Awful pizza. For a place that has Pizza in its name, the pizza's were disgusting. My daughter ordered a Margherita and took 2 bites before refusing to eat anymore. The tomato sauce used was so overpowering and awful tasting that the cheese made no impression. Even covering a slice in garlic sauce had no effect over the flavour of the sauce. I on the other hand, ordered a meat feast, lots of flavours to enjoy, but once again i couldnt taste a thing, only the rancid sauce flavour. Was supposed to be a special treat for my daughter and ended up in the bin.

We were extremely well taken care of and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. All of the staff were very friendly and meticulous and the food was great!

Ordered a pizza & got the completely different one delivered, tried to call them to rectify it & nothing! Terrible service!

We don't do takeaway but just fancied it. I was stupid for paying 15 quid for the smallest pizza ever. What a rip off ! Pizza was delivered on time, cooked and warm just way overpriced.

Food was cold, never imagined that Bolognese the staple of the single man could be so awful. I knocked up a better Bolognese than this the first one I ever made!

Huuuuuge improvement from when they opened. I visited the store last week and spoke with a lady who took my order. She was great and helped me out a lot as I hadn’t visited for over 1 year. I finally completed my order, and mentioned i had to take it to Huntingdon. She offered two additional boxes to put either sides of my pizzas so they didn’t go cold which was so helpful! The deepan pizzas were delicious definitely worth the travel. Uh oh I’ll be eating pizza all the time now! Only thing I’d say is the pepperoni comes a little greasy but couldn’t fault the staff service and food at all! Thanks guys at st Neots branch.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza. Pizza Delivered with chicken on!!! Complaint and refund rejected because apparently they re-delivered a new pizza which is completely untrue. Customer service a joke. Support local restaurants or Domino's. Pizza Hut do not care.

Tried Pizza Hut tonight for first time in few months having been disappointed in the past. Food was later than advised and arrived cold. Delivery driver neither apologised for delay or temperature. Won’t be trying again.

You never receive a correct order. Delivery is terrible. Always late. And cold. People are constantly complaining on the local face book page.

Ordered food online at 6:30pm to be delivered at 8:45pm. After calling to see where our order was twice... it finally arrived 1 hour late, and with some of the order missing! This is not the first time it’s happened... They need to employ some decent management with good organisational skills, we won’t be ordering from here again!

Waited 2.5 hours for our order. Tried to call after 1.5 hours, called 10 times and nobody answered the phone. Had to drive somewhere else at 10pm at night just to get dinner. Disgusting service.

Ordered 2 large pizza for £20 Waiting time over an hour,but fair enough is Friday night. One of the pizzas overcooked and tastless and second one was actually all right until i found a massive onion peel obviously baked with the rest of the ingredients in the pizza Also I should have a freebie as I signed up with their website, no sign of it. Completely unreal ordered pizza take out a few weels ago and the box was dripping with oil couldnt eat it. So rung them amd they said i can leave my name and have a free one next time,so this afternoon me and my son thought we would have a pizza and a flim afternoon so ordered again for my free one the same happend amd was cold delivery was quicker tham she said so rung them again and said it was the wrong pizza and i was not happy again so now waiting for a replacement. Only used pizza hut as i am not paying for this one. Never will ordered from them again!!!

Absolutely disgusted by the st neots Pizza Hut places an order to be deliver after waiting half an hr after delivery time I phoned to see were my order was , I was told I had phoned them to say I hadn’t ordered a pizza so it was cancelled when I questioned them as towhy I would be able phoning to see were my pizza was if I hadn’t ordered one the manager who I spoke to was rude and called me a liar even though he changed his stories twice that I had cancelled my order and then there was no reception when the delivery driver tried to phone they will not be getting any more custom from me St

They offer better deals, more selection, better pizza, more toppings than anyone else in St Neots. Pretty decent for a delivery.

Took over an hour to get here, I was very understanding as the weather is pretty bad but that doesn't excuse the raw dough in the pizza and the state of it in the box. It was cold and i will not be ordering from them again.

Pizza Hut in St Neots is brilliant, love the food & found the staff very helpful and polite. Will definitely visit again soon.

I oderd a chicken pizza from pizza hut. We like the pizza very much.we enjoyed very much .but the cost is too much.

Don't bother, it just doesn't turn up. When you ring they are rude and unhelpful. Just swerve them and order from someone else. Bunch of idiots. Kids are starving and this is supposed to be a treat. Am pretty furious right now.

After ordering online four large pizzas, chicken and garlic bread, making a substitution on the toppings, my son then drove from Huntingdon to St Neots to collect the items as we are out of their delivery range. This was a 40 minute round trip.

Not alot of topping. Not inspiring. Not as good as dominoes. Staff unfriendly and rude if you complain

Took over 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza. When it arrived was only warm will avoid in future as this is not the first time.

Took an hour to deliver and arrived cold only after calling after 50 mins of waiting. Pizzas were cold and soggy. Person that answered phoned could not speak any english. No apology from delivery man. To top it off had very upset stomach the following day. Never again and Pizza Hut brand very tarnished.

Ordered online at 20:06. Got the email to say it's in the kitchen. Called 5 times to check but nobody picked up the phone. Eventually got through at 21:42 to ask where it was and was told it's not here so 'it must be out for delivery'. Really? They didn't actually have a clue. Called again at 22:08 as still no sign of it. Past a joke now and really annoyed. It's too late to eat it now and am waiting to go to bed but no idea if they'll ever turn up and wake me, my wife and my 4 and 6 year old up. Eventually turns up at 22:30 with no apology. I should have gone to Dominoes who are consistently reliable and fast. Their app gives constant updates and in my opinion taste better. We only went to Pizza Hut because of the cookie dough dessert.

ordered some pizza here for me and the kids one evening, when i went to collect the order was wrong and they told me that was what i had ordered. rude staff with no clue what they are doing - lack experience or training. will never return

I went back after the rush when it opened, a good pizza and hot as well. I like the new spicy one,, good value against Domino's.

Ordered delivery quite a few time since they open in St. Neots. Get my order wrong 90% of all of the time I ordered. always order super supreme as my main pizza. One time barely any cheese on it, another time ordered extra olive, barely any olive on it. this time I order super supreme, with extra cheese and olive and pepperoni, they delivered pepperoni pizza with olive! Never ever going to order from them again!!!

This takeaway in Saint Neots is so so bad.. I saw someone write on here before the food has definitely got to be a franchise of actual Pizza Hut because it definitely isn't Pizza Hut. It is actual cardboard

The large pizza was more of a medium. I actually measured it and the filling was only in 10 inch of the pizza.

Had a pick up, the service was chaotic, they also got my order wrong, they have got more with it of late, also the place needs a clean as it looked like the builders had not finished. One,of the managers was cool but the other one was a bit rude

So having read some of the stories on Facebook and some of the reviews on here we decided to give Pizza Hut a go. We were not expecting much but were sick of dominos and thought well here goes.

First and last time I will order from here. £18 for what is probably the worst pizza I've ever had. I've no idea if this is a real Pizza Hut or just a franchise, but they should be ashamed of themselves, disgusting food. I will NEVER get a pizza from here again. Domino's are just round the corner. Go there!

OK, after a diabolical experience when they first opened i thought id try and give them a second chance. This time round, went to pick up my order - girl behind the counter (although polite) didnt have a clue where my order was. After much waiting around i finally got it.

Ordered pizza at 7pm delivered at 8.25pm. Would have been quicker collecting from Bedford 9 miles away need to sort the staff out at st Neots branch they don't seem to care, second time this has happened.

Ordered a take away for collection shortly after this place opened. I specified a time for collection but when I arrived 10mins early murder was already done and under the heat lamps! Fine as I was early but had I been on time it would have been a different story. Then had a 5 min debate at the tills about their confusing array of vouchers and which was the best to use. My maths was better than the staffs! The food was OK but I wasn't taken back to my youth and the pizzas enjoyed from them as a child. Average so I hope they improve. A lot of pizza competition in the town for them to be getting it wrong!

I ordered my Pizza online at 5pm and Pizza hut suggested a time of 6pm to deliver which was perfect.

First visit to new Pizza Hut St Neots tonight, and it will also be my last.

Waiting times, teenagers with attitude picking up the phone when you chase your order status, everything that is wrong with a delivery service. I'm still waiting for it to arrive - 1 hour 20 mins and counting. Get a dominos instead and save yourselves the aggro.

Appalling service!!! Ordered earlier in the day for delivery at 8:30pm that evening and paid online. Pizza didn't turn up and tried to call the store but nobody would pick up after trying for 30 minutes so I had to drive to the store only to be told when I got there that the food had just left with the driver.
