Domino's Pizza Norwich - West in Norwich

Ordered a take away via their app. The service was good, although they got my name wrong! And speedy. The pizza was actually better than I expected and was very filling and well priced for a midweek deal.

Really good food , came really quickly , good service. It was a really good experience , would defo recommend

Although the service is slightly slow, it is definitley obvious that it is because of how popular and busy the store is. Customer service was great and tried to make the best out of the situation. Very friendly and funny staff which helped the time move faster. Quality of the food can never be put to fault, amazing every time I order in the store or for delivery.

waited 3 hours, called over 30 times, was drunk so hangry, finally answered and said it was 15 mins away, 50 mins later still no food. sort ur sh*t out

Order was really late. Chased it up and took forever to answer. Tracking said it’s been delivered but we hadn’t got anything according to women on the phone the app is not accurate. Finally driver called and asked where we were he was on the next street and informed him we were in the tower block which is 15 storeys high and he couldn’t see it!!!!! Food cold and not very good quality definitely not using again.

Waited over an hour and a half called and told it was coming didn’t seem to care eventually arrived after and hour and 40mins stone clod

Ordered before food arrived 1.30 min late but compensated with a free pizza. Ordered today, 2 hours still waiting. Food has gone missing!! All you get is an apology. I mean, for Dominos this is extremely bad. Not happy at all

Not cooked enough. A bucket of sauce tipped on it. Took ages to be delivered and they forgot the bottle of coke. I've given them 3 chances in a row to get it right as I love it! But alas.... They have failed every time.... So dissatisfied. Wake up dominoes my local pizzeria is far superior and a while load cheaper!

they always take a really long time to cook them and the website lies about how long it will take to arrive

Horrible base - horrible tomato sauce and by the time it arrived it was cold. Tried to heat it up but made the base worse! Never again!

How does the ‘two tasty deal’ at £19.99 an order of chicken strips £5.25 and a small create your own pizza £8.02 equal £42, when questioned on the phone they had taken one of the pizzas out of the ‘two tasty deal’ and put the cheaper ‘create your own’ pizza into it instead then tried to charge us £16 for the ‘two tasty’ pizza??? Needless to say we cancelled and hung up, called a local pizza shop and got all three pizzas a free bottle of drink and sides for £20, wake up Dominoes

Horrible pizzas, crumbly base and inedible toppings. Waste of money, avoid! What a dreadful takeaway.

Ordered two large pizza’s to collect, got home to find one was on wrong base ! Rang to complain and was was told I was lying ! Manager threatened to put phone down on me for swearing !! Which I did not do and seemed like a Ruse for listening staff / customers. She suggested I should have checked order before I left , and that I would have to ring head office to complain , at no point acknowledged it was their mistake , so asked for head office number only to be told there wasn’t one I would have to go online ! Staff can’t get basic orders right ! Terrible customer service and incorrect order Papa Johns is only a few doors down so I would ll try them next time .

Very poor service- watched my pizza in quality check for 30 minutes before calling to ask how long for delivery, advised that my “fresh” pizza was being kept warm but they couldn’t give a time as they didn’t know when the delivery driver would be back - have ordered Pizza Hut

well i am one to usually enjoy a very good chow down on a lovely and delicious hot dominoes pizza, but this time it wasn't very lovely. when it arrived i smiled at the delicious delivery man and shut the door and it smelled really good, smelled like very nice cheese and Corn. i was very happy. when i sat down i cracked my knuckles ready to delve in and opened the box but was met with a lot of great disappointment. there was only one corn on my whole entire pizza, and it also kind of smelled a bit bad a bit like a rubbish bin. not very happy i was very dissappointed and upset as the pizza was my special treat after i tripped over on a road. smells very bad now my cat wont come home because of the smell

Oh my goodness where to start. Staying on business in a centrally located well known hotel, driver didn’t know it and couldn’t find it .. 40 mins after delivery expected having a conversation with driver who then started to raise his voice to me quite angry that he couldn’t find hotel as I was inconveniencing him !! Driver said if I couldn’t come out and find his car he’d be leaving (it was 10 at night and raining heavily and I’m a female not familiar with area or where he was parked) I was quite traumatised and shocked by the whole experience .. obviously I will never use this branch again and would warn others not to also. Very sinister that a driver would ask me too find his car at 10 at night

Great place to order from using the web site. Delivery is quick and food is always hot and tasty. If there is a problem they always go out of their way to help sort this out

the pizza is very good however i believe there isn't enough on the menu for vegans. on the the bright side the service i found was very respectable

Pizza arrived 45 mins after leaving store (i know as I rang up after waiting 30 mins and was told it had left 20 mins ago - took another 25 to arrive. By that point was cold and squashed. No apology given. avoid.

It took me 15 minutes of solid ringing to get through to the branch and upon answering the employee was very unhelpful and put me on hold. Worst Domino's in Norwich!!! Never again.

i love the pizza here and the quality is good, the service is ok too, but my partner is vegan and there is virtually nothing on the menu she can have, so its rare I get food from here now which is a shame

Pedimos la nueva Pizza italiana, que se supone que vienen con cohetes, olvidaron el cohete, que es uno de los principales ingredientes de la pizza. La pizza estaba fría. Cuando llamé a la persona colgaron. No pedir de Dominos de nuevo, prefiero salir por la pizza o una pequeña comida.

No te molestes en pedir desde aquí. Esperé dos horas para una pizza, presentamos 3 horas más tarde. No hace falta decir que no aceptaba la pizza. Pero la parte triste era, nadie se molestó en contestar el teléfono cuando intenté sonar a ver qué pasó a mi pizza. . . Tuve que venir a la conclusión de que esta tienda no dan una s ** t! !

Tardamos más de una hora para llegar a la entrega aunque el rastreador dijo pizza estaba lista 30 minutos antes. La comida llegó fría! Fueron sustituidos por pedir bebidas sin preguntar lo que queríamos! Uso para usar esta tienda mucho pero ahora no me molestes deben haber nuevo personal o de gestión, como ahora son terribles! Hora de empezar a pedir pizza Hut creo! O Papa John's!

My little girl had been feeling poorly, but as she was a bit better at approx 6.30 pm I placed an order online for pizzas - one pineapple and ham for her, one hot and spicy for me - nothing out-of-the-ordinary or too demanding.

It's always hard to choose between dominos papa johns and Pizza Hut but dominos always wins for me - speedy...

Great for late night pizza orders. Fast delivery, good value if you get a voucher code. Yes, its greasy unhealthy junk food - but its perfect for a stressed student during exams.

I often order food in the store here for immediate collection. Their pizzas are always of good quality and I like the way Domino's vary their menus regularly. The customer service team at Colman Road are efficient and greet you with a smile. I've never had a problem with wrong orders or anything like that. Also, NHS employees get 50% discount on pizza, which is great!

I we to the east store rather than west but there's no page for them. They short changed me by £5 and brought the wrong food after waiting an hour for only I scream and dessert. The manager was rude and hung up on me when I called back for the third time and whilst trying to raise a complaint the next day, the complains department won't help me claim back my change.
