Domino's Pizza in Exeter

You couldn't pay me to eat one. Can proudly say I've never had one in my life. Rating on the company and the vile staff. Noisy, inconsiderate staff. Waking us up at 3-4 am every morning. Some crazy woman screaming and laughing stupidly loud, and some Dominos pizza bloke who shouts his head off constantly. Filthy back entrance, dangerous driving and poor management! Puzza staff urinating against wall (near trays, yuk). Delivery of supplies by a huge Dominos lorry at 3am! Environmental health will be receiving my logs and videos as I go - I have quite a collection.

I ordered from here plenty of times and it's always been a decent and easy experience however the past few times I have ordered my Pizza has been an hour late and now I'm on my 3rd time ordering where I'm still waiting and with no tracking info either which is a bit disappointing, would have rated higher as staff have been lovely but it's unfortunate I ended up ordering roughly around 11 and it's now 12:10 PM and nothing

Our order was out for delivery for two hours. Tried to call to ask where it was, no answer on the first dozen calls. Finally someone answered, "we'll get the food when we get it" it will be hot for "five to six hours", before he slammed the phone down, put not before calling me a C U Next Tuesday.

I had ordered a medium pizza with some sides and it never arrived nor did I get a call and when I called the store they told me they knew about my order and they were not gonna give me the food and I’m not gonna get a refund, obviously I was like why and I tried to explain to the person that nobody called me so how was I supposed to know the order arrived, he basically told me to f*** off and that they don’t care and that I should complain online if I want but they won’t do anything about it and hanged up the phone on me lol.

Shocking! A sight I have never seen before! Ordered online and followed the app which seemed to never progress the order. Called a number of times, no answer. Decided to drive up to be met with carnage, the store full people all over the street. We went to the front to ask where our delivery was (now over an hr) and the team were unresponsive and shut down, noone was answering the customers, pizzas were piled high on a bench, approx 50 pizzas wasted. Rather than stopping orders and getting on top of things, the pizza makers kept on shouting orders and making pizzas! My opinion - so they could avoid dealing with the customers. We waited another 30 mins and the team member continually asked for our details and then nothing happened, he asked again, nothing happened. We finally got a refund and left. I have a question, where were the managers... the poor team at the front were taking the brunt of the chaos...and the managers stayed well back. Poor team work, poor support, poor service.

Overcharged and the manager “ Jamies” response was tough like it or lump it. When questioned he called me a (p!&£!) for complaining. We can do what we want and when he was advised that I would take the complaint further he said prove it you ( p£!&@ ). Seems to be he doesn’t like the job and couldn’t care less.

This pizza was lying on their shelf for over 10 min whilst we waited for our second pizza. I asked the attendant whether this was the case and he clearly lied. Poor service - suggest Pzza Hut a few doors down.

Greasy, messy and overpriced. Half the pizza was crushed to the top of the box and had to be warmed up in the oven as it was cold and hard.

So I ordered online after getting home late from work to have an order delivered for midday today. The store phoned me after I’d placed the order to say “did you want to collect it?” I said no thank you, it’s booked for delivery at 12pm. They said ok and left it at that. It got to 12pm and I thought that I’d just check that it was going to be delivered. On phoning the store I was spoken to/at by Ellis who was so incredibly rude, condescending and continued to speak over the top of me! As someone with a strong customer service background in hospitality I’m completely appalled by how I was treated. He asked me if it had been cancelled... how should I know, I don’t work for dominoes and hadn’t been told that it had been cancelled. Surely this was for him to look up and tell me, apologise and let me know if I was going to receive a refund or the order. He continued to shout at me, over complicate matters also even when I offered to give the order number to get to the bottom of it, he seemed to ignore the fact. So now I have to wait a week for a refund, no delivery and I’ll certainly not be ordering from that store again! I was totally calm on phoning the store but the way I was spoken to was just horrendous. If you have someone working on the phone please make sure that they have a small degree of customer service skills and manners for that matter! I’m a paying customer!

Pizza at 14£ with very skimpy cheese and toppings. Come on pizza is dirt cheap to make. Rip off prices. Find an independent Italian restaurant!

Today myself and my colleague spent £8.99 each on 2 x Chick N Mix boxes, that promises....A mix of all your chicken favourites, 4 Chicken Strippers, 4 Chicken Kickers and 4 Chicken Wings served with a Garlic & Herb and BBQ dip. Serves 2 - 254kcal / serving (excluding dips)..... What I got was 3.5 chicken strippers (one was a half portion), 2 large and 2 barely there Chicken Kickers and 4 wings, 1 which was normal sized (like their pictures) and 3 that were no bigger than a 10p piece in diameter. Very disappointing.

Still got lunch time special going great value deal I always go for margarita with double cheese always fast friendly service too

This is mainly a take away place but has a small seating area which is decorated in a cool way We booked this area for our sons 13th birthday and times the pizza to come at the end of the odeon cinema trip 2 mins up the road by ore-ordering the pizza The staff were excellent and the food very tasty and perfectly on time Thanks guys

Dominos has always been my go to pizza delivery service! £20 for 2 medium pizzas, 2 sides and a drink, you can't complain. Everything arrived quickly and nothing was forgotten. The food was great as always and our delivery driver was very helpful!
