Domino's Pizza in Gedling

Went on the website tried to order it wouldnt accept the voucher so phoned up to ask for help was told the website needs altering the offer is no longer available, then ordered something else was told collection only so rude on the phone too wont be ordering there again anytime soon avoid at all costs

I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza but after ringing the branch the team fixed my mistake. My pizzas were nice and hot and delivered quickly. Great service - thank you!

Amazing customer service, slight complication on order, the team in Arnold, literally kept me informed and personally delivered a separate pizza. Amazing staff!!!

Pizza arrived all mouldy!!! I only noticed after already eating 2 slices!! Staff didn’t give 2 hoots and worryingly didn’t seem surprised!!

Should have looking at the reviews before ordering, can totally understand why all the bad reviews. You would have thought with a big company like Dominos everything would be on point. Partner had to travel to collect and when he got back, 2 items missing from our order. Person over the phone, who we could hardly understand may we add, said they don’t deliver to our address (which you would of thought they’d offer to deliver anyways due to missing our order and we spending £30) so my partner had to again travel to recollect, by this time we was no longer hungry with all the messing about and waiting. Cookies tasted terrible compared to other dominos. Next morning we both felt horrible. Avoid this place. Worst dominos. Definitely need new staff and someone who speaks very good English on the phone.

I called for a pizza and the man called me a tw*t and put the phone down bc it was one minute before closing time

Appalled to be refused a refund because I was to late complains about one of the pizzas I ordered out of the 12 on the day of my sons party… The pizza was inedible it was stuck to the box and I planned to have 12 pizzas to feed 35 children. I was advised over the phone by a guy called Shiah” a refund won’t be possible because I have complained two days later, with it being the party on the Saturday! I had other things planned over the weekend and thought I’d ring on Monday! With having thoughts of them being understanding and also considerate of the amount of money I spent, but they wasn’t they where very rude. Would I recommend this Dominos’ NO absolutely not there rude people. I mean who would lie about a £8 pizza when they’ve spent over £100 if I was to lie I’d of lied about the whole order.. surely. No apologies nothing.. Arnold Dominos do not order from them

Just ordered the Al Capone with pepperoni and spicy beef. Both were nigh on non existent. Very disappointing!

Lovely pizza, ordered wedges and got garlic bread and ordered a large garlic dip and got none. Not happy.

Food was horrid, it was cold , arrived later than time given. Had to ring three times before someone answered. Once answered he did not speak clear nor have any customer service, while I’m giving my order he is speaking to others in the back ground. What a waste of £27

I placed an order on the 10th of july, the driver could not find my address, even though i gave them a local post code in the Arnold area, just off of Gedling road near the arrow pub. After waiting an additional 30 minutes over the delivery time for the order the driver rang up making out like i was an idiot and had sent him on a wild goose chase (bearing in mind i had already paid for the pizza with my card). When i gave him the postcode 1 more time he was then able to find it. Upon receiving our order the driver said the manager of the store had promised a free order next time for the inconvenience. Now apparently domino's stores track their free orders by your mobile number. I have never changed my mobile number and i always use it when placing orders. Surprise surprise, when trying to claim my free order over the phone there is no record of this under my telephone number. Convenient story, easy way to diffuse the situation in the heat of the moment, but clearly unable to keep their word.. By the look of the other reviews I'm not the only one to be shafted by this store. Won't be coming back in a to this particular store in a hurry and will be contacting the head office in the mean time.

Dominos are by far the best pizza I have ever had most weekends my best friend and I have a pizza and cookies and they never fail us delivery is good for how far away they are and we like it so much thanks for this amazing discovery of pizza I love everything on the menu 5 stars for me !!!!!

My pizza turned up like warm, with the cheese barely melted. I ordered a bbq sauce base and it came with tomato on the base. This is the first time I’ve ordered from here normally I go to mapperley, this the last time as well. It’s shocking that quality checks aren’t in place. I’m not happy!!!!!!

Went in tonight for the buy 1 get 1 free offer was over charged Lovely lady tried to sort it out but the manager who was the one who served me in the first place said quote "if you dont want it I will take it back" he was rude and arrogant will never order from you again crap cold food

After my last visit I thought it could not get worse, it just did. No manners from the manager and was told "plenty of other people like us so just go we do not need you hear" So I left. My request no olives on one side and instead could we have extra cheese on that side, I did offer to pay the difference. But dominos do not need the customers or so this manager thinks. Have contacted them awaiting reply

Pizza was delicious. I was told 10 minutes waiting time and I also called a cab that told me 10 minutes. Both were ready at the same time, I though it was really funny.

Peor domino alrededor.Incapaces de tomar un pedido que cada domino's en el país puede hacer y la única excusa es decir "El ordenador no "Cuando hablé con el supervisor todo lo que me dijeron es que no se puede hacer y que no Domino. Ellos pueden hacer. Llamé a la otra rama local y estamos más que dispuestos a ayudar.Gerente muy grosero y poco servicial.No regresa y le digo a todos

My daughter likes take aways from here, i find them very expensive and on the last occasion it took an hour and twenty mins for it to be delivered and it was stone cold.i made a complaint and the supervisor rang me up the next day and said it was because they were busy and next time a free pizza when i rang up , when i did this the next time there was no record on my number for free pizza so i had to pay, this time i sent an e.mail to head office who then passed it back to the store manager who then sent me a E.mail back again to say very sorry and again a free pizza next time and once again no mention of it when i oredered the following time this time i gave the name of the manager and they did it for me.it seems every time i order from the Arnold store there is a problem would not recommend the store

Ordered at 20.12 for my 2 children was told our order would arrive in approx 45 mins now 22.15 still not arrived so we had to cancel the order the kids need to go to bed No sorry or any kind of admission of poor customer service .On looking at the reviews for this particular dominos the only positive one looks a little suspect .Beware

Not only did it take over an hour to get the food it was stone cold. Currently waiting for our hot replacement,but we are 1.5 hours past hungry. Very nice people in the phone and a nice delivery man , but I would prefer hot food.

We orderd over £100 of food for a party.to get discount my daughter had to place two orders so they sent two orders in two different vans,what a waste.The food was utter rubbish apart from the ice cream.We will never order this rubbish again.

I confess to only having discovered the Domino's chain relatively late in life, mainly due to the fact that a local independent pizza outlet has been consistently great for years. But I moved house just over a year ago and so needed to find somewhere local.
