Well, gave them ago again, cant tell you awfull cold, no chesse on it. Do they not have people from donomes to check this mess my god. Never again.

I ordered my food and on their tracker it said it was being quality checked for 30 minutes, I called and questioned this and was told it was the next delivery (8:18pm), then the tracker said it had been delivered (8:38pm) of which it hadn't. I called again and was told it had left the shop at 8:34pm (I live 2 minutes drive from the shop) and it would be with me in 2 minutes, It finally arrived at 8:46. and was stone cold. Not suprising as it had been sat since 7:48 in the shop... I called and asked for a refund, and they said I would get an email notifying me of the refund and they would come back and collect the food. I have not received the email and it is now 10pm and they have not turned up to collect the food. I am now going to bed. Previously I would use dominoes a lot as my hours one day a week start at 7am and finish at 10pm, but last week when I ordered the order never arrived and I was so hungry at the end of working I had to go down and get it because they told me they had sent the driver home.....

As a frequent user of Edenbridge dominoes I can say this was the worst I’ve ever had. I never normally have an issue with them however today was different. The pizza arrived cold, greasy and topped with congealed cheese. The garlic and herb dip was split, I didn’t even risk eating the chicken strips. I know it’s a fast food place but come on have a little bit respect for the food you serve

Paul who is the so called manager is a bully. He picks on local vulnerable adults with learning disabilities for his own amusement. Ignores requests to stop by family and friends as he gets kicks out of his distressing behaviour.

Supplied all contact details, but receive a call 15 mins after pizza is meant to be delivered to say the driver can’t find the house, however does not have a mobile to call. Shop advises a new driver is on their way but nothing for another 15. I call them and are advised the new driver will leave in 2 mins and should be with you 5 mins after this. A total of 35 mins late and I’m told it should be hot! Cancelled and won’t use again. Other reviews are very poor for this establishment.

Pizza ordered missing toppings & cold, given incorrect info regarding refund, unhelpful staff. Extremely rude (store manager??) Abbey. Poor customer service. Will never order from here again! Would happily give a zero rating but unable to!!

Having moved into the area in November of last year we were warned off visiting this branch of dominoes by several people. We wish we had listened to this advice! After two meals where they missed toppings off of pizzas and burnt them, we were given some store credit (in deficit of a refund) by Edenbridge dominoes. When we came to spend our credit we ran into several issues, but to cut a long story short, we finally settled on ordering a deal with two medium pizzas and two sides for £21.00 (which left us with £1 left to pay in store, hence why we ordered this deal). When ordering this, my other half made it very clear over the phone that we were using our £20 credit and clarified the deal, as well as the £1 left to pay twice before hanging up. Upon arrival we were greeted with two LARGE pizzas instead of the medium in the deal, and then told to pay the £5 supplement for their mistake! If we didn't pay the money we would not be given our food, but could opt to wait another half an hour for fresh medium pizzas to be made. Very shocking service, and my other half paid the £5 simply to finally get our food and be done with Edenbridge dominoes. The cherry on top of the cake was that when we arrived home and opened our food we were greeted with two garlic pizza breads, instead of the side of wedges and garlic pizza bread in the deal. AVOID! SERIOUSLY.

We ordered pizzas for delivery last night. They turned up an hour late and stone cold. This morning I redecorated the toilet bowl. Cold and gave me the trots. Don't bother. Buy a pizza at lidl and cook at home instead.

Dominos has gone drastically downhill since they opened and they don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing. I appreciate when I ordered; it was probably their busy day (England semi final) but when you order online you expect your order to be correct as it’s written down- so no room for human error. Some how my pizza with no onions became a “onion only margarita.” Which should ring flags as I’m pretty sure nobody would order that- cos let’s be honest, onion taints pizza so an only onion pizza. That’s just DISGUSTING. I’ve binged watched “the good place” reccently so I’m pretty certain this is what they eat in hell. I imagine I’d need therapy from this experience. Like what even is that?! Even the 2 human hoovers in my house looked at it in disgust. I ended up throwing it out the window- just because my house didn’t deserve that monstrosity inside of it. To be fair they offered me a £25 voucher. But I had to go and get my pizza during the football (luckily making me miss our boys coming home!) so that was a bit annoying as I was lounging in my pjs.

My son ordered two pizzas online for delivery in half an hour. The order was accepted and payment was taken. TWO HOURS later the pizza had not arrived. I eventually called the branch and asked what was going on. I was told there was a problem with delivery drivers and nobody knew what was going on. I drove 20 minutes into the branch and asked for the pizzas we had paid for over 2 hours ago. I had to wait 10 further minutes. I told the "manager" that the service was unacceptable and I wanted something taken off the bill. He told me there were no staff and that he was having great difficulty running the branch. And yet they were still taking peoples money for orders they knew they couldn't fulfill. He said he wasn't authorised to offer refunds and that he would contact head office to give me a refund. Of course this never happened. Aside from this whilst I was waiting I saw people with no catering gloves, no hairnets and no aprons over home clothes preparing and serving food. This place would have been issued with at the least, a serious warning had a food hygiene inspector was present. I will certainly not use this place again.

We ordered ~20 pizzas for a college event. The service provided from Dominos throughout the whole experience was excellent, especially from the delivery driver Nick. 40+ hungry teenagers all thoroughly enjoyed the hot, fresh pizza we received! Thank you Dominos!

This was my first delivery from dominos and i was pretty excited, it turned up and the pizza box was squashed. I opened the box and half the cheese was stuck on the top of the box, there was hardly any cheese on the pizza and for the price of dominos i expected for at least my pizza to be covered in cheese, it looked awful. Delivery was quick though which was good and the cookies were so good! However i don’t think ill be using this dominos again.

2 hours and 10 minutes later our sad looking and cold pizza arrived. After 3 phone calls and lots of promise’a later, the driver was in fact just a friend of the managers and not a colleague at all. Close this place down before others do it for you!! Worst place, worst customer service and rubbish even after the wait!!!

At 6.40pm we submitted an order for two pizzas and two sides via the Dominos UK website, for delivery from the Dominos Edenbridge store, and in response to the question "When would you like this delivered" we selected 8.00pm, which gave them one hour and twenty minutes, which should have been sufficient. So 8.00pm came and went with no delivery; and then 8.30 passed without a knock at the door... and by 8.45pm we were getting worried. We checked online and our order apparently had not even been marked "out for delivery" yet! It was showing up as still in quality control. So we waited another ten minutes, but it was still in quality control! At this point we tried phoning Dominos Edenbridge to see if there had been an issue with the order, but despite telephoning multiple times, the phone just kept ringing and at no stage did the phone get answered. Finally, at 9.15pm, we were extremely hungry and after multiple telephone calls - none of which had been answered - and with our order *still* showing as being in "quality control", even though this was two and a half hours after placing the order, and an hour and fifteen minutes after it should have been delivered, we gave up on Dominos. So at 9.15pm we placed an equivalent order from Papa Johns in Caterham. The order was delivered 22 minutes later. By midnight we still had not received the Dominos order, even though they had charged our card, and we hadn't had a single update on our order situation from Dominos. My advice: steer clear of Dominos Edenbridge, unless you are a masochist looking to be tortured by the promise of food that is never delivered, and enjoy getting hangry. It's strange because they really only offer one thing - pizza - and they couldn't even get that right. We won't be ordering from them again, and I recommend people try Papa John's if they actually want to have food delivered. I mean, making your own pizza from scratch would have been quicker and infinitely more satisfying than the huge amount of NOTHING that Dominos managed to not serve up on this occasion!

Incredibly Slow delivery and not partically tasty. Wouldn't use again. Quicker and cheaper to make your own pizzas from scratch. Have heard of a few people getting bad stomachs after eating from here too.

Absolutely awful service!! Food was delivered very late and was cold. Avoid this place at all costs! Staff have no clue on customer service.

Ordered my pizza for 6:45pm delivery, half an hour later after this time no pizza so I called them up and she told me they have a back log and I have to wait 45mins - an hour !

Seriously how can this shop still be opened? We have ordered our pizzas 2.5 hours ago and the pizzas aren't here still!

Cada vez que la orden de aquí, yo me digo a mí mismo que no voy a hacer de nuevo. Luego algunos tiempo transcurre y me olvido de que he dicho, y pedir de nuevo, sólo para encontrar que el mismo este lugar es un desastre y casi una vergüenza para la franquicia de Dominos. El personal es inútil, la pizza es siempre tarde y la comida es tan por debajo del nivel que normalmente termina en la papelera. Mi última orden fue 45 minutos tarde a pesar de ubicarlo mucho antes como un 'orden agotado y venía con todos los nachos enganchado, quemado y duro - y todo el queso en la pizza de sobras congeladas obviamente estar merodeando por demasiado tiempo. Llamadas a la tienda son sólo se reunió con 'estamos tan ocupados" - pero eso es una excusa poco convincente para una pizzería que debe saber que tiene pico/hora punta y prever que con el personal de la tienda y los conductores. Creo Edenbridge intenta enviar un montón de órdenes de salida que va en la misma dirección de una vez por todas que desventajas muchos clientes que se espera mucho más larga de lo que debe o tener su comida demasiado tiempo merodeando por etc.

Entrega fue mucho más tarde de lo esperado. Todo bien era frío y poco apetecible. Llame para quejarme y nos dijeron que el gerente me llamarían, no volver a llamar. Llamado de nuevo y me dijeron lo mismo. Todavía no aquí, nos levantamos y no usar de nuevo.

This is how my salad came. The leaves are wilted and it's called a Chicken Caesar salad for a reason however there is no chicken in it, the smell coming off it isn't appealing either and I paid just over £4 for this as you can see it's only just covers the bottom of the bowl, it's awful

Eating on my own tonight so thought I'd order a Pizza instead of cooking for one. I ordered on the Dominos app and it was delivered on my doorstep in twenty minutes. Pizza was good and plenty left for tomorrow as well. Yes I agree...

Good delicious Pizza's, not sure what everyone else is here talking about but I have never had a slow or delayed order. I recently ordered some Nachos from them however they accidentally sent BBQ sauce instead of the Tangy salsa sauce (which is an integral part of the meal) so I phoned them up and they send me another box of Nachos with the correct sauce + 2 bottles of coke for free, and the guy also apologized at the door. Great service!

Es agradable en su lugar "cadena", pero para el tamaño de la pizza es ridículamente caro. Donde yo vivo, puedes conseguir un 20 pulgadas por 10 libras entregado gratis! No califico las pizzas o mucho, no es el mejor que he probado y demasiado salsa

I've never used takeaway Pizza before so I was pleasantly surprised how good the pizza was when it arrived. We had family turn up unexpectedly so we needed something quick and Domino's came to the rescue. The set meal, 2 large Pizza's and 3 side orders was just enough for 4 people. Delivery was also good,45minutes.

We have used this takeaway 3 times since it opened and will NEVER use it again. Service slow, order delayed, no apology. Staff look bored stupid. Unwelcoming atmosphere. My mighty meteor with sweetcorn was a joke, 12 pieces of sweetcorn, joke. Hardly any topping, counted 8 pieces of pepperoni, this was a medium pizza. Not warm either.

Terrible place. Terrible food. Terrible customer service. Staff are rude and clueless. After ordering a family meal to arrive at 8pm,we had to call at 8.30 to find where our food was and why it was late and why it was showing up as delivered on the app...The girl on the phone said orders were nothing to do with her (even though when answering her phone she asked what would we like to order?!) Then said she had no idea when it had been made or taken as again, that was nothing to do with her...When it finally arrived, we politely asked the delivery driver if that had got lost on their way to us and we were rudely replied with attitude and just waking off and leaving us with cold overpriced pizza.this place is shocking. The customer service level is diabolical. As is their cooking skills, time keeping skills and every other skill needed to do the job. This is the 3rd time we've had this experience form here. Never ever ordering from there again.

Going back a couple of months We've had some not so nice pizzas in this dominoes and orders not turning up for hours but the last few orders we've had delivered have been really lovely and delivered in good time..also the delivery staff have been very pleasant on the last few occasions ....maybe they've finally sorted out good management in there! It definitely has got better in my opinion!

Ordered a pizza and got it 1 hour 30 min later.. Got my order completly wrong to top it off the stupid delivery man dropped the sauce and spilt it.. Dont order from this dominos guys, all the employees their are dumb

I ordered pizza from here as a treat for my tutor group at the end of the school year. The order was due to arrive at 1:45 so that the kids could eat it during their lunch break and have plenty of time before going back to class at 2:15. At 1:55 I received a call from the driver to say that she had just returned from delivering another order to the same town that the school is in meaning she would not arrive until 2:10. I told her this would not do and cancelled the order.When I then rang the store to get a refund the manager did not at any point apologise for the mistake and made it feel like I was giving him extra work to do. His quote was "it will take 5 working days for the refund to get to you, I will process it today if I have time to get upstairs to the office".Any sort of common sense and forward thinking could have easily prevented this and the store has just done themselves out of out a very big order. Ridiculous!!

We have ordered from here three times, every time they mess up the delivery takes up to two hours to arrive if at all .

The food quality and delivery is a bit hit and miss sometimes quick and good and other times its late and cold so its a gamble

Had an amazing pizza here as had a £11.99 toppings no extra charge pizza voucher sent through the post. Pizza was quick took 15 mins and collected in store

I ordered my pizza online and paid by card to receive my pizza two and half hours later, all the driver could say was sorry i really do not know what to say! how about why my food took so long, however I have taken the pizza to find only four dough ball not six liked i paid for however they was hot unlike my stone cold and burnt pizza which tasted awful, which clearly showed me my pizza had been waiting there awhile, i could not eat the pizza as it had a awful taste and the dough felt and tasted stale.I do not recommend anyone to visit or order domino's from edenbridge their staff has never been up to scratch and they still have not done anything about this matter.is a big disappointment.

Like everyone else who has written a review on this branch of Domino's, I really don't know what is going on there (nor do any of the staff!!) I used to live in Tunbridge Wells and the Domino's there was first class. The Edenbridge branch is a completely chaotic, understaffed, untrained disaster. I ordered two pizzas there yesterday on my way home from work. When I arrived to collect they told me that they would be ready in 1 minute. I then made the mistake of walking 20 yards to get a bottle of wine. When I returned to collect my pizzas, they had gone! The clueless driver had picked my pizzas up and taken them out for a ride around Edenbridge, no doubt to deliver to some poor customer who had made the mistake of trying to order online (I've done that too, never again!!) The two staff (two!!) who were working there (and I use the term 'working' loosely) reacted like it was no big deal, offering me first free ice cream then free drink. I just wanted a pizza. After waiting another 15 minutes for them to remake the order, I got home to find they had missed off the extras I had paid for and the pizzas were cold, soggy and inedible. I have no idea how they can make them so badly. What I do know is that I will never risk going back there. It is a real shame because if it was any good, I am sure the people in the area would support this business.

We were excited when Dominos came to Edenbridge. Dominos where we lived before delivered quality pizzas very quickly.We've tried Edenbridge Dominos three times. The first time took about 40 minutes - disappointing, but we hoped a one-off. In a way it was. Second and third times - an hour each time. When I phoned after about 40 minutes to see what was happening, all they could say is it was 'on its way'.The pizzas have barely any toppings on them.The only good thing I can say is that the delivery drivers have managed to locate our house and have been reasonably polite.So disappointing. Won't be using again.

pizzas are terrible,toppings non existant,staff untrained and unsupervised,expensive!!!!Do yourself a favour and pop along the road and get one from Tesco,much better value for moneyand at least it will be hot when you get it!!! The whole town has been complaining since it opened but Dominos don't seem to be interested!!

Staff terrible, rood and typical fast food, and was not cheap, we waited at least twenty mins, and it was cold, we went back and they changed what we had, then wanted us to pay, a joke.

This is my third and final time ordering from this branch of dominos.they take far too long to deliver even when they aren't busy and the pizza is terrible when it arrives. Always dry and crispy. Customer service is dire there as no one has a clue how to deal with complaints and angry customers!! Wouldn't recommend ordering from here! I'll stick to East grinstead or biggin hill dominos from now on.

Late, soggy, fired thrown in bin as mush that's all you can say for £20.Used as a back up next time quicker to go to supermarket buy a pizza get it home and cook it quicker than delivery from here

First order was great, quick delivery and good quality of food.Second order was still good, but my small pizza wasn't cut into quarters as it should be so I had to eat it as it was being in the office without any cutlery. At this point I still thought positively about Domino's as the delivery time was very quick and food quality good. Third and the last order was a complete fail and I am determined never to try Domino's again and rather go for a takeaway.We ordered two pizzas around 9.30 pm, order was made online and also paid online, same as I did with two previous orders and never had any trouble. Received confirmation on my email as usual. Around 10.15 pm we were bit surprised that nothing has arrived yet so I rang them and was told that the system showed that the delivery had been delivered already which in fact wasn't. Anyway, the guy I spoke to said that there must have been some glitch in the system, as he didn't remember processing our order at all. We were promised our delivery asap and our money back for the inconvenience. Our pizzas were finally delivered just before 11 pm. However, no money refund was done and so I rang about 4 days later to find out what was amiss. Asked for someone who deals with customer service and explained what happened. The person I spoke to didn't sound very competent and in fact didn't have much of a knowledge of customer service manners. Anyway, they promised to look at it and advised me to wait as the transaction usually takes up to five days. This was on 19th May and I never heard more and never got any money back. It was only 13 pounds so I couldn't be bothered anymore but the principle of the whole thing made me determined to never order from Domino's again.
