Pizza Hut Delivery Coventry North Courthouse Green in Coventry

2 large pizzas, 40 quid. Yep, 40 quid delivered locally. Tasteless rubbish, only nice after I added cheese and tomatoes from a tin, and few herbs. Otherwise waste of money. Won't let few glasses of wine influence me to waste money on that muck again

Absolutely disgusted to hear the said manager on the telephone taking my daughter's order on the phone last night. Simple request.. can we not have mushrooms on the pizza. Thats it .you would think not a big deal right ? Daughter being allergic to mushrooms its a big deal to her. The answer was no ..this is not possible unless you order a different pizza in the store ? Which was an extra ten pounds? Daughter asked why it was not possible to minus an ingredient.she was then TOLD to order online ..where there is no option to minus the bloody things !! In my opinion if you cant minus an ingredient then the whole product is frozen ?? So is this now false advertising? Manager rude .. food shockingly greasy and would I recommend it .. no !

Shocking ServiceI very rarely order a takeaway during lunch but was craving a Pizza! I have seen a lot of adverts of the new £5 deals by Pizza Hut so thought I'd give it a go! After placing my order online at 12:17pm, I received a email confirming the order and mentioned the food will be delivered by 12:45 pm. It was so disappointing to actually accept delivery of my food a further 45 minutes later - at 1:30pm !!! The store was not helpful and ignoring my calls, The delivery driver mentioned we are too busy and quickly left after handing over the food too!The food itself was cold and based on this experience will not visit a 'Delivery' branch again.- Cheesy Garlic Tear & Share - Margherita Pizza - Vegetable Supreme

Ordered from this Pizza hut after a few years. Normal place we order from was closed. So i thought lets give pizza hut courthouse Green a chance and see how good they are. So, online it states food will be here in 25 to 35 minutes. It arrives about 50 minutes later. Which wasn't a big deal. HOWEVER, pizza boxes were a little squashed up just to fit inside their food bags. Again, no big deal... HOWEVER, when we opened the pizza boxes the pizzas, all 3, were fairly burnt around the edges. Not at all pleasing to the eye. Called the branch and the gentleman on the phone was asking Me, what should he do about it. To be fair he did offer to send me fresh new pizzas but then the starters we ordered would have gotten cold. Again he said what would you like me to do. Asked for a refund but I need to contact customer services. Ended up eating whatever was not burnt as family were hungry and we waited long enough. Will definitely avoid this particular branch.

Had a delivery of pizza and cookie dough. Pizza okay but not that nice. Cookie dough very burnt, see picture attached! Not happy considering it’s nearly £5 for that size.

£6.99 pounds all you can eat. It’s not bad considering that, even if it’s not a “real Italian pizza”, it’s one of the best you can find in Coventry.

Visited this Pizza Hut before Robbie Williams concert on 13/6/2017 It was inundated with customers for tables and takeaways The staff were amazing ! They coped with it all with a smile on their faces offering free garlic bread while we waited for our tables or takeaways They had music from Robbie playing outside and it just made for a great pre concert atmosphere We only waited half an hour and our table was ready , inside the staff couldn't do enough for you and never rushed us at all even tho there were people waiting after usIt was so well organised and it stayed open late after concert which was great as it let the traffic die down Really great staff and full credit to you all We came from Liverpool to see Robbie and you made us feel special Thank you

Every time I try to place an order online in the last 12 months it says that they cannot connect with the store to place order. You are losing customers!!

En primer lugar, nunca he conocido una entrega a tomar hasta este sí. Estábamos a punto de circunvalación la tienda cuando Comparecían una hora y media después de colocar la orden. Eso no es aceptable. La comida era bastante decepcionante. El sabía a que había sido hecha con ingredientes baratos y probado nada como lo general en el sentarse en los restaurantes.Normalmente me orden de Dominos pero pensé que le daría un Pizza Hut ir ya que es más barato y me gusta la comida en sus restaurantes. Nunca más. prefiero pagar más y obtener una comida soy en realidad va a disfrutar.

Reading the other reviews, maybe i got lucky but when i collected an order from here, i had great customer service from the person that took my order, didnt have to wait too long for food and the food was still lovely and hot when i arrived home.

I ordered from this store tonight and back in October, both times ordering a Texas BBQ less bacon, LESS BACON, it says no bacon on the receipt yet both times it came covered in finely chopped and large chunk bacon, not even possible to pick it off, once is a mistake, twice is incompetence. Won't be ordering from there again.

Save your self from getting sick, i have ordered from these guys about 4 times now as It's right near my house and that convenience caused me food poisoning every single time not to mention staffs attitude is vile. The order is always wrong and be prepared to wait about an hour for ur food and it will turn up cold and uncooked.. no point in conplaining as the customer service is soo poor they are not prepared to compensate you.. will never use them again!

Hi every one please do not use this delivery service we had a delivery on Fri hardly any topping potatoes wedges with black bits inside. After speaking to the manager he offered a replacement ,so we ordered again 3 days later promised a delivery within 45 mins food arrived after 1hr10 mins food WAS just warm had to put in oven to warm up called store and they offered to change it and send after waiting over 1hrs for the first lot then wanted us to wait again should have gone to tesco and bought it and cooked it ourselves complete and total let down can not understand how they can screw it up twice please please please don't bother with this one waste of time and money

Mientras que en camino a casa esta noche, fuimos a Pizza Hut para una oferta para almorzar ... Me llegó 5 minutos después de la oferta se suponía que iba a acabar y le pregunté si podía todavía lo tienen, que amablemente nos dijo que podía y después de esperar el tiempo me dijeron que me dieron mi pedido. Como yo estaba realización de la tienda a mi vergüenza me cayó la pizza todo limpieza así que después volvieron a a la reorganización de las mismas ... El personal veía caer y eran fabulosas me hicieron otra inmediatamente y no tomar cualquier pago por ... No me importa para cualquier críticas anteriores que es un servicio de atención al cliente.

Esperamos una hora y media para mi pedido y cuando finalmente llegamos era incompleta. Me llamó para hablar con el gerente (que era un desperdicio de espacio) que nos llevó 20 minutos para llegar a través y nos dijeron que lo será dirante 15 minutos....

I order from these guys on a very regular basis.They didn't call me or ring the bell like normal they just said I was not in.I have waited for over 2 hours for a damn pizza!My complaint was not dealt with professionally and then I have to wait another half hour to get the pizza I should have got 2 hours ago!I'm left being spoken to like a piece of muck and i'm starving hungry and highly dissatisfied.I think I'll order from a different Pizza Hut in future, even if they are further away, so that hopefully their delivery driver can use a god damn ounce of common sense!
