Domino's Pizza in Huntingdonshire

Looks like it would make you ill or be very unclean... However...even though it's tucked away out of site the staff seem to be very conscientious about food hygiene. The staff had gloves on whilst making the pizzas, which is rare to see in such a place. The pizza was pretty good, and made in a timely manner...the staff were very friendly and attentive. Great domino's pizza place 👌👍🍕🍕😊

Delivery was amazing. But disappointed with my cookies that I ordered. I split it in half for my three year old and found out that it wasn’t cooked inside. I really hope they fix this otherwise I will not be ordering from here again! Very annoyed as it ruined the children’s evening. THEY NEED TO FIX IT IN THE FUTURE!!

Over an hour waiting for food to be delivered despite only being a mile away. Tracker appeared to show the food waiting for delivery for 45 minutes and it turns up luke-warm. Wouldn’t have left a review at all but despite ticking the no marketing emails option I got an automated condescending “Sorry about that…” email the day after. No future discount or anything to compensate in this email. Will just avoid in future.

Ordered a gluten free pizza Monday money went through they call me got no gluten free baces. No problem they refund me. Wednesday fancy a pizza I call to see if they have baces in I got told yes so I place and order and get a call saying no baces again and he didn't look properly when I called so now I'm waiting on two refunds. It's a joke

Went to pick up pizza and chips and wedges think the price for the chips and wedges are a expensive for what you get

I think these sorts of things are preference based some people like dominos others like pizza hut. On the top of my list is definitely pizza town and dominos probably second but overall great pizza and the service was amazing and the atmosphere was like many food chains now seems busy with a bit going on people going in and out for deliveries and not a very big place so probably better to eat elsewhere most probably eat at home let's be honest lol But yeah definitely good enough for me to go back.

Ordered online through the site yesterday. Toppings were good but I think I ate something weird as my stomach is currently dying. Upon arrival you could see that the pizza's were in the bag sideways, the entire pizza was shoved to the side. Spent a few minutes re-adjusting the pizza :(

First time visit. Ordered alot of food, had to collect, wouldn't deliver. Was helped to carry to the car though. Only people in there, so cannot comment on atmosphere.

All out of cranberry sauce on the festive pizza in December. And they thought it wouldn't be that popular in December (Christmas) come one 🤣🤣 pop down the shop. Sliding down the hill on a slay this place pretty quick.

Order food for dinner at work and an hour later i called to see where it was. They said it was out for delivery and that it would be no longer than 10 mins however, I never got my food once they said it was delivered. I then asked who they delivered it to and they said some guy with a beard in the car park even though i specifically added instructions to come into the shop and i even directed them to where they needed to go in the shop. This just shows that the drivers don't always listen to instructions given and instead make up excuses saying "it's a public place and there's lots of people". I just can't believe that they didn't even ask the person that took the pizza for a order number or even a name to prove they bought it!?

Ordered on line. Got a call a few minutes later to say the Vegan Pepperoni was out of stock and would we like something else? No problem, totally get that so ordered a different topping in place. Original order was with extra vegan cheese. When the pizza arrived it had absolutely NO cheese on it. Quite a long wait, however didn’t mind too much. When it arrived I opened it and it was completely the wrong order. One of the items on it is actually something I’m allergic to, and don’t have in my house normally so was very upset at this. Not good at all. Called to advise them, didn’t get much from them just they’d send another one but it will take a while…

Friendly staff, great tasting pizza, be sure to use their offers, though or you could end up spending over the odds - this just good policy when working with Dominoes in general, not specifically this branch. Check out their phone app or website for the offers available - picking up the pizza rather than having it delivered will probably help get the price down. At this branch you can park outside without any trouble.

I placed a order over the phone with ciaran it was with in the time he gave me, quick and friendly staff.

Very disappointed with my pizza last night we ordered a Texas bbq chicken large there was hardly any chicken on it al all a few onions and lots of peppers . Unfortunately this is not one of the best I’ve had at dominos. We regularly go to another dominos in babbacombe in Devon and have never had an issue with them . I don’t think I’ll waste my money again on a pepper pizza .

Domino's always great for food and staff here are excellent. Tracker on the app says food is ready, you pop in and there it is, no nonsense like other places

Recently made use of a Domino’s online deal involving two pizzas, one side and a small drink for 19.99 GBP. The pizza quality was typical of Domino’s but somewhat less greasy than others I’ve eaten previously. Disappointingly, the wedges weren’t very warm at all, and even accounting for delivery time they were well off the temperature mark. Plenty to go around and it did the job for an evening takeaway.

Pizza was ok but lacks topping of veg and very slow service. No apology for being so late with order.

Was a little bit surprised and slightly concerned that customers were wandering in and out of shop with no face coverings, even more concerning was staff serving and preparing food with no gloves or face coverings. Would not go back there or recommend to friends or family until they take appropriate action.

I placed an order online and I wasn't sure if the order was confirmed or not. Payment was made. I tried to call the shop just to confirm and there was no answer of the phone, it was ringing for a good 2 minutes and still no answer. Pathetic. Try getting some customer service skills in your store!!!!!

It's a Dominos and just like every other one. This means ridiculous standard prices which nobody ever pays due to a proliferation of confusing discounts but that's what you get. Thankfully they are a branch who offers the substantial discount to emergency services, coppers and most NHS staff which nearly halves the cost on collection with a smaller discount for delivery. This means you must order in person or by phone as it's discretionary and not available online - counter staff or delivery driver will usually ask for an ID badge so make sure you have it to hand. Anyone paying over £17 for a single pizza is in my humble opinion bonkers and it's definitely not worth it. Loads of places in St Ives which offer cheaper food of equal quality. That said the barbecue sauce option on the Veggie Deluxe is amazing and only Dominos tastes like Dominos.

Pizza seemed as good as any other pizza I've had from other Domino's though I think others may have sharper tools or pay more attention when slicing the pizza. Prep time was the usual ten or so mins. Plenty of parking right outside the shop though you do have to pay through most of the day, free after 6 p.m. I think.

I usually like the guys who deliver to me. But when they park infront of my car, so that I can't get off the drive, whilst they deliver to the other side of the estate, where I know there is room for them to park there. I get a tad annoyed. Photo evidence, should customer services need it. Not particularly happy with St. Ives Dominoes this evening. 😒 Otherwise a 5* service from start to finish.

Love Domino's. Bit pricey, but delish.

We met David delivering pizzas he was just the nicest man with our hearing dog puppy. Well done David, dominos you should be very proud of him.

Just collected the best ever dominoes pizza we've ever had! Pepperoni passion, it's delicious,, not at all dry with lots of sauce on the base, well done st.ives dominoes and whoever cooked it. (Order Number 50)

Always a brilliant pizza, i usually collect my pizza after calling in advance, piping hot and plenty of topping. Great value and friendly staff

Now used this Domino's takeaway service twice and both times they have met expectations. Domino's takeout can sometimes miss the mark, but this branch so far has met all the necessary criteria (e.g. hot food upon collection, orders made right with everything included) and we will no doubt be returning.

Really annoyed that they cant get the app to update based on what they have in stock. They didnt even mention that they had substituted my drink, and when i raised it they just shrugged and told me it was tough. No apology.

Prices are stupid. And when I've ordered wedges they are never cooled properly

I order from this store quite a lot and so do some of my friends. Overall the quality of the pizza is perfect and delivery times are good, Pizza prices are high but there are also deals which help lower the cost.

Sadly, this is arguably the best pizza in St Ives.

Personale gentile, pizza ottima come al solito ma un po’ caro se non si trovano offerte particolari. In ogni caso il ragazzo al banco ti aiuta sempre a risparmiare qualche pound. Purtroppo c’è un solo tavolino per mangiare lì e parcheggio è a pagamento.

This is the third time I have ordered a pizza with extra cheese. Each time, the pizza came where there were areas on the pizza with no topping and only dough. One of the cooks works for me part time and informs me that when she puts cheese on the pizza, the owner complains she puts too much and she cannot put enough cheese on the pizza.

Ordered online wouldn't let me put in online offers code so have tried ringing the store for nearly half an hour and no one seems to be answering

Tried ringing through had no answer several times went in for the staff to not aknowledge me for 15 mins and they werent answering the phones i get they were busy but one looked at the people waiting then walked off normally good but today was awful

Terrible waited an hour for delivery when it arrived wrong order complained 4 times nothing. Rude staff avoid better places in town.

Ordered ceaser salad as sides, it came almost empty pot with ceaser dressing mini pot inside and leaves were all rotten. I paid £5 for a rubbish to put in my bin. I wish I could add photo here.

Delivery times are shocking. Ordered via the app. The app said it has been delivered. But 30 mins later still no pizza!!! Called to ask how much longer and staff said "I don't know it's coming" it's not acceptable if there is long delays you should inform your customers via app or text.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered online for a set delivery slot. Food didn't arrive on time, when we rang up we got the usual 'it's five minutes away' half an hour later still no delivery. Husband rang up again to check and they had the cheek to tell us we had only ordered half an hour earlier!! We demanded a refund, pizza never arrived. I wouldn't order from here and would advise others to avoid, clearly a very poorly run establishment!

Poor service over 1 hour late. Rang told us although the app. Said out for delivery it was inaccurate. Rang again 15 minutes later. Told they had sent 1/2 our order somewhere else and we remaking it, would be with us in 1/2 hour. Told them not good enough. Given back cost of food on next order. Arrived 1 1/2 hours after due to arrive. Delivery driver told me "don't have a go at me" when in fact I had not said one word. He then left wheel spinning etc turning round outside our house/street!! Will complain to head office.

Total idiots! Ordered lunch for me and my partner only received half, then told 'we will bring the rest later!' Rest of order arrived an hour later stone Cold as I was heading to work! No refund offered at all just a thick as 2 short planks muppet on the phone saying 'right' when I complained! Absolute bellends will not use again considering they can't basic order right. Cockwombles!

Poor management, I did order from this store all the time, but so many times it's been wrong and I've been promised free pizzas and call from the manger which was never received, very unorganised

Hot and Spicy sriracha chicken wings not spicy at all , no sriracha taste as well. poor foods......

Pizza's are good, but expensive. Chicken side dishes were very disappointing. High grease/fat, and not great flavour. Delivery is fast. If you just want a pizza and money is no object then great. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
