This is an outstanding Pizza Express branch. Great service from Leticia. Keep up the great work!

The manager Ursula; friendly and bubble character, and the staff are nice to. It's been a whole year since I last visited this place the food was on point.

Cosmin and Erjona was very kind to me and my brother he greets everyone very nicely so everyone feels welcome

pizza ok but delivery driver had gone to wrong road let alone a wrong address..I was waiting out on my road for him for long time before I shouted out to him before he walked over to my house..

1:15 Monday its cold day outside and inside. I sat in my coat to eat lunch. The downstairs toilet was out of order. Mozzarella stick starter was dripping oil the dip was nice. The chicken pasta not so. Bits of the chicken were hard. And unbelievably the pasta was burned on some edges. Good points. The waitress was pleasant and served a good hot cup of tea.

After being away from the area for almost 5 years+ I was greeted well and warm by the manager Ozlem and the chef which I was surprised they remembered me…. I have always felt very warm and well looked after by the staff here and the atmosphere, I and my family have visited many pizza express branches and I must say that this is the best one out of all of the restaurants, and the food quality is next to none ! Although it is popular and can get busy at times the staff and the manager and chef cosmin always cater well and with the upmost high level of efforts. I am blessed to have this particular branch as well as the staff within my local area, god bless and happy new year!

my order said it was delivered however my little sister nor i heard a knock and when we went outside to look for the food there was nothing there. I have also previously been in contact about this as i deserve compensation as never received my food

Great food. Carolina was amazing so helpful explained the offers well etc. She made sure we got the seating we wanted. The rest of the staff were also good too. The only issue for me is it was freezing and it made it super uncomfortable. In the summer I can imagine the place neon great. It's definitely a very scenic Pizaa express.

The food was not what I’ve had from other branches. Cold pizza, toppings were not up to standard and not cooked well.

I've been to pizza express on several occasions in the oast. And its always been good. This time unfortunately, the service was not there. We cancelled a starter that didn't arrive until the mains cane, and when paying the bill, we were not told to possibly go to the till and were sat at the table for a while. In between, nobody came tonus to check whether things were OK or whether we wanted anything ... It was not that busy either.

good food, but waited for absolutely ages to be seated. Wasn’t even busy and we still waited around forty minutes for anything. Portion sizes were alright, just overall was a pain to wait for so long. Staff were nice. Not too bad but definitely wouldve liked to be seated and served faster.

Really disappiointed that the delivery time ended up being almost 40 mins later than initially anticipated. Food was fine (when it got here) but the LONG wait would have made anything taste good.

It was not hot but ya it was tasty

Pizzas were undercooked and cold upon arrival. The sauce was also not spread well - barely any on one side and thick on the other. Better pizza options available.

Took very long to get ready. Food is not consumable. The soft drink can't be opened easily (need a metal can opener rather than twist cap) and the pizza is one piece rather than cut diagonally

Whilst the menu and food is no different from any other pizza express, this place falls apart at the service. No front of house so multiple diners seated themselves. We felt ignored the whole evening to the point where I nearly called the restaurant to try and get some kind of service. Very disappointing, especially when the store wasn’t particularly busy.

We recently celebrated our daughter's 10th birthday party at Pizza Express, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from the pizza-making activity for the kids to the attentive service for the parents. All the kids had an amazing time creating their own pizzas, and the parents really appreciated the relaxed and fun atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the party was seamless thanks to the wonderful team. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate, and we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend for a fun and memorable celebration!

First time visiting for a kids birthday party. Could see that it was very busy for a Saturday night but we was waiting at the door for ages...with four kids despite having a booking...to the point receiving a call while standing there asking us if we were gonna turn up on time...finally sat at the table, took ages to order, ages to get drinks and food. Could see that the waiters were understaffed... appreciate their efforts as seemed overwhelmed. I am absolutely not convinced by the food either. The only good thing was the kids menu with the dough balls and vegetables with tasty Pizza. And the meal deal where we got a£1 deal pizza. Won't be back

We had an amazing dinner at this restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, the food was great and also I would like to present my thanks to a very special waiter you've got there Cosmin who's doing a great job,he's very knowledgeable about the menu and recommend us ,as we asked him, what we should try,also a very happy and smiley person ,has a good sense of humor. He has a great attitude with all the clients and because of him we really enjoyed our dinne out meal❤❤❤

food abit cold as driver went too much up my road..

We were ignored completely by the waiter on the day. We were ready to order, waived at him but instead whe went and attended other people that came after us. In Mill Hill I would say they treat people according to their skin colour unfortunately

Burnt end pizza without burnt ends 😢

We waited half an hour to order and it took another half an hour for the food to come. I ordered a prawn peperonata and the pasta was burnt as well as cold. Then, we had to wait another half an hour for the bill to come and so the service was really not great.

Lovely place to eat, the garden at the back is the place to be. Lovely atmosphere and well looked after by the manager who was there tending to the plants. I was served by Cosmin who was excellent, patient and professional as well as friendly. Highly recommended.

Waited an hour for our food. Another 30 mins for bill and to order. Service was rubbish but nice food, though cold.

We had our child's birthday party here and it was fabulous. The little ones have pizza workshop hosted by chefs Lorysa and Cokie and they are absolutely patient and great with the children. The children had a blast and enjoyed the pizza they make together with chefs.

Food was great but the service was terrible and very slow. One of the waiters was quite rude as well.

The food took an hour to arrive. We came with two children who had to wait. The waiter was helpful but could have communicated better. However the team did apologise.

tuvimos nuestra cena luego dijeron que no tenían salsas. para el pudín solo nos dieron el pastel de chocolate y helado y todos los demás que pidieron sorbete y helado no los recibieron y esperamos más de una hora para el pastel de caramelo. íbamos a llegar tarde al teatro, así que tuvimos que irnos sin comer pudines, pero pagamos por adelantado para las comidas principales y todos los pudines. también nos siguieron ignorando cuando les pedimos ciertas cosas.

So I took my nephews here on Saturday 13th July at 12.30 pm ordered about 6 minutes later we didn’t receive the food until 1:35pm, now I don’t visit pizza express often but the wait time was very frustrating. There were only 5 tables occupied of which 3 were eating when we arrived in the restaurant. So I cannot fathom why on earth it would take nearly an hour to bake two children’s pizzas?? Not impressed with the service at all. But the kids did enjoy their pizzas!

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waiter there who had to be recognized publicly. Cosmin was his name and he was phenomenal. He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. By the end of our dinner, two of us said, "He's the best waiter we've ever had in London". By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse. But overall pretty good place. Thank you Cosmin for the wonderful service!

It was fine. Had to get moved because it was very noisy, they forgot multiple things on our order but the food was good.

I had such an amazing time at Pizza Express. Ozlem provided us with the best customer service we've had at any restaurant. The waiters really cared to ensure we got everything we wanted. And the food was great. I would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

We had an amazing evening there last night! The service is top! We were lucky to be greeted by Turkish lady (she is absolutely amazing, lovely lady) who explained us everything and was really helpful in choosing the meal! Overall very warm welcome, and delicious dinner

Absolutely appalling customer service, rude waiters and a slow and tedious wait for food and basic assistance from the waiters. It is an understaffed branch of pizza express that truly is not fit for service. I will not be coming back and highly urge anybody considering visiting this branch to find somewhere elsewhere.
