The milkshakes came with the straws in which is unhygienic they put a large lid on a regular drink so when I went to open it out the bag it was spilled everywhere now I have milkshake all on my bed sheets, the mozzarella dippers tasted like plastic and the cheese on my chips were burnt not only this I asked for bbq sauce on my wrap which I got separately and I got mayo on my wrap instead!

My food was never delivered, despite us ordering from this place weekly today they couldn’t find our address. The driver rang once and he was given very clear directions and I was stood on the road in the cold and still no food.

The food came and wow what a rip off i got a quarter pounder with cheese the patty was like chewing cardboard and the cheese was appalling it was like a inch worth of cheese wasn’t even melted properly what a absolute disgrace of a burger

said it was delivered at 11:05 pm . and when I rang them they said it says delivery and hadn't arrived he said it dose that automatically and he will be about 5 minutes. the food diddent get here till around 11:30 and by that time it was cold and soggy .

I recently ordered the Sizzler Burger and Peri Peri Chicken from Dixy Chicken in Eccles, and I must say, the food was absolutely phenomenal! I recently visited Dixy Chicken & Pizza in Eccles and had a great experience. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and I ordered chicken burger, wings, fries. The portion size was generous for the price. The customer service was friendly, helpful and the restaurant itself was clean well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for quick fast food, late-night snacks.I would rate my experience 5 stars.

Just ordered of uber eats, obviously I know sometimes orders can be cold when travelling distance. However this was freezing, stale , seemed like left over chicken for days , asked for a 12 piece boneless got hard ,disgusting tasteless chicken if it can be called that

I visited Dixy a few days ago and I was very impressed with the quality of service they provide. I go to Dixy regularly and recently at other branches the service has not been the best but the Dixy in Eccles has provided me with excellent service and the food was amazing I would definitely recommend others to try the food as well.

Worst Dixy that I've experienced. 3 out of 3 times now they have missed *several* items off our order (I know, fool me once, regret giving them a 3rd chance). Not only that but this time the chicken was actually disgusting, must have been left out for hours.

driver keeps saying they delivered it on time but they very much didn't. They then parked down the road from my house so I had to walk to go get my order. A genuinely terrible driver.

Took over an hour and half to arrive, was cold,dry and probably one of the worst takeaways I’ve had.

Succulent & crispy fried chicken

Tasty food, decent portions and good value for money. Highly recommend their loaded chicken fries which has jalapeños and cheese and for less than £5, great value too.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and added dinner meat as a topping. The food arrived 30 minutes late, the driver was angry and shouting in the middle of the street as he couldn’t find my order, and when he did finally give me my food it was stone cold and there was no dinner meat on my pizza. Utterly disappointed and quite frustrated.

I rang the restaurant and then said they don’t know maybe food should be there in 2/3 mins still no sign on food it hasn’t turned up but on my just eat it’s saying it has been delivered.

I ordered 2 meals, 1 boneless and a dixy lunch box. Never will I buy from here again. The gravy was off coloured looked like the brown had turned grey, potentially contaminated, looked jellyfied. The thought of it makes me heave. The chicken looked like it had lost its colour too. Overall the most disgusting food I have ever seen. I don’t know how you are able to serve food. Would hate to see inside your kitchen.

First time me and my misses havent enjoyed the chicken or the burger atall just bland,no flavour and was bouncy textured normally its alright the calzone was decent tho first time having it from here

the order come destroyed the bag was ripped the chips packaging was all squashed and chips were tipped some chips were outside of the container, the food was cold and tasted like they was rewarmed and also I didn't receive my drink with my meal just a bottle of coke tht I payed for.

Drink called up they argued at first then said they would deliver the food and the can, the food came this time still with no can, he then asked to leave. A good review, here’s my review, never go near that place for food, the food was absolutely terrible to the point even the dogs wouldn’t eat the chicken!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
