mejor, que cualquier cosa que un napolitano pudiera reunir y yo tenía que estar de acuerdo.Me quito la gorra de Domino's, me quito la gorra. Sigan con el buen trabajo. Amo la pizza!

Something is going wrong. We've ordered pizzas from Redditch Dominoes for years. We've tried a few alternatives in Redditch but always come back to Dominoes because of the predictable quality. Last night was different. We ordered three small pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese. When they arrived in the fastest time ever, we thought I had ordered pizzas without cheese by mistake, such was the scant evidence of the cheese. But the cheesy garlic bread was just awful. It was excessively oily, to the extent of it dripping out of the box, but it tasted as though someone had mixed together a load of butter, garlic puree and cheese and just smoothed it over a pizza base and the dough underneath wasn't cooked in the slightest. A fast delivery at the expense of quality. I think we need to look elsewhere as the quality control seems to have disappeared.

Pizza never showed up and they were incredibly rude on the phone. Used to be my favourite pizza place - now wouldn’t ever order again
