Had a thin crust pizza toppings where thrown on.. pizza was tasteless and awful . Would be hard to make it any worse .

Tuscan Bean & Pasta soup tasteless and tepid. Stopped doing any risottos, so had chicken and mash. The mash was very small portion and the chicken too thick and tough. Served with broccoli which was too hard and not cooked through. All served warm when should have been hot. Had cheesecake for dessert which was a small portion also and tasteless. Menu on the whole not very inspiring. Gone downhill. No Pina Coladas on cocktail list, so couldn't have any. The service was slow and what surprised me the most was that they don't take cash - only card. No other restaurant that I have ever been in does that!

Me and the misses were celebrating a very special day and I can not fault Prezzo one bit! Firstly, we felt very welcomed by the staff especially Roxana, who provided exceptional service! Food was delicious and we will definitely be back!!!

I’ve been to different prezzo’s a few times and I’ve always found the food and service great. We came to the mill hill branch last Thursday and it was incredibly busy in all fairness it was the night before Easter Friday. We were taken to a table in the corner and we could barely hear each other as it was so loud. The service was awful. We ordered on the app like we were told to and although our drinks came within 10 minutes after 50 minutes our starters still weren’t there and it was impossible to get hold of staff so we had to twice get up and go over to the bar to ask them. After an hour the starters arrived which were delicious (fried mozerella, garlic bread, calamari) However after we finished the starters we then waited 40 minutes for our mains and during that time and had to get up and go to the bar to get more drinks as no one walked past. Mains were delicious as well (goats cheese penne al forno and a risotto) but this may have been the first time I’ve ever had a meal out where a member of staff didn’t once ask how the meal was. Whilst we were originally planning to have dessert we had at this stage been in the restaurant for nearly two and a half hours with very little apology for how shocking the service was. I would have thought at this stage they may have offered a complimentary dessert. But they didn’t seem to care so much. We left and had dessert elsewhere. Overall fantastic food but worst service. Won’t be returning to this branch.

Disappointing dinner with daughter. Had to ask where food was after waiting almost 10 minutes after her starter was done. Child’s main pizza then arrived after my my main (pasta). Pasta is was cold so needed to send back to redo. Not once did any staff member stop by table to see if we needed anything. Overall food quality was good. Horrific service.

I went to Prezzo today, and they had really improved their service from the last time I went! Our waitress was fantastic and was really catering, the food tasted great and tasted so good, and now they used vegetarian cheese, which is fantastic! I will definitely come back again, it might be my new regular.

Avoid this place!! We arrived an hour before the kitchen closed at 10pm but wanted a quick meal so didn’t think there would be an issue. Ordered wine and there’s only 2 rose where by my partner ordered the sweet one as confirmed by the assistant manager that served us. The starters were ok but main courses were ruined by the most amount of chilli you’d ever seen. I had crab and lobster ravioli and partner had salmon penne. We tried to enjoy it and remove the chillis but neither of us could taste a thing as mouths burning. Had to leave all of it and as too late to reorder were stuck. Not that the assistant manager or waiter were at all attentive. Terrible service they’d obviously mentally clocked off prior to closing even though there were other tables eating still. I later discovered the wine my partner had was the dry not sweet. I complained and the wine was removed from the bill but both mains we hardly touched were not. I asked and as we didn’t say straight away we were charged, but given a voucher for 25% off the next time. I will never ever go back there again and it’s put me off Prezzo full stop. Avoid this place please you’ll be very disappointed if you go.

I went to Mill Hill Prezzo with my family and friends today, and honestly the experience I had was absolutely terrible! Firstly, we had to ask for a table, and we specifically wanted it outside. But when we asked for a table, the waiter said that they couldn’t give us a time when the table will be available… then when they left, that’s when they asked if we’d like to sit inside. We couldn’t as we had two vulnerable people in our group with us who were at high risk of COVID. Then we specifically requested outside, and we just sat down ourselves. Secondly, we asked somebody to take our order, we had to physically inside and actually ask somebody to do this as it took them ages to come outside which to be honest, you shouldn’t have to do at a restaurant when they should come automatically! 10 minutes later, they still didn’t come, so I said to the waitress ‘excuse me’, politely and her response was in a shouty voice, ‘I’M COMING!’. I really didn’t like the tone of voice she’d used when she said that, and I wasn’t happy with at all! So our Garlic Breads came, we asked for side plates… and they didn’t give us any! We also asked for the heaters to be turned on, but we’re they working… they said no it wasn’t! So we had to share from the plate itself. Finally, our main courses came, and when we asked for Tabasco, they said rudely, ‘WE HAVEN’T GOT ANY!’. They didn’t even check if everything was okay… I felt like as if they weren’t bothered with us at all! When it came to taking our plates, nobody asked if everything was okay or nothing, as if they just didn’t even care. I am very upset and extremely angry by this service!

We loved the birthday party organized by my friend in prezzo mill hill.The staff was amazing, really looked after us well and made us feel very special. The restaurant was very clean and we felt very safe with what's going in around the world. The food was very nice and well-presented, tasted and looked very fresh. A very well done to the mangement team.

My partner and I had a very enjoyable lunch today, what impress us most was the friendly team,amazing cocktails and excellent food.

Visited here again after many months. Alba the star manager was again running a smooth show. With the restaurant buzzing. Food excellent matched with excellent effiency.. Highly recommend . Prezzo senior management please take note alba is an asset to your company and works tirelessly to keep everyone happy.
