Expensive, not overly impressed with food taste. My local kebab shop does it miles better for less money.

If zero star was possible then it would be that. Under new management/ ownership and its shocking. Orderd 3 marg pizza buy 1 get 1 free and 1 ham and mushroom pizza buy 1 get 1 free so in total should of been 8 pizzas plus 2 cheesy chips and a bottle of coke. Well the bottle of coke was forgot but a driver brung it before our food even arrived. Driver asked me if i was having a party i said no i had just buried my mother and wanted some food. His face dropped! Pizzas arrived and were all ham and mushroom but only 6 pizzas. I then requested to get them changed which they bring us 8 more new marg pizzas but I asked for new cheesy chips as mine would be stine cold because I was busy trying to sort out there mess up. I was told I would get new cheesy chips but they never arrived. Such shocking service and lack of communcation. Will not be using these again which is a shame as have used papa lugi for many years. They will go bust soon

Used to be amazing but now not so much... You're unable to choose toppings on pizza other than the preset menu items. Makes you question how they deal with allergies. But on the upside the staff are very polite.

Ordered for the first time having received a menu through our door recently. I usually go to Dominos however thought we would give this a try , it was half the price and the pizzas were super tasty. My boy even ate the crust ( usually doesn't) as they were soft and tasty. Will definitely order again. Thanks

Ordered pizza from here for the first time last night, very tasty pizza, good price (especially with the bogof), easy to order, quick delivery and was still hot!! Will definitely be ordering again, and probably the best pizza takeaway in the area 😊

FAKE CHEESE FAKE CHEESE Have used this company for many years but on Friday our pizza turned up and the driver explained that they had been taken over and could we leave a review!! Well the pizza was awful and it was over cooked and the cheese is not the same does not melt and become stringy it is fake cheese and taste and looks like it has actually curdled cheese. Unless they change the cheese to proper cheese you will definitely be losing us as customers!

Omg the takeaway here is awful! Had a pizza from here about a week ago and it was cold and burnt. I called up to complain and the staff were so rude they actually hung up on me! Have tried to get a refund since but apparently I'm not entitled to one as I accepted the food. Very disappointing as the food and customer service here used to be fantastic! This place has really gone down hill :(

Considering I've been a loyal customer for nearly four years this is disgusting. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Shocking customer service. I recommend people avoid this takeaway! I have also contacted local food and hygiene to investigate their premises.

Unfortunately this time we ordered we wasn’t overly happy with the food when previously it has been good. The chips were stale, like they had been warmed up 5 times already and the pizzas were over cooked and hard.

Pizza was awful and chips greasy

The food arrived 1 hour late, and 30 minutes after Just Eat said ‘enjoy your food’. The food was Luke warm at best and the cheesy chips were congealed into a big lump of soggy, cheesy mess.

Since the new owners took over the food has massively Improved, fast delivery and perfect food, some amazing deals perfect for families

Ordered from here last night and was very impressed by their menu so much to choose from and great meals for the kids the jacket potatoes were perfect my kids loved them and its definitely our go to takeaway from now

Not very good at all tbf Coke turned up warm and obviously no stored in the fridge! Pizza crust was really poor and the pizza in general didn’t really taste of anything!! Much better cheaper pizzas in Huntingdon without using dominos!!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING The pizza here is amazing. I got all this in a deal for 9.99 Chips spot on and crispy. Pizza just perfect. The chicken honestly perfect Not a single complaint. Not from around here, but if I'm around here again I would 100000% get again P.s the zinger burger is nice too.

For no reason, the delivery driver was very rude to me as supposedly I didn't pick up the phone. I never received a call. He was angry that couldn't enter the building after I specifically left building door code when ordering. After he left I lost my appetite.

My hubby loves these pizzas. However, I’m not a pizza fan so I had a BBQ Chicken pitta and chips. Whilst (apparently) the pizzas were out of this world my food was quite the opposite. The pitta bread was rock hard, uncut and totally inedible. The chicken was just thrown into the polystyrene box on top of the pitta. No sauce, no care, no imagination. The chips were soggy and greasy. I didn’t eat tonight but I paid for it. My hubby had a fabulous meal though. I’m really disappointed after a hard working day to have this delivered to me. Papa Luigi should just stick to making pizzas. I’m disgusted. I do have a picture of my food but no option to upload it on this review.

The pizza was overdone and all the mozzarella sticks were broken and squashed into a small box.

No salad as asked the pitta bread was soggy and was not cut looked a mess like a 3 year old put it together no very nice won't be going back again

Unfortunately papa Luigi seems to have gone down hill in recent months! The last few orders have all had missing items and on our last order my daughters sausage was rock hard at one end, so had obviously been microwaved and the chicken in my kebab was so chewy I couldn’t eat it! I’m not normally one to complain or even write a review but enough is enough and we will not be ordering from here again

Awful food as was over an hour late and I had to call the restaurant twice and noone seemed to know what they where doing

I had a notification that the food had left for delivery I had to ring the restaurant after 40 minutes as it hadn’t arrived, it actually turned up approximately 50 minutes after I had the notification that it was on its way, needless to say it wasn’t hot as what it should have been.

Well normally we don't leave feedbacks, but we wont be getting food from this place anymore. Mainly children hambruger meat tasted like bacon, no salad or anything, just plain burger. Kebabs were like minimal salad and loads of red oninions... So it was okay, but seen better.

95 minutes from ordering to delivery. Food quality was extremely poor - chips cold - burger burnt - donner meat tasted of nothing. Ordered from here because the usual place was closed. Should’ve eaten at home instead.

Unfortunately the pizza was burnt. I believe if it had not been burnt, it would have tasted really nice. Delivery time was great. I would order again but if it's burnt a second time, then I would not order again. They also charged a BAG fee which I wasn't happy with as I didn't have a bag.
