Mr Sabitini's Pizzas, Kebabs & Burgers in Northumberland

I have ordered here on a few occasions before. And on more than one occasion the food is over an hour late with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse when i rang to ask where it was and then speak to the manager he was very rude and abrupt with me. him saying what did I want him to do! I said that as a customer it shouldn’t be me doing that he should be the manager explaining the problem and ultimately apologising for it. I can’t imagine if you were in a restaurant that a manager would come over and say that. I ordered food at 5:15 and I’ve juat been told now at 6:20 it will be another 15-20 mins late . This is definitely the Last time I order food from this place!

1 Star because that us how many the Food standards agency have given you in November 2017, the lowest is zero and highest 5 so God knows what it is like inside the place. I will never eat anything from there again

Due to the weather I was expecting a long delay in delivery but it actually came earlier than stated. Pizza was amazing and full of toppings with plenty off extra onion as requested.

Wrong order delivered but after ringing I had correct order within 10 minutes. First time this has happened and I have ordered from here numerous times. The delivery lad was very polite and friendly. Pizza was lovely with plenty of toppings. Will use again.

We have ordered a few times and always enjoyed the pizzas - was taken a back during an actual visit to the shop as it wasn't what i was expecting or hoped :-S . In short - it is what it is ........ cheap tasty pizzas and kebabs.

I ordered via hungry house, after an hour and a half I called they said 5-10 minutes for delivery. I called again in2 hours, apparently their driver got lost. Must have also lost the ability to use their mobile phone. Order cancelled, simply not good enough, pathetic actually. Avoid at all costs.

Waited two hours for food shocking customer service eventually turned up freezing cold!! How can they possibly call this fast food !!!!

We use this takeaway regularly, normally no problems but tonight it was awful. Arrived in time, but everything was dry. Chips, kebab meat and pitta bread all dried up. Seems like it my have been in the delivery car a tad too long. May not use for a while.

Read some of the poor reviews for this takeaway But I can honestly say our meal was really good quick delivery and reasonable price Will use again

Hi . unfortunately first and last time. After being recommended by friends we were disappointed. Food came over a hour affer ordering after advised 35 to 40 mins. All cold had to reheat in microwave. Pizza and garlic bread over cooked. Stale pitta bread. And hair in the meat. Won't be using again.

After being recommended by friends i thought we would give it a try...Oh how i wish i had read these reviews first. Ordered a special mixed kebab, margarita pizza and chips with garlic and chilli sauce. After over an hour the food arrived and was cold. Pizza and garlic bread over cooked and stale pitta and 2 garlic sauce...WILL NOT be using again and even after complaining got no satisfaction...PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

rude staff lady on the phone was very abrupt and seemed disinterested in my complaint , food took 3 hours to arrive when told on the phone it would take 30 minuets when i rang up several times i was told it was 'on its way ' each time after about two hours of waiting i was told i could have a free bottle of coke to compensate will not be ordering again , food was cold by the time it arrived unsurprisingly , and still had to pay full amount !!!!! would no recommend to anyone unless you like freezing cold kebab wrap :)

It may just be me being sensitive, but the staff at the place are abrupt, rude and offer no customer service skills and that is enough to make sure that I won't be going back. The food was ok and plentiful portions but I would expect to be treat with respect when I'm paying for service.

Ordered a meal for delivery on a week-night at 2014. Told that it would arrive by 2140, meal turned up cold at 2218. When I complained, was offered a free pizza and a £5.00 voucher, totalling £12.00, I spent £14, so what's free? Absolutely disgusting, way to treat customers...

Only gave a rating of one because zero isn't accepted by the site. A confirmed order for 4 x 14 inch pizzas to be delivered to the local swimming pool was taken by the boss. When none arrived at the party we contacted Sabatinis to be told by a girl "We aren't doing them, we don't open early on a Saturday", no apology. 12 hungry, disappointed 9 year olds.

Absolutely disgusted with this takeaway. Used to be really nice but our last four orders they have missed off items and then has taken more than 40 mins to get the missing food to us. Awful service..

I ordered my pizza through just eat.com and the pizza was delivered early which is better than being late. The pizza was delicious- tons of the toppings I asked for and it tasted fantastic.
