Pizza Perfection in Huntingdonshire

Asked for Donner wrap received mostly chicken which was dryer than my cremated nan Had no salad and the portions are just about enough to feed a 3 year old! Food boxes are dirty too! Tension in the atmosphere and they was rude Recently moved to the area and will NOT be returning!

Selfish is terrible needed to be waited extra long time when I ordered the half pizza of cheese and half with pepperoni you couldn’t even make a difference. It looks like all the same when I placed an order. I had the water there as well later on they discovered that I don’t have the water And even offered me a refund. Definitely not coming back.

Not a nice kebab The garlic sauce is so sweet, lamb was dry, salad tasted old and chips dry. It's so bad its gone straight in the bin

Just ordered a donor kebab in the shop with no one else waiting & was served reasonably quickly - It was absolutely disgusting - The meat was just about warm & tasteless - The pitta pocket was just a flat bit of bread no pocket - The chilli sauce had no flavour at all - Really disappointed as I’ve had kebabs from here before & always been pleased - Avoid at all costs

Just had a really nice tasty kebab. I went for a Farther Special that had mix of 3 different shish kebabs. Would recommend it. They do a St Ives Special and that also looks good. Next time I’m going for that.

Ordered a kebab for collection. Asked for no tomatoes or pickles with my salad, I got home to realise I only got these ingredients instead. Topped off with a salsa sauce instead of garlic mayo. I rang and they were apologetic and sent out a fresh kebab, correct to order within the hour and it was nice. Full marks for the response but it shouldn't have come to that though. It wasn't a difficult order and it was written down for them.

Ordered a kebab and chips. The amount off oil would make America invade. Made me feel physically sick. I will not return and I will not recommend.

Asked for a mixed kebab well grilled specifically. The woman indicated yes I understood. Checked it when I walked out the shop as I had the feeling I was dealing with morons. Low and behold it was not well grilled. So I went back in and told them. His answer was I have, I said its not done enough, he then pointed to the grill as if he couldn't grill it for some reason. He apologized but if you can't handle such a simple request, it is annoying. I wasn't asking him to perform brain surgery. All in all, gormless staff who can barely understand English. Worst Pizza and useless staff who can't even acknowledge a complaint instead ask stupid questions to the customer! Have been their customer for almost 2 years but never gonna buy from them again!

Absolutely rated this place, couldn't get enough of the chicken doner and chip wraps. Tonight although I still enjoyed it my wrap was lacking meat and loaded with chips. I hope this will get read and resolved as this was always my first choice when looking for a kebab. I will try again and hope this was a one off.

Great staff and very tasty food

My boyfriend ordered food form there and asked for my wrap not to have mayonase in it (as I'm allergic), it arrived with mayo inside. I called them and explained and he basically told me I was lying and he said he asked for it to be inside. No apology.

I really don’t understand the reviews on here. Every few weeks we really enjoy their nicely charred chicken kebab with great salad, good garlic mayo and fluffy pita bread. Chips are crispy and just right for a kebab shop. Very friendly and respectful people who run this. I’d recommend it for what I’ve enjoyed.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Delivery took a while but that's expected on busy evenings. The salad was nice and fresh. The chicken was thigh chicken which was nice but very greasy. The lamb meat was dry. It all came in a pitta bread.

A bit hit and miss. Not terrible but better alternatives near by.

Ordered the deal with chips, garlic bread with cheese, pizza, and drink. The chips may as well have been cooked on a radiator they were so soggy. Garlic bread with cheese missing one key ingredient... Cheese. Pizza was edible, drink was drinkable. Delivery driver apologised. Not sure whether the apology was for the long wait or poor food.

Not a fan, this place was good before the new owner. Food is always inconsistent. My main point of concern is the rudeness of the staff, late deliveries and even in branch they lack customer service skills.

The owner is rude, bad attitude to customers. I ordered a kebab and all I get was a hand full of slices and a very small amount of salad, one piece of pickled chilli. Anyway is just the way he handled to customer

. Went last night. Told me I couldnt have a burger and curly fries because the price was too low so I asked to add onion rings. He then charged me for them all but refused to give me my onion rings. Then proceeded to tell my friend she was lying n she didn’t order onion rings. He obviously didn’t realise I was sober and I knew what was going on. On my third recent visit I'm sorry to say I was palmed of by staff in a hurry With awful food tbh The food was old and dry I would be ashamed to serve this quality of food to a regular customer tbh

food very good. but if I write a note for the driver one time in a row that he should not knock on the door and gives him instructions where to leave food for me and he cannot read another time and he wakes my child by knocking on the door, I invite you to enroll in school and learn to read . who needs the inscription "leave a message for delivery" when nobody reads it

Edit: 10/2021: Unfortunately the family that used to run this business seems to have transferred it to new owenership and I felt the need to adjust the score of my original review below. Best kebabs in St Ives, made of obviously fresh ingredients with a legitimate homemade taste. The family run shop has clean facilities and service is courteous and expedite. Besides the obvious choices, including pizza, I'd recommend the house special which easily satisfies 4 adults.

Had the chicken shish and haloumi wrap, was so good! And my daughter loved your pizza, said its better than papa John's

Tonights delivery was their last chance and they failed. Raw pizza base and under cooked soggy chips.

Put prices up now we are out off lock down. Extra £1.50 on cheesy chips. Terrible. Discussed with the price increase. Shame on them. Spoke to them a week before saying they should put more cheese on their chips as they skimped on cheese. Now price increase. Discussed

Went there yesterday evening. Ordered chicken donner in pita with chips and a 14" Meat feast. The pizza was great but OMG! The chicken donner was amazing. Great staff very friendly and talkative. Will 100% come back and order again. I recommend 👌

Bad experience. We placed an order last night on just eat as it said it was open to 11pm on justeat and their website. We placed it around half 10pm and they did not confirm so we called and the rude man on the phone said they are not serving anymore so we cancelled but it still look our money so we called them again to explain our money has been taken but they were still rude on the phone and said they had finished early for the night and they can't help. This caused me alot of stress and I'm out of pocket trying to get the money back with justeat. Bad/rude service and false times on justeat and there website. Never will buy anything from here again. Awful place.

I can’t give 0 stars so alas it’s 1..... Poor poor poor 2 hours on and no delivery, then a call suggesting my order had special requirements. It didn’t!! Rang back, wouldn’t answer, rang again from another phone, answered but told manager suddenly gone to hospital??? I hope not, truly, and if he did I hope he’s ok. A very disappointed customer....

After having purchased on loads of occasions. Ordered fri 28 jan 2021 and the order arrived wrong. Phoned up had to re deliver missing items Burger. Asked for salad got just brown off lettuce not fresh at all Bad services and food this time guys Come on what’s going on Won’t order again for very long time

I ordered pizza and kebab. The pizza was horrible and tasted like bread with a topping which you really couldnt taste what the topping was and was burnt. The kebab was cold and the flavour was so bland and not great at all. Had to throw most of our food away as we just couldnt eat it. I was very dissapointed!! Wasted money!

31/10/19 ordered a chicken kebab from pizza perfection and I have to say it is really nice.the salad is fresh nice chilli sauce but it would be nice if I had a little chilli but that might just be me

last Friday 6 sept 2019 we telephoned to place a order to be delivered we ordered a large pizza when the food arrived at home we opened it to find bit of the pizza had been eaten and also inside was a handful of chips this place seems to be getting worse will not use again this isn't the first time this has happened either

Just moved to area and had a couple of takeaways from here no problem. Same order, same price. Last night we were overcharged and when we asked the young woman serving she told me they always charge extra for salad. When pointing out that the menu doesn’t state that, it says salad included she kept arguing. Guess you have to pay extra for a smile and honest service too. She then left part of the food order on the side going cold whilst waiting for the rest to be cooked. Won’t be going back to be ripped off and her attitude was appalling.

Ordered through just eat waited for an hour and a half on delivery which didn't show. Checked just eat to see the order was cancelled. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Ordered here for nearly a year now and it's usually the best take away place in the area. Sadly the last few times it has been very late in delivery (45 minutes late) and this latest occasion the food was very poor compared to the past. I'll update the review if we ever order again. 0

Visited late one Saturday night and ordered food to eat-in at Pizza Perfection. Not a very glamorous establishment but needs must after a night out. Ordered a meal deal combo and the customer service approach is non-existent. The burger was fairly poor and I was not offered any type of plastic fork or napkins. Despite this, the quantity and size of the meal combo was good. Whilst sat down eating, the gentleman running the store that night had a loud verbal and slightly physical encounter with another late night guest. Not pleasant viewing and his impatience and intolerance is very clear: order quickly or you’re seen to be a waste of time. The encounter flared up by no means the fault of the staff - the customer was in no fit state that night - but instead of demonstrating a tactful approach, it became heated, all whilst I was sat down eating. Lots of shouting. This place does takeaways and delivers, but there are probably other places in St Ives to chose from which offer a better quality of guest care and service.

Come in on my way home got pizza and chips they were very polite and there food was great gonna come again and I recommend you eating here. Also there prices are great. Thanks pizza perfection.

I dont know how this place has 4 1/2 stars. The pizza was okay at best and the fried food was soggy. We also ordered the cheese cake that smelled and tasted expired the best by date said it expired a YEAR from now, if you know anything about food you know that even if frozen, cheese cake lasts only 4-6 months in the freezer, this leads me to believe that they put the best by label on it to extend the date. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY.

Pizza and keebabs are great , haven't had a bad meal , the owner however is a absolute stuck up prat , it took all my strength and resolve not too pull him over the counter and give him a good hiding

Disappointed with the service. Placed an order for 20 people and make sure to engage with them to decide on what food and how to be delivered etc...kept phoning them to check all was fine, but when the food turned up, one curry wasn't delivered and they didnt even bother telling me. Rice was basic when was expecting a different style, and they didn't provide the food they said. The one curry they provided was all super oily, and not dry as expected, when had made request to make food dry and less oily. Really disappointed by service!!!
