Such a shame that they mislead people. Its kids eat free all summer, but only with an adult main . The people in the shop had no idea and I ended up paying lots 😂. Kids portion is so small .

This particular branch I have been here more than a few times the service was ridiculous the staff was unfriendly even ignored the fact that I had children with me under 4 years old. I had asked to be served numerous times by 6 different staff members who completely ignored the request. I could understand if it was a busy period but it wasn't I had watched staff walk around and ignored other customers waiting to be service. The the food I had ordered was cold and undercooked even asking for the bill seemed like it was an issue for them this place should be looked at, as a person that worked in hospitality this was by far the worse experience with dining out especially with children.

Had another delicious meal here. Service was impeccable & Victoria was efficient, friendly & helpful.

I recently visited Pizza Express and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and quality of food. I was attended to by Cerise, who made every effort to ensure my party was comfortable and attended to. She talked me through the menu, suggesting we order the large classic. This was in fact a perfect recommendation and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed. The new Dynamite Dough Balls, as suggested by Cerise, were the perfect addition to our order. Altogether the experience was extremely positive thanks to Cerise’s high level of customer service, and of course the food!

We visited on a Sunday. Extremely disappointed at the poor quality of the pizza and toppings. Have eaten here a few years ago and don't remember the pizza being so bad and obviously so expensive. We ordered two pizzas. Pepperoni and vegetable. The extra thin sliced pepperoni was like cardboard but at least it had flavour unlike the vegetable pizza that none. The pesto dough balls literally only had a spatter of pesto on the outside. Both pizzas incredibly priced at more than £15 :(( Very disappointed!

I visited this branch yesterday (Monday 1st July) with my husband because the last time I visited (also a Monday) the food was absolutely delicious so I couldn't wait to try it again. However, I was hugely disappointed with the food this time. It was not fresh - the dough balls and pizza were so tough and chewy, and cold! I politely informed the waiter that the dough balls are not warm/fresh and she did not seem happy about it. Nevertheless, she replaced it but it was still the same. Unfriendly staff, stale food and no atmosphere. Such a waste of money. I will not be visiting again.

My friends and I went for dinner , after a shopping session! The food was very nice, but what I was very impressed by was the service. Angelica was amazing , she looked after us very well , she was always smiling and she was very patient and polite and nothing seemed too much for her , she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! We will definitely go back and I’d like to thank Angelica for making our evening so enjoyable! ❤️

I really enjoyed my food and experience last Wednesday. Cerise made us feel very welcome, checked on us and gave us really great service. We didn’t have to wait long for the food or bill. We were given a choice of seats and it felt like a nice atmosphere. The lasagna was delicious 😋. A great place to stop for lunch whilst shopping.

Visited pizza express in Brent Cross today, what a lovely place to dine, clean, excellent quality food but most of all Cerise who served us was friendly, lovely smile, polite and recommended a few dishes which we ordered and they were spot on. 5 stars to Cerise. Keep up the great work.

Amazing driver and very respectful

Very bad experience on multiple occasions. The waiter nor waitress are friendly and just poker face with attitude!! Honestly if you cant handle hospitality and working in restaurant then quit!! The girl with red hair doesn't know how to give customer service nor does her sidekick the blonde. Won't be going here ever again. Management doesn't seem to give a toss either. Not to mention the food isn't all that and when I had ordered a brownie last time it was hard as a rock.

I recently visited Pizza Express in Brent Cross shopping centre and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Bart, who made my visit truly memorable. His service was impeccable; he was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The food was super good, living up to Pizza Express’ reputation for delicious, flavorful dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection and served promptly. Overall, my visit in Brent Cross was fantastic, thanks in large part to Bart amazing service. I will definitely be coming back to this brunch

We were a large booking of 15 mix of adult and kids for my son’s birthday. The waitress was very friendly and helpful even helped recommended food choices. Everything went smooth and the food was lovely. They brought our cake out and sang happy birthday. We had a lovely visit to this branch.

Food is so so and service is poor. Just can’t understand how pissed can it be for the staff when they are asked for plates for food sharing. We asked for two and only be given one.

Pizza just how you like it (however you like it!) Many choices from meat lovers to vegan with your choice of base. The Pizza Express salad dressing is 👌and also available in some supermarkets to recreate the taste at home. The menu changes occasionally with starters and sides which add variety. In 2 words, always reliable. The customer service not so much. A feedback tablet or other mechanism to rate the server would help improve the service and reward the servers who genuinely enjoy food service. Won’t stop me dining again but would improve the overall experience.

Badly managed, dirty seats from the day before. It's like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to eat there. Day Manager should get himself into gear, and not chat with the chef distracting him and help the servers. Dirty menus, Poorly trained staff, lacklustre poor behaviour. Really puts the Pizza Express brand to shame, the worse one I have ever visited.

I have tried different branches and this is so far the best in terms of food. Spacious and love the low lighting atmosphere. The food was way better than other branches. Plus, you can download the app and have really good rewards. I have ordered margarita pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Great & tasty pizza with a friendly service from George. Enjoyed an Irish latte as well with whisky ofcourse. A wonderful atmosphere with nice air circulation. Highly recomended.

Waiter acting depressed and moody which became very annoying when your trying to eat with your kids and paid a good amount of money

Management really need to look into how on a Saturday late afternoon, with less than half the tables occupied (no exaggeration!), it was taking over 20mins for the host to get anyone seated and address the queue of people just waiting and waiting (for no reason!). We decided to leave and were seated next door almost immediately in a restaurant that was almost full. Shambles

Thanks for the stone cold pizza you sent us via @deliveroo. It was almost like pizza the morning after, but without the wait. Deliveroo gave us a 59 pence refund, which seemed very generous considering we paid @2,95 extra for premium delivery.

Waited around 10 mins to be seated. Literally sat down and was asked if we were ready to order. Said we had only just sat down. Can you give us a few minutes. Once ordered, the food arriv3d in 10 mins, which was great . Food tasted nice, but don't feel was substantial for the price, especially the salad. There was not a lot of salad for the price in my experience, but it was ok. It would be nice if they did deep pan, as thin pizza isn't really filling enough for me. Hence why I said it was not enough for the price. Although the pizza was a good size, it was just to thin for my liking. Service was good. They cater for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Heard one the waiters say to another couple that just came in and sat if they are 'normal eaters' or vegetarians or vegans. Wasn't impressed with that. Overall, it was a nice meal atmosphere was ok.

Our waiter George was absolutely wonderful. Made sure that we were alright and enjoying everything throughout! Very kind and a great smile too! Overall great ambience and the fellow waiting staff (Yasmine and Eli!!) were very sweet! The food was amazing and filling (our thanks and compliments to the chefs!!) arrived very quickly to the table. It was nice to see a variety of vegan options! Overall it was wonderful late afternoon meal with my friends.

Angelica provides excellent hospitality here. She provides excellent customer service and I was very pleased on how she looked after my order. I order Giadarna on a Romana base which is vegan, but I like real mozarella, not vegan mozarella, and the pizza came out light and fluffy. The artichokes blend perfectly and it is a timeless classic.

The staff and food was delicious. Tom was a charming waiter. Look forward to visiting back as a family.

On our last visit Mate was a great host. He advised us on what menu items were suitable for vegetarians and helped us change toppings so that we were 100% happy. The Vegan giardiniera with regular cheese and added chillies is a great choice.

This place is run like a mess! Literally just walked out next door into Nandos as it take forever to get service. Even when I walked in I had to wait over 5 minutes without anyone giving a slight nod to suggest they are coming. If you do not want to work then I suggest doing something else. Such a shame when you are craving a pizza express pizza but let down by a badly managed franchise.

Visited this place lately and every time we were there the whole experience with them was better than the previous time, which shows how much effort they put into improving their service. The manager and waitress were friendly and professional. Service slow and inattentive. Got seated and had to prompt the waiter to get some attention after a good amount of waiting. Ordered the drinks and had to chase as we didn’t receive anything after a good 10 minutes. Asked for water and didn't get it. We ordered 5 pizzas to share and we got served 5 mini kids ones! Definitely not going back. Staff wasn’t rude, just couldn’t be bothered

Much better since they refurbished this place. Food was good but I'm really upset that they've gotten rid of the Veneziana which was my favourite pizza. Thumbs down for that, but overall a pleasant experience... However, the prices are still exorbitantly high so we won't be coming here as often as we'd like to.

The restaurant kept changing and delaying the order time. Was quoted as 20 mins but actually took over an hour. Driver was great and quick once he got the order but the restaurant was poor and did not answer the phone any of the times we called.

We had a birthday party booking for 20.The host was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. The pizzas were good and light, and the elderflower drink and berry mojito were delightful additions to the beverage menu. The only minor hiccup was a bit of a wait for the kids' meals, which made it a bit challenging to keep the little ones content when they were hungry. However, once the food arrived, they thoroughly enjoyed their meals from the kids' menu. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and most importantly, the birthday girl had a fantastic time. I would certainly recommend this venue for parties and gatherings.

Very slow service had to ask twice for things

When you need a break from shopping its good to refuel with a Pizza. I was having trouble with the Pizza Express App and our very kind waitress tried to help then asked her manager to help. He sat next to me while I filled in the form and was very patient with two older customers . The pizzas were good too.

Really enjoyed eating here, lovely food and friendly service from all staff but particularly a lady in a green top (I forgot to get her name) who took time to help us with a few questions we had.

We went for dinner as a party of 8 including 4 noisy children. The service provided by Tom was outstanding and his rapport and cheery, helpful, patient service made our evening. Thank you so much Tom! A credit to your business.

Worst service ever. Pizza express is the only place we eat pizza. The brunch at Brent Cross is so bad that I wanted to leave but my child was hungry. I advise the manager to go to Baker Street brunch or Haymarket to see how a good service looks like. I never been waiting 12 min for someone to take my order and after 7 more minutes to beg for my drinks because my child was very thirsty. Such a shame!

IF I WAS ALLOWED I WOULD RATE IT A 0!! the staff here are rude always on their phones and you have to almost beg to be taken seriously. it look so long for anyone to even acknowledge we were in the restaurant and it was impossible to order online because there were no qr codes. the restaurant isnt even packed and still the service is HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER RETURN and do NOT recommend. go nandos instead

The sevice was very poor The staff could see us that we are ready to order but keep ignoring us. It seems that they were not intrested in serving at all and were not even looking at you even when we were raising our hand and making eye contact. The manager too was not looking and did pass our table atleast twice. The place had lots of empty and lots of table were not occupied and still did not able to attend the customer. We waited good 30 min before someone took notice of us and take our order. When the food arrived it was very cool and no one cared or ask if every thing was ok. By the time we recieived our pizza they were so cold that we could not cut it with the cutter (blut one provided) and had to use our hands to cut and eat it. Would not recommend anyone to go to this outlet as they are taking advantage of the place were they are based.

Ordered here a few times and different places at Brent Cross many times. It’s a 7 min drive and usually takes no longer than 30 (max 40) mins when I order from anywhere at Brent cross shopping centre. Ordered at 18:30ish. After about 10 mins it assigned my driver. The initial expected delivery was 19:00. That then changed to as late as 19:30. When it hit to 19:30, it still said assigned driver. It was on that for easily an hour. It showed a sand timer and said waiting on update for about 30 mins. Called restaurant multiple times but never picked up. Also Contacted your Twitter page as until not I couldn’t find any other mode to reach out. It then finally changed to driver at restaurant and said 5 mins. It then disconnected and I couldn’t see the tracking anymore. 10/15 mins later it comes back on and he has not moved to then disconnect again. On route he stopped multiple times, it kept getting disconnected and even was 1 min drive from my place and was stationary for over 5 mins. I’m not blaming anyone or the guy. I’m sure something happened. But it’s at my expense as I literally received a stone cold pizza that was made almost 2 hours ago. I hate to be that guy but I’d like to ask for a refund. Anyway thanks for your time reading this. Be good to know your thoughts. Will

On my second visit, I encountered unexpected issues. During my initial visit, everything went smoothly. My usual routine involves starting with a beer, enjoying two, and then proceeding to order something to eat. However, I was taken aback when the waitresses assumed I was only here for drinks. Even if that were the case, the restaurant is still profiting from my patronage. If I am the one paying, I should be able to order food at my own pace. This situation is disheartening.
