El servicio al cliente es pobre, las áreas de mesa no están limpias en absoluto, incluso la máquina de agua estaba dispensando agua turbia que no estaba feliz de dar a mis hijos. El proceso de pedido le hace pagar antes de que cualquier alimento en su mesa solicite una propina de servicio antes de saber lo malo que será el servicio. No se espera una buena cena, pero esta cabaña de pizza está sobreviviendo puramente con su reputación de los años 90. Bastante triste ver lo malo que es hoy en día

You couldn't pay me to eat one. Can proudly say I've never had one in my life. Rating on the company and the vile staff. Noisy, inconsiderate staff. Waking us up at 3-4 am every morning. Some crazy woman screaming and laughing stupidly loud, and some Dominos pizza bloke who shouts his head off constantly. Filthy back entrance, dangerous driving and poor management! Puzza staff urinating against wall (near trays, yuk). Delivery of supplies by a huge Dominos lorry at 3am! Environmental health will be receiving my logs and videos as I go - I have quite a collection.

Used to love dominos but I have no idea what's going on prices for this are near on fancy dining it's so darn expensive now and to top it off they're now rationing sauces I got a large pizza then other day and the sauce pot included got me 2 dunks max before it ran out which is nowhere near enough I then ordered a garlic and herb dip and that never arrived but I was still charged the £2 Meanwhile the CEO raked in billions during COVID I don't understand the deals either as when you consider delivery it adds up to the same price as if their was no deal so many additional charges and surely delivery should come out of the manager no? Anyway pizzas decent but company is getting far to greedy and stop advertising sauces if you aren't gonna deliver them or if you're gonna ration it like that My guess is they're going up to see how much people are willing to pay but I'm done for now won't be using this company anymore I did shopping today nearly 25 items and it was less than a pizza from here

Hair in pizza and have photo to proof it and staff rude and not nice and I would not recommed this place

Ordered a take away via their app. The service was good, although they got my name wrong! And speedy. The pizza was actually better than I expected and was very filling and well priced for a midweek deal.

DO NOT EAT HERE. i ordered a pizza, never came and they still charged me. Then when i try to call they hang up on me without hearing me out. Horrible place dont order or eat from here

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was quite burnt when you pay about £20 pounds for some food you shouldn’t send it burnt if you want people’s custom to continue

I ordered from them [AKA Valley Pizza] last night via just eat. I received the order in the time I expected. The driver delivered the order and left. I opened one of the starter/side boxes. It was the chicken strips I had ordered so I started eating. I hadn't opened the other boxes yet when I heard a knock on the window, it was the delivery who had delivered the wrong order for a house further down the street. I returned what I hadn't touched and he became rude and angry with me asking why did I take the order, insisting I had to pay for the wrong delivery, and that he was calling the person whose order he had incorrectly delivered. He blamed me for his mistake. The person whose order it was no longer wanted their order, and I cancelled the order online, but was still charged a cancellation fee.The driver's behaviour, the angry, confrontational way he spoke to me, attempting to lay the blame on me, and the fact that he tried to ring me later at 2;30 am in the morning was very inappropriate, and as a single female receiving a delivery at the time of night made me very uncomfortable. He was clearly angry at himself for his mistake but his reaction showed that he handled it very poorly, instead of apologising for his mistake and rectifying it with myself, and the other customer,

Dreadful. Kept waiting far too long, watched an incompetent fool trying for 2 minutes to shake a pizza off the rack it was cooed on so pizza was cold by the time we got it home. At home found there was no stuffed crust which we ordered. Called them, they said "It's OK because we didn't charge you for stuffed crust." Total idiotic logic… if you buy a car and it only 3 wheels, you can't drive it, so it they charged just £200 less for the missing wheel, does that make it all OK and a good car to buy?

I have ordered here on a few occasions before. And on more than one occasion the food is over an hour late with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse when i rang to ask where it was and then speak to the manager he was very rude and abrupt with me. him saying what did I want him to do! I said that as a customer it shouldn’t be me doing that he should be the manager explaining the problem and ultimately apologising for it. I can’t imagine if you were in a restaurant that a manager would come over and say that. I ordered food at 5:15 and I’ve juat been told now at 6:20 it will be another 15-20 mins late . This is definitely the Last time I order food from this place!

Completely burnt pizza no one should put a pizza in a box like that and send it out, I am absolutely disgusted at place as big as domino's can send a pizza like that

Extremely bad service at Chingford Dominos Pizza it took them 1 hour to delver my pizza no updates track on uber eats phoned up the resturant 3 time to track the order but staff very aggressive and rude

Ordered a takeaway away still waiting an hour later for the whole hour it's been saying out for delivery delivery 10 minutes away. Can not get through to them to find out where my delivery is.

Ordered pizza online 7pm. Called 8pm to see where it was. Was assured it was on the way. I phoned again 845 to be told the driver had got lost and they needed to make it again. I said we'd collect it instead. We arrived before 9 to collect it but they hadn't even started to make our order! Didn't refund our delivery charge. Offered a bottle of coke instead. 2 hours for 2 pizza which we collected ourselves. Ridiculous and won't be using again
