Delivery driver did not deliver to my door initially. Using the "Call Restaurant" option on UberEats did not connect me to the driver or restaurant so their information is wrong. After calling the restaurant to find out where my order was I was met with accusations that I was keeping a delivery driver waiting that didn't even arrive at my flat and was at the wrong address. The restaurant were very unprofessional but had the driver come back to my address while I had to wait outside in the cold to ensure they arrived at the correct address. Once the order was received it was stone cold and mostly inedible. Will never order from there again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service have used this take away a lot. Ordered on line at just eat the order was wrong the manager rude when I phoned to complain and took another hour to get the correct order out. Was cold tasteless and awful. Would avoid this take away at all costs total waste of money

Ordered takeaway several times and have been more than satisfied with their service. Came in 20 minutes which is mad. And the food is on a new level, so peng its unreal.

Good menu with variety for meals , desserts and drinks. Can please everyone in my group. Easy to park outside as other shops in parade if needed for other bits. Do not like the fried chicken taste at all.

Have ordered from here several times now. Order has always been delivered on time or earlier. Food is of a good standard although nothing special, you get what you pay for. Menu provides a good selection. Will continue to use

Small fast food pizza shop with fast cook and delivery speeds. I don't live very nearby but enjoy their large and delicious pizzas which are delivered quickly still very hot.. Good prices also.

It does what it says on the tin! Fast delivery, low prices and a good selection. Their pizzas are particularly good compared to other general takeaways.

The food is good but I asked to put no tomatoes on my burger because I'm allergic to them and I discovered tomatoes on the burger! Think they need to to read the comment that people make when ordering! They also need to get friendly staff. Opening the door to a person talking on the phone and just throwing my food at me is not customer service. I won't be ordering here again as I now have to go to hospital because they didn't read my note to say no tomatoes! If I'm honest I would give this place no stars for food quality and takeaway service but it wouldn't let me! 3 words: Terrible, terrible, terrible!

We live in mid wales so do not have this service! Wish u did! Excellent, fed 4 people for excellent value and it was nice and fresh.

Nice food. Not too greasy. Can't complain. If I'm being overly picky a little bit too much fat on the bacon. But other than that really nice lunch.

The order came quickly. Food was hot. Only issue I had was I asked for salad and a small amount of mayo in the Chicken Wrap i received just Chicken. And the Greek salad was a bit too oily for my liking.

Ordered food to be delivered at 21:15, turned up at 20:50. Food was average. Will try another local restaurant next time.

Ordered from here many times since opened never had a problem . Yet tonight after near 2 hours no food . No one had been to to Deliver it . Then Turnt up offering food for free ... Stone cold. Not impressed at all .

The dlivery block was rued and had a go at me coz he could not find the hotel not happy and I will never go back to here again and I deserve my money back or free order as he should not have a go at me it his problem not mine. I am never going back !!!!

i would not get a dlivery from them again as he was so rued about dlivering to the hotel coz he could not find it. and then he had ago at me for not arsring my phone but i am on shift so i cant arser my phone wich is no reson to have a go at me as i did ring up in avans to find out if they do dliver to the hotel (wich they can) as the person on the phone stated so i was ok i will have a look on just eat and order if i wount. wich i did and i did not expet the atachud from him wich has put me off from going there.

I paid 7 pounds for a shish kebab as it was large once arrived it was tiny and the meat was not cooked fully, had to throw away and a waste of money. Worst kebabs I've had.

Really nice takeaway. Arrived slightly early. Food was hot, and plenty of it. Wasn't expecting the meal deal to be so big so ordered sides. Didn't need to. Only real comments are the chips aren't the greatest and spicy chicken wasn't really spicy

Chicken burger was overcooked and dry, jalapeño cream cheeses overcooked too, chips were awful and soggy, delivery took over an hour on a Wednesday afternoon (not exactly a busy time?). Maybe if they took the food out on time they could have delivered it on time, also when delivered I was asked If had change when Paying with £20 note for a £15 order, Isn't it their job to bring the change ? Awful service altogether.

Pizzas are always good and piping hot. Generous portions of chips too! Very good.

Peri peri strips seemed like they were reheated and didn't taste like chicken and were thrown away, kebab was soggy

Right... Food was nice... However, I ordered 2 pots of chilli sauce which I didn't get... I like my kebab smothered in chilli sauce so when I saw the pots were missing, I wasn't happy to say the least!

Lettuce was brown in the chicken burger, chicken burger was burnt! Had to throw most of it out. Chips were soggy & horrible. Shame, we order a lot. Never been this bad.

It took ages for the order to arrive nearly 2 hours and it didn't even taste nice.

Had to wait over an hour for my food which is totally unacceptable and is at complete odds with the term ' take away '

Notification to say it's been accepted at 8.30 this evening. 8.45 due. Updated to 8.55. 9.00 it says the delivery has been delivered. 9.15 we ring and 'theyre on there way's 9.35 still waiting......

Tastelss Mexican wraps, no seasoning in the filling, had one bite and threw the rest away. I specifically asked for no onions (in capital letters) in my other wrap and it came loaded with onions, had a few bites and threw it away. The only good thing was that the delivery was quick. What a waste of time and money could not be bothered to call and argue about it so just got something else for dinner.

Ordered at 620 said it was going to be relieved at 7.05. Came at 640. Amazing.

Rude customer service, told me next time to go to him to collect instead of coming to me which goes against the purpose of a takeaway. Hot wings looked disgusting something u wouldn't even give a animal to eat and garlic bread is just bakery bread with a bit of butter on it. Only decent thing is pizza would never order from here again as the service was rude and never have I been treated like this before and the quality of the wings were apalling

The best ever shop in all watford ,very nice pepole ,very nice quailty food ,all my friends are saying the same ,very happy with them ,i defently recomend them ,the food always hot and always on time.thanks for having a decen takeaway in this area.x

Worst ever don't bother and tried to ring em but no answer

We normally love the pizzas from this takeaway but today they arrived only just warm and by the time we had nearly finished them were stone cold. Can't stand cold pizza. We hope this is a one off blip on normally great service.
