Domino's Pizza in Leeds

Ordered for delivery, driver refused to drive down the track leading to our property which vehicles use all day long. Meaning that we never received our order and were simply told we'll be issued a refund.

After the Guiseley Dominos stopped delivering to our area and the Ilkley Dominos took over we’ve never had a good pizza. Our order last week all the pizzas arrived wrong. Calling them back to explain was a nightmare, the guy couldn’t understand me and I had to repeat the order 8 times to him. After waiting over 1.5 hours after the call there were still no sign of the pizzas. I tried to call them back, 60 times!!!! No answer. Finally after hours of waiting to pizzas arrived all wrong again! I asked the delivery guy why nobody was answering the phone, he replied because there’s only two of us so we can’t answer the phone. I tried to contact Dominos customer services to call me regarding this matter as we paid for loads of pizzas/sides and didn’t get any of the pizzas we ordered either time. Customer service never bothered to get back to me! It’s save to say we will never had a Dominos from Ilkley again! Although I would like my money back after paying for something that never came as ordered!!!!!!

Why does Dominos tell us to wear a mask when the people making the pizza have them hanging off their chins when I picked mine up? Absolutely discussing and I will NEVER buy another Dominos again. This take away should have zero stars as far as I am concerned.

Decir "eso es todo señor". Entonces . . No . . . eso no es todo . . . Les doy un informe muy pobre por su profunda preocupación por nuestros verdaderos 'trabajadores de primera línea' a quienes su conductor podría haber hecho mucho más ocupado. VE MÁS DESPACIO . . . ¡NO HAY PRISA! !

La pizza era buena, el pan de ajo era bueno, las tiras de pollo estaban frías y las cuñas estaban duras y poco hechas.

To be honest we wouldn’t use Domino’s ordinarily, but we had a voucher so we thought we’d give it a go. Didn’t go well. Firstly the website decided not to process our order, after we’d used the voucher code, so we lost that. Then they took a payment from my card, even though they hadn’t processed the order. Confused by this point so rang Guiseley. They seemed ok but couldn’t give me a refund, said it would automatically go back into my account by 12 noon the following day. (It took a week to go back in.) So as a gesture of goodwill they said they’d give me £25 credit, all I had to do was ring them back another day, place an order and they would knock £25 off my bill. Couple of weeks later I rang back, spoke to the same person and he said he knew nothing about it, couldn’t remember me and there was no note on their system about the £25. Then he said he’d need to speak to his manager, and without putting me on hold proceeded to tell his boss “there’s a woman on the phone, I remember her but I’m not telling her that, she wants £25 off her order”, oops. Needless to say we didn’t really want to order after that. Would rather give our money to one of the local pizza places who make better pizza anyway (which is why we don’t usually bother with Dominos). Wouldn’t trust this place now. If they lie to their customers makes you wonder what they do when it’s time to review their hygiene rating.

Don’t have dominos a lot now as it’s got a bit pricey even with certain offers, pizza and service always good though

There is more chance of plaiting fog than this lot turning up when they say they will! . Which is a shame as I do like the pizzas which is why I have given them the benefit of the doubt hundreds of times over the years. For a start the tracking app is about as much use as a chocolate tea-pot when it tells you your pizza has been delivered and it's nowhere to be seen (happens all the time) . Then when you call it's always "oh the app isn't always in sync"... WHY HAVE IT THEN?! I have now started ordering early but selecting a time for delivery as when you select ASAP it is always at least an hour. But SHOCK they still can't turn up on time! Last night my friend and I specifically ordered a pizza to be delivered at half 6 (ordered at half 5), because my friend had to be somewhere. It didn't turn up until 7pm! When I complained their excuse is 'we have been busy'.... Well why allow us to select a delivery time if you can't stick to it?! The drivers also don't read the delivery notes. I live in a block of flats, I state every time which block and they STILL go to the one across the road. I've lost count of the amount of times my food has arrived late, cold or the driver has made me come out to their car to get the pizza (if I wanted to do that I wouldn't order take away). The other thing that has happened on more than one occasion is them forgetting my drink and saying it will be dropped off with the next driver and then never is (therefore basically theft of £2.50 each time). I am a loyal customer and have been ordering for years as you can't beat the pizza but this franchise is letting the side down massively.

25 minute estimated delivery. My daughters pizza has just arrived after 92 minutes...totally clap cold. She rang twice, only to be told it was out for delivery. Not good enough Dominos 😡😡😡

Even after being disappointed in the past with orders coming with items missing, we decided to give them another shot, bbeing a Friday night after a busy week. Ordered a deal which included two large pizzas, garlic pizza, potato wedges, coke and cookies and extra dips. The only things to be delivered were the pizzas. After phoning we were told the rest will be delivered shortly. We've finished our pizzas and are obviously not bothered about receiving the rest (which still didn't arrive five minutes after finishing) so we requested a refund. We were told that because it was so busy the delivery drivers had made a mistake. But we'd chased the driver out when we realised the order was short. It wasn't their fault at all and I think it's shoddy to accuse the drivers in this instance. We will never order from here again. Which is a massive shame really given that when its good it's great. But unfortunately we've been left completely dissatisfied numerous times. .

What a absolute pile of rubbish, worst pizza in worl, even got told they do do any form of chilli 🌶 or jelopenos, never again

Ordered a couple of pizzas live a short distance from the shop but they took forever to arrive actually took around 2hours. We called them and they said he was on his way. He was but had one pizza correct and the other was not what I ordered. Driver went back to shop and got me the pizza I had ordered so even more time. We had ordered these for tea and by the time I got my pizza it was after 10pm. Very apologetic and said we could have a free couple of pizzas for next order. Called a week or so later denied all knowledge and said it was a garlic bread they promised not pizzas even though we never ordered garlic bread. My husband was fuming, argued with them asked for the manager but they just did not care. So if you order at around 7.30 8pm and want the wrong pizza or one at after 10pm these are the guys to phone. Disappointing as we have been regular customers previously but they have not handled this well.

This is absolutely fine - they've never got an order wrong, the delivery staff are usually friendly and delivery arrives when it's supposed to. It's the usual menu, reasonable choice, quality is perfectly ok. Other independent pizza places are sometimes better, but if you happen to be near a Dominos, you know what you're going to get. And you can get it here.

Bunch of idiots. Food Luke warm and always takes 1 hour + to arrive. Guys on the end of the phone are useless. Drivers look depressed and did I mention £18 for a pizza?

We had a problem with our order but after calling to discuss with the manager it was resolved. It must be very hard to deliver food that is piping-hot to people who live some distance from the store - so not sure why some people have such high expectations. I am sure that all the staff are just trying their best....

Once again absolutely useless. Smallest amount of tuna possible added as an extra topping. Once again they succeeded in ruining our dinner. Someone please open a Papa Johns in Guiseley or someone who knows how to run a business take over Dominos.

Ridiculous prices. Disgusting customer service. Horrible attitude to customers. Boring and cold food. Slow delivery.

The pizza tracker showed " out for delivery " for an inordinate amount of time. I wasn't massively surprised when the pizza arrived barely warm.

The food is nice when they get it right but rarely do; can’t even spread tuna evenly or a slice a pizza correctly.

La semana pasada tuvimos dominos en una casa de amigos en Leeds. Fue ordenado desde la tienda de carretera burley y era muy agradable, así que decidimos ir a otra como anteriormente guiseley habíamos pedido de ellos y las pizzas estaban bien cocinados. Estaba realmente sorprendido de ver que en el menú guiseley sólo tienen 9 pizzas en el menú - carretera aún tenga 15 burley? ? Y no vegetariano. Bien puedo asegurar que no tienen que guiseley dominos para vegetarianos. Estoy casado y soy uno a uno! ! No podíamos ni siquiera crear una pizza vegetal, porque no ofrecen champiñones o pimientos" coberturas adicionales"? ! Ahora estoy absolutamente convencido de que esta tienda sirve pizzas congeladas, ya que hay una serie limitada.

I rang up to order the Bogof collection deal. I wanted two pizzas and was going to do half and half on each. The guy I had on the phone had zero customer service and sounded like he didn't want to be there he first...

Got a dominos pizza last night and have to say it was lovely and I have to say the delivery man Tom was so lovely, chatty, friendly, polite it really made ordering a take away a delight I hope he gets the recognition he deserves as it's so easy to complain yet when someone makes you smile and is friendly we don't really let people know so thank you dominos but also thank you Tom!

Just terrible, slow, rude & cold pizza! I'm lost for words although a few expletives spring to mind! Get your pizza elsewhere....the frozen section of your supermarket will be of a higher quality & you won't be treated so appallingly!!

We received an online deal from dominos which we ordered and paid for by PayPal. The shop then rang to say there was a problem and they would not deliver or even make the pizzas and that if we wanted a refund we should contact head office and they would send one in five working days.I went to see them and the so called manager was rude obnoxious and incompetent. It seems that certain franchises will refuse orders if they don't see enough profit for them selves.I am still waiting for a refund which head office are saying receive from store and store are saying receive from head office, shambles!!Avoid like the plague.

We ordered 2 pizzas at approx 5.40pm for delivery and it arrived at 6.45pm. Luke warm on arrival. We tried the "new" Italian thin crust. It tasted and looked burnt. The tomato base was too spicy. The base was like a cracker, splintering into bits. Not great, have given several chances over the years to improve but it never does. Vastly overpriced and nasty. Will not use again.

Ordered a delivery including potato wedges. They brought a chicken side instead of potato wedges as had apparently run out of wedges. We sent them back as we are both veggie (we had ordered veggie pizzas! If they bothered to pay attention they might have noticed this). They could have phoned us to tell us there were no wedges. We didn't get an apology and have to date not had a refund for the missing items either. Also, the pizza bases here seem different to other branches. Not sure if it's the ingredients or their equipment but it's well below standard. If you want a good pizza, try pizza house instead. They are always good and cheaper too!

We ordered 26 pizzas for collection for a party. They were cooked and all loaded into the car in 35 mind. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Best service we have received from domino's. Well done and thank you

Ordered food for collection. Confirmed order on collection. Got home. Ingredients missing. Rang up. Spoke to the manager. Manager started to blame me for not checking each ingredient upon collection. Really?!?! Said he may be able to get his delivery driver to drop missing ingredients off in about 20/30 mins but no guarantee! Not what I expected at all. Very poor service.

Lovely pizzas and when delivered were still very hot, they have a lot of offers available so you can really mix and match what you want to have but the staff are very helpful

While the service face to face can be good I've called before during open hours and been ignored, even after a redial or two. The pizza isn't as good as other dominos form other cities, even other parts of leeds and the deals at this branch seem to be worse than other dominos branches. The delivery I've not had a problem with but it's the quality that lets it down, it just doesn't taste like dominos, it's comes often quite dry and it's not cheesy. All in all avoid here until it gets its act together because I won't go to the dominos here again, and I love dominos so that's saying something.

I have eating from this branch 6 times over the last 18 months and each time we have had problems. Slow delivery (2 hours), shocking customer service, broken promises, cold food and on one occasion I witnessed the delivery driver pull into our road, do an imediate u turn without looking for our house and drive off. I followed him back to the branch and on standing at the counter heard him say that we where not in!! I have seen poor service but this is truly a disgrace to any business name!! Finally lost patients with Domino's! ! Pizza hut is much better service.

As expected from a chain takeaway company the food is consistently good and there's plenty of choice. Pizza price is unbelievably high so we always use a voucher code. What's wrong with this Domino's is that orders are consistently wrong, some delivery drivers have absolutely zero customer service skills, and they don't really care that they always manage to get something wrong with your order, saying they'll just add it on to your next order, which is not the point. If you order from here just made sure you choose collection rather then delivery :-)

Have ordered here on a number of occasions and the place has always been good service and quality. Not the cheapest but look out for the offers which make it cheaper.

If you are Italian like me, you will be a little bit disappointed by Domino's pizza: it's very different from the traditional pizza. Anyway, I have to say it's not bad at all, even if a little bit too expensive in my opinion.

A regular customer of Guiseley, so I thought I would treat our staff to a Halloween Lunch from Domino's.I phoned Guiseley asking where our order for 10 pizza's was, placed at 10am for a 12.30 delivery.I was immediately told, "the roads are busy, why are you having a go at me, the driver is on his way".25 minutes later (12.55) the order arrived.Spending over £100 on an order and been spoken to like I was a piece of dirt is unacceptable, and I will not be returning again.

My review is not based just for the Guiseley branch but for all branches country wide. Basically the prices for their pizzas are so over inflated it is an absolute rip-off. Who in their right mind would order a large pizza for £20? Even when they have a half price offer on you are not getting a good deal but paying a standard price that you would pay at any independent pizza place. How can you justify your prices?

We order at most once a month, we always get our order quickly and the food is always good. The delivery people are always friendly and smiling, which is lovely.

I think we all agree that Domino's is Overly priced for a take away pizza, sides are overly priced too with a few quid you can go and have proper pizza cooked in a proper non electric oven.

Yes there are discount codes and offers... but why force me to buy more food to make it worth the money I'm spending? If you count the times I passed on domino's because it make no sense to order from them for 1 person you'll realise that you're probably losing customers rather than making ones! I'm writing this right now as my stomach is making me feel real hungry. But 20 pounds for a person is too much (that is with the discount code, yes the food is plenty, but I don't really need that much food... just a single pizza is enough!)

Over 2hrs to deliver, lied to on the telephone and the pizza quality was poor with very little topping! I will never use tjis store again and would not recommend this store!!!

POOR!!!!! Rubbish service, rude staff! Got a garlic bread and It was tiny! Delivery took over an hour, didn't bring half the order so had to ring back and get it again which took another hour! Doesn't take long from guiesley to otley! Never again!

Spoke to a "MANAGER" at this particular branch as an offer code I received via text would not work online. Manager was extremely rude, told me that she wasn't aware of this offer or code & repeated this several times as if I hadn't heard her the first time. I explained that I understood what she was saying but she just continued to speak to me like I was stupid. I offered to present the text message for her to see in person to which she responded that I could if I wanted to but there wasn't any point as there wasn't much she could do about it. Very rude & unhelpful!!!

The pizzas, unless you get the personal pizza, are expensive and not overly fantastic. I've had pizzas from hear twice now and haven't been impressed either time, the first one had a soggy base and the second had more sauce than topping. For what you get, the prices are stupid.

These pizzas are massively over rated (Domino's in general). They never look like they do when advertised on the TV, have barely any topping and a doughy base with strange bitty crumbs on the crust. The cost of these pizzas could also never be justified (even with the "offers" they constantly have) alongside far superior pizzas in the area. No idea what anybody sees in this company- over rated and over priced.

Delivery - Cold, box squashed, pizza looked horrible (nothing like pics) tasted awful. Overall disappointment.

this is the nearest pizza place we have in our area and i have been there many times.most of the times the orders have been wrong and when you ring up you just get abuse off them down the phone.i only go as a last resort now

Had a BOGOF offer one when we got takeout so was a bargain meal. Lovely pizza although had to collect ourselves to take advantage of offer which was a bummer.

We ordered some pizzas today for our offices, receiving the email confirming the order at 14:04. The tracking online said it was out for delivery, and then updated to say the pizzas had been delivered - when they had NOT!We called Dominos Guiseley, and were told the driver was on his way and would be here in 5 minutes... 55 minutes later, we were still sat there waiting for the food to be delivered.The journey from Dominos to our offices is 3.7 miles. You literally only need to 'think' three times.- Follow the A65 for 1.5 miles. - At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, and go 1.3 miles.- Turn right onto The Avenue, and go 0.9 miles. The destination will be on your left.How hard can that be? How can a 10 minute journey take over an hour and half?!Dominos is not cheap, but, as it was on a special bogof deal, we decided to treat ourselves. Even for a bogof, it still cost us £17.99 - so by no stretch of the imagination was it a fair price for a pizza lol :-)We expected great quality food, piping hot, within a reasonable time frame. After several phone calls with the driver, over ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES after placing our order, the food arrived. Hurrah! Alas, it was stone cold. So cold, that the base was like trying to tear apart rubber. The toppings were shriveled and way past their best. All in all, it was disgusting. I ate one piece, and couldn't bear to eat another bite.I honestly couldn't be more disappointed. The pizza was rank, and I won't ever spend my money at Dominos again after that experience.

I adore a dominos pizza, it's by far my favourite takeout.... But the prices are just extortionate. Large stuffed crust nearly £20!! Come on guys- it's pizza!! I only ever buy with a voucher code, but just wish they would quit the discounting and have a fair everyday menu price. Stop the annoying searching on the Internet for a code when your hungry and simply want to order.

I find Domino's pizza both overpriced and over-rated. The pizza's are third-rate, very little flavour, and extra topping cost a fortune. These days I occasionally take advantage of offers, but there has to be a very substantial saving to tempt me now.I would NOT serve Domino's Pizza to guests.
