Domino's Pizza in Forest Heath

2 ND time this week that have ordered a delivery and the second time we are waiting over hour and 15 mins for a pizza a chicken wings to turn up. So just arrived no hot sauce with hot wings???? Pizza is cold. Won't be using your store again service terrible response from store when complaining is terrible. And what is the point of a pizza tracker app when it tells you your food is delivered 45 mins before it does. Papa John's here we come!!!!!

Has taken nearly two hours to get a fast food pizza... and still waiting. Manager said they're busy and not enough drivers, who manages a place like that?

Ordered a pizza & other food items. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful & made the whole process into an ordeal. He said delivery would be forty minutes. When it finally arrived (later than forty mins later), it was all stone cold. Horrible food, horrible service. There are other pizza sellers in the Mildenhall area which are much better than this place, so avoid this one.

Terrible experience, ordered and received delivered confirmation when it hadn’t arrived, tried calling store and no answer. Pizza arrived an hour after it said it had been , was lukewarm! I’d had to cook something else in the meantime as no one answered I had no way of knowing whether it was coming or not! Complaint gone into Head Office as no one answering post delivery either. Disappointing, a courtesy call to say there would be a delay would have saved all this hassle.

Waited over an hour for food ,after ringing was told it would be another two hours,after asking for refund I was then told it was in the oven which was clearly not the case,had a refund and will not use again,better service from other takeaway establishments in mildenhall.

Stay away and be warned. Completely disorganised and then they tell you “we delivered your food to two workmen outside your house at 9pm on a Saturday night”.... really? Choose another business to buy from as you will be disappointed if you use this company. Dreadful!

Since lockdown we’ve been ordering from Dominos Mildenhall every few weeks and everyone the delivery time has been 30 mins or less (we live 4-5 miles away), once it took an hour, but I find that totally acceptable considering they’ll probably have a lot of orders at the moment. Food has been hot or very warm and very tasty too. Couldn’t be happier with their food and service :)

Took 1.5 hours to be delivered( on line site 29 minutes???) and arrived cold and greasy . Telephoned to find out what the problem was and told they were short staffed. The driver confirmed they were short staffed and said that he wasn't paid enough to get pizzas out on time , he wasn't paid to hurry . Either pay your staff the correct wage or get new ones .

Very bad service & bad staff & no service skills at all !!!!!!! Shame because your pizza is the best but with wrong staff the company can lose big business!!!!!!!

We arrived at a Worlington Hall Hotel late on a Saturday evening after the restaurant had closed. The manageress rang for a Pizza delivery for us and Domino advised of an expected wait of over an hour. The food arrived within twenty minutes piping hot and excellent quality. Could not fault the service or quality

It’s seems from previous reviews, the shop hasn’t learnt. Ordered online at 6.13pm on a Wednesday night. After three phone calls it arrived at 7.42pm, cold. Only response was that ‘we are short of drivers’. It’s seems they have been short since October. Food was cold and service non existent. Would NEVER order from here again. What a way to run a business.

I have ordered from this location a few times now and every time it takes anywhere between 1 and half to 2 and half hours to get it delivered without any reason as to why it takes so long and no apology and a lot of the time have to call 5 times for someone to answer the phone to get an update, they seem to just let it ring and ring until they get tired of hearing it ring. I do not recommend ordering form this store if you live any further than next door and even then it will still probably take an hour to get there.

If it was possible to give minus stars I would. Order placed 3pm for 8.45pm. Not arrived by 9.15, so called them. ‘we’ve been very busy’; then hire more staff! Pizzas arrived 9.35, fifty minutes mins late, and Stone cold. Both pizzas poor quality and soggy. We’ll never order again. Byeee!

Always tentative about ordering Dominos for delivery after several bad experiences. Tonight reinforced that I will NEVER order again. As others have said, the timeline updates on the App mean absolutely nothing. After 30 mins of our order being ‘out for delivery’ I rang the store, they said it was one of two the driver was taking to our village and he would soon be there. 15 minutes I was on the phone as they constantly tried to contact the driver, to no avail. It eventually arrived 55 minutes after it was sent out. Not directly to our village as the store had said, but to two other villages before ours. I pity the two other deliveries in the village after ours. Half of the order was not hot, one large pizza’s topping was stuck to the lid of a squashed box. Expensive - not worth it even with a deal. That is now the final nail in the Dominos coffin for our household!

The usual Dominos place nothing different to all the other Dominos take aways - Prices getting dearer which makes it more of a treat than once a week option

Ordered at 7:30pm 2 large pizzas.. didn’t arrive until nearly 10pm and wasn’t very hot.. not impressed!!! Driver didn’t even apologise for the delay. I know I ordered on a Saturday night but 2 and a half hours delivery is disgusting!!! Never trust the pizza monitoring thing online either.. it says ‘out for delivery’ 10 mins after I ordered?? So it takes 2 hours and 20 mins to drive 3 miles to deliver a pizza???? Should have gone to Tesco..

After waiting over an hour for my delivery order (and making multiple attempts to call the outlet) I was forced to go and collect the order myself. I recieved absolutely no communication whatsoever. To make things worse, upon collection, the pizzas were cold. This place may be okay for collections, but don't waste your time waiting for a delivery that may never happen.

Ordered food from here as it's the only pizza place that will deliver to my fairly rural location. The internet ordering service is fairly simple and that's the only good thing I can say. We watched the delivery "tracker" on the website and, when it still said in "quality control" after an hour, I phoned them. I was told they were busy but that my order had just left for delivery. The online tracker disagreed and still said "quality control" for a further half an hour before changing to "out for delivery". We finally received our order two hours after ordering. The pizzas were almost completely cold and half of mine was burnt. Frozen supermarket pizza would have tasted better. Never ordering from here again.

Unable to order by telephone as they never answer. Ordered online did not receive the food until 1 hour 30 minutes after the time arranged. Pizza was cold very poor quality, rude delivery driver never using again.

They never answer the phone and on the one occasion they did hung up on me. Have managed to order online but long waits and pizza not worth waiting for.

Pedimos pizza y después de una hora y media llamó por teléfono para preguntar como y donde nuestra orden era el tracker había sido indicando nuestra comida estuvo en control de calidad para 40 minutos.

Not the first time we have ordered a few pizzas from here. We have only had delivery a few times, but the few times we have had deliveries the pizzas were cold, missing ingrediants, or over cooked and burnt.

La comida de Domino's en Mildenhall varias veces, la última de ellas una colección de una pizza personal y uno lateral que fue correcta y todavía cálido cuando tuve de regreso a casa.

Siempre que el nuestro y entregado siempre a tiempo. Pizza siempre es fenomenal como los lados. Al elegir un llevar siempre para Domino's primera :).

all dough and no topping, it think the count the pieces they put on. worse pizza ever. cheaper to make a sandwich.

Well called to place the order, they put us on hold for 7 minutes and then the staff member just put the phone down. We called a second time and we were put on hold straight away without anyone even speaking to us. They put us on hold for ten minutes and no one picked the phone back up. We called a third time a foreign sounding lady answered and then just put the phone down. Seems like someone just doesnt want to do they're job ):

terrible had to wait nearly 3 hours for home delivery then rang up the manager who must the most useless manager I have ever had the misfortune to talk to he didn't resolve anything just called me a liar and was rude. Won't be using them again also the pizza tastes like cardboard.

Rang to place an order as had online voucher which didn't verify,told by dominoes that ad that ead an online offer only couldn't get the discount we could have had,totally unhelpful staff wouldn't use again

Maybe I shouldn't be reviewing this place out of fairness. I had only had Dominoes Pizza in the States prior to this visit, and I gotta say- it is way different here. Dominoes has recently upgraded all of their ingredients to a "higher quality" in the past few years in the states, but I don't think that has taken effect here yet.The pizza was barely warm, and very bland.

It's the best pizza and side orders you'll get in Mildenhall, no question. But it's severely overpriced because of all the deals they advertise.

Similar to the US chain, but way better somehow. Not sure what they do differently in the kitchen, but we like it!

I have ordered a number of deliveries of pizza and sides and have had no complaints as yet. All very tasty and hot. We tend to order online which is easy enough and our deliveries are very quick and always been in the evening. I would say it isn't cheap and without vouchers would be slightly expensive.

Pizza was ok, I've ordered 2x. First time it was 1 hour late and i reported it. I got a discount coupon mailed to me for 5 pounds off orders over 15. 2nd time I ordered, I used the coupon, it came in the advertised time. Food was good

Ordered a pizza and a few other bits online with a delivery time of approx 2.5 hours later. the pizza eventually turned up an hour late, it was cold and the toppings were wrong.20 mins after the requested delivery time i did phone the shop to chase and was told "it will be with you later" not; "sorry for the incovience" or "its just on its way now". I guess is the store is staffed by underpaid teenagers then service will not be that high.

The usual pizza place. YOu call, they take order, tell you how long ... you pick - up and it's there waiting. Usually pretty yummy....especially the veg option! Haven't used delivery because it usually takes too long - quicker to pick -up.

I get food from here during the day and it awful! I dont know what the hell they are doing but I love there twisted choc doughball thingys and anytime I order during the day its greasy as f*** and during the night....OMG amazing and so fresh tasting and dont look burnt! Please sort it out Dominos im a gd customer!

I have been eating here since the outlet opened in Mildenhall. If you have the discount vouchers the price for a pizza and sides in acceptable however, with no vouchers this would work out to be an expensive meal. The pizzas are extremely fresh tasting and full of flavour and the sides and desserts are to the same standard.

Ok, so if you have been the U.S., then be warned this is not quite the same as the pizza chain there. The taste is different, but the lower prices are still similar. In addition, most often, you can get 2 for 1 or medium pizzas for £5.99 on pickups.The couple times I have ordered the pizza was fine, not extraordinary, but not below average. I think it really just depends on the type you may order. And for the Americans, no pan pizza here!If you are in a bind and need something quick with delivery, this may be good then. If you are not without transportation, then maybe going up to sainsbury to get the "fresh" prepared pizzas there would be much cheaper (if not better).
