Owners wife who answers the phone and serves at front of house can't speak the English language and she is extremely rude and aggressive, does not know their own menu and has no interest in resolving customer issues. Shame because the owner Mike is a nice guy and the pizzas are excellent but his wife is ruining a good franchise no wonder they only have 3.5 stars it should be more like 1all thanks to her

Ordered pizza and wings the food took 2 & half hours to come , the pizza was very greasy .The wings were shocking I threw practically all my order in the bin feel like I’ve drunk 2litre bottle of oil . Never ordering from this place again

Burgitzza send so many paper menus through our door, it's starting to get really annoying. So for every menu I get, I will leave a review. The environmental cost of keep sending out paper menus must be huge. Please stop.

Excellent food but lady gets orders wrong all the time and you have to ask for things over the phone to make sure you get what you are paying for in the deals called to let her know she messed up order and and was told I have to wait until Sunday to sort out and today is Thursday gobsmacked

Ordered burger and frys. Absolutely terrible binned the lot. Frys uneatable,hard chewy just awfully dry.

Really poor service from staff and senior management. Tried to place a ordered for seafood pizza (reading from their paper menu). I had to call them up as the seafood pizza was not available to be ordered from on their online menu. On the call, that they could not find the item in their system either . Instead of explaining to me what the problem was, I been passed on to three different members of staff without any warnings. One rudest that other; third staff said she is the manager; no telephone manners or any customer care skills. Rather insinuating that I was a problem. Don’t bother to call them or order.

Nothing special unfortunately, they have a wide menu but nothing stands out. It won't offend or delight

Don't order the carbonara pizza. It's uncooked. After 1 bite both me and my wife nearly puked. Save yourself some cash. The Greek and pepperoni were good though, which is why I'm not giving it a 1 star rating.

They took my order on Uber Eats, I waited 90 minutes, then they cancelled my order because they felt it was too small even though it was above the order limits set. Have ordered many times before, never again.

I will not be ordering from there again. 20 mins late, cold and when I phoned to find out what was going on I was told, "I'll call you back" that never happened. Very unimpressed!

The customer service is constantly quick, good mood, kind employees. I will visit here again when I arrive in town.

Ordered some food for the first time, the food was cold, and the food I ordered was different from the description on the menu. I ordered a wrap, which says has mayonnaise and salad, which it did, however it also had a spicy sauce which wasn't in the discription on the menu, my partner was not impressed. I would not recommend this place, and certainly won't be going back for more. Very disappointed. Considering they had a four minute travel trip to my house, the food was still very cold.

Food is ok but the service is terrible. I ordered got the guy to repeat the order. Food turns up firstly driver accused me of giving a fake note which ridiculous. 2ndly the order was wrong so i called up to resolve it. The guy on the phone blamed me and told me its my fault and he cant do anything and wont do anything. He then said call after 5 to speak to his boss and i said its 2pm and you want me to call 3 hrs later for a burger? Gave the phone to another guy and he said he can send the right order out but i have to pay delivery.. i told him keep your burger and i will not order again.

Pretty decent curry house, not the best but definitely not bad.

Food was horrible , pizza and pasta . It was fresh but the taste was so disappointing that we threw them away. We were also waiting for our delivery 50 mins to come .

just ordered a small chips and i was extremely satisfied with them, i counted and i had 17 chips in my portion, which i think you will agree is very generous. you can get many different types of chips but i like the French style ones, as they slide very easily down my throat.

Love their veggie enchiladas but not their phone staff's attitude when they delivered veggie nachos in error from a phone order and were reticent to remedy their error. Had to argue with them. They did remedy.

So I read reviews on Google and heard good things at the same time very negative comments. All in all is not a good place to eat food is ok bit could be so much better, pizza was plain and lacked toppings, the burger I requested without salad but make sure there is cheese and sauce but instead I got nothing at all was plain. And also it was takeaway so was waiting in the shop and i love literally a minute away by time I got home in the car the food was cold and not very fresh at all. This was my first and last visit without a doubt I won't be going again

I would give zero stars if possible, food over 1 and a half hours late then when it turned up the food was disgusting,plus I was told it would be free after the manager being rude to me also. Complete waste of time.

This is, quite possibly, one of the best takeaway places to get a burger from, in the area. They also do pizza, chicken, enchiladas, tacos and much more. Their only let down, in my opinion, are the fries, which are exceedingly bland and occasionally taste undercooked.

Today i ordered for the first time. They advertise as halal which is misleading because they are not fully halal. Anyway i'm eating my food and underneath my chips i find a huge dead mosquito. luckily the driver had accidentally popped my can of pepsi so had told me he will go to the shops to buy me a new one. When he returned I handed the food back and demanded my money. At this point the manager of the takeaway tried giving excuses and i didnt want to hear any of it as I am 8 months pregnant and have a 2 year old child. We could have got very sick from this. I don't know what this place looks like on the face of it but it is filthy in the kitchen no doubt.
