Chicken wings just fly down my throat and washed down with a nice cold beer what more can you ask for 30 minutes to midnight. Cheers guys

I ordered the food at 5.10pm and it do isn’t arrive until 7.10pm it was Luke warm the wraps where swimming in grease

It was okay but they didn't add the grilled tomato to my meal, the rice was so dry when normally it has so much flavour. The delivery driver didn't take note of my delivery note about not ringing the doorbell as my baby was asleep. Not happy with this.

The chicken shish that I always order always taste so delicious the chicken is so moist and delicious

was happy it was delivered early as I was hungry ,lovely food.

I order from here all the time this is my first bad experience the chicken sheesh kebab had an awful flavouring on it . It was very dry and one peace was cold like it had not been cooked I think it may be cooked then reheated it was absolutely awful . Never will I order one again. And the tomato’s was soggy and didn’t taste great at all sorry but it was awful for what I paid it was so bad we both chucked it in the bin and had to then order food again and wait for even longer to eat .

Curry for the chips and curry was missing and we Paid for deep pan pizzas (neither looked like deep pan) other than that everything else Tasted okay.

Took well over an hour after the estimated time chicken bucket mill is a waste of time only comes with legs very dry no taste salty absolutely disgusted with the response hopefully, I’ll get my money back with Just Eat blacklisted restaurant

Food was cold. Wasn’t tasty like last time. Maybe a different chef 🧑‍🍳 One mixed donner box was just donner meat not mixed. Meat was dry. Chips tasted not fresh.

the food was greasy, the spaghetti bol kids meal was vile and tasted like chemicals, the monster burgers a greasy mess and was missing ingredients on one and added ingredients on both.

It’s a shame the delivery driver calls you to come out and collect an order you’ve paid for delivery. This time the driver missed out on a £5 tip, at least make an effort 🤷‍♂️

Food was wonderful as always and delivered well before eta. Only comment - portion sizes have shrunk considerably over last 6-12 months.

the saugages tasted cheap and the eggs were over cooked, no runny yoke. very small portion of beans, every thing else was good.

Without a doubt our go too takeaway, friendly staff, great takeaway and speedy delivery! keep being amazing

Lamb doner in pita very good, XL size is huge! Salad topping not bad but have had better. Chilli sauce to die for! Chips especially good, seems as though double fried, with salt shaken on them in a bowl, ensuring very even light coating - excellent.

Absolutely amazing food I’m fussy as well I can’t believe the size of the American burger double burger double bacon double cheese tastes incredible and it’s huge it’s like MD burger on steroids. And there fried chicken is like you know who’s chicken 20 years ago before they become rubbish and over priced lavitas fried chicken is crispy Chunky loaded with flavours and I’ll pick it over K?c any day trust me try it .

I have ordered before and food was good but my chicken legs I had with chips were so overcooked that the meat was crispy and chewy and the bones just crumbled easily, the flavour of the coating was excellent but no tender juicy chicken was there sadly!

food was late but I was half an hour away and only ordered a small breakfast with a drink. the actual food was lovely and was only let down by the temperature (due to the length of the journey). I would definitely order again and would recommend if you live closer 😀

Food is good, only thing is I didn’t receive a chocolate fudge cake and instead got a cheese cake which I didn’t order or want, would be good to inform the customer if you haven’t got that item before hand.

got my order wrong and used a sauce I am allergic too ,when I asked for no sauce on my food ,had to throw some of it away

It was all disgusting. It was cold and congealed and the chips were like rubber. This is the third time in a row that my food has been cold! It was all inedible. I threw everything in the bin except the salad. I want a full refund please.

We ordered food just after 6. 9pm and still doesn’t arrive. Called twice and told the first time it’s on it way. Call 45 mins later to say it’s just about to leave the store. When I called them out on this they got rude. Told me to just take it up with just eat. Eventually food arrived at 9:15 and the food was cold and dry as hell. Chicken barely had any actual chicken on it. Chips had the texture of when you reheat them. Was god damn awful. We asked for a refund and they responded ‘sorry it’s taken so long we aren’t offering refunds’ do not waste your money here

Order over an hour late, when I phoned for money back they ended up putting the phone down on me. Not acceptable. Ordered at 19:15 and it is now 21:30

Wrong toppings on one of the pizzas and it was under cooked. 2nd pizza was burnt. Chips were under cooked. Spent almost £50 with them and half the food was not edible. Such a shame as the food from here is usually good.

The food was late and on arrival garlic bread was cold and the beans on my chips felt like they'd come straight out of the fridge. Only got 2 stars because the burger was good. Not the same la vita I always used to order from sadly.

quality of food very poor. I ordered a mixed kebab with garlic mayonnaise sauce there was no garlic mayonnaise sauce on it and there was about 2 pieces of chicken and the rest was donner meat and the dinner was dry as old boots. very very poor.

Absolutely rubbish! Pizza was luke warm as was the omelette and salad! Hardly any topping and the base was like eating cardboard!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Never have any complaints for this place, however a "How was your food" message came through before the food was even delivered at the estimated delivery time of 5.30pm actually arrived @ 6.10pm

Ordered two kebabs and both were absolutely disgusting. I know a kebabs doesn’t look great and it’s no 5* meal but this was thrown together chicken had a lot of fat on it chips was wet.. all round poor effort for £25.

Ordered on just eat but fell asleep because it took too long. Assumed he was going to ring me when here, he didn't but somehow left me a voicemail saying he's left my food outside. Who leaves my food outside a block of flats. Obviously someone's going to take it?!

Usually love this place and have no problems but today they’ve taken almost 2hrs for a burger and the app says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t. Called up and was told it was never out for delivery and would be ten minutes (this was half an hr ago) and it still has not shown up

Terrible terrible terrible! Food over an hour late no real apology from the restaurant just brushed it off as short staffed and ‘perhaps’ traffic was bad - this was after 10pm at night so definitely not peak traffic! Wouldn’t ever order from here again

Terrible! All Cold. Chicken doner no taste. Chewy meat. Beans such small portion. Lettuce brown and warm.

Lovely as usual and enjoyed the garlic mushroom so and onion rings

It took over a hour and 15 minutes to receive are order by the time we received it are kids were upset as they were hungry.

Order showed as (enjoy your meal) not even received called no apology just another 25 minutes. Arrived driver apologised really busy obviously not able to cope with a 40% off offer. Carbonara paid extra for more Parmesan there was none on it and food very bland, no taste to it. Will not be buying again but a positive husband had a kebab said it was good.

Ordered my food at 18.15, eta was 19.05-19.25. I didn’t receive my food until 20.30. The food was good however it was cold and condensation ridden. I was told the restaurant was very busy. I would suggest you stop taking orders if you can’t follow through with the delivery time that you set out and end up delivering food that’s nearly cold. Oh and don’t mark the order as delivered an hour before it was actually delivered!!! First and last time customer. Not impressed at all.

food was hot and fresh but they were extremely busy being a bank holiday Monday + 40% off. Had to chase an update and then was notified of a delay which added on an hour. Was worth the wait though.

Never disappointed with the quality, was sent a can of cider instead of a vape which was quickly resolved and driver was here with replacement very quickly. Food was lovely, chips were really crispy and kebab was fantastic as well.

used to use Lavita loads when I lived over that way and they were amazing, the quality of the food has significantly dropped, and the service was shocking, had numerous updates pushing the delivery back further and further finally turned up luke warm, and the hot wings were burnt, won't be going here again, real shame.

It was an hour late but my food was hot and fresh and well presented! 5* for food!

It was late! Hence.. Doner wrap had cold greasy meat, slimey salad and hard crusty wrap on the outside and top and bottom. Omelette.. cold, like rubber, badly presented, hardly any filling and very small. All in all a pretty disgusting experience.
