Domino's Pizza in Salford

Completely burnt pizza no one should put a pizza in a box like that and send it out, I am absolutely disgusted at place as big as domino's can send a pizza like that

Ordered two pizzas, 1 was absolutely fine but the other arrived watery and uncooked in the middle. The slices were so soggy that I couldn’t even pick a slice up. The sauce we were given was also dirty at the bottom. When we contacted dominos, the staff member who answered the phone seemed annoyed with no apology and clearly wanted to get off the phone asap.Currently waiting for the new pizza to be replaced. We’ve been here a few times but definitely won’t be returning.

As a key worker who's worked continuously through the covid pandemic, I've used this branch several times and been happy with the service and appreciative too. However a recent issue with a delivery and the rude, unapologetic and unprofessional attitude of the branch staff has lost them a customer. Area manager's response to my complaint was also poor and uncaring.

One of the best pizzas I've had, considering I wrote a bad review about domino's in bristol a couple of days ago whilst working away this was so much nicer from the Eccles store, Manchester.

Not only did they get our order wrong which meant the rest of the family had to go ahead and eat without us, my husbands food also went cold while he was on the phone to store and then had to return to collect the correct order. The the lady who took our call & greeted us in store when we returned with the pizza argued with us saying we were in the wrong. We ordered a vegetarian pizza with low fat cheese. It came with NO cheese on it at all, she said thats what less cheese means 😳🙈🙈🙈🙈 she would not have it that the company she works for offers a reduced fat cheese and continued to argue that we got what we ordered, despite our order being the exact same order that we usually get & this was the first issue we had with the cheese? In the end it took her colleague talking to her telling her that she was wrong for her to stop with her attitude. All this messaging about yet no apology, partial refund or goodwill gesture was offered. Although Eccles is our local store we won't be using it again. We will start using Swinton

Never had an issue with dominos Eccles, never got our order wrong. I think sometimes people just put reviews on here when they’ve had a bad experience and forget all the good ones!

Look at this potato wedges this put me off from dominos this looks disgusting how can you serve your customers this food

This is the second time the order has been wrong. I don’t understand what is so hard about getting orders right. I didn’t complain last time and this time it was even wrong again when the driver turned up for the second time. He looked embarrassed and said I’m just the driver and walked off! It’s a shame as the pizzas are actually nice.

I ordered two pizzas as I was staying in a hotel and we needed a quick bite to eat before the concert. When I got back to my room and checked the pizza it was burnt to a crisp!! Black the cheese was crackling! I called them back the manager said that was how it’s supposed to be! I said I need my money back as I didn’t have time for him to make me new pizzas! He said they don’t really do refunds and was only offering to give me money back for one pizza! I was shocked as my friends were so hungry they ate 2 slices out of the pizza. The delivery man said his manager asked him to check how many slices had been eaten and for even less slice a pound would be taken off!! Can you believe this, I called them again how dare you not give me my £10 back even though we paid £20! Hr said he can only give back the money for every slice that was there! I went mad!! What kind of global establishment treats there customers like this, plus the manager was super rude beforehand saying he’s gonna hang up on me! I 100% don’t recommend this establishment for pizza I is my worst experience with dominos!

Well, firstly I wish I had read other reviews before ordering from here - does Domino's not monitor these poor reviews and take appropriate action - that's not what the website core values state "we will give exceptional service all the time" - that's meaningless if there is no intent to live by those values.. We ordered online 10 Pizza's plus sides at 0830 for a 12 noon delivery so plenty of notice as recommended when we checked the day before. Received a text advising the driver was en-route at 1140 - that was promising. Delivery received at 1315!!! That's one and a quarter hours late and over 1.1/2 hours from the text guys and NOT acceptable. Despite trying to call many times, the line is ignored and when you get through they claim to be busy - then promised and missed numerous other "be there in 10 minutes" slots so blatant lies. So, poor service, late delivery, lukewarm food as a result and 20 angry guys waiting over an hour for lunch. This is the last time we will use Domino's in Eccles - this outlet needs sorting out, it is a bad advert for Domino's.

Poor customer experience/services asked for a receipt never came with order over the phone,this is the second time this has happened at this restaurant first time driver was great he email the receipt as soon as he got back , this time the driver was unhelpful clueless , so I contacted store I ask for a reprint the manager said I ordered online so he couldn’t and became abusive over the phone then put the phone down “it’s only a receipt but I need them for my overnight expenses for work “ In opinion I would never recommend this store every food was just warm not the greatest quality for the price “ been to another local pizza shop better qualify, cheaper and service Turkish kebab house” don’t use dominos !!!!

1 delivery was completely cold delivery text arrived 28 mins before driver. 2nd because we thought it was a one off. Half my pizza had no topping and was burnt i took a photo it was appaling. Never asked for the half and half . Im fed up wasting money with idiots. So thanks but gtfl.

Done a family pizza online quick payment Apple Pay fast order and was delivered quick And was very hot on arrival was the best pizza around with garlic bread and hot cookies Well done to all at dominos pizza Eccles

My only experience has been order online for free delivery, the ordering was easy to do online with good discounts offered. Delivered within 40 minutes and just as you would have received sitting in at Domino's, overall a good experience reasonably priced pizza.

Considering the place is about 40mins walk away from my house, I was surpirsed that they took over an hour to deliver the single, simple Hawaiian pizza to my door, which naturally turned up cold. Other than that, tasted good.
