The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at one of your restaurants. I have never encountered such poor service. During a recent delivery, my order arrived without the Pepsi that was included. When I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this, I was told that they did not realize the mistake and that I would need to contact the delivery driver myself. I find this completely unacceptable. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for errors made by your staff. It is not my responsibility to track down the delivery driver for a missing item. It appears that your staff assumed I was somehow at fault and that I was the one who needed to resolve the issue. This is a shocking way to treat a customer. Pizza Hut, you seriously need to reconsider your customer service policies and train your staff on how to handle mistakes appropriately. If you wish to have a good future, this kind of behavior towards customers needs to change immediately.

I have been ordering from Domino's - Eccles for the past three years. Let me tell you this - whoever is building these pizzas isn't playing. I customise my own with 5 or 7 toppings. Usually, when you do this in other places, the pizza guys are very scarce about the toppings - one or two olives here, two or three green peppers there, and if you look closely you might find the extra mushroom you've paid for. But not Domino's Eccles. Just see the pictures attached - these have been taken at different times, from different pizzas. The toppings are abundant, the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, I have never had an issue with these people before but I have had with other places. So I don't understand the bad reviews. But take it from someone who loves their pizza - it's worth it.

Ordered tower burger but there isn’t any onion ring as well they didn’t no dips in the bag when I was checked at home , poor management and pathetic behaviour.. never ever visited in my life next time , alert check items before leaving

Very lovely staff and pizza delivery was ready within 8 minutes!

Delivers within 20 mins to me, never have to reheat it, it’s always coming piping hot, and the delivery drivers are lovely.

Chicken (other than the strips) was tasteless, oily, and tasted old. No communication at all, chips were cooked but tasted boiled rather than fried yet somehow were still oily 😭😭 delivery driver was sound though and they were on time as well so do with that what you will

Ordered a take out pizza the service was great but the pizza wasn’t at all very dry and not much going on with the toppings won’t be going back which is a shame as it used to be great not anymore

The food we ordered was very poor, we will not order from you again. The food boxes look like someone has already eaten them and there is no sauce at all.

Enjoyed the pizza bbq original. The guy taking the order was very mundane. Not answering simple questions, which felt a bit rude.

Please do not order from here! After messing up my half and half order they agreed to send me a new pizza. I ate only 2 slices of the new pizza and have had the worst stomach ache with diarrhoea from it for hours! I’m so glad my children didn’t eat the new pizza. I will be taking this further to food hygiene standards!

Called earlier in the day for a last minute booking which they had no issue getting us a table for later in the day as we could book online. Arrived on time and saw that it was not busy plenty of staff as well so I thought there would not be an issue. 2 staff member behind the bar yet we waited nearly 5 minutes to be sat down. When sat down the staff member explained what to do and how to order. However, I wish they had given us a bit more information on the meal deals that were there. 2 minutes later we had another staff member came upto are table asking if everything was ok. Which fair enough it was great but at the same time it wasn’t really needed as we had just been spoken to by another staff member. Ordering online was very confusing and a little bit confusing as when looking at the different meal deals it was constantly asking if we wanted to upgrade after every time we pressed to add something. We had 2 pizzas both very nice piping hot and came as we had asked it. One staff member came upto us when we had stopped eating asking if we would like a pizza box to take them away. They gave us 2 small boxes which confused me as wouldn’t it be easier just to give a large box. I also wish they had come to check on us throughout the meal to check if everything was ok. The one thing that really puts me off is the dude above our table shall we say was disgusting. We were sat underneath a cage type thing as shall we say I’m very surprised we had none fall into the floor. When I saw this it actually made me feel abit off putting. When seeing this I then put my finger on the square light above us and shall we say it was thick with dust. The salad bar was very tidy clean and tidy with plenty of the salad options and no cross contamination in any of them as other pizza huts I have been to have had different salads in different parts. For example bacon bits in the coleslaw and carrots in tomato’s. Altogether I would recommend others to come here but I really feel there is some improvements in certain area.

Ordered through just eat and was missing a pizza that I paid for the extra crust on aswell. The desserts should of been warm but was cold! Called the restraint and they said go through just eat who have said it's Pizza Huts problem as I've gave the code to the driver who didn't give me 5 seconds to check before scurrying away. Pizza Huts customer service was terrible just wanted me off the phone and didn't want to help I asked him to provide evidence they had sent the pizza to aid me with my refund and said he would call back yesterday and still hasn't. Disgusting service and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else

We've had pizza from this domino's multiple times now. I always find the staff really friendly. They are busy, but always acknowledge me quickly when i walk in to collect our pizza. The pizza is always really yummy and they always get the order correct. It's our favourite takeaway. We do always collect though. Maybe the service is different for delivery. They are always busy, but surely that's a good sign. Thanks domino's. 😊
