Pizza Hut in Barnet

Warm & friendly, fresh pizza and salad, lovely vibes. The manager specifically was very helpful and extremely accommodating.

The ordering experience was a nightmare. I’m 11 years old and pretty proficient at using tech but the coding was diabolical, meaning you cannot choose toppings available on the menu .Then they say they are not available after you’ve paid. There is also a blob of dried ketchup next to me!

An utter disgrace!! Stood at the greeting point while every staff member on the floor walked by avoiding eye contact and making no acknowledgement that I was trying to be a paying customer. Natural selection suggests these people will not go far in life, and that’s fine. But this job is in the service sector. These employees require training and leadership that creates a passable customer experience. Today, they couldn’t have fallen any more short. I take no pleasure writing this and I hope the next one I read suggests they have turned it around.

Worst is experience ever, avoid! I went there with my family and first waited for about five minutes before even being seen to by anyone to be seated. When we were sent to our table, I told the waiter we wanted our order taken the person, not using these silly apps which are so confusing but when we sat down we were completely ignored, waited another 10 minutes for our order to be taken and again we begged for someone to take the order in person. Staff were totally disinterested in their jobs. had no eye contact and the bloke in the kitchen had a scruffy grey and black shirt on, not tucked in and he looked like he just woke out of bed. We asked for the bill and again after waiting and waiting, decided to get up and walk to the cash till to pay. Wont be going again in a hurry.

Worst service ever- never going back-3 PIZZAS all arrived with wrong topping. When I tried to say something-they said "that's what you've ordered" All of us in shock...In the end charged for extra topping we did not get! Dreadful place - Avoid

Went for lunch today at Pizza Hut Finchley lido, were very pleased with service and staff. Manager is very helpful and was more happy to help. Excellent place to go and eat

Went to find out what was taking so long. Rude staff whispering when I walked off. Extremely long wait. Hardly any staff. Waiting for food. Went to the food counter. Had to collect myself. Avoid.

Very accommodating, welcoming service. We had a disastrous experience with another local restaurant Gokyuzu Finchley and had to find tables for 12 kids and 4 adults. They managed to arrange everything within a very short notice. I particularly thank to Justyna for her help. We all know the taste of pizza in Pizza Huts, but the service is the one distinguishes the restaurants. So, I recommend this particular restaurant to anyone.

As soon as I enter this place there was a guy half hold with ugly shirt on. Looked like he haven’t change his clothes for weeks. And the server was a girl with glasses on and wasn’t interested in serving or welcoming customers. She kept talking to her friend in one corner didn’t even come once to our table to ask how was food. We could literally hear her talk from far away. It felt like they don’t care if customers are comfortable listening to there rubbish chat. Very bad service. They want customer money but they don’t care how customer felt there behaviour is. That girl needs to be sacked as she is making their business loss customers.

Could the service really be any worse?! Really rude staff, they talk to you as if they are doing you a favour and forget the fact that we are paying customers. Took over 45 mins for the food to arrive and the variety of the menu especially the ice cream factory were extremely limited. I just can’t get over how rude the staff and management was on this restaurant. Really disappointing! Pizza Hut you can do better!!!

Great pizzaria to go to and we once came for the buffet and it was very good and i would definitely recommend it and plus the ice cream place is good and has birthday parties

What can I say. Same old global standard fast food with no heart but plenty to go around. The staff were great. The service was good. The only problem was the dishwasher. We had to change a few glasses and plates to find a clean one. And in this age of Coronavirus,That is unacceptable.

Visited today and will never be going back. We ordered the buffet, well if you can even call it that. The pizza was hard as was just left sitting there for ages. We had to ask the waitress if they was going to cook more as I’m not happy paying for a buffet when there is no food. Place was empty, which I was surprised about, but coming on here and seeing the terrible reviews, I now understand. At the end of the meal we asked for the bill, which I had a query about so I asked the waitress called Jessica, she had the worst attitude ever, it was uncalled for. She was dam right rude, clearly she needs some training, as she has no customer service. She didn’t explain herself well at all so I was still left confused, but she didn’t care. Just asked how we are paying. She came back with our change and slammed it on the table. She took payment from the next table and didn’t even say thank you. As we left no thank you or anything. She had a face like a slapped arse from the minute we walked in. I’ve been here times before only for the main reason of the buffet and it’s cheap, however this will be the last time. It’s funny as I’m also in hospitality and we always reply to these trip advisors, but as I’m reading not one has been answered. Says a lot about management. Don’t bother wasting money on this when there’s a Nando’s next door, that is always busy! Good sign!!

I’ve been there twice now with my kids hoping the second time would be better. Unfortunately it wasn’t. The staff are friendly, but hard to find sometimes, even when not busy. Glasses were greasy and unwashed and so were the cutlery, on both occasions. I saw one guy pick up a glass and started laughing at how dirty they were. He actually started to phone all his mates. Funny moments. Desserts station was a mess. And this is probably all Pizza Hut but the ice cream it serves is gross!!! Sorry!!! The lack of attention to cleanliness and customer care is disappointing. I wish it could be better because the concept is great, family dining could be so good. but the execution is really poor.

What a shower of s**t. Was my boys birthday and it was completely ruined by this disgusting place. On arrival we had to wait 15 minutes for menu and cutlery after asking twice., then another 15 minutes for our order to be taken. In the end we just helped ourselves to salad and drinks. The men’s toilet floor was so full of wee my son slipped over in it and was covered! The manager went into the kitchen to cook and had no apron, hairnet, gloves, nothing. My pizza was wrong and was changed with a waiter stomping off. When I asked to speak to the manager before I paid I was told he was too busy! I was given £20 off of the bill but honestly they should have given us £20 to eat there! Avoid this place like the plague!
