Domino's Pizza in Arun

Ordered online, as we are Registered Disabled and cannot get out sometimes. The pizza was delivered quickly but no tomato base. Rang the store and the Manager had no customer skills at all, I was told to re order, wouldn't even deliver a pot of tomatoe base sauce, will never give domino's my money again

I wanted a gluten free & vegan plant base & was told that I couldn’t have both , just one or the other ? So I had a gluten free one with no cheese. Worst pizza that I have ever tasted, fry & cold

Charged wrong price, when my daughter questioned it they said, she can give the pizza back and get refund, that best they can do. Two weeks on NO refund and NO pizza. Dishonest. Asked my bank for charge back as complaints procedure was equal shambles. Avoid

Been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks, keep phoning and still haven’t got one. Ordered my pizza on 24th March an hour later I phoned to see where it was they said it would take over an hour to get there, I asked for a refund and they said I would have one in 7 days! Disgusting!

On Saturday 4th March 2023 at approximately 6.30pm I placed an order via the Dominoes app. The money was immediately debited (in pending) from my account but I didn’t receive a confirmation number or text, like usual. We live approx. 6 miles from our nearest store, Bognor Regis so I drove down to see if my order was happening. Upon arrival to the store, the very first thing I did was show the app to the staff member, Trinity, as I said it looks a bit odd to me and I didn’t receive a confirmation number or text. She took my name (Natalie) walked around the back, came back to tell me yes, my order was being prepared. I did point out my name was not on the collection board either, but once again she assured me yes, my order was being prepared. 15-20 minutes passed, no sign of my order. I checked again, she walked around the back again and said yes, your order is being prepared. She did call me Laura a couple of times, but I said no, my name is Natalie. After waiting half an hour on a Saturday night, guess what? She tells me there is no order for Natalie. Like,…seriously? So, now they wanted to charge me again and then start my order. I think they were finding it hard to see my point of view here – I had shown them the app, I had asked if my order was being prepared, after 3 times of being assured it was, then suddenly no order and wanting to be charged again – it felt like a scam. The manager was aggressive in nature, Trinity looked dead behind the eyes, the place was completely shambolic. I do appreciate Saturday nights are busy, I appreciate things can and do go wrong with app ordering, however, this could all have been avoided if they had not lied to me repeatedly in the first place – I absolutely do not understand why, in the very first instance, they hadn’t just said, there is a problem with the app, it sometimes happens, your order is not with us, we need to start again. So, it doesn’t stop here. After placing my order again, of which Trinity tried to overcharge me not once, but twice, the order was apparently being prepared. After another good 15 minute wait the young gentleman then came to tell me “there is a mistake with your order”…. I mean, holy moly, 3 pizzas, what could possibly go wrong? A lot apparently. I was left speechless, literally no words. He said he’d give me some free cookies – I just nodded, I had lost the power of any decent communication by this point. We got there eventually - probably took the best part of an hour. I can honestly say it was one of the worst customer experiences I have had to endure in a very long time. The rudeness, the errors, the lack of clarity, the lack of giving a hoot…. I will never go back to Dominoes again in my life and if you value your time, money and self-respect, I suggest you give this place a wide swerve too. I sent an email to Dominoes Customer Service and all they could say was “sorry about that, we’ll send feedback to the store”. Well, you know, I am sorry too because there are heaps of other pizza places and we’ll be going to them now.

Ordered pizza online , the guys watch too many "life hacks" , the centre of all pizzas been clearly cut out , taking out a small slice out of the middle of the pizza and pushing back together the remaining pieces together to make it look like nothing has been done. Pretty sad from employees perspective.

Pathetic... Will never order from you again! Not only where you rude but dismissive . Then found it OK to hang up and not answer again !

Please do not even attempt to bother with this awful company. I have never made a complaint on my life again anyway company and experience very poor standards. When I made an online order, they did not deliver. After an hour and a half, I tried to ring and no one bothered to answer the phone. I went down to the store and I was treated like a piece of pooh. Staff took 20 minutes to serve at the till, after I explain my situation and was quite polite they stated that they will prepare my order. After approximately 30 minutes later, they had given me the completely wrong order even though I gave him the reference number. I tried to explain this to them and the staff member started to argue back. I asked for further information to contact to sort out this mess, I was told that there is no such thing. The attitude of the staff member was completely disgusting. Please don’t bother with this complete Pooh hole

Ordered food online for delivery was shocked to see an additional £1.95 delivery charge. Food arrived not the correct drink I stayed I had ordered one thing driver was rude with a total lack of interest attitude said I don’t know probably the store didn’t have what you want as he thrust the alternate bottle at me no apologies and just very rude. I called the store spoke to the manager who stated drink was out of stock so they sent a replacement ok fair enough but a choice may have been helpful. The Manager did apologise at least but never the less not an experience that was enjoyable we had family visiting so thought this may have been a nice option sadly not. Such a shame

Prices have gone up by at least £2 per pizza, plus a £2 delivery fee so for a family of 4 it’s an extra £10 which is disappointing especially when we had budgeted this treat all month. Arrived with 1 pizza missing, driver had no clue what I was saying. Rang the store - said they would send another pizza - hour later still no pizza. Rang store again - oh so what do you want me to do - the manager asked me?! Refused to refund and when the pizza arrived - it was the wrong one! Store literally didn’t care at all!

Fancied a pizza and as dominos are an established pizza company I went with then never ever again. First of all it took 5 attempts of ring to get an answer on the phone 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery, not even enough cheese on pizza, it was stone cold and tasteless...

Waited an hour and a half, didn’t turn up. When called to ask about it. The driver hung up no clue about a refund as still not contacted back.

Pizza never got delivered after many a phone call useless. Very poor customer service even after 5 phone calls………………..

The food was just ok. almost cold. The delivery man had no English whatsoever. Just opened his bad and stared at me. I asked him a question, he still stared at me. I wished him a lovely day and he just walked off. Very rude

Disgusting service! It was out for delivery 45minutes ago still waiting. The last one we had was delivered cold. Have chased the store and they are not bothered. This is the last time we order from there. Drive into Chichester much better service.

Ordered on line. The tracker told us the food was out for delivery and 40 minutes after that it turned up. The pizza was cold and soggy, the taste was awful. Ended up throwing it away. Will not use again. Absolutely awful

Took two hours just to order a single pizza and a tub of icecream. Twice I called and got told my pizza had left the store. Awful service

I love Domino's in the States, but have heard so many people here slate them, I often though why, well now I know!!! We had a Halloween party and decided to order a load of pizza's and sides. I was so looking forward to it, which made the disappointment worst. The pizzas were dry and the cheese was just one congealed mess on top, no stretching with you tor a slice of. Will never order from here again.

Ordered two pizzas on a Monday night at roughly 7pm. Not the busiest time of the week you’d think. One hour later and nothing. Checked the website and it’s stuck in prep. Phoned and phoned and phoned and phoned and eventually got through. After speaking to three people and now 90 minutes later found its not even in the process of being prepared and promised a refund. From reviews this is not uncommon. Just don’t bother as the service is the worst I’ve ever come across and there are better places to get pizza in the area. I’ll never use this franchise againAppalling is the only summary I can give.

Phoned after nearly 90 minutes after taking the order, constantly engaged, spoke to various people and finally spoke to one man who said they hadn't even processed the order and asked if I wanted a refund,as he also could not confirm a time for delivery and had lots of problems.Never experienced anything like this before and now face the challenge of a refund.Frustrated to have to offer even one star. Its a monday night, expect your pizza in the early ours of the morning if you order during the weekend.!

Great let down by @Dominos_UK Yesterday I had pizzas delivered to Church Farm, following the "driver instructions". So today I place an order and they refuse to follow the delivery instructions or give me enough time to walk to the gate. They even argued with me that I didn't order from them before. They said they would refund but it takes 3-5 days because "it has to go through head office". The photo must be my imagination

Ordered 2 texas barbeque chicken pizzas tonight. Not impressed. The toppings were terrible. I won't be going back to bognor regis dominoes. Im not paying £20.00 for £2 worth of topping.

1.40h waiting for a pizza,are you kidding??after trying to call them was put on hold about 10 minutes.after all that was told they had some issues and was asked to order again.What???Not even a call or apologies.. Never never again!!worst service in bognor regis.

If you try to call and order be prepared to be simply put on hold repeatedly and forgotten about. I spent half an hour calling and been just egnored . Aventually got through , no word of apology from staff I did place my order. Lady didn’t even asked my name to put my order under but I told her it before I hang up. Arrived to pick up and been told my pizza been remade as something was wrong with first one they did. I asked what was wrong and the girl couldn’t even explain just told me she don’t know . Again no apologies. So I left and I will not be back . They can’t be bothered to pick up a phone and they can’t be bothered to explain never mind a simple - “I’m sorry “ very poor indeed

Ordered a collection on a buy one get one free and you could tell. We use this place alot and have never had a problem before. It felt like that will do cause they are on an offer. The pizza was missing the usual tasty BBQ base it was like they had run out and didn't want to open another jar. Awful

My friend and I ordered 2 large pizzas and potato wedges for delivery and they arrived hot and the pizza was lovely, defiantly be back.

Honestly horrendous.. they some how managed to charge us twice! All the toppings on top of the pizzas were wrong staff couldn't have been more unhelpful and we only ordered it to get the promotional deal we were sent and then told we couldn't use. Never again

Nice food. Well located near a local supermarket, and train station. They have delivery, which is good as they do not have any parking.

No lo recomendaría para conseguir una entrega, ya que lleva años y que llega tibio. Mejor ir en persona y hacerlo tú mismo en casa, ya que es más rápido. Dominos no es mi preferencia, pero mi familia me encanta. Todo esto aparte que razonable. Como comprar uno y la segunda cuando se ve en persona.

Me apetecía pizza y como son una empresa dominos pizza establecido fui con luego nunca más. Primero tardaron 5 intentos de anillo para obtener una respuesta en el teléfono 1 hora y 45 minutos de entrega y hacía frío de piedra y la bebida que pedimos estaba perdiendo y grosero conductor entrega. it does not take 90 min to get a pizza delivered, as i know who quick you make them and how many staff are there , there are no excuses

Domino's is always OK but pizza arrived squashed and warm on this occasion. Delivery driver could not change my note so needed to phone a pay over phone.

what can you say good service /good food no problems for me , only problem is parking a car near by to collect .

Bought from here many times. My orders have always been effectively handled and the one time it was wrong, it was put right without a quibble. Handy location, right opposite the railway station. Highly recommended.

I'm surprised at all the negative comments because my experience overall has been good. I'm just waiting for a delivery now and I just hope they won't be late. It may be a little overpriced but when you can buy one and get one free and get it deilivered it is an affordable treat. And it is delicious if you don't have it that often.

Cant complain about the food. but time keeping is appalling 1 hour and a half waited last time! Woman on the phone was so rude and actually hung up on me! lets hope I don't have to wait a hour and half this time

Had a delivery from here , was dreadful , pizza was overcooked , blue plastic wrapper on one of the pizzas and chocolate cookies burnt . On complaining they did replace the whole delivery but the replacement order was just as bad . Would not bother again with so many nicer places to choose from and cheaper too .

just awful, delivered burnt pizza, called To complain and they sent more burnt pizza! Complained to head office who forwarded complaint onto franchise manager whom I've not heard a word from for two months. Appalling service.

Ordered via website as used this option before. Food arrived in good time (for a Friday night). Unfortunately pizza arrived COLD and wedges barely LUKEWARM. Paid £20 and not happy. We only live 5 minutes travel time from the shop so was very surprised and annoyed at the temperature of our food. Sadly a waste of £20.

Placed order through website and was ready when asked for. Was able to track the orders progress both online and then on the screen in the shop. Food was very well cooked and didn't disappoint. Customer service was good.

The guy on the phone was very rude, couldn't speak English properly and messed the order up and tired to charge me more than placed my order for.. Don't not use the Bognor branch!!!
