Up until today I’ve never had a bad dominos but that changed so dramatically today when in Marlow. After waiting 35 minutes for our food (store was not busy a the time) One pizza had so much sauce and no cheese at all, then a spass amount of toppings. Our other pizza was burnt and as for the cookies I’m thinking of using them on the fire to heat the house, the chicken strips were still cold like they hadn’t even been cooked. Honestly couldn’t believe how bad this was. You couldn’t pay me to ever go back there. Ended up at McDonald’s

My order took an hour and a half to arrive. Was out for delivery for 40 mis. My food was cold and dry. Very disappointed. I ordered at 11:30am so probably a quiet time to order so no excuse for it being that late

This franchise is consistently terrible. They are always late, the food luke warm and the product underwhelming. Lacking topping or poorly made pizzas with gaping gaps void of anything tasty. The staff are rude on phone and delivery (if you’re ever lucky enough to get through!).

- Extremely ungenerous amount of toppings considering the high prices they charge. - Very poorly cooked pizza, the cheese is hardly melted. - Cold/Luke warm food upon receiving delivery. - Delivery drivers are extremely ignorant to any kind of 'social distancing' practices. - According to the FSA, the last hygiene inspection was over 2 years ago... need i say anymore?

This filth gave me gut rot - the night I ate it, and then 3:30 pm the next day after having the residual for lunch so I know it was.... It is well known they use out of date produce and e.g. they use battery chicken. Haven’t used dominoes for a year and a 3/4 but this time I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt: Filth - never again.

Ordered on an early evening for a kids party. Waited twice as long as informed and arrived with side orders missing. The pizzas were still warm though.

Pizza was delivered 2 hours after order was placed, order was incomplete, food was lukewarm (as usual), and the courier was unhelpful. This has happened on several previous occasions. Once we had to wait two hours for the delivery, couldn't get hold of customer service on the phone, and had to visit the outlet to chase the order. They said they hadn't received our order, but reluctantly processed it, made us wait 20 minutes more and then gave us cold pizza. On going home, a courier turned up at our door with the original order. Not going back.

Delivery guy wasn’t pleasant enough, however, we’d waited an hour + and the App confirmed delivery! So, after a little longer we called to find out what was happening as we weren’t eating hot pizza and potentially someone else was. The phone was answered by a lady and it was quite clear it was busy -ok, fine we get it, if you’re busy I’d expect it to take a little longer, however, the person on the phone sounded as if she couldn’t have given less of a XXXX. Anyway, pizza was ok-ish, but more likely we ate it due to the fact we were very hungry by the time it has arrived. Not great pizza, poor service and over priced.

Terrible! After 1 hour still waiting for one pizza ! I called already 7 time's! I don't know what is going on I'm not gonna make order from.that place

Ordered our food at 9pm expecting a simple delivery- extremely far from it! We called up over 3 times as the app told us it was out for delivery and later it had been delivered, clearly it had not. We were patient and accepted the fact it may just be a busy night but it reached 10:10 and our patience wore thin. We called again and again but reached no answer. No one picked up and so we jumped to the conclusion that we were not getting a dominos tonight. Later, AT 10:45, I receive a call saying our delivery was here but couldn’t find our house, pushing the buttons that little bit more. The driver informed us that there were no drivers and ‘no one wanted to drive to our location’ which we found very unprofessional. We did get £10 off of our subtotal however it is the worst discount we may ever have received as the pizza was cold, the chicken was cold and the overall experience killed our hunger. We tried to enjoy it but the stress of it all just didn’t help. Very unimpressed tonight.

The service is just awful. You have to wait forever whether it's delivery or collection and none of the staff care. There's not even an apology. It's literally the worst dominoes I've ever used - I'm amazed the brand let them continue.

Ordered many times and probably 50% of the time it is ok 50% doesn’t turn up/wrong order or just cold. Cannot believe why this branch cannot get it right. Surely Dominos franchise should step in and get the place managed properly!?

Ordered at 19:30 and food eventually arrived at 21:00, AN HOUR-AND-A-HALF LATER!! The driver rang to ask whereabouts our house was and got me to talk him through how to get here whilst he was driving. When he finally showed up he parked in the wrong place and proceeded to then walk across our front lawn ignoring the path. He didn't apologise for the lateness or his unprofessionalism. The food itself was overcooked and cold so following this final straw I proceeded to ring the store, after a couple of attempts the phone was finally answered by an uninterested employee. When I asked to speak to a member of the management team I was told the manager was out delivering and that he would ring me at some point. I am yet to receive this call and speak to a member of management. Would not recommend, aside from the already hefty price tag for what is incredibly unhealthy food (this was meant to be a cheat/treat meal) the service, delivery and unprofessionalism of the staff is not worth your money, time or effort. Take your business elsewhere and have a better experience.

I went into this takeaway when there were NO other customers present, and the staff completely ignored me for 15 minutes - not even a "Hello" or "I will be with you shortly". These people need to realise they work in a service industry and not a food factory. The pizzas are expensive and the "special offers" just encourage people to over-eat. Single pizzas should NOT be the most expensive option.

Ordered online at 8.45pm rang to check on progress at 9.45pm and was told “we are very busy, it will be 15 minutes thank you for your patients” and hung up on food finally arrived at 10.20pm while on the phone again chasing our order. Our food was cold but I couldn’t face another attempt to call again nor the excuse from a un interested employee! Have sent a message to the care team and have been advised it will take 5 days for a response! Never again will we use Marlow dominoes!

We ordered our pizza's on line and receive a confirmation email at 8.10pm. At 9.50 and a call to the store our pizza finally arrived, a very sorry driver had to go back as they had forgotten the sides. We finally got the last of our order at 10.30pm. After calling the shop to complain we got a half hearted sorry we are busy. Needless to say we won't be using them again

We ordered 2 pizzas at 6.30 and waited over an hour for it to be delivered after ringing to find out where it had got to. When it finally arrived they were wrong, and the delivery man was very rude and ran away when we said they weren’t right. I don’t normally write reviews but bad customer service drives me insane.

I ordered at 1915 on the website and I selected ASAP for delivery and bear in mind I haven't eaten anything all day. (I thought it would be a 45 mines wait like normal) It was 2000 so I decided to call them just to find out if everything was ok and they told me that it was an hour and a half to two hours wait. I mean really... at least put it on the dominos website so customers who would like to order know when to expect there food not to be rudely told.

I have got pizzas from here a lot, when me and my mates decide to have a takeaway or even for a fairly cheap and tasty lunch.

No te creo que un tomate y mozzarella ensalada habría algunos tomate y mozzarella? Bueno, no en Dominos, a menos que tomes 3 pea - Tamaño de bocados con mozzarella y un par de tomates cherry diminuto. The BBQ chicken is really tasty, as are most of the others and it is a great bargain on a 2 for one day... the kids all love it....

My first delivery order will be the last. I waited an hour and when my pizza arrived it was cold. Expensive for the size of it!

Waited for 1 hrs for pizza for the family , 1 pizza was wrong and cold so called back and asked for a replacement , after 1hr 20 mins still no replacement , called but only got we are busy but driver left 15 mins ago, waited another 15 mins still no pizza, called and cancelled waiting for refund, never got anyone saying sorry, avoid like the plague

Gerente Divan no respondió a ninguna de las cuatro llamadas telefónicas. Nunca cuando llamamos, incluso fuimos una vez a hablar con él. Pesadilla - evitar a toda costa.

Dominoes is a great brand and I have found that they are consistently good. The queue of people to be served on Friday was reasonable and the pizzas were served quickly and to the usually standard and very tasty.

If you are in Marlow, UK, this beautiful little and posh English town and still carving for Domino’s pizza, there is only one explanation: you miss America. There are certainly better pizza places in town.

Delivery of a Pizza from Marlow. £10.35 for Pizza. Offers driver £20. Driver only had some coins(possibly looking for a £5 tip)! So I told him to take Pizza back. I then phoned for another pizza from a driver without the poor attitude and hopefully some change. Sorted! CRAP SERVICE!!!

It is now over 2.5 hours since I ordered a pizza on a Friday night a as treat for my 12 year old son. At 12.30 it still hasn't arrived. We have had to call 3 times to find out where it is. I am horrified at it's service.

This has to be the most disappointing experience with the Domino's chain. We tried to place an order only to be told it was not possible although it was ok to do it online (perhaps a training issue with the staff ). So we could only order online and we hung up and did...but then only half our order was delivered ...because they were 'so busy'. The manager Jeevan was horrible in his service..at one point they accidently hung up on us and then their delivery driver Khalid was rude. He told us to 'find out yourself' when we asked about a missing order. ...only because they were so busy. Apparently Khalid had 2 other deliveries so perhaps he's not at fault but the management overall was a shock.

Ordered take-away from Dominoes, and was informed that it would arrive by 20:00. The Dominoes tracker informed me at 20:00 that the pizza was still in quality check. It left at 20:05. By 20:20, we had still not received our order, despite living no more than five minutes from the shop. The pizza arrived lukewarm, presumably because it had been waiting fifteen minutes, the chips were undercooked (we had to finish them off ourselves), and the dessert pizza was stone cold by the time we got onto it. Altogether not a great experience.

After several years as occasional customers of Dominos in High Wycombe, we were happy to have a branch within a mile of home. Unfortunately, our experiences to date have been a let down. The first was on a collection order when my partner stood in the store for nearly 30 minutes to collect a pre-ordered pizza which had been made but nobody called the order out. The second time, we again pre-ordered, for delivery at a set time and after calling the store, we finally received our order 45 minutes after our requested time, We have never had any problems with the High Wycombe branch and as we don't order that often, are likely to collect from there in future.

We've had our fingers burnt twice now by Domino's in Marlow. Once we ordered over the phone for delivery and it never turned up. I went to get it, and it had been sitting on the side for TWO HOURS. A couple of weeks ago we decided to give it another try and this time I phoned the order through and agreed to go and collect it. I waited three quarters of an hour in the store! There were a bunch of us - disgruntled customers swearing we would never use them again. And I won't. I'll be using the independent Italian in Marlow Bottom from now on, which is where I should have been going anyway. Really disappointed.

Ordered a delivery, the service was fast and friendly.Pizzas were nicely cooked, with the topping evenly distributed, not burnt- which I've had loads of time from other dominos stores, especially on the pepperoni pizza.Loved the vegetarian with the jalapenos! Yummy!

As you would exercise from a takeaway however still very very tasty. My son loves his dominoes time.

Terrible service. Forgot my order. Yelled at me when I politely asked what was happening. If you could give below a 1 rating I would.

Only had one takeaway from here but the 2 pizzas we ordered were dull, lacking in flavour and texture as well as being a bit dry. I'll stick to Pizza GoGo from now on!

Forget your chain eat-in pizza restaurants - the Dominos pizzas are far superior. Order online & you can collect within about 15 minutes and at £10 for a large pizza to serve 3 you can't go wrong. Lots of toppings and made fresh to order. Love it!

The pizza delivery service provided by Domino's is reasonably swift, however the pizza is rather underwhelming. It is hot when one receives it, which isn't particularly spectacular in the 21st Century, however it does serve to incinerate your taste buds, lessening the impact of the low-quality ingredients. The presentation is sloppy, with no regard to symmetry or colour scheming. Furthermore, the food is served in greasy boxes, without any complimentary sides. The 'restaurant' itself has no outdoor seating. Or indoor seating for that matter. The bar is rather understocked, and I can't comment on the atmosphere of the place, as there isn't one. On the other hand, everyone loves it, and you can't argue with popularity. Well you could, but you'd be wrong.
