It was an amazing experience. Our waitress Cerise was very helpful and speedy. The food came very fast and our food was also delicious.

Food very good. Service poor. Waitress chewing gum. Never heard a please or thank you. Told they had run out of balsamic vinegar, when M&S is around the corner! Little attention to the table with dirty dishes left for far too long.

Visited Pizza Express at Brent Cross for a birthday dinner, excellent service with a smile. Our waitress Lucy was super attentive and we were impressed how careful she was with the missus’ espresso martini - didn’t spill a drop! Was very empathetic when little one started screaming for some reason. She calmed her down with a softly spoken voice and it was better! Pizza was very quick but well-cooked… Express by name, express by nature! 10/10

Having taken my mum in law to buy a dress for her 90th birthday we went Pizza Express in Brent Cross London for a bite to eat. You know can rely on the food being enjoyable which it was. The 3 of us had a starter and main. Despite it being packed and buzzing, service was quick. When my mum in law commented that she was "starving" the waiter kindly put the starter order starter straight through before completing the rest of the order so as to expedite it's arrival. After we'd finished on requesting the bill my hubby jokingly asked for discount explaining mum was celebrating her 90th. The waiter returned and by the look on his face we thought we might have got a little discount, but it wasn't. The whole bill was cancelled. All 3 of us could barely speak and it brought all of us to tears. It was such a a lovely thoughtful thing to do. My 90 year old mum in law was thrilled beyond words. It was a moment when your faith in human nature is elevated. I've enjoyed pizza express for many years. It was the go to when my now grown up son's were small. I think I will enjoy it even more now. Each mouthful of yummy pizza will remind me of the thoughtfulness and kindness of the waiter, and the look on my lovely mum in law's face

We had a bit of an unexpected experience here today. Our 4 year old son has sensory issues around food and will only eat very plain food. Usually pizza express is perfect for this as he really enjoys the dough balls and plain penne pasta from the kids menu so it's our favourite restaurant. We eat at several different pizza express restaurants about twenty times a year! On this occasion, the waitress insisted that they couldn't make plain penne pasta, as all their pasta was baked and so to cook it with no sauce was not possible as it would ruin the pasta. She wasn't willing to put the order through. I know this is technically ordering "off menu" but plain penne pasta has always been very easy for the various other pizza express restaurants we visit. Anyway, as our son wouldn't eat anything else we just left and went to a different pizza express, where they were happy to make plain pasta as usual! I'm sure not many people are in our position but wanted to leave a review in case it helps avoid disappointment.

Great experience and was a really pleasant experience. Staff are super helpful as I had to work on my laptop and join a few calls snd they easily found a quiet corner for me.The food and service are absolutely awesome!

I paid £10 for a choclate cake.. why is half my cake missing??? AWFUL customer service!!!! I have tried calling and left a message 4 times no response. Most of all where is the other half of my cake ??? Would never order from here again !!!

Awful dining experience. Waitress had no interest in customer service - she appeared as if she couldn't be bothered! Pizzas were not nice - luke-warm when serviced. Overall a very unpleasant experience and have no wish to return.

Their food is good. One thing I must say that, the deputy manager probably his name is Michal is very good person. He is friendly, polite, gentle and very cordial person. Every Department's manager should be like him.

I ordered through deliveroo, ordering a dairy free pizza, but what arrived was a mozzarella pizza. This is very dangerous for my health, the lack of care is unacceptable. It even said on the order receipt, taped to the front of the box “vegan cheese”. Deliveroo were great and ordered a replacement for me which took a while to come and it looked like someone had lobbed the pizza against a wall before throwing it in the box. Zero care for their customers dietary requirements, it just giving a customer what they ordered, and prepared a vegan pizza that looked like a dogs dinner. Photos show the difference between the two pizzas.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Express and was extremely disappointed with my experience. My pizza had a hair in it. This is completely unacceptable, as food hygiene is a basic expectation for any restaurant.. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and ensures stricter quality control in the future.

I was there with my friends , but I was struggling on how to use the app. Thankfully , Cerise came and showed me how to use the app and overall I really enjoyed my experience here.

We came for a brunch on Sunday, the waiters were very busy but we still got a top notch service from Ervina. She was always checking in on us and was very helpful with anything we needed. She recommended us to download the Pizza express app as we would have some rewards. The food was also lovely, overall a great experience and we will be coming again!

Had a great dinner at pizza express this evening. The La Reine romana was exceptional. Our lithuanian waitress today was absolutely fantastic and she made our experience unforgettable. Definitely coming back

We had eaten here the week before on the Sunday and came back the Saturday with the same 2 kids. I noticed that it was different chefs in the kitchen, 2 women. Last time it was men. The pizza was okay but wasn't as hot as I would've liked it, especially since it gets cold very quickly because of the air-conditioning. My sons bolognese pasta was 'hard and crunchy' (his words) and he wasn't very happy about it. I called the waiter over and she took it away and offered pizza instead. The pizza was cut so badly with a huge massive slice and not all the way through so i had to recut it for him. Usually waiting staff will come back and ask how your food is but they didn't do this. One of our party had to get up and get his own salt. The adults pasta dishes were also hard and crunchy. There are a few issues with how service is run that needs brushing up on asap. I would visit again but only if the chefs are not the same ones that were there this time. The food was not as good.

Brent Cross Restaurant Restaurant close at 9pm Arrived at 7pm It would have been helpful if there had been clear signage or a notice informing customers that the restaurant was no longer accepting walk-ins. This would have saved me and others the time and frustration of queuing only to be turned away. The service was extremely poor, with no explanation given as to why they refused to accept customers for dining, and no apology was offered.

Very happy with our overall experience here at the Brent Cross Pizza Express. Was there for an evening date. The vegan pizza’s we had were incredible. I love that they have a specific menu just for vegan food. The service was excellent, and Victoria in particular was exceptional. Highly recommend trying and the food is reasonably priced too.

Had a beautiful lunch experience at this restaurant! We ordered Polo Ad Astra pizza and Sundae Biscoff which was delicious. Karn and Ervina, amazing staff, had served us and made our lunch memorable.

Such a shame that they mislead people. Its kids eat free all summer, but only with an adult main . The people in the shop had no idea and I ended up paying lots 😂. Kids portion is so small .

This particular branch I have been here more than a few times the service was ridiculous the staff was unfriendly even ignored the fact that I had children with me under 4 years old. I had asked to be served numerous times by 6 different staff members who completely ignored the request. I could understand if it was a busy period but it wasn't I had watched staff walk around and ignored other customers waiting to be service. The the food I had ordered was cold and undercooked even asking for the bill seemed like it was an issue for them this place should be looked at, as a person that worked in hospitality this was by far the worse experience with dining out especially with children.

Had another delicious meal here. Service was impeccable & Victoria was efficient, friendly & helpful.

I recently visited Pizza Express and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and quality of food. I was attended to by Cerise, who made every effort to ensure my party was comfortable and attended to. She talked me through the menu, suggesting we order the large classic. This was in fact a perfect recommendation and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed. The new Dynamite Dough Balls, as suggested by Cerise, were the perfect addition to our order. Altogether the experience was extremely positive thanks to Cerise’s high level of customer service, and of course the food!

We visited on a Sunday. Extremely disappointed at the poor quality of the pizza and toppings. Have eaten here a few years ago and don't remember the pizza being so bad and obviously so expensive. We ordered two pizzas. Pepperoni and vegetable. The extra thin sliced pepperoni was like cardboard but at least it had flavour unlike the vegetable pizza that none. The pesto dough balls literally only had a spatter of pesto on the outside. Both pizzas incredibly priced at more than £15 :(( Very disappointed!

I visited this branch yesterday (Monday 1st July) with my husband because the last time I visited (also a Monday) the food was absolutely delicious so I couldn't wait to try it again. However, I was hugely disappointed with the food this time. It was not fresh - the dough balls and pizza were so tough and chewy, and cold! I politely informed the waiter that the dough balls are not warm/fresh and she did not seem happy about it. Nevertheless, she replaced it but it was still the same. Unfriendly staff, stale food and no atmosphere. Such a waste of money. I will not be visiting again.

My friends and I went for dinner , after a shopping session! The food was very nice, but what I was very impressed by was the service. Angelica was amazing , she looked after us very well , she was always smiling and she was very patient and polite and nothing seemed too much for her , she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! I really enjoyed my food and experience last Wednesday. Cerise made us feel very welcome, checked on us and gave us really great service. We didn’t have to wait long for the food or bill. We were given a choice of seats and it felt like a nice atmosphere. The lasagna was delicious 😋. A great place to stop for lunch whilst shopping.

Visited pizza express in Brent Cross today, what a lovely place to dine, clean, excellent quality food but most of all Cerise who served us was friendly, lovely smile, polite and recommended a few dishes which we ordered and they were spot on. 5 stars to Cerise. Keep up the great work.

Amazing driver and very respectful

Very bad experience on multiple occasions. The waiter nor waitress are friendly and just poker face with attitude!! Honestly if you cant handle hospitality and working in restaurant then quit!! The girl with red hair doesn't know how to give customer service nor does her sidekick the blonde. Won't be going here ever again. Management doesn't seem to give a toss either. Not to mention the food isn't all that and when I had ordered a brownie last time it was hard as a rock.

His service was impeccable; he was attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The food was super good, living up to Pizza Express’ reputation for delicious, flavorful dishes. Everything was cooked to perfection and served promptly. Overall, my visit in Brent Cross was fantastic, thanks in large part to Bart amazing service. I will definitely be coming back to this brunch

We were a large booking of 15 mix of adult and kids for my son’s birthday. The waitress was very friendly and helpful even helped recommended food choices. Everything went smooth and the food was lovely. They brought our cake out and sang happy birthday. We had a lovely visit to this branch.

Food is so so and service is poor. Just can’t understand how pissed can it be for the staff when they are asked for plates for food sharing. We asked for two and only be given one.

Pizza just how you like it (however you like it!) Many choices from meat lovers to vegan with your choice of base. The Pizza Express salad dressing is 👌and also available in some supermarkets to recreate the taste at home. The menu changes occasionally with starters and sides which add variety. In 2 words, always reliable. The customer service not so much. A feedback tablet or other mechanism to rate the server would help improve the service and reward the servers who genuinely enjoy food service. Won’t stop me dining again but would improve the overall experience.

Badly managed, dirty seats from the day before. It's like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to eat there. Day Manager should get himself into gear, and not chat with the chef distracting him and help the servers. Dirty menus, Poorly trained staff, lacklustre poor behaviour. Really puts the Pizza Express brand to shame, the worse one I have ever visited.

I have tried different branches and this is so far the best in terms of food. Spacious and love the low lighting atmosphere. The food was way better than other branches. Plus, you can download the app and have really good rewards. I have ordered margarita pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Great & tasty pizza with a friendly service from George. Enjoyed an Irish latte as well with whisky ofcourse. A wonderful atmosphere with nice air circulation. Highly recomended.

Waiter acting depressed and moody which became very annoying when your trying to eat with your kids and paid a good amount of money

The taste of pizza was less than expected, such as a frozen one. Atmosphere is nice.

Management really need to look into how on a Saturday late afternoon, with less than half the tables occupied (no exaggeration!), it was taking over 20mins for the host to get anyone seated and address the queue of people just waiting and waiting (for no reason!). We decided to leave and were seated next door almost immediately in a restaurant that was almost full. Shambles

Thanks for the stone cold pizza you sent us via @deliveroo. It was almost like pizza the morning after, but without the wait. Deliveroo gave us a 59 pence refund, which seemed very generous considering we paid @2,95 extra for premium delivery.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, food is a bit overpriced (to be expected) tastes alright
