Hair in pizza and have photo to proof it and staff rude and not nice and I would not recommed this place

Got a take away from the brow. Ordered on the phone, staff friendly and helpful. We had carbonara / pizza garlic bread / pizza / fries and it all arrived and it was still really hot / we will definitely order from here again. It was delivered when they said as well and in a Sunday afternoon which I assume is a busy time. Would of been nice to get a small pot of Parmesan with the carbonara but that is not a complaint purely an observation - it was really tasty as well Thank you

Don't confuse Home Pizza The Brow with the other Home Pizza in Watford. They are not owned by the same people. Home Pizza The Brow are solid. Always friendly, food cooked fresh and ready to go. We live nearby so always collect which means we get hot food Tonight's meal was Big Man Burger and for the wife a Quarter Pounder. We shared a side of potato wedges. Absolutely no complaints. Generous portions and ready to collect in 15 minutes. We've never had a problem with their pizza, kebabs or Mexican food. Fast food always turned out good. Thank you guys at Home Pizza The Brow.

Don’t ever buy from this place Very rude customer service and food not delivered waited more than two hours

They always get the order wrong and wont accept it when you complain. This time round they forgot drinks. DONT USE THEM

I do believe the negative reviews on this takeaway are on the wrong restaurant. Home pizza at The Brow in Watford is amazing, we have ordered from here on several occasions and they have never let us down on both delivery and quality. Always piping hot food and really tasty and plenty of choice. Personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a really good pizza. Not sure about the other Homepizza in Watford as I’ve never tried it but when reviewing please make sure you’ve experienced the right one.

I ordered pasta and their pasta is amazing tasty and fresh. my ordered arrived right on time. Friendly and helpful staffs.

I had the Calzone it was tasteless mush no flavour and very doey I also ordered a can of coke which they forgot Dissapointing

Placed an order online said 45mins so 1hour later phoned they said it had left had to call again a further 25 mins later to be told it’s just left so an hour and half later still no food turns up half the order missing that I had already paid for to then call them back and them complaining that we want the rest of our order they said they will send it out they never did and not given us a refund for the missing items absolutely disgusting service will not use again

Food finally arrived after an hour and a half cold with three items missing was told missing items would be sent but never arrived awful service and might as well talk to a lamppost than the man at the shop

Nice to see this place open again after being closed for a year due to the reconstruction of the Brow . Ignore previous reviews as they are not for this branch (which was actually closed when the other reviews were posted) , they are for an outlet with the same name on Garston Park Parade . Top quality food and great prices at this place , very reliable and service with a smile , what more could you ask for . Once again please ignore the reviews prior to mine as they are not for this branch

Everything was just awful apart from the chips. Tasteless. Worst calzone we have ever tasted. Will not be repeated

Absolutely gobsmacked with the service received. Not only did they forget to give some of the order, they told us we can get it for free next time we order- we then read the reviews which said they say the same thing to other customers and dont give it. Seems like they purposely get the order wrong, avoid at all costs!!!

Bought this through Just Eat. They didn't deliver anything but claimed they had. Just Eat refuse to refund

There was a massive mistake with an order a while ago. My money was taken and I had to speak to the manager about a refund. he offered me free sides which I never got. ive just received cold food, this place is a f@@king joke. I am a chef and I understand the hardship of a kitchen. This place has a great variety of food that I enjoy;but F@@k me its so so so so so bad once it gets to your door. If I had an option to give 0 stars I would.

Terrible customer service waited 30 minutes one of my pizzas was on top of the oven when I arrived waited for the of one so it ,was cold gave it back straight away and got refund horrendous say no more

Ordered via Uber eats which was accepted, made and "on its way", an hour later it still hasn't arrived so I called the restaurant to see where the order is, expecting a "it's on its way madam, couple mins" but instead I got an excuse saying that the Uber machine didn't print the ticket and it wasn't even made and it was somehow ubers fault. Apparently, even on a busy day, ONE person can't turn around for two seconds to check the screen? I work in the hospitality industry and I know how it works, and your lies and laziness doesn't work with me. If I hadn't called, I would never have got my food. I called Uber too.When my meal eventually arrived, I double checked before their delivery guy left and everything seemed to be in order.. Finally.I went to tuck into my pizza and found that it wasn't even cut properly and I had to tear it, I picked it up and it just fell apart. Undercooked dough, soft, floppy and no taste. The only thing in my order that had flavour was the premade packets of dips Very poor. First time ordering and last time too. Ridiculous customer service from both Uber and this "restaurant". If you can't be bothered to make an order, id suggest you don't have a restaurant, simple. What a waste of money and ingredients.

have visited home pizza garston parade around 4 times now. First two visits were good no complaints, most recent two have not been so pleasant. I ordered the bacon burger meal for collection, I got home to find no bacon in the burger so I thought I would let it slide as mistakes happen. The chips are inconsistant, on this occasion I found them to be bland and tasteless. I went back last week to get a doner box for lunch, it is £5 with a drink. They have a fridge by the counter with a selection of drinks, I went to take one and the chap behind the counter said he will get one from the fridge behind the counter as the drinks out the front are nasty. Got home with the food and the drink was luke warm. The doner meat was very dry and salty. I found a small black hair amongst the chips which does not belong to me as my hair is brown and shoulder length. I rung up and the staff are dismissive and didnt care.

Have always found the quality here very good, but the customer service is shocking. Almost every time they forget a vital part of the order and find it hard to just drop off the missing parts or take responsibility. There approach is to offer it next time which is not very helpful when you order a meal and the chips don't arrive! Have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times but after the help I didn't receive this evening I won't be going back again.

Bought a kebab box and asked for salad with the meat, no chips. Got home and there were chips but no salad. To make matters worse, I found a hair in the meat. Called to complain and they were dismissive and didn't care. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered direct through the website.After a hour it said enjoy. Wait a further 10minutes and call up to be told it’s on its way according to a female voice. 20 minutes Later call up again and told will be another 10 minutes.Refused a refund, but after much arguing told will give me a refund in 48hrs.Guess time will tell.Ryan makes excuses that owner can’t be contacted. But then speaks to him. Not allowed the managers name as data protection.Promises a call back but I’m sure this will be a lie also.Avoid!

We ordered 2 kebab meals and was told it would be 35-40 minutes. Had to call twice to chase the order and it eventually arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later. The food was cold and full of grease, and the kebabs were purple! Will never order from them again.

Food was great. Had a big order with 2 7ups 3 pizzas and some ice creams. With me and a couple of mates. But there was a slight problem. We received two fantas. I know end of the world. Well not. I spoke to the manager and he said we send you out two new drinks.driver comes in 10 minutes later with two fresh bottles and says " it's on the house from the manager" whoa thank you so much to him I would order from you guess when im back in town

Mientras visitaba la zona y alojarse en un hotel local nos pareció una buena idea pedir comida para ser entregado al hotel después de un largo día ajetreado en la ciudad.El gran error que cometimos fue con "Aguantar" a la orden de este lugar sin tener que buscar en tripadvisor. . . . .La orden fue colocado y nos informaron de que la comida me llegue en 45 minutos.Después de una hora y un trimestre que llamé para que me dijeran el conductor entrega no podía encontrar nosotros y estaría con nosotros en 5 minutos más.(Es un hotel enorme sangrienta en una calle principal, no un pequeño apartamento por una calle!Otro 30 minutos más tarde) y estoy dijeron los alimentos fríos, ya que aún no nos encuentran para que cocinar y entrega será de 5 minutos.En este momento entonces, encontré yo sea arrastrado a una discusión con el personal sobre el codigo postal de donde yo estaba.A pesar de que usando el código postal en el GPS para encontrar el hotel antes de ese día, el personal Inicio pizza eran insistía en que era completamente equivocado! ! ! !No hace falta decir que después de esperar casi 2 horas cancelamos la orden y fuimos a McDonald's. . . .

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. Your order will arrive late and it will will be cold. You will not be able to complain to anyone. Do yourself a favour avoid disappointment and frustration and order food somewhere else.

Orden desde aquí toda la comida es siempre buena cualquier errores siempre son corregidos, a veces hay un poco de espera en la entrega en horas punta pero es lo que cabe esperar en general yo recomendaría, ya que el personal es encantador y la comida es de alta calidad

Been ordering from here for over a year, nice and convenient, however they get the order wrong sooo many times its frustrating!! When you call to complain the staff are just rude! I've ripped up all menus and won't be ordering from them again!!

Un orden entre semana muy rápido y entrega conductor era muy amable, pero la comida no está a la altura de mis expectativas. El conocer grasosa y enviaron las bebidas equivocadas con la orden. No es la peor comida que se iba a comer, pero de ninguna manera lo mejor.

Love the 'Chicken-Ro' form here... makes a change form the usual takeaways and also feels like I'm being slightly healthier!! Food is always delicious and really reasonably priced

i was told the food would take 20 minutes it took 45 minutes and the pizza was horrible and the kebab and chips were just warm i personally won't be going back

Hemos usado este llevar muchas veces ya que es práctico, pero también ha conseguido lentamente peor durante los últimos años. Ayer tuvimos la peor experiencia. los pinchos de frío, no hay pizza disponibles, ya que eran tranquilas, así cerrar temprano. una porción de patatas fritas faltaba por segunda vez. Ni siquiera puedo quejarme ya que simplemente no le importa nada. Evitar como de la peste.

good for a delivery on your way home from a night out, chicken kebabs are good but i dont like the pizzas except for garlic bread with cheese yummy
