4 of us went for a good pizza while visiting London, we were staying in Golders Green. The guys who served us were fantastic, very nice and sociable, even giving us a portion of chips. A great place to eat a doable pizza at an affordable price.

We had pepperoni pizza last weekend. The taste wasnt much and it didnt look like it was worth the price

So I start off saying hi can I get a create your own and the guy says yes it will be done in 10 minutes and I ask can I get toppings and he hangs up so I do the same thing and I call again and he just hangs up terrible service DONT BUY FROM THIS DOMINOS!!

Had the meat lovers pizza and it was delicious! I liked that you can top it with anything you want, which makes it great for a group. Really friendly staff too!

The worst customer service in Golders Green. I am not a native speaker and English is my second language so when I go there to order I repeat myself several times that they understand me correctly but today for the fourth time I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and meatballs and they gave me two separate ones, when I asked them they said that we won't do anything for you and this is your order. Really the worst!!!

Delicious pizza, good service and friendly staff. The place is clean and well-kept. They are a bit slow so I guess if you are starving maybe not the place for you. If you're not in a rush, head in straight away.

The worst customer service in the area. We called twice, first the guy on the phone didn't answer my husband's question and he put the phone on him. (Wow!) Then I called and at the end I needed two seconds to make a final decision when he said ' I am quite busy here'. When I said either he can wait a second or we can cancel the whole order, he said it was up to me. (Wow again!) Well, if it's up to me I will never order from them again. Who do they think they are?!

Disappointed. This branch refuses to accept cash citing policy introduced during covid. Other branches do accept cash. It's just inconvenient. Pizza was OK, not great.

Food poisoning from this place. Lasted for days. Pizza was not cut into slices & missing vital (paid for) toppings...

I like the Domino’s Pizza, but today I had a very bad pizza look really robbery it’s not cut properly at all it was pushing I can’t see the two most rushing I didn’t had any grades experience. I’m very sorry need to be honest

It was so delicious and tasty and crunchy. The garlic bread was just tooo good! It was so good and the cheese was so nice and the wedges were lovely. Delicious. I have been eating Dominoes Pizza since they came to the UK in the '80's , today I have been delivered what must be the worse pizza I have ever had . It arrived AN HOUR after i ordered it , Not cooked properly, many of the tandoori toppings were still raw . The bbq wings were just as bad little or no bbq sauce on them , i was worried about getting food poisoning as they looked barely cooked, It was delivered cold as the driver decided it good practice to remove from the insulated bag while trying to locate my flat . He rang me to say he was outside only to walk off as I went out to meet him . This really has put me off Domino's pizza , I'm sorry to say If today was anything to go by staff training is needed at the Golders Green branch.

No guarantee your order would be delivered. Because they don't have drivers. And their estimate delivery time is 45 minutes. WASTE OF MONEY. YOU GET COLD FOOD.😬😬

Two times out of three visits I've ordered food its been bad service, rank looking pizza first time, last visit garlic bread and pizza was cut so badly I complained and full refund was given. I'll rather go to hendon branch now even though this branch In golders green is 2mins walk away, I've seen staff member cough over pizza so yh I'm giving this one a miss with pleasure.

Quick, clean and decent pizza of course

Took 2 hours to bring 2 pizzas. And the front desk person didn’t have any idea what is happening in the shop. Tried to contact them many times and each time she said something different about my order. Totally disappointing.

I love picking up a pizza as it is soooooooooooooooooooo cheap compared to delivery. Golders green is always nice and fresh and pleasant.

Nice and quick delivery but, pizza quality is not as it should be. When you order on weekends, it’s a bit better quality than the weekdays order! Also you need to phone and ask about the meat as they do not identify it in their website and menu (which is pork), do phone so if you are selective and not eating pork and wouldn’t like to be disappointed after delivery!

Hi. I've ordered Pizza last night (15.03.2021) from Domino's. I was so happy I was going to have a slice of cheesy pizza. Well... it wasn't like that! I believe that the cheese is disappearing from Domino's pizza. There is less and less cheese, unless you ad a topping and pay for it. Shouldn't be like that. A pizza has cheese. Melted cheese!!!! Peppers! they only have green? I hate green peppers on its own! They should be forbidden in a pizza! In a 13" pizza i had 4 pieces of red peppers. I really count them!!! They had a nice italian pizza with sweet chilli peppers and rocket, they had tiny meat balls... all gone! I ordered a garlic bread on the side and some potato wedges. The garlic bread had tomato!?! TOMATO?Who puts tomato on a garlic bread??? It should taste like garlic and cheese. What's wrong with you guys? Tomato on the garlic bread? And a last thing. I had a discount code for orders above £25 on the whole order, that was written. My order was £23.99 plus a few extra toppings £25.99. No discount! I can live without the discount, it's not a big deal, but without cheese on the pizza? I am sorry guys, but that is not pizza. It was a round piece of bread with green peppers and tomato sauce. ;(

Just had 2 pizzas and wedges with garlic bread Pizzas were rank!! Hardly any meat and just barely cooked Wedges are still hard in the middle!! Shocking will not order from there again

Just had the donner kebab pizza, it was awful, left your mouth on fire and a horrible aftertaste, my advice is do not get one !! Domino's pizzas are normally lovely this is the first bad one I have had !!

I have been into the store a few times the staff are very rude the food has been ok but today I walked into the store there was a horrible pungent smell even though I was really hungry and decided to continue with the order when I took the pizza home it tasted disgusting something wasn't right at all I couldn't even eat a slice of it I believe the sauce was off, iv been a chef for over 20 years I no my food, the store it self was filthy dirty.

Guy on the till really struggled to take my order. Never had this problem with Domino's before.

More than 20 minutes to take away.. dissapointing. You should come visit Barcelona or Madrid to learn how in less than 10 your pizza is ready to take away when they promise no more than 15”, or you’ll get it for free

Place is clean, food came quickly and service excellent as got the wrong order but it was sorted quickly. Parking on the road next to the building is not that bad either. But then I went on a Sunday so can't advise on parking during the week.

Worst customer service ever...... nasty staff.... took hours while tracking saying ready to collect..... wastage of money.... burnt cheese pizza n tasteless veggi sizzler with uncooked tasteless edges..... have no time to go there again otherwise I want to throw back to them....

Not the most responsive service: regularly my order would turn ready on their status screen but they would take several minutes to actually give it even when they are not busy.

very poor staff ,only 1 person is working there , takes long time to make the pizza then when you are going to collect the pizza maid wrong . Zero Star is much more for this branch .

Wszystko było by git. Ale byłem w środku, zamówiłem pizzę do domu z dowozem, zapłaciłem. Zanim dotarłem, pizzę dowieźli przede mną, a donosiciel zgarnął hajs jeszcze raz od innych domowników. Taka sytuacja.

With the signature of Domino. Perfect pizza with nice offers. Small waiting time for deliveries. If you go there for pick up, there is a nice and clean desk. The only problem is the communication with the staff. They couldn't understand what i was asking for... twice...

Would give a 0 if I could. This hasn't just happened once but twice, I've order online and waited for an hour. When I called them they said it will take 10 minutes due to lack of drivers, which is fine if it was the truth. 10 minutes passed and I called them just for them to tell me that it was my fault because I ordered from the wrong store (which I did not as I double checked my email receipt). The first time this happened I went to pick it up, the second time I asked for a refund and they said that they will but have no sort of confirmation for a refund just based on their word. I feel disgusted about this and hope no one experiences this.

Worst customer service I ever had on a take away store , never able to help u and never willing to go the extra mile for customers , I call in to place an order and the guy at the phone tells me is no delivery because the drive call sick lol we are paying 40 ££ for 2 pizzas and 2 sides and ur telling me the driver calll in sick !? How embarrassing is this !? Apart of this how is this customer concern !? They are overages in price and can’t hire 1 driver !!! Shame never ever buying dominos again !!!! Apart the food is not good quality anymore. !!!

Visited this restaurant once in September with my son Eryk, on the way home after big Christian event in London, Karolina very helpful girl from restaurant personnel, great service ever for 5* she definitely deserved great award!

Dead. Took an hour for personal pizza and a side, called the manager, hes like yeah 10 mins 10 mins, took 40 mins longer from there, asked him for compensation and no resolution, worst dominos experience ever

I order only one kind of pizza. The menu is limited unfortunately. The staff is 50/50 - some very nice and others not so much. I don't sit inside wheni wait for my order as the seats and counter is often dirty and covered in crumbs and sause smudges.

Have had many Dominos from different places but this is one of the best tasting I've had in years.

Dislike it because of hygiene cant stand the way they wear no plastic gloves when they sprinkle ingredients on the Pizza ,knowing they have probably not washed their hands .Learn from subway that's my advice
