Wait time for pizza was 20mins and to stand in a small chubby hall was terrible. About 2 people sitting and 2 people standing is the space. Better to go at lunch time as service is great. Evening is busy and thus service time given to you is reduced with long wait time for pizzas. I thing I noticed is that the girls there do not wear gloves whilst putting toppings on pizzas and if uou are vegetarian, it is same hands used for meat and on vegetables...

Don’t go hear they don’t know how to respect customers, first i called them i want pizza and they said we only accept cash i went and they said we only accept card, 1st thing stick to your words, after that don’t disrespect customer 2 employees discuss in their native language and disrespect me saying (bol to ese raha abhi mar dega) i hope u learn some manners how to speak kindly and respect customer.

I ordered a pizza today and I never received it. The delivery man claims he gave the pizza to the woman. One small problem, I'm the only woman living in the house and I haven't picked up any pizzas. I don't recommend it because you will be hungry and you will waste your money!!

don’t bother coming in, they don’t respect their opening hours. closed 40 minutes before their official closing time on google and on their door at the entrance. the staff had no explanation as to why they are closed early

Ordered two pizzas one was so burnt and when I called very rude lady on the phone.. instead of being apologetic she called to say she will send a replacement and that I will need to give her the pizza which is not a problem as it’s not edible.. just wish I could throw it in her rude face.

They are closing 12 o'clock at Sunday i call them 11:40 but they didn't serve me .

I ordered yesterday and it was showing 10 mins delivery time my food was delivered in half of the time showed The food was amazing and the delivery driver Sagar was just amazing.

The pizza arrived cold. Won’t bother ordering from here again. I could track the delivery and see that their delivery person went to another house in opposite direction before coming to my place, which explains why my pizza was cold.

Food was great, service was even better. The manager looked after us. Food was really quick. We were even given a leaflet with dietary restrictions along with the order.

Absolute trash, no joke. Don't even bother to answer this review because I'm not gonna change my mind ever. Your food is so unhealthy and disgusting it feels like I eat plastic when I buy your pizza. Papa John's is better . Don't bother with the feedback because no one will ever read it. End of.

My vegi supreme with olives and vegi pepperoni turned up with a bucket load of the extras but totally missing the actual vegi supreme bit! No tomatoes no peppers no sweetcorn no mushrooms….. yikes.

bad pizza Edit: it had barely any cheese on it at all. Maybe 1/4 of the ideal amount of cheese and some parts were entirely devoid of cheese and toppings. I guess they have to save money by sparing the expensive toppings, so I will vow to help you out by never ordering again. Now you can save 100% of the toppings and retire wealthy with your abundant pizza toppings.

Careful if you have food allergies, they do not care and gave me a normal pizza instead of gluten free. Was unwell for a while. More focus on laughing at the back of the place than paying attention to food safety.

Walked in but ordered online for the 50% off any pizza offer. Nice staff, good price, quickly made, and the pizza was very, very good. All gone now 😋 Thank you.

The pizza base was fresh and tasty, but missed order notes, hot dog 50% was missing, received sausage instead of extra chorizo, and what happened to our deserts last night ? We ordered 2 Cinni dippers and received 2 pizza base with corn taste ?!?!?! 7 pounds wasted because you forgot to add the cinnamon and everything went to waste. I will find better value for my money elsewhere.

First time ordering from this branch, usually the Southgate one. Started off well, food was ready as soon as we walked in to collect it. Got home, firstly the half and half pizza they’d completely messed up, whatever not that big a deal. Secondly I’m eating my CHEESE dough balls, and suddenly taste ham…I inspect the dough balls and realise they have given me the meat ones, after being vegetarian for 10 years, I ate ham, as a result I was obviously very ill. Absolute disgrace of a place that can’t follow simple orders, will be writing to head office and taking it as far as it needs to go. Terrible

I always buy from here but I recived cold pizza 2 times now! They said there was low staff. Also they was mean with the topping. You can see where the cheese was missing as there red patches. Unfortunately we won't be ordering here again.

Very disappointed, ordered for collection and was told is will be 30 minutes. I came to collect in time and I was told is not even being prepared! From 30 minutes it becomes 45 minutes! No apology, I was told just yo wait! Very poor customer service.

This branch is open for long time,but sadly they can't manage the order.their manager Zoe sadly she doesn't care about quality at all. Sad,sad,sad We don't need just refund,you guys made my Sunday wasted.I try to change my branch but they said sadly we can't use different branch. Six month ago quality was issue and again happened so It mean be careful before u order from this branch.. and once try to call head office but no one's care.....the only nice team in this place being the owner's and now when u call head office,we can't find them. At this branch they make the best pizza. They don't cover my area so i have to get it for collection. Been a customer for a long time, keep up the good work.

Urgh disgusting! In my pizza I found a hair. Will complain to the branch about it. It made me feel so sick and question the hygiene at this or any Dominos branch. I won't be ordering this again.

I would recommend Papa John in East Finchley. Both make good pizza. But there will be times something goes wrong. The customer service of this Domini branch is abysmal. (And possibly through to their Head Office). I had something go wrong at Papa John. They dealt with it excellently. Neither events were 'big things'. But Domino's terrible attitude and response, made it into one. I had an order that seemed to go through yet no pizza arrived. System errors can happen. What followed though was phones being put down on me (no voice raised myside just unfortunately the staff member seemed under massive work pressure and could only afford 30 secs on phone with me), head office broken promises to call me back and their local branch failing to address my points in an email. It's nice to 'feel' a business cares about it's customers. Domino's seems to care about taking it's customers money and that is it. (In a decade not so long ago, they acted very differently. Maybe arrogance has set in).

Very rude staff everybody in there is unhappy with something they do everything wrong and they have zero customer service everybody there should be sacked or re trained !!!

Very rude staff. They don't have cups and tissue to me with my pizza n coke. Apparently the lady said they don't have it. She spoke in impolite way to me.

This is now the second time they send the food late. It was cold and pizza was nearly upside down ! The first time they forgot the sauces !

On Saturday night I was served in a professional manner by a young gentleman who was very organized considering how busy the shop was, very impressed with his efficient customer service skills, furthermore Dominos need to recruit more staff like him at the front desk.

Horrendous, terrible customer service. When there are so many negative reviews and complaints about London Domino's Ballards lane (N3), senior managers need to pay attention ! Dear managers, please review CCTV footage for Friday night 15th Nov 2019 between 22:07 - 22:18 to observe your staff unprofessional behaviour in front of customers ( teasing , playing and leaving the shop to run after each other when my order was ready to collect and no one was there to served me )! It's my second bad experience with this branch, the first time staff member was very rude to us.

Never had to q to complain before! Ordered pizza at 19.20 on Saturday evening. 21.00 and it had still not turned up. Could not get through on the phone so walked up to find a q out of the door of people waiting to complain, the place in total melt down with staff clueless as to how to deal with the situation (this despite all the customers I saw in the store being good natured towards the staff).In the mean time, walk in customers were able to order and collect their food in 15mins while the rest of us watched on! Eventually managed to get a refund and went home to make food. There is something very very wrong with the process in this place. Would avoid until they work out how to operate properly!

1.30 minutes after ordering I'm yet to get my food. Ordered at 8.15pm it's almost MOTD now. I regret ordering this food from this chain. I wish I could cancel my order. Please run from them

Horrendous. Waited 1hr and 30 minutes, four phone calls later and got told order is on its way then after another phone call we got told something went wrong with your order we have not processed it. If we had not kept phoning would of lost our money and no pizza. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible they are 1 mile away from my flat and yet LADY SAYS THEY DO NOT DELIVER IN MY AREA! CALLED 2ND TIME AND SHE LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR NOT HAVING TO EXPLAIN! RUDE OF YOU TO DO THAT FOR 1 MILE DISTANCE!

The pizza in this place can be hit oe miss at times. However its definitely better than pizza hut pizza.

Absolutely terrible. The food is fine, its exactly what you would expect. But the service is completely unacceptable! The app told me that the pizza will be with me in 20 mins. An hour later, i rang them to see what was happening, and they told me it will still be another further 20 mins! Whats worse, is before I was done talking, they hung up on me mid conversation. I will not be disrespected like that, so i drove down to the shop, as they can not hang up on you face to face. Zoe behind the counter was so rude and arrogant it was unreal. They eventually told me they will refund me for the pizza, but refused to put it in writing. As their word means nothing (20 minutes = 90 minutes?), I told them i would not leave without a written confirmation i would be refunded, and the best they could give me was something they scribbled down on a blank sheet of paper. There are a ton of pizza places, avoid this one!

They become horrible after management changed. East Finchley Branch would better and got full menu. They are great even after reheat on the oven.

Meal "deals" at this branch are extremely limited and constantly changing to depreciate value. I guess that's what happens when stores are franchised. Off to order papa johns or Pizza Hut instead.

Not happy. I called Domino's Finchley Central on a Saturday night at 9pm and was advised that they were too busy to deliver and that no more deliveries would be available that night. Taking into consideration that they are open for abother 3 hours I asked if they could take my order and I wouldn't mind waiting longer but they refused. I then decided to call Hendon Central Domino's and they advised me that we are too far from them to deliver. Let's just take this into perspective, I live in Hendon and Finchley Central will normally deliver to me but the Domino's in Hendon which is closer, will not deliver... Go Figure.

If i could give a minus score I would! I ordered online last night (17/09/16) and an hour later there was no sign of my order so I called the Ballards Lane N3 1UX branch. I was greeted with an extremely rude employee. I ordered a pizza! Not a pizza with a side of attitude!.... I couldn't finish my sentence and he abruptly responded "there's an hours delay and it's on it's way". The tone was uncalled for! When I asked how does he know my order is on its way if he hasn't taken my details? and so I asked him to repeat my address to which he responded "well, what's your address?". After repeating my address and name for the fifth time he still couldn't locate my order and was ready to put the phone down and said there was no order placed for that address, implying I was lieing. I was stunned by his attitude!!... I questioned how can he not see the order on his system when I have an email confirmation of the order? He finally located the order but accused me of giving the wrong address and that is not the address on his system associated to my order? Again I calmly explained the email confirmation clearly states my address which I had to repeat 5 times. After 5 minutes of his uncalled for disgusting attitude, I had enough and so I asked for his name which he refused and said it's not within Domino's policy to give their name? (That is just ridiculous! I will be taking this up with Domino's HQ too), at this point I was just sickened by his attitude and asked to be transferred to the manager who had no idea who took my call. Whilst still on the phone the driver had arrived with the pizza and the manager said customers are entitled to a free pizza due to the delay, but out of principle I returned the pizza and requested a refund. I would recommend others to avoid this branch of Domino's unless you enjoy a side of attitude with your order. Domino's HQ needs to assess their recruitment process and not employ people who are extremely aggressive and rude as it's not appropriate for a customer facing job and employ competent individuals. Domino's should consider relieving this individual from his current pain and suffering as I'm sure there are plenty of people who would appreciate a job. I've requested a refund and the manger stated it will take 5 working days to process (this is a joke). From other reviews I've read, it appears some people are still waiting for their refunds after two months.

Ordered in December 2015. Absolutely dreadful. Ordered in store. Told to come back in 15. Came back in 15 and stood waiting for a further 15 mins. Eventually, when I questioned where the pizza was at, I was handed it. When I stated, "and the garlic bread?" 5 minutes later, the response I got was "don't you already have that?" - my response "oh yes, of course, my mistake I put it in my tiny handbag..." Eventually I got the garlic bread, arrived home and found that the base was completely different and where the pizza had been sat on the side for ages, it was cold. I was told to come all the way back and they will order me another. I did this. I received the wrong order of pizza yet again! (Luckily, I checked properly in store this time). Third time lucky, Fresh and what I'd originally ordered pizza and garlic bread! Horrah! April... I order again and give it benefit of doubt (as I do love Dominos for a treat once every few months)... and so ordered online. Awful. The small pizza arrived cold and no nachos. Nachos arrived 5mins later completely burnt. Rang store and they asked me to send back the food (as proof?). I spoke to the manager who told me he could not understand how the pizza was cold but could fully understand why the nachos might have been burnt. Furthermore, said "and what would you like me to do about it?" - errr... provide me with the food I've paid for? He insisted I send back the food, much to the dismay of the delivery driver. Eventually, much later than planned, I received another fresh order from them (without the extra bottle of cola they had stated they would send as an apology). Awful manager. Awfully disorganised store.

Food is Yum...and the people are very nice and are not stingy with the napkins and sauces...Would recommend to all! Not sure why someone said they have bad customer service, I thought the y were nice and fast--what else do you need?

Good pizza, good menu. I cannot eat gluten so I ordered a gluten free and was pleasantly surprised. My dad ordered a pepperoni passion and loved it. We had a little issue with the drinks but the manager, who i believe was called Zaheer was able to fix it promptly.

Not the best dominoes by a long way. Order online, check pizza tracker, it tells you it's ready then when you get there wait over 30 minutes. Get it delivered, lack of toppings, sometimes burnt, sometimes left wondering if they have ran out of cheese. Order chicken kickers, you get wings. Order fanta, get full fat coke. The deals there are only the nation wide ones most the time so don't get the same deals as you do at other dominoes. And for your own danity, don't try and phone up, as the person on the end of the phone won't understand you or you them.

I got dysentery from eating pizza from this Domino's. One week later, and I am still sick.
