Fairly quiet on a Sunday afternoon but we were given tremendous service with regular visits to check everything was ok or needed extra drinks etc. Always a fan of being offered a jug of water unprompted too. Arancini was really tasty and the bruschetta being on a pizza dough was an interesting twist. Wouldn’t normally think of burgers at an Italian but it was comparable to any of the usual burger chains. Ricotta and butternut ravioli was really tasty and the pork & fennel ragu ticked the al forno boxes. Biscoff cheesecake was fantastic though it’s cheating a little by serving banana with it and then claiming it is banoffee!

Ordered caramelised bread to share at £7.50, we received a portion smaller than my hand. All other Italian restaurants serve it up on a round dinner plate size for the same money. If I was not with friends I would have told them where to shove it. Needless to say I will not be returning to the prezzo chain ever again

The service was absolutely shocking! The food was ok, but I will never return based on the awful service. It was lunchtime and not busy at all so no excuses for such slow service.

Me and a friend came for dinner tonight. We had such a lovely waiter with the brown hair and mint green shirt. ( didn’t catch his name) excellent service. Made to feel very welcome. Great food also!

Very poor experience on two occasions (twice because unfortunately had Tesco vouchers to use so had no option…). Food was really badly prepared (burnt, missing ingredients, etc.) but given the number of other tables sending back food this wasn’t a surprise to the staff who effectively shrugged their shoulders when it was pointed out, and the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come over at the end to apologise.

Service was very slow and there was only one other table of a group do four at the time . Pasta nice but luke warm.

Just wanted to praise all the staff for coping with a busy night and so many staff members down. The three serving staff and chefs worked so hard to get good out as quickly as possible. Food was delicious and we were not late for our cinema either! Thank you so much. Will certainly return!

Got to Prezzo at 3:30ish today and could quite clearly see they had a vey busy lunch time and was understaffed. A lot of tables that needed cleaning and a lot of glasses covering the bar. That being said the food was delicious and the 2 waiters where friendly and attentive. They where so lovely and friendly, we did feel sorry for them as management obviously hadn’t planned for such a busy lunch service. Definitely will be returning, food was delicious and service was great.

We visited here on a very quiet Monday, was greeted at the door by the manager who said did we intend to use any vouchers when we said no he said that’s good as we’re not accepting any! ( think he thought he was funny) The food was good, however the manager kept coming over to check pulling his mask up & down all the time! When we came to pay was informed you no longer take cash he said he forgot to tell us I asked why this wasn’t displayed anywhere & he said it was in amongst the children drawings I looked on the way out certainly not there, this was embarrassing as one member didn’t have a card with them. I feel the manager here certainly let’s prezzo down.

We had a really nice lunch. The bruschetta was lovely, we both had burgers and they were also extremely well cooked and presented. The service was great. Will be returning soon.

Me and some family attended for a lovely evening dinner and when I left the restaurant and arrived home I had very bad diarrhoea and was vomiting! I had the margarita max pizza and the cheese was out of date and made me very ill! Since visiting, my partner and other family have both experienced bad food poisoning too from the pasta and pizza dishes! Not too impressed with Prezzo as normally very good but not very happy! Spent the rest of my evening in the toilet with very bad stomach pains and vomiting!

We had a fabulous meal for my sisters birthday it was a busy evening and the atmosphere was nice. The food was delicious but I must say the best part of the evening was Dimitar which we believe is the manager. He went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and even made my sister a rose from a napkin which was amazing 👏 Thank you to all at the St.Neots branch for a wonderful evening and meal.

Visited with my daughter & granddaughter on our way back from London as it was 1/2 way I had never been to Prezzos Outstanding friendly service from the moment we walked in GF choices The food which included Pizza chicken & mushrooms and burger was delicious If I lived closer would definitely visit again All staff a credit to the company Thankyou

Everything was great, we all had a delicious meal! HOWEVER, one waitress, we believe her name is Libi (we heard other staff members call this young lady by this name) was shouting and screaming at kitchen staff. The restaurant went all quiet and people were shocked by this awful behavior that she demonstrated. We don’t really know where the manager was at this moment, but we hope this lady learns how to work well under pressure!

Me and my partner came in for dinner and the place was packed! Super busy! And the staff handled it amazingly they were all so attentive and gave friendly service! We didn’t get the name of our waitress but she was very nice! And the food was delicious I had a spaghetti and my partner had a pizza, both were very nice and the sizes are perfect! We also had a delicious dessert! I thought for how busy they were we didn’t wait long at all, but even so they took our last round of drinks off as a apology for the wait which I thought was a lovely thing to do! We will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you so much to all the staff for a fabulous night!

A friend booked the restaurant for my leaving do.The table was booked for 7.30pm, however the restaurant said we'd booked for 7pm and then said they were busy and let our table go.We walked past and it was practically empty.I love Prezzo but not this branch. The last time we went to this restaurant in St Neots the waitress was incredibly rude. We won't be going to this Prezzo again.

Lovely meal out at Prezzo first time there. Served promptly and staff were very friendly. Had pizza bites for starters, goats cheese pasta (can’t remember the whole name) and sticky toffee pudding for desserts. Two cocktails as well and we had a 40% of voucher which reduced the bill quite a bit. Would happily go back as the decor was nice and food was lovely!

Prezzo (the chain) has had mixed fortunes and its menu options haven't always been good. Back to St Neots branch after an absence, and we loved it. A decent menu with plenty to choose from, pleasing decor and ambience, attentive and efficient staff.I had a chicken dish which was excellent. We had a freebie good quality bottle of prosecco on a coupon. Best chain-restaurant meal I've had for a long time.

Arrived late 10.15 after a film at the local cinema ,whilst on a weekend visit from Essex. Wasn’t sure they were still serving, but the manager made us very welcome, and we sat in a lovely clean, well presented restaurant. After a short while the manager came back, took drink orders, had an amusing chat with us, left us to make our choices. We were treated as if we regularly came in, everyone was so attentive, without being intrusive.We ordered our meals, which after only a short while, came up, looking delicious, and tasting it! Sea bass was absolutely fabulous, crispy on the outside and soft as butter inside. Spaghetti Bologna’s was steaming hot and full of flavour.We were both very impressed with the place, staff and atmosphere.Thank you for a lovely ending to a nice day.

Went here with my partner, we had a starter each and two pizzas, the whole experience was awlful, tables dirty, food over cooked and dry, with soft drinks the “meal” came to £65 wasted pounds. What made matters worse was the staff cleaning up and getting ready for the next day, whilst you sat there try to enjoy the rubbish served at the same time as being rushed. Never again,

One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. Never mind one of the best Prezzos. Staff were chatty, knowledgeable and very friendly.

This standard visit to Prezzo included swiftly prepared food, friendly waiting service and an inexpensive bill - all key elements to a successful visit.On the whole, our food was good. The penne arrabbiata has a nice touch of heat and it was a decent portion size too. The pesto and pea penne main is also a fine choice. For dessert, the mini vanilla cheesecake is accompanied by a nice fruit compote. It’s small - hence why it is part of the mini dessert section! - but was enough to compliment the main.Add all of this to a discount voucher, so two pasta mains, two soft drinks, one dessert, one hot chocolate and one americano coffee equals 26 GBP, that’s not bad going.

Very pleased with Prezzo- excellent service, excellent food, perfect size portions and lovely ambience. Absolutely loved everything about it.

Visiting the nearby cinema I had decided to treat myself to a meal prior to the film. The lady who greeted me and brought my food was lovely. The food came in good time, and it was delicious (main and dessert). Such a good overall experience in this clean, smart restaurant and I would definitely visit again from this recent experience.

Food here is top draw. The wife always picks this place if given the choice. The staff are great, the restaurant looks lovely and the food is awesome.

Visited this place for the first time and was quite impressed. Its modern attractive interior is very pleasing and the food was very good. The portion sizes were bigger than we had expected. Service was good too. Would be happy to go again.

Had the penne private with chicken, garlic bread and a pint of peroni... all were as expected... cant complain at all

Recently I visited Prezzo with a couple of friends for a evening meal. We used a set menu which had a wide variety of options that were suitable for us. We got our drink very fast waited for food a little bit but we could see that it was busy. Our waitress Natalie made sure that we were aware about the wait and gave us complimentary drinks:) Would recommend.

It's not much to ask for when your food choices are limited!

Me and boyfriend visited prezzo last night for a date night and we were absolutely delighted! Our waitress Sophie was a amazing and so helpful, she really made our visit. Without being negative, everything about out visit was good, but I must say the lady who seated us (must of been the manager due to the way she was dressed) made us feel u welcome and was very cold when seating us to our table. Would defiantly recommend! And especially if you get Sophie as a waitress !!

We visited Prezzo st Neots with my in-laws who live in St Neots and have been to this restaurant previously. We also go to our local Prezzo in Kettering and always enjoy the food and service.

This is far from the first time that we have visited Prezzo in St Neots and we have always enjoyed the previous visits. Our main criticism is that Prezzo is not the best value for money, but the food has always been good, tasty and presented to a high standard.

Food very good, plenty of choice. Service was rather slow because they were very busy. Was able to use a 40 o/o off mains voucher making it very good value.

4 of us went for dinner, really busy night. For whatever reason they were short staffed but those that were working were attentive to all the tables, rushed off their feet, food was excellent. Staff were apologetic for the delays but it was fine, we were happy chatting over an dinner how it should be!

I have always had a good experience at Prezzo in the past in my local area. However, went to Prezzo in St Neots tonight with friends. I ordered a tre carne calzone. The calzone was hot and came out quickly but I found 2 hairs in my calzone. Then I ordered the honeycomb cheesecake which I usually love. I can only describe it as horrible. Me and my two friends both tried it to check it wasn’t just me. It smelt and tasted like vinegar. That’s the only way I can describe it. The waitress said that wasn’t possible as they don’t have vinegar in the restaurant. But all three of us agreed that is what the taste was similar too. It may have been something else that caused it but your pudding should not taste or smell vinegary.

Visited this on a Sunday lunchtime. Place was very quiet so service was good. However, I think the menu is not very big and nothing really shouted out at me saying, eat me. Will almost certainly not go back as there are other restaurants that I prefer.

My friend and I often visit here as it's a convenient location. We came back as the waitress who looked after us on our previous visit was excellent. I had to ask for her name this time! I have an assistance dog and Fiona made sure we had the best place to sit. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The food is average but the service we received via Fiona was excellent

We visit as a family and friends, 10 in total. Table was booked in advance. We have been greeted and taken to the table. Waitress was young but lovely. Service was quick and professional. Food excellent, dessert more then nice. All been excellent and highly recommend.

Have eaten at this restaurant a number of times over the years including my children’s 21st birthday celebration 3 years back which was a lovely occasion with superb food and service. Sadly no more. Party of eight booked online early evening - waiting ages at the door to even be acknowledged, led to a unlaid table. Miserable waitress. Looked obviously understaffed. Waited ages for food. Extra drinks ordered never arrived. Food was mostly good when it eventually arrived. Deserts bought out, no cutlery to eat it with, ice cream etc all melted on hot puds before spoons arrived. All very disappointing. Sadly won’t be returning any time soon.

We have just visited Prezzo St Neots for my mother-in-law’s birthday. On arrival, our table was not laid out for the correct number of people. When I asked for an extra chair, I was given a frosty reception which made us feel like an inconvenience. The glasses our drinks were served in were dirty and we had to wait well over an hour for our main course. When we asked about the delay, we were told that the smaller tables who had arrived after us had been served first. Our waitress (Fiona) was sarcastic to my daughter when given her order. Some plates were cleared before we had all finished eating - simple service standards. We were not given the bill, and were just told how much we had to pay. All in all, a bad experience and we will not be returning. What a shame.

Popped in after film (8pm on Monday bank holiday). 2 staff serving. 4 tables in. The place was filthy. Dust and cobwebs. Tables not cleared. Food on the floor. And the staff? Eating dinner.... wouldn’t go back.

Lovely family meal with great service from Natalia. Good menu for kids. Appreciated being told it was busy in advance but found the waiting time fine. Recommend honeycomb cheesecake!

We had a lovely evening. Great food, the salted caramel tart was delicious! Our waitress Stacey was so lovely and friendly. Really made a difference as in the past we have found some of the waitresses in Prezzo very indifferent. Excellent service - I wish all waitresses were as friendly as her.

I was really impressed with this branch of Prezzo when I haven't previously been that infused at other branches. Our waitress Stacey was absolutely lovely and gave us the warmest welcome. She showed us to our seats and gave us a few minutes to chat before coming back to take our order. She made EXCELLENT cocktail recommendations and kept them flowing all night! Our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Stacey kept checking in to make sure all was ok and stop for a friendly chat at appropriate moments. She literally couldn't do enough for us. She made it a real experience! Would definitely return and would request Stacey as our waitress on booking.

Really disappointed tonight. We booked online via their website but when we arrived they did not have the reservation on record. Luckily for us it seems we were given another party’s table who then arrived later and understandably walked off in disgust.

Visited to meet a friend at a half way point, have never been to this branch before, but it was a credit to the brand.

Tried to visit for some food before we went to the cinema at around 3:30, after waiting for ten minutes for someone to seat us, we were turned away as there was not enough staff to serve us. There was literally about 5 tables sat down. We ended up going to pizza express which had the same amount of staff members and the food was delicious.

Within metres if the cinema in St Neots, we booked a table before going to see a live broadcast show of 'The King and I'. Great value set menu - three courses for £13.95 and a lovely house wine meant excellent value for just under £41. Calamari to start, mains of chicken and mushroom with a side salad and penne with chicken were tasty and substantial. Star of the show were the desserts - cheese cake and chocolate tart. We will come again.

Excellent service by Martyna. The wine and meal were served very quickly and the food was excellent. Martyna was really pleasant, helpful and very efficient.

We tried to book a table and no joke we must have called the phone way over 15 times to no avail, when it was eventually answered we was told ‘sorry we don’t have enough staff on to take any bookings’. Seemed bizarre that they was turning down business, so we went to Pizza Express down the road, when we walked past Prezzo was like a ghost time with no customers what si ever.

Called in today for quick lunch with our granddaughter, far from quick though service was slow and there wasn’t a lot of people in. The food though when it arrived was good,

We have tried a few other Prezzo restaurants locally, last week St Neots were booked out so we went to Hitchin. This really showed how great the staff at St Neots are. They are friendly and welcoming whilst remaining professional, this week we were back at St Neots and happy to be there.

We often come to Prezzos on the spur of a moment, but usually give them a quick call to confirm that they have a free table.

Use Prezzo from time to time when out and about and make the most of 2 4 1 offers with tastecard so for the prices you pay it gives good value. Food always to same standard and this restaurant had friendly staff that had no issues with using tastecard

We used a Buy a Gift voucher one Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed the meal.

Impromptu dinner after bowling. Hadn’t booked and they looked busy but wasn’t a problem. Nice attentive service from Col (from Zimbabwe so don’t ask if he’s Australian or South African! ) Food was quick and really tasty. Good risotto (both prawn and mushroom good) and burger was a giant stack but my 13yo handles admirably. Chicken with masala sauce very sweet but nice. Rocket salad good.

Service was quick! Staff were very friendly and attentive! Very relaxed vibe and food was cooked to perfection! Would definitely recommend for date night :)

You know what you are getting at Prezzo, but this one has a smart interior and extremely helpful staff. It's a spacious interior on multiple levels, so plenty of room. Food is the same as at any other, though salads were fresh and pizza tasty during our visit. Excellent, accommodating staff.

Good food and drinks. Service was brilliant from Dan. Was nice and busy as per usual and it was a nice atmosphere.

Went here without a booking on a Sunday and there were plenty of empty tables. Waitress was very friendly and very efficient and the food was excellent and large pizza was really large! No pressure to leave when finished eating. All in all a very pleasant lunch

Quite busy and noisy - understaffed however Dan was brilliant . Polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble . Enjoyed the food and the service was really good c.considering how busy they were . Lovely staff .

My wife and I went here for dinner Christmas Eve thinking it would be a lovely, romantic treat for ourselves. What we received was painfully slow service and worse of all was the lights being turned right up on us (as a clear sign for us to hurry up and get out) just as we were about to receive dessert. If the service had been at all quicker we wouldn’t had still been there. It’s a shame as we actually do quite like the food. We left feeling very unimpressed.

Went for a meal after going in to the cinema, place was quite as it was early evening, service was very slow four on the next table got up and walked out...we waited ages for a drink, coffee came without milk had to fetch some ...food was kept waiting on the counter as only two staff on at the time , waitress very rude, as I said we had two sides to come(only have two hands she says)..plates cold..won’t be going again, shame as the place could do so well!

Having arrived at exactly the time we had booked for, we promptly stood at the door for another 10 mins to even be acknowledged. We then waited for a table to be cleared before being seated. No great deal but another wait.

Two of us decided to go to Prezzo as a mid week treat, we changed up some clubcard vouchers for the first time and were looking forward to a nice meal. We got seated and given menus, when the waitress came back to ask us for our drinks order she was eager to get our food order at the same time, we were ready so placed our order and waited...for a whole 5 minutes, i know it's a chain restuarant and i dont expect to be served gourmet food but maybe they could at least take a little longer to serve the food so as to not advertise the fact its pre-done and probably just been microwaved. My pasta was so overcooked it was like mush, my partners wasn't much better, The whole time it felt like we were being rushed, and not just us the staff seemed so eager to rush everyone through their meals. Overall the food was bad and the service was bad, will not be going ever again.

Food is what it is - standardised chain menu. Not really much to complain about or compliment but the service is always a little too slow I’m afraid. Been a number of times and it seems to be the case always hence the 3 stars

Decided to pop to the cinema to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, & whilst out, grab a bite to eat, as the restaurant is right next to the cinema. There was a couple in front of us waiting to be attended to, & as it was only 18:30, the restaurant was very, very quiet. After what seemed a lifetime, probably was only 5 mins, a waitress came over. Within seconds the couple in front of us left the restaurant. The waitress then turned to us. We asked for a table for 2, at which point we were asked if we had made a reservation. We replied we hadn’t, & she informed us that it was reservations only, & that is why she had turned the other couple away. I looked around the restaurant in amazement, & asked if I should then just ring from my mobile & book? She said that this might be an idea. I stepped outside, chuckling to myself, due to the stupidity of some people these days, then proceeded to call the restaurant. The phone just rang & rang & rang, despite trying at least 5 times. So after getting nowhere fast, we decided to pop next door to another restaurant. At this point we ended up sitting next to the other couple who had been turned away. We left the restaurant about an hour & a half later, & surprise, surprise, Prezzo was still empty. This restaurant is obviously bucking the trend with regards the financial climate, & obviously doesn’t need customers? Or, it is so badly run, it needs to do the decent thing and close down. The latter being a better option in my eyes.

We chose to have a family meal at Prezzo in St Neots to celebrate my birthday last Sunday. We usually find it lovely experience, unfortunately not on this occasion! To start with our drinks order was wrong and had to remind the waitress for one she had forgotten, not a great start. We asked for a spare bowl as two toddlers wanted to share a pasta meal, we were told they were running low on clean bowls so couldn’t give us one! We made do with a plate........our meals were slow arriving and when they did my daughter-in-law found a piece of green tissue/j-cloth in her meal -yuk!! All they said was sorry, and we didn’t pay for that meal. Needless to say we won’t be returning anytime soon. Such a shame as we had tendered to eat there on a regular basis.

Conveniently located next to the cinema so an obvious choice for a quick dinner. Unfortunately there was nothing quick about the meal as it took a long time to arrive. On the plus side the two pizzas were very nice. The restaurant was busy but you would expect them to anticipate that on a Friday evening

We needed somewhere to meet a friend for a quiet chat. It was perfect. There were plenty of tables and space. Service was discrete and tolerant of our minds being elsewhere at times. The food was fine and decent value. Coudn't be faulted for our purposes.

We had the lunch menu----2 Courses and a glass of wine which is good value at £15.95. We had the Pasta with Salmon and the Salted Caramel cheesecake, both were good sized portions and very tasty. The service was just right and we didn't feel rushed which was good as we wanted to chat.

We have visited this particular Prezzo twice, both times we said that we had a reservation only for them to stare blankly at us for a few seconds, slowly grab the menus and finally be convinced that we have actually booked a table. Both times the service to just get a drink order taken was very slow. During our most recent visit, albeit being 5:30pm, there were probably only 3 other tables full, one of which was seated after us and had their drinks and then starters before anyone had even come over to take our drink order.

Prezzo was the best chain Italian around, a little while ago. It's not what it was. We tried a nearby New York Italian restaurant last week and it was noisy and not good. Prezzo is quieter, but the presentation of the food is average, and the service was ok but not great.

We attended as a family early on a Sunday for lunch and even by 1:30pm the restaurant was unusually quiet (it may have been because of holiday season). I have to say our waitress was fantastic, attentive without being overbearing or hurried and very observant to our needs.

The service in this Prezzo has always been a bit haphazard but this week it was beyond a joke. We arrived at 5.30pm and there were around 4 or 5 other tables occupied. We were somehow forgotten and it took 45 minutes to take our order and then another half an hour for our drinks and starters to arrive. We had no side plates, they said they'd bring them, they didn't. It became clear, after about an hour, that our main courses had also been forgotten and they arrived eventually, only after we had enquired where they were. We were supposed to have had an apology from the Manager at this point, we didn't get one. We ordered deserts for our children, these were also forgotten, and after enquiring again, one turned up, we had ordered two. When the second one did arrive, I asked where the ice cream was only to be told it didn't come with ice cream, when it clearly said it did on the menu. Further drinks were also forgotten. By this point the restaurant was full and whilst they had plenty of staff, only one seemed to be doing anything and was totally overwhelmed. We were there for an astonishing 3 hours and 15 minutes, largely being ignored!!. We won't be going back.

We went here on Tuesday very early evening. The restaurant was nearly empty. We had booked a table. Waited at the door for a good 5 minuets before we were acknowledged although the staff had definitely seen us and certainly weren’t doing anything. We ordered our drinks and again waited a long time for them. Eventually we ordered our food which was ok, in between courses we waited to long to be acceptable. One thing that puzzled us was whilst we were in the restaurant all in all we counted over 9 parties that came in and were refused entry, we couldn’t for one second work out why. The restaurant literally had only around 6 tables being used. Finally unfortunately the staff let a lot to be desired, none of them offered a smile, they all looked really fed up and miserable. The other thing that we found unacceptable was that a couple of the staff were talking to each other in their own language (this genuinely isn’t a racist comment) I really don’t think that is polite or acceptable in this working environment

First experience of prezzo st Neots, No black olives No 7up zero Ordered half a pint of larger shandy a full pint then arrived No toilet paper in the ladies, lights then failing in the cubicle Staff not very pleasent

We were here on a Saturday at 5:30pm for an impromptu early dinner. I should say that from the minute we entered our experience was horrible! Although the restaurant was almost empty, the manager said that she could only give us a table if we had a drink and main course and said we had to vacate before 7pm. We ordered one main course each and a drink which was surprisingly served within 10 minutes. The food was flavorless and was awful. We also had ordered a side salad of roasted vegetables priced at £3.90 which was a shame. Had 2 slices of burnt aubergine with a size of courgette and few julienne of peppers. Absolute waste of money. We then waited for over an hour to get our bill and finally walked in to make the payment to a waitress passing by as we didn't want to waste an entire evening waiting to pay for something totally pathetic that we ate. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS RESTAURANT. NOT WORTH IT!

I took my fourteen year old grand daughter here for a surprise visit. We were made very welcome and our waitress fussed around my guest, just enough to make her feel special. Service overall was prompt and efficient and the meals we chose were well presented, hot and good value. This location has a particularly pleasant atmosphere with lots of space and an attractive decor. This will not be our last visit.

Lunch time 26 people in restaurant. 2people serving. Waited 5 mins to be shown to a table; both walked by without a hello be with you in a minute! Saving grace food excellent.

I have eaten at various Prezzo restaurants and this is by far the best one. Large, spacious, contemporary decor, very clean. The service was fast and efficient and the food and cocktails were delicious.

Every time it’s nice food and very slow service.. so disappointing... every time we go we spend so much time waiting for staff to take order or payment..

Prezzo St Neots is an excellent restaurant. The staff are efficient and courteous and the food is excellent. Its always served hot and they are always willing to make any adjustments necessary for dietary requirements.

Every time we needed service of any kind it felt like we were an inconvenience. To get any kind of attention we always had to catch a waitress going at 90mph to another table. Our starters came quickly, the wait for main courses bordered on unacceptable and we wouldn't have bothered with desserts if we weren't on a set menu. By the time we finally got desserts our kids were climbing the wall and our evening was ruined.

Returned from holiday and had our usual lunch at Prezzo St Neots. Usual friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service . Glad to see the Black Etna Pizza still there - sounds odd, but I really enjoyed it. Pizzas seem to have improved here over recent times.

Went here for a mid week evening meal whilst visiting my brother and sister-in-law. Went mainly because I had a 40% off mains voucher but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Staff were helpful and friendly. Particularly liked the chicken and mushrooms with masala sauce. Very tasty. The tiramisu was good too! Would go again.
